The worldwide urban sustainability by residents has led to growing demands for green buildings, Property care and sustainable livelihood. In response, many developed countries on the globe took the leading role in green or sustainable building construction and practices by supportive policies and financial support, but country like India is in its starting stage in adapting market, educating citizens and policies to encourage more green building developments. Indian cities are scattering the crisis of civilians with escalating urban population, which is destroying the attraction of historical cities in the states of India. Hyderabad, which is served last 400 years under different regime, is clutching the citizens with its heat- island actions on cool zone of Deccan plateau. This paper is intentional to expose the necessity of green buildings to defeat high expenditure crisis with deprived natural resources for sustainable developments in India. Also, elaborates required actions to control the stress on natural resources like water, energy (energy efficiency), radiation (Temperatures)... under the limits of urban municipalities with proper mechanical attention. It also delivers the required road map for preparing potential government policies and institutional governance to save money of million pockets. BACKGROUND Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) is the most common microvascular complication of Diabetes Mellitus (DM) and is the leading cause of blindness in working age adults of patients with type 1 and 2 DM. Large observational and randomised studies shown that optimal blood glucose and blood pressure control halt or regress the disease and limit the risk of progression to the proliferative stage and visual loss. Recently, evidence has also emerged that Renin-Angiotensin System (RAS) inhibitors may electively prevent or delay progression of retinopathy by acting on local RAS. Thus, metabolic and blood pressure control by RAS inhibition is to prevent or limit the onset of retinopathy and its progression towards visual-threatening stages. The aim of the study is to categorise and analyse grading of DR who are on currently ACE and ARBs unchanged for at least 2 years. MATERIALS AND METHODS 178 patients with type 1 and 2 DM of both genders on ARBs and ACEI unchanged for at least 2 years are divided into two groups as follows- 1. ARB group, which includesa) 28 patients on losartan (50 mg). b) 32 patients on losartan (50 mg) + hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg). c) 28 patients on telmisartan (40 mg). d) 32 patients on telmisartan (40 mg) + hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg). 2. ACE inhibitor group includesa) 30 patients on enalapril (5 mg). b) 28 patients on ramipril (2.5 mg) + hydrochlorothiazide (12.5 mg). Background: Moringa oleifera is highly valued with a wide range of medicinal uses. It is abundantly available in tropical and sub-tropical countries. It has been used as an analgesic and anti-inflammatory in Indian folk medicine since centuries. The mechanism of action of analgesic effect is by the phytochemical components of its leaves which contain alkaloids, glycosides, phenols, saponins and tannin.Methods: This experiment is carried out in mice by using the thermal method of analgesiometer, that is Eddy’s Hot Plate method. Thermostatically controlled electrically heated plate is used in this method. Ethanolic and aqueous extracts of Moringa oleifera leaf extracts are compared with aspirin.Results: When the analgesic properties of the standard drug aspirin were compared to the analgesic properties of ethanolic and aqueous extracts of Moringa oleifera, the ethanolic extract showed a comparable analgesic effect with aspirin at 90min. Every field development plan should go through a ‘quantitative’ option ranking process in order to select the optimum scenario for developing that field. Doing so efficiently will help in identifying the optimum project concept for the delivery of value to Kuwait Oil Company. An example of where such a ranking process was essential was in the development plan for the Minagish Reservoir in the Greater Burgan Field. Within South-East Kuwait asset, this reservoir has to be treated ‘unconventionally’ since its Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) concentration is high, in relation to the ability of the existing facilities to handle sour crude production. This has contributed to the low recovery factor from this reservoir which has been on production for over 50 years. Therefore, a new surface development plan for this reservoir had to be generated to assist KOC in meeting/sustaining its production targets for the year 2020 onward. The choice for optimum surface production scenario came through a ‘quantitative’ ranking process. This can be broken down into a number of separate steps: Agree to the objectives of the project and the value added to KOC.Capture production options and development concepts to meet the objectives of the project. This was done through a number of brainstorming sessions. The team involved came from several areas of the company with different backgrounds.These options were screened for viability for implementation.Agree to the ranking criteria for the project to determine appropriateness in terms of delivering value and meeting objectives.Rank each of the chosen options against the selection criteria agreed. This will provide the most appropriate concept(s) to be considered for detailed engineering. Such a ranking process was particularly useful in this case because of the number of options available and broad range of project objectives. It is recommended to consider this method for ranking options in future projects. This paper describes the facility selection process implemented for the Minagish reservoir development plan.

Steam piping and pipeline whipping, bowing, buckling and jumping are some of the phenomenon observed in the field due to improper design and inadequate commissioning procedures. As a result, ‘steam flood’, ‘cyclic steam stimulation’ and ‘SAGD’ operations experiences long steaming hold-ups, extended shutdowns, production losses and environmental clean-up Steam pipelines up to 32" diameter and 30 km length, with 11 - 15 MPa design pressure and 250-340 deg C design temperature for quality of steam from 80 to 100%, are being designed with high strength material and thin wall designs. Although, designs are robust and utilizes proven stress analysis tools, but are often fail to address the common field issues of unequal warming, condensate buildup and severe slugging encountered during the commissioning and at the start of the new steaming cycle. Also, piping connections lack the provision to accommodate requisite thermal growth and/or the unequal thermal growth between steam piping, production piping, well heads, batteries headers, leading to severe steam leaks. Steam pipeline and piping are designed with anchors and guides to deal with thermal growth in the horizontal plane. When steam is charged at the ambient temperature, the cooling of the steam in long length pipelines and resulting condensate build up cause thermal gradient in the pipe wall. This thermal gradient coupled with transition in the piping and pipeline elevations are mainly responsible for the bowing, jumping and whipping phenomenon. Pressure, temperature and strain gauge instrumentation should be installed at strategic location to closely monitor and execute uniform warming up to avoid whipping, bowing, buckling and jumping of steam piping and pipelines. Every incident of whipping, bowing, buckling and jumping of steam piping & pipelines requires detailed integrity evaluation of the affected sections, prior to putting back into operation. Detailed assessment of wall thinning, ovality, dents and other mechanical damages are mandatory to comply with thin wall designs. The result in most incidents is complete replacement of the affected sections, requiring prolonged and costly shutdowns and risk to the producing reservoir due to lack of pressure. Human phospholipid scramblase (hPLSCR1) is a transmembrane protein involved in rapid bidirectional scrambling of phospholipids across the plasma membrane in response to elevated intracellular calcium (Ca2+) levels. Overexpression of recombinant hPLSCR1 in Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3) leads to its deposition in inclusion bodies (IBs). N-lauroyl sarcosine was used to solubilize IBs and to recover functionally active hPLSCR1 from them. Protein was purified to homogeneity by nickel-nitrilotriacetic acid (Ni2+-NTA) affinity chromatography and was&gt, 98% pure. Functional activity of the purified protein was validated by in vitro reconstitution studies, ? 18% of 7-nitrobenz-2- oxa-1, 3-diazol-4-yl-phosphatidylcholine (NBD-PC) phospholipids was translocated across the lipid bilayer in the presence of Ca2+ ions. Far ultraviolet circular dichroism (UV-CD) studies reveal that the secondary structure of protein is predominantly an a-helix, and under nondenaturing conditions, the protein exists as a monomer.
