Expanding the industrial component through investment in R&D is a crucial objective of the region's current industrial strategy. Significant research and investment opportunities must complement the effectiveness of the region's industrial policy. Few studies have attempted to understand the interactions between inter-organizational clusters and the capacity to sustain those clusters; most studies on innovation capacity focus on the business level. This article suggests using the One Belt All Road (OBAR) strategic framework to assess regional industry's cluster innovation capacity (CIC) and international trade and investment. The cluster innovation capability was developed using a theoretical framework through qualitative textual assessment. As a result, information management, diffusion, and acquisition capacity are the three primary abilities that make up the cluster innovation capacity. The degree of investment effort in the region's industrial sectors and the factors influencing corporate innovation have been found to be correlated. The research highlighted obstacles and potential remedies for encouraging creative thinking and financial backing among regional manufacturers. Compared to the current system, the suggested system (OBAR) achieves superior results in accuracy (87.6%), system dependability (94.8%), the F-1 measure (87.1%), and error rate (8.1%). A smart city's smart economy thrives in various areas, including political strategy, operational efficiency, and innovation management. Business models in smart urban must be based on a new sustainable development strategy, one that conserves natural resources while safeguarding the environment. Therefore, this paper proposes Statistical Business Models (SBM) to enhance the business strategies for developing the economy in smart cities. Economic status in smart cities and changes in business models are part of SBM, a set of design concepts. Smart Business Models (SBM) are business strategies that take advantage of current economic situations by leveraging the power of influential smart communities. The implementation of data systems and business models is the foundation for a systematic study of managing the economy in a smart city. There are several connections between SDM's critical assessments of business models and the global economy and the business models. The experimental findings suggest that the proposed SBM achieves the highest statistical rate with sales revenue up to 95.23 %, gross margin ratio of 80.5%, consumer satisfaction ratio of 96.34%, efficiency ratio of 93.82%, and maintenance cost ratio of 15.08% compared to another existing method. In the Smart city environment, sustainable sewage and wastewater management planning plays a crucial role in industry development. Wastewater management is a serious issue with inadequate treatment, which reduces the smart city efficiency. Therefore, this research work concentrates on creating the Strategic Planning Adaption framework (SP-AF) using the Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN). This framework intends to manage the sewage and wastewater in smart cities. The sewage-related information is continuously collected by a recurrent network that identifies and tracks the wastewater and sewage in the smart city. The SP-AF framework analyses sustainable planning and managing wastewater by understanding the waste origin. In addition, the framework has been generated by understanding the wastewater knowledge, and the required actions are carried out. The hybrid arms robot (HAR) is a new modified robot which consists of a rigid link (RL) and a flexible link (FL), and it carries a laser head at the end-effector for laser contour machining (CM). The HAR is inspired from a rigid-flexible links manipulator (RFLM) and the aim is to bring the advantages of flexible link manipulators (FLMs) to industrial robots. The HAR gains the advantages of lightweight robots and FLMs such as fast response, less power consumption due to using small actuators, low cost, and safe to surrounding operators. However, the HAR has the drawback of a tip vibration caused by the flexibility of the second FL and leads to a position error at the end-effector position. Furthermore, the HAR has more parameters to be incorporated in a dynamic model such as the tip vibration, the laser head weight, and a force generated by the assist gas pressure. This research aims to obtain the dynamic model of the HAR using the finite element method (FEM) in conjunction with the Lagrangian equation and to propose an integrated optimal controller (IOC) which is an integration of a linear quadratic regulator (LQR) and a fuzzy logic controller (FLC). The derived dynamic model of the HAR is efficient due to the close match response with the SimMechanics model response of the HAR. The proposed IOC is tested for point-to-point (PTP) position control of the HAR and demonstrates improved response and better capability for the tip vibration suppression. The proposed IOC also reveals enhanced triangular CM trajectory, rhombic CM trajectory, and circular CM trajectory of the HAR laser head compared to the LQR performance in a proper cutting speed to ensure the machining quality.
