The LAMP1 gene in humans produces the lysosomal-associated membrane protein 1 (LAMP-1), also known as lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 1 and CD107a (Cluster of Differentiation 107a). The human LAMP1 gene is found in region 3, band 4 of chromosome 13's long arm (q). These glycoproteins, which are typically found across lysosomal membranes, have a long, heavily glycosylated end on the luminal side of the membrane with N-linked carbon chains and a short, cytoplasm-expose C-terminal tail. A structure resembling a hinge exists in the extracytoplasmic region, and it is capable of forming disulphide bridges that are similar to those found in human immunoglobulin A Cancer cells frequently express LAMP1 and LAMP2 on their cell surfaces, especially tumours with a high propensity to metastasize, such melanoma and colon cancer, which has been found to be correlated with the propensity to metastasize. Danon disease, which is brought on by a change (mutation) in the LAMP2 gene. Currently, case reports and databases have identified approximately 160 distinct LAMP2 gene variants that have the potential to cause Danon disease. The prognosis has been shown to be most adversely affected by mutations that result in the total lack of the LAMP2 protein.

Data on the adverse events of opioids for cancer-related pain in Sudanese patients are limited. We conducted this study to evaluate the pattern and severity of adverse events of immediate release morphine, and tramadol used in the treatment of cancer-related pain. A secondary aim was to determine the response rate to opioids for pain control in cancer patients treated at the National Cancer Institute-University of Gezira (NCI-UG), Sudan.This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted at NCI-UG between 12 March 2019 and 12 May 2019. A pre-designed questionnaire was used to collect the clinical data of cancer patients on oral opioids for pain control during the study periods. Chi square test was applied to determine whether there is a significant association between the adverse events and the demographic/clinical variables.One-hundred and thirteen patients were screened in the study. Of these, three suffered from cognitive dysfunction and ten patients declined to participate in the study. Thus, 100 patients met the criteria for inclusion in this study. Breast cancer was the most frequent diagnosis (17%) followed by colorectal cancer (16%). The majority (91%) of patients had advanced or metastatic disease. The most frequently reported opioids-related adverse events were dry mouth (68%), constipation (61%), sedation (49%), nausea (31%) and vomiting (24%). Most of these symptoms were graded as mild to moderate and no patient had grade IV or V adverse events. Constipation and dry mouth were more frequent among patients received morphine compared to patients received tramadol (This study shows a high prevalence of opioids-related adverse events. The majority of the opioids-related adverse events were grade I or grade II. There seem to be differences in the prevalence of opioids-related adverse events between patients receiving tramadol and those treated with morphine. Moreover, suboptimal pain control adds to the burden on already limited health resources. Therefore, the adequacy of cancer pain management in our setting should be systematically evaluated and effective cancer pain management programmes should be developed.

To understand the route of western China to abroad pear, total 131 pear accessions from China and Europe were used to detect and understand the genetic diversity, phylogenetic relationship genetic route based on SSR and cpDNA markers. The (Ho of western China accessions was 0.65 while Ho of abroad accessions was 0.57); Total accessions were distributed into two population using UPGAMA method, PCoA and structure analysis The trnS-psbC 1534 bp was highest and trnL-trnF-2 417–431 bp was lowest gained from combined cpDNA sequences. A total of 15 haplotypes were found. The haplotype diversity and nucleotide diversity was Hd 0.7969, and Pi 0.00158 respectively and the average number of nucleotide differences was K 6.944. China accessions had H-2 to H-15 haplotypes while P. communis accessions only had H-1 to H-6 haplotypes based on cpDNA markers, so oriental pear accessions had more wide range of the genetic diversity than abroad pear accessions; One large deletion was found in intergenic regions of accD-psaI in H-8 and H-9 by mv 1 using MEGA 7.0; 17 chloroplast DNA haplotypes were identified into two major types (type A and type B) by Median-joining Network using five cpDNA markers. In this study, combining the above results, it is considered that western China and abroad pears in two geographical locations had significant differences and also demonstrated that western China and abroad pears were historically, genetically and geographically different from each other based on the both useful tools of SSR and cpDNA markers; China Xinjiang might be an important place for pears to spread from the East to the West, and gene traveling happened in this route.

Waste bins are being used in an indoor environment by every common man for over many decades. Proper disposal of the waste and the waste collection system in an indoor environment is an important aspect of the cleanliness of the environment, the outlook of the environment, and as well as considering the health aspects of the people. An improper waste collection system in an indoor environment leads to a foul smell and unhygienic condition, thus inherently results in environmental pollution. Another crucial challenge is devising a safe navigation methodology for the smart waste bin in the indoor environment and efficiently model and simulate its performance. Therefore, in this paper, Mobile Smart Waste Bin with a smart waste collection system is proposed using the technical advancements in robotic technology with the navigation techniques. A simple line following navigation technique is employed in such a way that, when the waste bin gets filled with trash, the corresponding bin autonomously moves to the common collection point. This is done to analyse the integration of the physical and intrinsic characteristics of the system through simulation studies and the results are reported. The performance of the proposed indoor robotic dustbin bin is modelled with the underlying physics as well as the environment in webots virtual simulator. The effectiveness of the system is analysed through simulation studies in webots simulator and the results are visualized and reported. Thus, the designed mobile smart bin and proposed waste collection system will be a better autonomous solution compared to existing ones in the indoor environment of Smart Buildings.
