One of the most important assets in any organization is the human resources and the success or failure of any organization largely depends on the performance of the human resources of that organization. Lifestyle as an effective factor in staffs' behavior facilitates their organizational commitment. In the armed forces, which deals with the vital issue of security and defense, the value of committed and religious human capital becomes more apparent. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of lifestyle on the level of organizational commitment of AJA staff. The statistical population of this study was the staff of the first region of Nedaja Imamate in 2019, from which 350 people were selected using stratified random sampling method. The research method is correlational and a questionnaire was used to collect data. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between attitudes, tendencies, activities and human relations with organizational commitment and property has a significant relationship only with continuous commitment. As a result, lifestyle has a direct and positive effect on the organizational commitment of the staff of the First Region of Islamic Republic of Iran Navy and accordingly, strengthening the lifestyle in the stated dimensions will increase the organizational commitment of AJA staff.
