The present study explained the issue of decision-making under the influence of the coherence of brain waves and heart waves based on each of the components of emotional intelligence of Mayer and Salovey, how the coherence of EEG and ECG is based on neuroscience and neurocardiology, and the decision-making styles of managers based on based on Scott and Bruce's model and presented its results. The sample of the present study was 30 managers of governmental and non-governmental organizations in the agricultural sector of Gilan province who voluntarily participated in this research and in two situations of relaxation and decision-making with Neurofeedback tool, Biofeedback Procomp 2 while running the CGT decision evaluation test of CANTAB software, brain waves and their heart waves were simultaneously recorded from the CZ area of the brain and the areas around the heart by Biograph version 6 software. The results showed the coherence of EEG and ECG waves. During rest and recognition tasks There were significant differences in different decision-making styles and emotional intelligence components, and none of the decision-making styles had a significant correlation between brain waves and heart waves in two states of relaxation and decision making.

Background: The auditing profession has a critical contribution in upgrading information transparency, economic health, and confidence in the community. With the spread of financial corruption, ethical whistleblowing as a control mechanism and part of corporate governance was raised as an essential approach to prevent and identify immoral behaviors. This study aimed to investigate the effect of professional commitment on auditors' ethical whistleblowing, emphasizing the moderating role of gender and age variables. Method: The method of the present study is descriptive-survey in terms of data collection, and applied from the point of view of purpose. The statistical population of this study includes all auditors working in private institutions under the membership of the Society of Certified Public Accountants. The statistical sample consisted of 392 participants selected using simple random sampling method and via the Cochran's formula. The data of the study were collected using a standard questionnaire tool. To investigate the effect of research variables on moral warning and also to fit the proposed model, the structural equation modeling method was performed using the Smart PLS software. Results: The research results indicated that professional commitment has a positive effect on ethical whistleblowing. The variables of gender and age also have a moderating effect on the relationship between professional commitment and the level of independent auditors' ethical whistleblowing. Conclusion: In accordance with the findings of this study, strengthening professional commitment leads to the development of ethics and ethical whistleblowing and health the economic atmosphere.

Introduction: Provision of high quality nursing care for patients, has made patient safety culture as an important issue for improving the quality of health care in the country. This study aimed to determine the relationship between nurses’ job satisfaction and patient safety culture in hospitals of Rasht city, Iran. Material and Method: This research is a descriptive-analytical, cross-sectional, and field data collection study. Nurses working in public and private hospitals in Rasht City comprised the study population, of whom 322 subjects were selected randomly as the study sample. The Wakefield questionnaire and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality questionnaire were employed to investigate nurses’ job satisfaction and patient safety culture, respectively. The Pearson correlation coefficient was used for statistical hypothesis testing, employing SPSS software version 19. Result: The results showed that according to the respondents’ viewpoints, scores of job satisfaction (Mean(SD):3.59±0.68) and patient safety culture (Mean(SD):54/0±31/3) Rasht city hospitals were at the average level. Furthermore, there was a significant direct relationship between nurses’ job satisfaction and patient safety culture with the correlation coefficient of 0.643 at the 0.01 level of significance. Conclusion: According to the findings, it is necessary to improve study nurses’ job satisfaction and patient safety culture. Moreover, according to statistical correlation between research variables, increasing nurses’ job satisfaction results in improvement of patient safety culture.
