Frontal sinuses that present with abnormally large size are often clinically described as a deformity of the forehead, caused by Pneumosinus dilatans (PD). We report a rare case of Pneumosinus dilatans frontalis which was accidentally discovered by a paranasal sinus CT scan requested following frontal headaches, and thus revealing diffuse osteoporosis. Pneumosinus dilatans is often an unexpected radiological finding; however, in most cases, it is diagnosed by recognition of a frontal deformity.

Objectif: Describe the different unusual clinical presentation of the acoustic neuroma. Material and method: We report the case of a 51-year-old man who presented with a acoustic neurinoma revealed by vertigo. Clinical case: Mr. Z.M presented presented progressively the instalation of an intense rotational non-positional vertigo, without concept of tinnitusthe, the evolution may show a deafness of transmission, discordant with the attack cochlear retrehearing .The vestibular test results showed a left vestibular deficit with a right preponderance. And the MRI finally objectified an Acoustic Neuroma (NA). Conclusion: The unforeseen development of the NA should make evoke in certain forms of rotary vertigo, even without obvious otological signs, a hypothesis of retro cochlear involvement, in locurance an acoustic neuroma. Vestibular tests can be a means of evaluating the evolution of the size of these tumors.

Introduction: Lemierre’s syndrome complicates oropharyngeal infection and associates septic thrombophlebitis of the internal jugular vein with sepsis and distant septic emboli (especially pulmonary). We report a pediatric case with thrombophlebitis of the jugular vein in the context of cervicofacial cellulitis. Summary of the Clinical Case: A 2-year-old girl consulted in the emergency room for angina complicated by right cervicofacial cellulitis with thrombosis of the right jugular vein. The diagnosis of atypical Lemierre syndrome was made and the patient received first medical treatment (antibiotic therapy, anticoagulation) allowing a cure without sequelae. And secondary surgical treatment (adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy). Discussion: The presence of a cervical venous thrombosis complicating an oropharyngeal infection should lead to a search for Lemierre’s syndrome (blood cultures and chest CT) rare but serious and require immediate treatment

Paraganglioma is a rare neuroendocrine tumor. Nasal localization is very rare. Head and neck paragangliomas represent only 0.6% of head and neck tumors and 3% of all paragangliomas. The treatment is based on surgery. Radiotherapy is indicated if the surgery does not provide complete resection. We report the case of a 36-year-old patient who has had left nasal obstruction with epistaxis for 2 years. The CT scan shows a solid mass centered on the left nasal cavity, puffy, without signs of aggression, benign-looking. The patient underwent a complete endoscopic endonasal tumor removal after preoperative external carotid embolization. Pathological analysis with immunohistochemistry confirmed the diagnosis of paraganglioma. The follow-up to the treatment was favorable.
