Abstract This study aimed to evaluate the association between substituting 10, 30, and 60 min/day of physical activity and sitting time with obesity indicators among workers. It is a cross-sectional study involving 394 adults (76.6% women) from São Paulo, Brazil. Physical activity and sitting time (min/day) were measured using the short version of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) to determine physical activity levels. Obesity indicators included body mass index (BMI; kg/m²), waist circumference (cm), and body fat (kg). Isotemporal substitution models were analyzed using multivariate linear regression, adjusted for sociodemographic variables. Participants reported median values of 150.0 min/day (IQR: 60.0–360.0) for walking and 445.7 min/day (IQR: 317.1–565.7) for sitting time. The median values for BMI, waist circumference, and body fat were 27.1 kg/m², 91.0 cm, and 23.5 kg, respectively. Substituting 10 min/day of sitting time for 10 min/day of walking was associated with waist circumference (β: -0.216: 95% CI: -0.041; -0.007). In addition, substituting 60 min/day of sitting time for moderate physical activity (β -0.206; 95% CI: -0.123; -0.008) was negatively associated with body fat. The equivalent substitution of different periods of sitting time for more active behaviors was favorably associated with obesity indicators. These findings suggest that lifestyle interventions based on replacing sitting time with physical activity can reduce the obesity epidemic in adults.

Objective We aimed to investigate the remission rate and disease duration in idiopathic or post–cardiac injury pericarditis and risk factors for disease duration and anti–interleukin‐1 (IL‐1) agent discontinuation. Methods This was a multicenter, longitudinal, observational study including 370 patients (51.4% female). The remission rate was the proportion of patients who stopped all pericarditis‐related therapies for at least 6 months without recurrences. Results The median follow‐up was 4.9 (interquartile range [IQR] 2.8–8.4) years, and the median age at the end of follow‐up was 49 (IQR 37–60) years. A median of 1.1 (IQR 0.6–1.9) recurrences/year and 0.4 (IQR 0.1–0.9) hospitalizations/year were recorded. The remission rate at follow‐up was 34.0%, 7% per year. Disease duration was shorter for patients in remission (3.1 years, IQR 1.6–6.2 years) than for those still receiving treatment (4 years, IQR 2.2–7.8; P = 0.02). Use of “guidelines‐based therapy” (hazard ratio [HR] 1.85, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.25–2.73; P = 0.02) and colchicine use at first attack (HR 1.51, 95% CI 1.02–2.23; P = 0.038) were protective factors, whereas steroid use was associated with longer disease duration (HR 0.53, 95% CI 0.35–0.81; P = 0.003). Corticosteroids were used in 77.3% of patients, with a median duration of therapy of 1.1 (IQR 0.4–2.6) years. Anakinra was used in 25.9% with a median duration of therapy of 2.4 (IQR 0.9–5.0) years; only 19.8% were able to stop anakinra at the end of observation period. Conclusion This study reports the largest and longest follow‐up in patients with recurrent pericarditis. Guideline adherence from the first attack is associated with a shorter course. The disease was long and impacting in terms of recurrences and hospitalizations, often requiring a long‐term treatment, in particular with anti–IL‐1 agents.

There is a recent and growing interest in assessing differential responders to resistance training (RT) for diverse outcomes. Thus, the individual ability to respond to an intervention for a specific measurement, called responsiveness, remains to be better understood. Thus, the current study aimed to summarize the available information about the effects of RT on functional performance and muscle strength, power, and size in healthy adults, through the prevalence rate in different responsiveness classifications models. A systematic review was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) and was registered at the International Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO, CRD42021265378). PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, and Embase databases were systematically searched in October 2023. A total of 13 studies were included, totaling 921 subjects. Only two studies presented a low risk of bias. Regarding the effectiveness of RT, the prevalence rate for non-responders ranged from 0% to 44% for muscle strength, from 0% to 84% for muscle size, and from 0% to 42% for functional performance, while for muscle power, the only study found showed a responsiveness rate of 37%. In conclusion, a wide range of differential responders is described for all variables investigated. However, the evidence summarized in this systematic review suggested some caution while interpreting the findings, since the body of evidence found seems to be incipient, and widely heterogeneous in methodological and statistical aspects.

The mass production and the practical number of cryogenic quantum devices producible in a single chip are limited to the number of electrical contact pads and wiring of the cryostat or dilution refrigerator. It is, therefore, beneficial to contrast the measurements of hundreds of devices fabricated in a single chip in one cooldown process to promote the scalability, integrability, reliability, and reproducibility of quantum devices and to save evaluation time, cost and energy. Here, we used a cryogenic on-chip multiplexer architecture and investigated the statistics of the 0.7 anomaly observed on the first three plateaus of the quantized conductance of semiconductor quantum point contact (QPC) transistors. Our single chips contain 256 split gate field-effect QPC transistors (QFET) each, with two 16-branch multiplexed source-drain and gate pads, allowing individual transistors to be selected, addressed and controlled through an electrostatic gate voltage process. A total of 1280 quantum transistors with nano-scale dimensions are patterned in 5 different chips of GaAs heterostructures. From the measurements of 571 functioning QFETs taken at temperatures T = 1.4 K and T = 40 mK, it is found that the spontaneous polarisation model and Kondo effect do not fit our results. Furthermore, some of the features in our data largely agreed with van Hove model with short-range interactions. Our approach provides further insight into the quantum mechanical properties and microscopic origin of the 0.7 anomaly in QFETs, paving the way for the development of semiconducting quantum circuits and integrated cryogenic electronics, for scalable quantum logic control, readout, synthesis, and processing applications.

The eriochrome black T dye belongs to the azo dye class and is often used as an indicator in complexometric titrations and as a fiber dye in industrial processes. It constitutes a direct threat to human health and the environment due to its toxic and carcinogenic nature. Separating this dye from wastewater is essential before its release into water bodies. In this work, the adsorption capacity of eriochrome black T in aqueous solution conferred on the chemically modified or unmodified coffee husk fibers was evaluated. Adsorption experiments were performed in triplicate and batch. The results obtained were adjusted and presented as adsorption isotherms using the Langmuir-Freundlich model. The mass value of adsorbed dye was 483.9 mg ± 17.35 mg and 547.2 mg ± 22.98 mg of eriochrome black T per gram of unmodified and chemically modified coffee husk, respectively, indicating great potential of coffee husk as an adsorbent for the removal of anionic azo dyes in aqueous solution.

The emergence of bacteria resistant to bacteriophage (phage) infection may compromise the success and effectiveness of phage therapy. The aim of this study was to evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of five novel phages, as well as the emergence of bacterial resistance to phage infections. The antibacterial activity of lytic phages was evaluated against standard strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 27853), Escherichia coli (ATCC 25927), Enterococcus faecalis (ATCC 29212) and Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538). Phages were initially grown in the presence of host bacteria in an exponential growth phase, then purified and titrated. In a second exposure, 20 μL of each phage was inoculated with 106 CFU/mL of P. aeruginosa/E. coli/E. faecalis/S. aureus, separately. In a third exposure, resistant colonies were isolated, cultivated and exposed again to the phages. Bacterial colonies resistant to phage infection after the third exposure were evaluated for their susceptibility profile to different antibiotics via the diffusion disk technique. The diameters of the inhibition halos were evaluated with Image J software (version 1.54g) and the definition of the susceptibility profile to antibiotics was determined according to the European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (EUCAST) criteria. In addition, fourteen cocktails with different phages were formulated to evaluate the emergence of a bacterial resistance to phage infections. The phages exhibited specificity for P. aeruginosa and did not infect E. coli, E. faecalis and S. aureus. The presence of bacterial colonies resistant to phage infection in the three successive exposures was identified, and the bacterial resistance to phage infection was confirmed in all phages titrated at 108 PFU/mL, in four phages titrated at 1010 PFU/mL and in one phage titrated at 1013 PFU/mL. The development of a resistance to infection by phages (~108 PFU/mL) did not change the susceptibility profile of P. aeruginosa to antibiotics and, when evaluating the emergence of a resistance to infection by phage cocktails (~108 PFU/mL, ~1010 PFU/mL, ~1013 PFU/mL), bacterial resistance to phage infection was confirmed in all cocktails with phages titrated at 108 PFU/mL, in ten cocktails with phages titrated at 1010 PFU/mL and in seven cocktails with phages titrated at 1013 PFU/mL. In conclusion, the presence of resistant P. aeruginosa colonies to phage infection after successive exposures was evidenced, although some phages at title ~1010 PFU/mL and ~1013 PFU/mL were effective in inhibiting the growth of resistant colonies. The development of resistance did not change the susceptibility profile of P. aeruginosa to antibiotics. Variants of P. aeruginosa that were resistant to phage infection were isolated and their resistance to infection via the phage cocktail was demonstrated regardless of the viral titer, although some cocktails at title ~1010 PFU/mL and ~1013 PFU/mL were effective in inhibiting the growth of resistant colonies. Despite the emergence of bacterial variants resistant to phage infection, new studies involving the applicability of phages in the control of infections must be conducted.

Phosphorus (P) is an essential macronutrient for maize (Zea mays L.) growth and development. Therefore, generating cultivars with upgraded P use efficiency (PUE) represents one of the main strategies to reduce the global agriculture dependence on phosphate fertilizers. In this work, genome-wide association studies (GWAS) were performed to detect quantitative trait nucleotide (QTN) and potential PUE-related candidate genes and associated traits in greenhouse and field trials under contrasting P conditions. The PUE and other agronomy traits of 132 maize inbred lines were assessed in low and normal P supply through the greenhouse and field experiments and Multi-locus GWAS was used to map the associated QTNs. Wide genetic variability was observed among the maize inbred lines under low and normal P supply. In addition, we confirm the complex and quantitative nature of PUE. A total of 306 QTNs were associated with the 24 traits evaluated using different multi-locus GWAS methods. A total of 186 potential candidate genes were identified, mainly involved with transcription regulator, transporter, and transference activity. Further studies are still needed to elucidate the functions and relevance of these genes regarding PUE. Nevertheless, pyramiding the favorable alleles pinpointed in the present study can be considered an efficient strategy for molecular improvement to increase maize PUE.

Key Clinical Message Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by brain accumulation of a misfolded form of the cellular prion protein, whose diagnosis is challenging, particularly in early stages, due to the variability and nonspecificity of the clinical and radiological features. 18F‐fluorodeoxyglucose positron‐emitted tomography has the potential to be considered a crucial investigation in these patients, revealing metabolic abnormalities earlier than the conventional neuroimaging analysis. Abstract A 59‐year‐old man, the military officer, was referred to our Units for the onset of neurological symptoms rapidly evolving within a month, characterized by akinetic mutism, constructional apraxia, and disorders of spatial orientation. Brain 18F‐fluorodeoxyglucose (18F‐FDG) positron‐emitted tomography (PET)/CT depicted an asymmetric hypometabolism in the left fronto‐temporo‐parietal cortex, as well as in the left thalamus and the right cerebellar hemisphere, while the glucose metabolism appears to be preserved in the somatosensory cortex and the basal ganglia. Laboratory routine analyses, cerebrospinal fluid routine, infective tests, electroencephalography (EEG), and brain magnetic resonance (MR) were all unremarkable. A positive RT‐QuIC result on cerebro‐spinal fluid (CSF) was subsequently shown, without any pathogenic gene mutations and, therefore, the result was consistent with a diagnosis of sporadic Creutzfeld–Jacob disease. The clinical evolution was quickly unfavorable, and the patient died about 4 months after hospital admission. FDG PET/computed tomography (CT) has the potential to be considered a crucial investigation in these patients, documenting metabolic changes long time before other diagnostic investigations such as CSF, EEG, brain CT, and brain MR, thus suggesting a greater sensitivity of glucose metabolic evaluation in the early stage of the disease in question.

Abstract Objective Currently, it is unknown whether infectious prions are present in peripheral tissues and biological fluids of patients affected by sporadic Creutzfeldt–Jakob disease (sCJD), the most common prion disorder in humans. This represents a potential risk for inter‐individual prion infection. The main goal of this study was to evaluate the presence of prions in urine of patients suffering from the major subtypes of sCJD. Methods Urine samples from sCJD patients spanning the six major subtypes were tested. As controls, we used urine samples from people affected by other neurological or neurodegenerative diseases as well as healthy controls. These samples were analyzed blinded. The presence of prions was detected by a modified version of the PMCA technology, specifically optimized for high sensitive detection of sCJD prions. Results The PMCA assay was first optimized to detect low quantities of prions in diluted brain homogenates from patients affected by all subtypes of sCJD spiked into healthy urine. Twenty‐nine of the 81 patients affected by sCJD analyzed in this study were positive by PMCA testing, whereas none of the 160 controls showed any signal. These results indicate a 36% sensitivity and 100% specificity. The subtypes with the highest positivity rate were VV1 and VV2, which combined account for about 15–20% of all sCJD cases, and no detection was observed in MV1 and MM2. Interpretation Our findings indicate that potentially infectious prions are secreted in urine of some sCJD patients, suggesting a possible risk for inter‐individual transmission. Prion detection in urine might be used as a noninvasive preliminary screening test to detect sCJD.

Despite the fact that several cases of unsafe pesticide use among farmers in different parts of Africa have been documented, there is limited evidence regarding which specific interventions are effective in reducing pesticide exposure and associated risks to human health and ecology. The overall goal of the African Pesticide Intervention Project (APsent) study is to better understand ongoing research and public health activities related to interventions in Africa through the implementation of suitable target-specific situations or use contexts. A systematic review of the scientific literature on pesticide intervention studies with a focus on Africa was conducted. This was followed by a qualitative survey among stakeholders involved in pesticide research or management in the African region to learn about barriers to and promoters of successful interventions. The project was concluded with an international workshop in November 2021, where a broad range of topics relevant to occupational and environmental health risks were discussed such as acute poisoning, street pesticides, switching to alternatives, or disposal of empty pesticide containers. Key areas of improvement identified were training on pesticide usage techniques, research on the effectiveness of interventions targeted at exposure reduction and/or behavioral changes, awareness raising, implementation of adequate policies, and enforcement of regulations and processes.

The reduced life cycle of electrical goods has contributed to a fast-growing occupational and environmental health issue arising from increased electronic waste (e-waste) in most developing countries. E-waste is processed informally in these countries, and in most cases, it is beyond the reach of official governance and is characterized by a lack of regulation, structure, and any form of license to operate. Assessing the implications of e-waste recycler safety knowledge, awareness, and practice levels is seen as a panacea for developing tailored interventions. We performed a cross-sectional study among 323 e-waste workers located in Agbogbloshie waste dumpsite, Accra, Ghana, to measure their knowledge, awareness, and practice, as well as their perceived safety and behavioral control. A significant negative correlation was found between participants safety knowledge and their safety practices (r (323) = −0.19, p < 0.01), as well as a similar correlation with perceived safety control among the study group (r (323) = −0.27, p < 0.01). In addition, the hygiene rating among the group was adjudged poor as there was no established relationship found with their perceived safety control. To help bridge the gap around e-waste workers safety knowledge, awareness, and practices, it is pertinent for local and international players to take into consideration the shared values and beliefs among the group and work alongside the group in developing a set of policies that will help improve their safety and health.

Esse estudo teve por objetivo avaliar os métodos estatísticos disponíveis para as estimativas da interação genótipo por ambientes no rendimento de grãos em cultivares e linhagens de feijão, bem como estabelecer uma estratégia para a condução dos ensaios que visam avaliar a interação genótipos por ambientes, possibilitando a redução do número de anos de testes, com resultados confiáveis para embasar a indicação de novas cultivares. Um ensaio composto por 14 genótipos foi conduzido em 23 ambientes do estado do Paraná, Brasil, durante três anos consecutivos. Os dados de rendimento obtidos em cada ambiente foram submetidos a análise de homogeneidade de variâncias, teste de normalidade dos resíduos, análise de variância individual, e posteriormente foi efetuada a análise de variância conjunta dos ambientes. A interação genótipos por ambientes foi estudada utilizando diferentes métodos estatísticos: regressão linear, análise multivariada e modelos mistos. As análises foram efetuadas utilizando-se dados de dois e de três anos de avaliação. Para os métodos estatísticos que empregam a regressão linear e modelos mistos, o número de anos analisados não interferiu na interpretação dos resultados. Entretanto, na análise multivariada, o comportamento dos genótipos frente aos ambientes estudados variou de acordo com o número de anos analisados. Os resultados do estudo apontam que dois anos de avaliação foram suficientes para a indicação de novas cultivares adaptadas a diferentes ambientes.

Brazil is the world's largest producer of common bean. Knowledge of the genetic diversity and relatedness of accessions adapted to Brazilian conditions is of great importance for the conservation of germplasm and for directing breeding programs aimed at the development of new cultivars. In this context, the objective of this study was to analyze the genetic diversity, population structure, and linkage disequilibrium (LD) of a diversity panel consisting of 219 common bean accessions, most of which belonging to the Mesoamerican gene pool. Genotyping by sequencing (GBS) of these accessions allowed the identification of 49,817 SNPs with minor allele frequency > 0.05. Of these, 17,149 and 12,876 were exclusive to the Mesoamerican and Andean pools, respectively, and 11,805 SNPs could differentiate the two gene pools. Further the separation according to the gene pool, bayesian analysis of the population structure showed a subdivision of the Mesoamerican accessions based on the origin and color of the seed tegument. LD analysis revealed the occurrence of long linkage blocks and low LD decay with physical distance between SNPs (LD half decay in 249 kb, corrected for population structure and relatedness). The GBS technique could effectively characterize the Brazilian common bean germplasms, and the diversity panel used in this study may be of great use in future genome-wide association studies.

The population growth trend in recent decades has resulted in continuing efforts to guarantee food security in which leguminous plants, such as the common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), play a particularly important role as they are relatively cheap and have high nutritional value. To meet this demand for food, the main target for genetic improvement programs is to increase productivity, which is a complex quantitative trait influenced by many component traits. This research aims to identify Quantitative Trait Nucleotides (QTNs) associated with productivity and its components using multi-locus genome-wide association studies. Ten morpho-agronomic traits [plant height (PH), first pod insertion height (FPIH), number of nodules (NN), pod length (PL), total number of pods per plant (NPP), number of locules per pod (LP), number of seeds per pod (SP), total seed weight per plant (TSW), 100-seed weight (W100), and grain yield (YLD)] were evaluated in four environments for 178 Mesoamerican common bean domesticated accessions belonging to the Brazilian Diversity Panel. In order to identify stable QTNs, only those identified by multiple methods (mrMLM, FASTmrMLM, pLARmEB, and ISIS EM-BLASSO) or in multiple environments were selected. Among the identified QTNs, 64 were detected at least thrice by different methods or in different environments, and 39 showed significant phenotypic differences between their corresponding alleles. The alleles that positively increased the corresponding traits, except PH (for which lower values are desired), were considered favorable alleles. The most influenced trait by the accumulation of favorable alleles was PH, showing a 51.7% reduction, while NN, TSW, YLD, FPIH, and NPP increased between 18 and 34%. Identifying QTNs in several environments (four environments and overall adjusted mean) and by multiple methods reinforces the reliability of the associations obtained and the importance of conducting these studies in multiple environments. Using these QTNs through molecular techniques for genetic improvement, such as marker-assisted selection or genomic selection, can be a strategy to increase common bean production.

In this study, planning and design features of cemeteries were investigated by considering the development of cemetery concept in Turks and characteristics that determine the cemetery usage status and form were investigated. In the study, visitors' satisfaction degree of their visits to Kayseri Asri Cemetery in Kayseri City center which is continuing to grow have been examined. As a study area, Kayseri Asri Cemetery and the evaluation of the visitor satisfaction survey, firstly the compliance of the cemetery with the planning criteria was examined in general. The survey data of 384 people were analyzed with the help of SPSS Statistics program, and the data obtained were presented in graphical form. At the end of the research, some problems were determined in terms of design in parking lot, pedestrian and vehicle access, reinforcement elements, plant design in Kayseri Asri Cemetery. In addition, it is seen that the majority of the people of Kayseri do not want to spend time other than their use for visiting cemeteries. This situation was caused by the fact that the cemetery was not designed to include park and park-like areas and which may serve passive recreation.

Background: Knee surgery necessitates adequate analgesia to reduce postoperative complications and promote early recovery. This study aimed to compare the efficacy of the SOFT block (a single-puncture technique to block the sciatic, obturator, and femoral nerves) and the adductor canal block for improved postoperative analgesia and early ambulation. Materials and Methods: In total, 60 patients posted for elective knee surgeries under spinal anesthesia were included. Postoperatively, they were divided into two groups. The SOFT block was administered to Group S with 45 mL of 0.2% ropivacaine and 8 mg of dexamethasone. Meanwhile, the adductor canal block was provided to subjects in Group A with 30 mL of 0.2% ropivacaine and 8 mg dexamethasone. Subjects were then reassessed at 0, 6, 12, 24, and 36 h for heart rate, mean arterial pressure, visual analog score, duration of analgesia, early mobilization, satisfaction score, and adverse events. Results: The mean duration of analgesia of the SOFT block and adductor canal block were 14.62 ± 4.50 and 11.68 ± 2.48 min, respectively (P = 0.003). The mean mobilization time was significantly shorter in Group S (19.96 ± 1.64 vs. 21.77 ± 2.34 min, P = 0.002). The patient satisfaction score was better in the SOFT block than in the adductor canal block (P < 0.001). Hemodynamic parameters and adverse events were comparable. Conclusion: SOFT block with 45 mL of 0.2% ropivacaine and 8 mg dexamethasone provides a longer duration of postoperative analgesia and early mobilization than adductor canal block with 30 mL of 0.2% ropivacaine and 8 mg dexamethasone in patients undergoing elective knee surgeries.

Background Heterozygous mutations in the GBA gene, encoding the lysosomal enzyme β-glucocerebrosidase (GCase), are the most frequent genetic risk factor for Parkinson’s disease (PD). GBA-related PD (GBA-PD) patients have higher risk of dementia and reduced survival than non-carriers. Preclinical studies and one open-label trial in humans demonstrated that the chaperone ambroxol (ABX) increases GCase levels and modulates α-synuclein levels in the blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).Methods and analysis In this multicentre, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase II clinical trial, we randomise patients with GBA-PD in a 1:1 ratio to either oral ABX 1.2 g/day or placebo. The duration of treatment is 52 weeks. Each participant is assessed at baseline and weeks 12, 26, 38, 52 and 78. Changes in the Montreal Cognitive Assessment score and the frequency of mild cognitive impairment and dementia between baseline and weeks 52 are the primary outcome measures. Secondary outcome measures include changes in validated scales/questionnaires assessing motor and non-motor symptoms. Neuroimaging features and CSF neurodegeneration markers are used as surrogate markers of disease progression. GCase activity, ABX and α-synuclein levels are also analysed in blood and CSF. A repeated-measures analysis of variance will be used for elaborating results. The primary analysis will be by intention to treat.Ethics and dissemination The study and protocols have been approved by the ethics committee of centres. The study is conducted according to good clinical practice and the Declaration of Helsinki. The trial findings will be published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at conferences.Trial registration numbers NCT05287503, EudraCT 2021-004565-13.

Abstract INTRODUCTION 18F‐Fluoro‐deoxyglucose–positron emission tomography (FDG‐PET) is a supportive biomarker in dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) diagnosis and its advanced analysis methods, including radiomics and machine learning (ML), were developed recently. The aim of this study was to evaluate the FDG‐PET diagnostic performance in predicting a DLB versus Alzheimer's disease (AD) diagnosis. METHODS FDG‐PET scans were visually and semi‐quantitatively analyzed in 61 patients. Radiomics and ML analyses were performed, building five ML models: (1) clinical features; (2) visual and semi‐quantitative PET features; (3) radiomic features; (4) all PET features; and (5) overall features. RESULTS At follow‐up, 34 patients had DLB and 27 had AD. At visual analysis, DLB PET signs were significantly more frequent in DLB, having the highest diagnostic accuracy (86.9%). At semi‐quantitative analysis, the right precuneus, superior parietal, lateral occipital, and primary visual cortices showed significantly reduced uptake in DLB. The ML model 2 had the highest diagnostic accuracy (84.3%). DISCUSSION FDG‐PET is a valuable tool in DLB diagnosis, having visual and semi‐quantitative analyses with the highest diagnostic accuracy at ML analyses.
