The article presents the reproductive quality indicators of the Holstein herd of APA (C) “Kuzminsky” (Moscow region) with different milk productivity levels. Some patterns have been identified for the herd, reflecting associations between reproductive and productive traits. The coefficient of the reproductive capacity ranges in the herd from 0.976 to 0.986, and the highest average rate was noted among cows with the highest milk yields in the herd. It’s noteworthy that the largest group (n=100) with an average level of milk yield per herd was characterized by the lowest coefficient. The average calving interval is 372 days, which can be explained by an extended service period; the dry period duration in cows with high milk yields is the maximum among the studied livestock.

The article presents an analysis of modern issues of environmental pollution in the Russian Federation: growth of the pollutants concentration in the atmosphere, decrease in the quality of water, growth in the annual production and consumption waste generation etc. The authors present the load forecast for water and atmospheric resources as well as projected trend of waste production for a period of 2016-2020, obtained using dynamic interindustry model with ecological block. Based on the forecast it is concluded that the growth of the environmental load will remain, and in order to prevent it the development of state ecological policies is required.

The main principle of developing specialized model complexes is based on the approach when the detailed description of the object (the core, the main body) is added by the description of the context. In addition to the above, the core of the system can be made up in turns by objects picked up from the context. Developing the models on separate subsystems of the economy, presented in details in the basic model, leads to creation of problems (equations) with many variables and parameters where for the specific goals of analysis (and forecasting) it is not at all obligatory to use the full-scale model. Such redundancy is unnecessary while using this model for scenario calculations in the context of “branch ” problems. The authors provide experimental calculations which allow evaluating the influence of aggregation on resulting information. Average year growth rates of production by branches of timber complex are considered as resulting information. Closeness of decisions on these indicators proves the hypothesis about possibility and rationality of such aggregation of the economic context for the timber complex.

This article analyzes the conditions and factors of sustainable development of economy in the long term with the concurrence of economic, social and environmental aspects. In research mechanism for calculating the differential rent is presented, with taking into account Russian specific features - regional differentiation that allows to propose algorithm for calculating compensation payments companies. To simulate the challenges of sustainable development environmental components (based on differential rent) were added in the optimization problem first offered Dale W. Jorgenson (MTI), which ultimately allow to propose an algorithm for estimating the optimal level of cost of capital, land, human capital and energy.

The article proceeds a series of publications according to the concept of system-innovation bibliometriс analysis and mapping of economic literature (SIBAMEL) (created by Department of Economics of the National Research University - Novosibirsk State University and the Institute of Economics and Industrial Engineering of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences). The new directions of research on economics that emerged in 2006-2013 are in the paper core. These new directions appeared on the intersections of the 10 micro fields that are the parts of the subject field Q5 Environmental Economics and all the rest micro fields that are included in the JEL classification. We were able to identify, to analyze, and to represent with different detailing 1982 intersections that contain one or more publications. As well as we suggest and illustrate two ways to accelerate the analysis of new research directions: 1) to use cubic representation of subject codes in addition to matrix; 2) to use a priory new subject fields (for instance C45 Neural Networks and Related Topics and D87Neuroeconomics).

The article presents an example of application of the concept of system-innovation bibliometriс analysis and mapping of economic literature (SIBAMEL) (created by Department of Economics of the National Research University - Novosibirsk State University and the Institute of Economics and Industrial Engineering of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences). The application embraces the sphere of innovation. We use the EconLit as information base of the research. Four types of records were extracted and analyzed: 1) the records with the word «innovation» in the title of publication; 2) the records with the codes three fields of JEL classification O31, O32, and Q55. The mentioned fields include the word «innovation» in the names of the fields. We marked the publications with these features as «innovative». At the first stage of analysis, we have chosen the fields of JEL classification that did not include the «innovative» publication at the end of 2005 year. Then we considered publications in EconLit in 2006-2013 and found the new directions of economic research according to our definition of «innovative» publications for all intersections of the classifications fields. We present the ranking of new research directions and a few examples of new publications, the results of consideration of situations when a few new works appeared before the year 2005 and then there were the booms in publications at the same directions.

The article presents the historical background and the stages of formation and approval of the concept of system-innovation bibliometriс analysis and mapping of economic literature (SIBAMEL). We show that the roots of modern system and bibliometric analysis are in the ancient Indian treatise «Arthasastra» and in some other old documents and works. The Department of Economics of the National Research University - Novosibirsk State University and the Institute of Economics and Industrial Engineering of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciencescreated and developed this concept SIBAMEL. JEL subject classification and the electronic bibliography EconLit are important foundation for suggested variant of bibliometriс analysis. It is necessary to stress the role of special techniques and software that were elaborated in the framework of the SIBAMEL. The concept received approval in different research, education and publication projects. This approbation provided a number of new results for the development of research and professional education. This article contain the brief presentation of new project on the EconLit basis. This project shows new directions of economic research, which has grown on the intersections of 822 subject micro fields of JEL classification in 2006-2013. The American Economic Association gave her kind permission to publish the results of the new project in English and Russian.
