Abstract

The issues of water resources management are of great theoretical and practical importance to ensure the socio-economic development of the country. This explains the increasing number of scientific publications on water management issues around the world. The aim of this article is to analyze the state of the national scientific research in the field of water resources management. Bibliometric analysis was used as a research method. The study resulted in analyzing the dynamics of publications in the field of water resources management, describing the characteristics of national scientific community, and identifying the key knowledge centers. It was concluded that problems of water resources management are not the center of attention of researchers in Russia now, but there is a growing interest in learning more about the subject. The indicators of scientific performance of the Russian scientists at the same time clearly show the potential for the development of this area of research.

Abstract

The article deals with the issue of improving the efficiency of the transport enterprise on the basis of monitoring and the formation of digital databases of the social and psychological profiles of the personnel of the enterprise and considering the socio-psychological profiles of applicants when including applicants to the enterprise team. In the paper, the socio-psychological personality traits of the staff and applicants are formed on the basis of the 16 PF methodology - the Cattell questionnaire. Within the study, the digitized database of socio-psychological profiles of applicants' specialists was processed by cluster analysis methods. As a result of processing the modified database, clusters of socio-psychological profiles of optants from among the specialists of the enterprise and applicants for vacant positions were built. It is offered to consider the degree of proximity of their socio-psychological profiles to the indicators of clusters of socio-psychological profiles of enterprise specialists when deciding on the acceptance of job applicants. Abstract

The article presents a method of technological justification for obtaining digital twins of the processes of energy supply for transportation work at railway ranges. The methodology is based on the principle of system analysis of business processes implemented in the course of the transportation process and methods of complex identification of the relationship between the actual values of indicators. As indicators of train work, the following was considered: cargo loading, freight turnover, sectional speed, and electric locomotive performance. As indicators of energy efficiency, indicators of the power supply economy the following was considered: power consumption, specific power consumption, power losses. The methodology provides for a number of successive stages of assessing the level of the relationship between indicators. When identifying indicators, methods of statistical data processing, regression and cluster analysis were used. A database of monthly actual values of production business processes for a long period from 2007 to 2018 was used. An example of a multifactorial model for estimating and predicting the consumption of electric energy spent on train traction and forecasting results with an error of 1.5 % is given. Abstract

Actinidia arguta (Sieb. et Zucc.) Planch. ex Miq. or mini kiwi is a valuable fruit and berry crop. Nowadays, it is important to use biotechnological methods to propagate rare cultivars of A. arguta successfully introduced in temperate climate. The purpose of the study was to optimize the techniques for cultivating promising cultivars of A. arguta at the micropropagation stage to develop an effective method for its clonal micropropagation. The studies were carried out in 2022 at the Plant Biotechnology Laboratory of the Tsitsin Main Botanical Garden of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Promising cultivars (‘Solnechny’, ‘Zolotaya Kosa’ and ‘Taezhny Dar’) bred at the Federal Horticultural Center for Breeding, Agrotechnology and Nursery, as well as selective male form of A. arguta were the objects of the current study. During the research process, the influence of genetic features and the composition of the culture medium on the regeneration capacity of A. arguta was established. 6-benzylaminopurine, meta-topolin and thidiazuron were used as a plant growth regulator. It was found that on the Quorin and Lepoivre (QL) culture medium, in the case of an increase in the concentration of 6-benzylaminopurine from 0.5 to 1.0 mg/l, the length of microshoots decreased in ‘Solnechny’ (from 18.8 ± 0.7 to 12.4 ± 0.6 mm) and ‘Taezhny Dar’ (from 22.8 ± 1.0 to 19.1 ± 1.1 mm). At the same time, the use of the studied 6-benzylaminopurine concentrations contributed to an increase in the multiplication rate in most cultivars, but no significant differences were found. Simultaneously, the effectiveness of 0.5 mg/l meta-topolin in QL medium, compared with 0.5 mg/l 6-benzylaminopurine and 0.5 mg/l thidiazuron, was established. During culturing on a medium with meta-topolin, in most cultivars, both the length of microshoots (from 21.2 ± 1.1 to 31.2 ± 1.1 mm, depending on the cultivar) and the multiplication rate (from 9.0 ± 0.7 to 14, 8 ± 0.8) increased. The addition of thidiazuron to QL medium caused various morphological abnormalities in A.arguta explants.

Abstract

Regenerants of Canna (Canna × hybrida hort.) cvs. Suevia, Dar Vostoka and Livadia have been obtained. Dependence of viability and regenerative capacity of Canna microshoots on genotype has been found. The optimal concentrations of growth regulators that influence on morphogenesis in vitro have been determined. At the micropropagation stage of different cultivars of Canna it needs the addition of 1.24–1.91 mg/l thidiazuron to culture medium. The active rooting of Canna microshoots cvs. Dar Vostoka and Suevia on the culture medium Murashige & Skoog and Pierik with auxins β-indol-3- acetic acid and α-naphthylacetic acid have been observed. The ability of Canna cv. Suevia microshoots to spontaneous root formation has been shown. The formation of meristemoids in culture in vitro of Canna explants have been confirmed by the results of histological investigations.

Abstract

Abstract: The formation and maturation of stone fruits are complex processes that require the involvement of many genes and gene products. Early research on the peach fruit (Prunus persica(L.) Batsch) and the differences in ripening periods of its cultivars mainly focused on the already ripe fruit. However, in the early stages of fruit formation, there may be significant differences between cultivars that have different ripening periods. We identify and analyze differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between flowers, fertilized ovaries, and fruits at the S1 stage in cultivars that have different ripening periods, both between cultivars and from stage to stage. Gene expression in peach cultivars that have different ripening periods differs even in the early stages of fruit formation. The most significantly enriched categories of DEGs in this case are photosynthesis, redox reactions, and processes associated with cell-wall modification; thus, by the time the fruit forms, hormonal reception becomes more important.

Abstract

It is indispensible to pay a particular attention to the regional aspect of creation,functioning and management of the specially protected natural areas at the study of thenatural resource use in the economic districts of Russia and some Russian regions. Theshare of the net of the specially protected natural areas is 11,7% of the surface of theRussian Federation. Under the conditions of a new geoeconomic zonation they create theirecological frame, play an important role in the solution of the problems of theconservation of the biological diversity at the process of the accelerating the neoindustrialization of the economic life of regions. In these territories the maintenance of thestability of the natural area is provided with the help of special natural use and territoryprotection regimes. In the article it is shown which types of the specially protected naturalareas exist in the Southern Federal District of Russia, their specificity, the specificmanagerial approaches are analyzed and variants of their modernization are offered.

The article displays basic problems and it studies prospects of the development of the agrarian entrepreneurship in contemporary Russia.
