The various technical systems consist of separate parts, which are in a certain way organized as a whole and interact with each other. The interaction is due to the connections of the parts, the external influences and the anticipation of the desired consequences. One of the problems of such interaction is the study of the temporal evolution of the effects of action on objects of different nature. The methodology of the systematic approach to solving management problems is based on two basic principles of modeling and purposefulness. One of the effective methods in which the ideas of component modeling at the lower level (level of energy domains) are implemented is the method of bond graphs. The language of bond graphs allows to build models of dynamic systems in the state space. As a result of the analysis of existing researches and publications, the purpose of research is set, namely: creating dynamic models of technical systems with using the method of the bond graph. In this work, the structural model of control of the harmonic oscillator, which is described by the system of equations in the state space, is presented. In addition to state equations, we obtain observation equations that connect the state with the initial parameter of the system. An oscillatory system with one degree of freedom in which the resistance R is a model for the transformation of mechanical energy into other forms is considered. Also, the principle of constructing a control model in a state of space for a vibrational system with one degree of freedom is considered in the conditions that the system is not perturbed by force, but by speed. The next stage of the complication of the model was the consideration of the case when the support of oscillator has velocity which not equal zero. In accordance with the symbols of the language of the bond graphs, the equations of the system state, transitional structures and observation were compiled. A practical value of the work is the proposed method of building models of control systems in the state space. The originality is that the models have generalizations in case of increasing the dimensionality of the system, as well as when using nonlinear elements of different types. In the language of bond graphs, we can construct a model of a control system in the form of a system of differential equations. Then the search for the output or consequences of the action on the system consists in solving the system of differential equations with a determine control, or action u(t), substituting the found state x(t) into the observation equation and determining y(t)., Аннотация. В работе представлена структурная модель управления гармоничным осциллятором, которая описывается системой уравнений в пространстве состояний. Кроме уравнений состояния, получены уравнения наблюдения, которые связывают состояние с исходным параметром системы. Рассмотрена колебательная система с одной степенью свободы, в которой сопротивление R является моделью преобразования механической энергии в другие формы. Также рассмотрены принцип построения модели управления в пространстве состояния для колебательной системы с одной степенью свободы при условии, что система возмущается не силой, а скоростью. Следующим этапом усложнения модели было рассмотрение случая, когда опора осциллятора имеет не нулевую, а любую другую скорость. Согласно с обозначениями языка графов связи были составлены уравнения состояния системы, переходных структур и наблюдения. Практической ценностью в работе является предложенный метод построения моделей систем управления в пространстве состояний. Оригинальность заключается в том, что модели имеют обобщения в случае увеличения размерности системы, а также при использовании нелинейных элементов разных типов. На языке графов связи можно построить модель системы управления в виде системы дифференциальных уравнений. Тогда поиск выхода или последствий воздействия на систему заключается в решении системы дифференциальных уравнений при заданном управлении, или действия u(t), подстановке найденного состояния х(t) в уравнение наблюдения и определении y(t)., Анотація. У роботі представлена структурна модель керування гармонічним осцилятором, яка описується системою рівнянь у просторі станів. Крім рівнянь стану, отримані рівняння спостереження, які пов’язують стан з вихідним параметром системи. Розглянута коливальна система з одним ступенем вільності, у якій опір R є моделлю перетворення механічної енергії в інші форми. Також розглянуто принцип побудови моделі керування в просторі стану для коливальної системи з одним ступенем вільності за умов, що система збурюється не силою, а швидкістю. Наступним етапом ускладнення моделі був розгляд випадку, коли опора осцилятора має не нульову, а будь-яку іншу швидкість. Відповідно до позначень мови графів зв’язку були складені рівняння стану системи, перехідних структур та спостереження.

Battery moulds have widely use for the formation elements of the house during its construction: partition panels, internal walls, floor plate. Cassette technology for the manufacture of reinforced concrete products is characterized by the simplicity of equipment, high productivity, but has a number of significant drawbacks: the use of moving concrete mixtures (cone draft 12 ... 16 cm) which leads to increased costs of cement; unsatisfactory in some cases the surface quality, which requires additional spatula work; heterogeneous indexes of strength in the height of the product. The paper presents results of experimental studies forms of natural oscillations of cassette devices with and without the without concrete. Analyzed the most favorable modes of cassette devices which based on the research. Presented results of numerical calculations, which are performed on the finite element method taking into account coefficients of influence are known from the course of strength of materials and show the value of the deflection from the action of the single load when considering the plate as a two-dimensional beam. The calculation model is obtained by dividing the letter into 7x16 finite elements. Five frequencies and their corresponding forms of oscillation have been obtained, the analysis of which has shown that the most acceptable from the technological point of view is the third form, which has two half-wave in the longitudinal direction with a nodal line in the middle of the plate. At fluctuations of separate sheets the account of the concrete mixture was carried out at the values of the coefficients of connection of the mass of concrete on both sides. Experimental studies of battery mould were carried out in natural conditions, measuring the amplitudes of oscillations of separate sheets using a special vibration sensor fixed on a telescopic rod and connected with an oscilloscope., Касетні установки отримали широке застосування для формування виробів будівництва: панелей перегородок, внутрішніх стін, плит перекриття. Касетна технологія виготовлення залізобетонних виробів характеризується простотою обладнання, високою продуктивністю, проте має ряд суттєвих недоліків: використання рухомих бетонних сумішей (осадка конуса 12…16 см), що призводить до підвищених витрат цементу; незадовільна в ряді випадків якість поверхні, що потребує додаткових шпаклювальних робіт; неоднорідні показники міцності по висоті виробу. В роботі представлені результати експериментальних досліджень форм власних коливань касетних установок з врахуванням і без врахування бетонної суміші. На основі досліджень проведено аналіз найбільш сприятливих режимів роботи касетної установки. Наведено результати чисельних розрахунків, які виконані по методу кінцевих елементів з врахуванням коефіцієнтів впливу, відомих із курсу опору матеріалів і які показують величину прогину від дії одиничного навантаження при розгляді пластини як двовимірної балки. Розрахункова модель отримана діленням листа на 7х16 кінцевих елементів. Отримано п’ять частот і відповідних їм форм власних коливань, аналіз яких показав, що найбільш допустимою з технологічної точки зору є третя форма, яка має дві напівхвилі в поздовжньому напрямку з вузловою лінією по середині пластини. Врахування бетонної суміші при коливаннях роздільних листів виконувалось при значеннях коефіцієнтів приєднання маси бетону з двох боків. Експериментальні дослідження касетних установок виконувались в натурних умовах, вимірюванням амплітуд коливань роздільних листів з використанням спеціального віброщупа, закріпленого на телескопічній штанзі і пов’язаного з осцилографом. Така конструкція датчика дозволила виміряти динамічний режим практично в любій точці площини листа при різних видах технологічного навантаження.

The monograph is devoted to the development of mechanical systems with dynamic effects on processing media. A new approach and methodology is proposed, taking into account the influence of energy fields of physical and me-chanical effects, the transformation and inversion of types of energy exposure. The model of dispersed media under consideration in the range of the process of destruction, grinding and compaction is considered. The revealed changes in the parameters of subsystems: working media, mechanical systems, the process-es of their interaction are studied based on the consideration of their stress-strain state. The analysis of combinations and their influence on the intensity of phy-sical and mechanical processes is carried out. The intensification of physical and mechanical processes, methods and means of their creation are achieved by the formulated idea: systematization and complexity of approaches through a joint consideration of the mutual influence of the internal properties of the subsys-tems made it possible to identify the general laws of their changes and take them into account in the work process. The movement of the working media during high-speed and impact destruction with differentiation of the working area is de-scribed. Structuring of the shock process, the formation of entropy destruction, the use of self-organization and the evolution of geometric shapes are evaluated. The process of grinding materials by a vibratory jaw crusher is investigated and methods for determining the effective parameters and their operation modes are proposed. The process of compaction of the processing medium in the field of vibrations in the device with spatial vibrations is described. The laws of change in the device movement, taking into account interaction with the processing medium are established. As a research result, new properties of the behavior of discrete-continuous systems under power load are disclosed. For the first time, stresses and strains are taken into account as working bodies and media for creating energy-saving vibration systems for compaction of building materials. The conducted scientific study makes it possible to obtain the laws of change in the state of dispersed media under the action of power loads by mechanical sys-tems. Minimization of energy costs and increase the efficiency of work processes is proposed when implementing various technological processes.
