Abstract

On the sown areas of saline lands, due to the close occurrence of groundwater with a high salt content, despite the leaching irrigation, after the first and subsequent vegetation irrigation, salt accumulation occurs at the top of the ridges of the rows due to capillary inflow and evaporation of moisture. Such an accumulation of salts in close proximity to plants leads to negative consequences in the life of the plant, especially on the water-air and nutrient regime that flows in it. In order to exclude such a phenomenon, watering is carried out with complete flooding of the soil located on the ridge of the rows around the plant. To do this, small bollards are formed manually by longitudinal rollers and transverse partitions. In order to exclude manual labor, a special device has been developed that, during operation, irrigation furrows are cut with the formation of transverse nuggets in it in pre-designated areas along the length of the rutting. At the same time, both the quality of the furrows formed and the formed transverse partitions largely depends on the correct choice of the depth of the furrow cutting, which is determined based on the condition of excluding the filling of plant sprouts with soil during the operation of the device for cutting transverse fences. The need to comply with this condition, on the one hand, and the limited row spacing, on the other hand, determine the rational values of the depth of the furrow cutter. On the basis of the studies carried out, a relationship has been derived that links the value of the depth of the furrow cutter, which excludes the soil from falling asleep with soil, to the magnitude of the deflection of the surface topography and row spacing, as well as to the physical and mechanical properties of the soil. Abstract

The model of hyperenzymia caused by injection of lactate dehydrogenase (5000 U/kg body weight) causes an increase of NADP.H-dependent oxidation in liver microsomes, without changing oxidative intensity in mitochondria, by such NAD.H-depended dehydrogenases as glutamate dehydrogenase and beta-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase. The aim of the interaction with exogenous lactate dehydrogenase in the glycolytic metabolone system, where increased carbohydrate disintegration in vivo is induced. There is a high detoxification processes associated with ammonia detoxification and urea production. The stability of membrane permeability is characterized by the absence of glutamate dehydrogenase and glucoso-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity in blood plasma. It has been shown that the introduction of exogenic lactate dehydrogenase into the metabolism of experimental animals gives the possibility of using this enzyme as an enzymotherapeutic remedy.

Abstract

It has been shown for the first time that the rate of glucose synthesis from endogenous non-carbohydrate compounds in the perfused liver of rats with occlusion of the descending branch of the left coronary artery increased. Gluconeogenesis appeared to be the most intense by the third day after occlusion. The rate of gluconeogenesis was identical both in control and experimental animals by the 10th and 20th days after occlusion.

Abstract

The influence of immobilized streptokinase-streptodecase preparation on the rate of gluconeogenesis in perfused liver of normal and infarcted rats was studied. The preparations were administered in a single dose on the basis of estimated appropriate clinical dosage. It was shown that perfused liver of normal rats can produce glucose from endogenous non-carbohydrate compounds. Polysaccharide dextran carrier, a streptodecase component, leads to the growth of glucose quantity in the perfusate. At the same time, streptokinase and streptodecase suppress sufficiently the rate of gluconeogenesis in normal and infarcted rats. The streptodecase effect is particularly marked and may be connected with the inhibition of endogenous substrate induction of glucogenesis as well as the inhibition of key enzymes. Catabolic activity of streptodecase appears to be weaker than that of streptokinase. It is supposed that streptodecase may be used for the treatment of various other pathologic states apart from myocardial infarction.
