Objective To study the curative effect of red-light 5-Aminolevulinic photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) to port wine stains(PWS) on comb animal model. Methods 160 male cocks were randomly divided into 16 groups. The ALA only group was given ALA only topical or systemic application. Light only groups were only given 630 nm red light irradiation with different light density. ALA-PDT groups were given red light after the application of topical or systemic ALA. PDL group was given PDL irradiation. The distribution of fluorescence in tissue after topical or systemic application of ALA was detected. The morphological changes, the pathological changes and the capillary reduction rate of the comb were observed after treatment for 0, 1, 3, 5, 7, 14 days. Results The PpIX fluorescence generated after topical and systemic application of ALA. In the topical ALA-PDT group at low light density 80 J/cm2, the morphology and the histopathology had no obvious change. While under 160 J/cm2 and 200 J/cm2 light density, severe erosion and thick scab appeared. The histopathology showed epidermal necrosis and loss. The immunohistochemistry showed that there was no significant change in the number of capillaries under different light density (P > 0.05). In the systemic ALA-PDT group under low light density 80 J/cm2, only partial erosion and thin scab was observed on the treatment side. With the increase of light density, thick charred crust and even scar was observed. The histopathology showed that there were different degrees of damage to dermal and epidermal tissues. And the immunohistochemistry showed the capillary reduced significantly in the treatment side (P Conclusion These results suggest that either topical or systemic red-light ALA-PDT is not suitable treatment methods for PWS.

The operating electrical devices, such as reactors and transformers, especially in ultrahigh voltage level of substations, are constantly emitting noise, which inevitably brings negative effect on the ambient environment and people. With an increasing number of high voltage substations are under construction, noise emission issues are grabbing the public attention in recent years. 750 kV substation, a very typical high voltage level of substation, is taken as the research object in this paper. The transformer, reactor and the corona noise of lines and metal fittings, as the main noise sources in substation, are measured and analyzed respectively. Sound signal processing array technique is adopted and applied to help positioning the corona noise and the noise characteristic is accordingly obtained by beam forming algorithm. On basis of the collected noise source data, the acoustic field model of the whole 750 kV substation could be established in SoundPLAN software and the noise distribution are predicted. To improve the sound environment quality around the substation, different noise control schemes are put forward and the effect of these approaches are verified and compared through the simulation in SoundPLAN. Several good suggestions are given and it could be very helpful for the early stages of planning and designing of substations in order to reduce the potential noise problems.

Objective: To explore the effects of 532 nm continuous laser combined with photodynamic therapy (PDT) versus 595 nm pulsed dye laser (PDL) on a chicken comb model of vascular malformation. Study design: Ninety adult male chickens were divided into three groups (A, B and C). One comb side of the chickens was taken randomly as the treatment side, and the other side as the self-control side. Group A was irradiated once with a 532 nm continuous laser after a single intravenous injection of hematoporphyrin monomethyl ether (HMME). In group B treatment side of combs was irradiated once with a 595 nm pulsed dye laser (PDL). In the control group C, the combs were treated neither with photosensitizer nor with irradiation. Results: Compared with the self-control sides, part of the treated combs were blanched after HMME-PDT while the histopathology showed an absence of erythrocytes and the vessel lumina were obliterated, leaving the normal overlying epidermis completely intact. At the same time selective destruction of the capillaries in the target area and obvious reduction of vascular vessel number were seen (ppp>0.05). Conclusion: In the chicken comb model it was shown that both 532 nm HMME-PDT and 595 nm PDL treatment could damage capillaries in the superficial dermis of combs. The 532 nm HMME-PDT had fewer side effects compared with 595 nm PDL, but the inefficiency rate of 532 nm HMME-PDT group was higher than the 595 nm PDL group. No significant difference was observed in the macroscopic and histopathological results of both groups (p>0.05).

The power data is affected by many factors and has long time series, which fully meets the conditions of long-term and short-term memory neural network. This paper analyzes and models various influencing factors such as time, vacation and meteorology, and uses adaptive moment estimation optimization algorithm. The traditional optimization algorithm is improved, the generalization of the model is improved, and the short-term load forecasting of power can be stably and efficiently operated to ensure the reliability and safety of national electricity. In this paper, the short-term load forecasting experiment is carried out in a certain area of Hebei Province. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the existing similar model and has higher prediction accuracy.

Based on the existing electric power grid load forecasting method and improving the precision of electric power load forecasting, an power load forecasting model based on Support Vector Machine (SVM) and improve the parameters by Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Firstly, analyzed the theoretical basis of support vector machine, and the preliminary prediction model of support vector machine is established. Then, the PSO algorithm is used to iteratively choose the optimal parameters of the support vector machine parameters. Finally, the optimal load prediction model is established by the optimal parameters. The pre-processed real power data is input into the model for learning prediction, and the model prediction effect is verified by Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) and prediction chart. The experimental results show that the PSO-SVM prediction model can precise forecast the power load and raised the accuracy of power load forecasting. It shows that the PSO algorithm is very effective to adjust the parameters of SVM model.

5-Aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT) is known to be effective in the treatment of photoaged skin. However, the molecular mechanisms still remain elusive. Protoporphyrin IX (PpIX) fluorescence is primarily located in the epidermis while ALA-PDT affects the dermal collagen, presumably by an indirect mechanism. This study aimed to investigate the molecular communication in low-dose ALA-PDT occurring between epidermal keratinocytes and dermal fibroblasts. Western blotting and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays were performed to evaluate collagen expression and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) signaling in human keratinocytes and dermal fibroblasts. The impact on fibroblast proliferation was assessed by morphology and proliferating cell nuclear antigen immunofluorescence. Skin biopsies from mice were used to analyze the histological changes in dermal collagen and PpIX distribution. When fibroblasts were cocultured with keratinocytes treated with low-dose ALA-PDT, collagen synthesis and fibroblast proliferation were enhanced. Low-dose ALA-PDT stimulated TGF-β1 expression in keratinocytes. Fibroblasts cocultured with low-dose ALA-PDT-treated keratinocytes also showed activation of the TGF-β pathway. In vivo, PpIX fluorescence was densely distributed in photoaged mouse epidermis while collagen in the mouse dermis underwent remodeling. This study suggests that low-dose ALA-PDT can stimulate keratinocytes to release TGF-β1, activating the TGF-β pathway in dermal fibroblasts to remodel collagen in the dermis.
