According to the requirements of steel billet quality evaluation system application, this paper proposed a system design based on Android mobile terminal, and discussed the Android in the billet quality judging systems mobile terminals development and application combining to Android System features. The paper introduced the whole Android frame and the judging system framework, followed by the mobile terminal system requirements analysis, system design, function module analysis and application interface design. Finally the design used Java language to develop the system in Eclipse, achieved Android data acquisition applications and mobile information management applications.

According to the multivariable coupling、 large time delay, non-linearity and time-varying and other difficulties of circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion system, a kind of control technology based on neural network to circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion system was presented. Actual parameter data of a paper mill in Kunming and neural network control principle were used in the establishment of a circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion system mathematical model and modified BP neural network algorithm training. Results of MATLAB simulation show that boiler combustion system control precision was effectively improved and good effects in production and application were got.

According to the problem of petrochemical heat equipment status inspection and fault diagnosis, a method based on edge detection of infrared image segmentation was presented studying the infrared image segmentation based on edge detection and combining Roberts operator into best threshold segmentation method to do simulation of buoyant, medium and heavy damaged equipments. Experimental result shows that edge detection operator of best threshold value has ideal effects to the image edge extraction's target area of thermal infrared equipment.

According to the multivariable coupling, large delay, nonlinear, time-varying and other difficulties of a thermal power plant boiler combustion system, a kind of technology based on fuzzy control of a thermal power plant boiler combustion system was presented. Fuzzy control technology was used to research and determine fuzzy control rule tables. Multivariable static and dynamic models were given to boiler combustion system. Results of simulation show that boiler combustion system control precision was effectively improved and good effects in production and application were got.

To improve the level of informatization and digitization of catering industry， an embedded service terminal based on a combination of ARM, 802.11b WLAN wireless communication technology and touch screen technology is proposed. The terminal includes three parts, order system server, order system terminal and a part to display operating room .Mini2440 development board of the Friendly arm company is used as underlying hardware for the client. Plat of software is embedded Linux operating system. At the same time, USB wireless network card is connected to order system server. It provides a comprehensive solution for the catering industry’s fully digitization. Experiments show that system runs stably, has friendly interface.

A simulation process and resulting for circulating fluidized bed combustion system was presented. The controlled plant was a 3I3O sub-system, and a direct generalized predictive control was used as controlling algorithm. Satisfying dynamic and steady-state performances are got.
