Introduction: This article is based on the following principle: how can digital literacy be compatible with the assumptions of STS education (Science, Technology and Society)? In order to answer possible questions, the text deals with some themes such as: agrafa society, digital and traditional graphocentric society, literacy, literacy, digital literacy, critical digital literacy, information literacy, education and CTS.Objective: to understand what resources literacy and CTS education can provide to help train conscientious citizens.Methodology: a brief literature review on the subject was carried out in the following databases: BRAPCI, SCIELO, BDTD, Google Scholar and the AVAdmin/UFSCar virtual environment.Result: in the context of information and communication technologies, we found in the studied literature resources on digital literacy and STS education for training conscientious citizens.Conclusion: it is concluded that STS education includes the assumptions of digital literacy, scientific and technological literacy, with a view to conscious citizen participation, that is, the more the subjects are digitally literate, the greater the possibility of active participation in the information society . Para dar respuesta a posibles preguntas, el texto trata algunos temas como: sociedad agrafa, sociedad grafocéntrica digital y tradicional, alfabetización, alfabetización, alfabetización digital, alfabetización digital crítica, alfabetización informacional, educación y CTS.Objetivo: comprender qué recursos pueden proporcionar la alfabetización y la educación CTS para ayudar a formar ciudadanos conscientes.Metodología: se realizó una breve revisión bibliográfica sobre el tema en las siguientes bases de datos: BRAPCI, SCIELO, BDTD, Google Scholar y el entorno virtual AVAdmin / UFSCar.Resultado: en el contexto de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, encontramos en la literatura estudiada recursos sobre alfabetización digital y educación CTS para la formación de ciudadanos conscientes.Conclusión: se concluye que la educación CTS incluye los supuestos de alfabetización digital, alfabetización científica y tecnológica, con miras a la participación ciudadana consciente, es decir, a mayor alfabetización digital de los sujetos, mayor posibilidad de participación activa en la sociedad de la información. . Introdução: O presente artigo parte do seguinte princípio: como o letramento digital pode ser compatível com os pressupostos da educação CTS (Ciência, Tecnologia e Sociedade)? A fim de responder os possíveis questionamentos o texto trata algumas temáticas como: sociedade ágrafa, sociedade grafocêntrica digital e tradicional, alfabetização, letramento, letramento digital, letramento digital crítico, letramento informacional, educação e CTS. Objetivo: compreender quais os recursos que os letramentos e a educação CTS podem fornecer para auxiliar a formação de cidadãos conscientes. Metodologia: foi realizado uma breve revisão de literatura sobre o tema nas bases de dados: BRAPCI, SCIELO, BDTD, Google Scholar e o ambiente virtual AVAdmin/UFSCar. Resultado: no contexto das tecnologias da informação e comunicação, encontramos na literatura estudada os recursos sobre letramento digital e a educação CTS para formação de cidadãos conscientes. Conclusão: conclui-se, que a educação CTS contempla os pressupostos do letramento digital, a alfabetização científica e tecnológica, com vistas à participação cidadã consciente, ou seja, quanto mais os sujeitos forem letrados digitalmente maior a possibilidade de participação ativa na sociedade da informação.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) Distance Education (DE) has been growing dramatically, being also driven by the experiences lived during the pandemic period, namely in what is conventionally called emergency remote teaching - or similar nomenclatures. In Brazilian public universities, the modality has grown predominantly through the Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB) System. That said, the general objective of this thesis was to analyze how public universities (state and federal), operating within the UAB System, have organized themselves in order to organically incorporate DE into their institutional practices. As for the methodology, methodological triangulation was used in the light of qualitative and quantitative approaches. In addition, the investigation had, as an epistemological matrix, the Weberian comprehensive sociology. Regarding the methodological procedures, the research was divided into two main moments, the first being carried out in Brazil and the second in Portugal. The first moment had the following steps: survey and bibliographic study; document analysis; Delphi technique; virtual questionnaire; focus groups and; semi-structured interview. The second moment, carried out in the delegation of the city of Porto of the Universidade Aberta de Portugal, included: bibliographic study and document analyses; on-site visits; semi-structured interview and; monitoring of training activities in the Azores. As a result, the thesis shows that the UAB System generated a standardization in distance courses, despite some specificities that concern the proposals of each institution. As a rule, constituting DE management centers to centralize practices in the modality. Teaching, on the other hand, relies on the division of labor and receiving scholarships to work. In learning, it is clear that the UAB System has a central-pole model, in addition to the use of the Moodle virtual environment. Thinking about the institutionalization process, some important advances were made, such as the inclusion of the modality in normative documents, constitution of a management center with autonomy in its functions, students with some opportunities and rights equivalent to those of face-to-face education, etc. But these steps were not climbed without challenges. The word “struggle” frequently appears in the speeches of the subjects participating in the study. Starting from this, we arrive at the interpretation that understands the phenomenon of institutionalization as essentially dialectical, that is, involved in institutional conflicts that move the process. In order to advance in the incorporation of DE, we argue that it is necessary to overcome what we call, in the thesis, the institutionalization of precariousness. Therefore, through the speeches and experiences of the research participants, we proposed reflections on strategies aimed at organic incorporation. It becomes important, therefore, to act in the light of the dimensions: bureaucracy, confluence between modalities, experience and organizational culture. At the end of the thesis, we present the data collected at the Open University of Portugal, defining the public DE model in that country and comparing it, as much as possible, with the Brazilian reality. We identified some approximations, but also distances. When it comes to institutionalization, the main difference concerns the eminently endogenous character, in Brazil, and exogenous, in Portugal. To end the analysis, we present hybrid education as a historical trend that will be – and is being – built at a junction between subjective and material aspects in both countries. A Educação a Distância (EaD) vem crescendo vertiginosamente, sendo impulsionada também pelas experiências vivenciadas durante o período pandêmico, nomeadamente no que se convencionou chamar de ensino remoto emergencial – ou nomenclaturas similares. Nas universidades públicas brasileiras, a modalidade tem crescido preponderantemente por meio do Sistema Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB). Posto isso, o objetivo geral desta tese foi analisar a forma como as universidades públicas (estaduais e federais), atuantes no âmbito do Sistema UAB, têm se organizado a fim de incorporar organicamente a EaD em suas práticas institucionais. Quanto à metodologia, utilizou-se a triangulação metodológica à luz das abordagens qualitativa e quantitativa. Além disso, a investigação teve, como matriz epistemológica, a sociologia compreensiva weberiana. Sobre os procedimentos metodológicos, a pesquisa foi dividida em dois momentos principais, sendo o primeiro realizado no Brasil e o segundo em Portugal. O primeiro momento contou com as seguintes etapas: levantamento e estudo bibliográfico; análise documental; técnica Delphi; questionário virtual; grupo focal e; entrevista semiestruturada. O segundo momento, realizado na delegação da cidade do Porto da Universidade Aberta de Portugal, contou com: estudo bibliográfico e análises documentais; visitas in loco; entrevista semiestruturada e; acompanhamento de atividades de formação nos Açores. Como resultados, a tese evidencia que o Sistema UAB gerou uma padronização nos cursos a distância, a despeito de algumas especificidades que concernem às propostas de cada instituição. Por via de regra, as universidades constituíram órgão gestores de EaD para centralizar as práticas na modalidade. A docência, por seu lado, conta com divisão do trabalho e recebimento de bolsas para atuação. Na aprendizagem, percebe-se que o Sistema UAB conta com um modelo central-polos, além do uso do ambiente virtual Moodle. Pensando-se no processo de institucionalização, alguns avanços importantes foram feitos, como inclusão da modalidade em documentos normativos, constituição de órgão gestores com autonomia em suas funções, discentes com algumas oportunidades e direitos equiparados àqueles dos alunos da educação presencial etc. Mas esses degraus não foram galgados sem desafios. A palavra “luta” frequentemente aparece nas falas dos sujeitos participantes do estudo. Partindo-se disso, chegamos à interpretação que compreende o fenômeno da institucionalização como essencialmente dialético, ou seja, envolvido em embates institucionais que movimentam o processo. A fim de avançar na incorporação da EaD, defendemos que é preciso superar o que chamamos, na tese, de institucionalização da precariedade. Logo, por meio das falas e das experiências dos participantes da investigação, propousemos reflexões sobre estratégias visando à incorporação orgânica. Torna-se importante, assim, atuar à luz das dimensões: burocracia, confluência entre modalidades, experiência e cultura organizacional. Ao fim da tese, apresentamos os dados coletados na Universidade Aberta de Portugal, definindo o modelo de EaD pública nesse país e comparando-o, tanto quanto possível, com a realidade brasileira. Identificamos algumas aproximações, mas também dinstanciamentos. Em se tratando de institucionalização, a principal diferença diz respeito ao caráter eminentemente endógeno, no Brasil, e exógeno, em Portugal. Para encerrar as análises, apresentamos a educação híbrida como tendência histórica que será – e está sendo – construída numa junção entre aspectos subjetivos e materiais nos dois países.

Não recebi financiamento Active learning methodologies have gained increasing visibility in discussions about education with regard to increasing student engagement, whether from the perspective of working from problem situations or by projects. Linked to these methodologies, many nomenclatures such as PBL (Problem Based Learning), Active and Student-Centered Learning, Case-Based Learning, Maker Movement and other derivations, have appeared as potential solutions for teaching practices in schools in the sense of connecting curriculum and to foster interdisciplinarity, student protagonism and learning through group work. Considering that the protagonism or engagement of young people in the school environment provides an amalgamation that connects them to teachers and the school, and at the same time it can provide greater autonomy from problem situations that require these young people to critically analyze and take action. decision, it is glimpsed that such methodologies can help in the construction of educational practices that are seductive to the eyes of students, without giving up systematized knowledge. From this perspective, the potential and limitations of active methodologies are discussed in the view of a group of basic education teachers – Elementary Education II, from schools accredited to the Integral Education Program (PEI) of the State of São Paulo, having as cut out the electives. With these questions, we anchored our research in schools belonging to PEI through a social project called Tetear Tech, aimed at creating a space for dialogue and learning involving art and technology as a way to expand the repertoire of students. The social project connected four schools in Piracicaba-SP, offering training workshops embedded in active methodologies. In addition to this pedagogical intervention process, there was the elaboration of a Thesaurus of its own, with the choice of keywords for the search for academic papers on active methodologies, in order to try to understand the academic production on this topic in the field of education in Brazil. For this survey, we used the theses bank of graduate programs in education with grades of 5-7 from the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (Capes), mapped by Grupo Horizonte (Study and Research Group of UFSCar), and the works published on the SciELO platform. The material collected, organized, and presented in this research showed an increase in the number of works produced on active methodologies, mainly directed to higher education in the area of health and graduation in medicine and nursing; however, there is no significant academic production focused on basic education. In the intervention research carried out, the teachers involved in the process were optimistic and inclined to incorporate new methods and/or approaches involving practices related to active methodologies in their classroom planning and practices. However, these professionals have little contact with activities linked to active methodologies and space for continuing education for discussion and sharing of good practices. As metodologias ativas de aprendizagem têm adquirido cada vez mais visibilidade nas discussões sobre educação no que diz respeito ao aumento do engajamento de estudantes, seja pela perspectiva de trabalhar a partir de situações-problemas ou por projetos. Atreladas a essas metodologias, muitas nomenclaturas como PBL (Problem Based Learning), Aprendizagem ativa e centrada no aluno, Aprendizagem Baseada em Casos, Movimento Maker e outras derivações têm aparecido como potenciais soluções para as práticas docentes nas escolas no sentido de conectar currículo e de fomentar a interdisciplinaridade, o protagonismo estudantil e a aprendizagem por meio dos trabalhos em grupos. Considerando que o protagonismo ou engajamento dos jovens, no ambiente escolar, proporciona um amálgama que os conecta aos professores e à escola e que ao mesmo tempo pode proporcionar uma maior autonomia a partir de situações-problemas que exigem desses jovens uma análise crítica e tomada de decisão, vislumbra-se que tais metodologias possam auxiliar na construção de práticas educacionais que sejam sedutoras ao olhar dos estudantes, sem abrir mão do saber sistematizado. A partir dessa ótica, problematizam-se quais as potencialidades e limitações das metodologias ativas na visão de um grupo de professores da Educação Básica – Ensino Fundamental II, de escolas credenciadas ao Programa de Ensino Integral (PEI) do estado de São Paulo, tendo como recorte as disciplinas eletivas. Com essas indagações, atracamos nossa pesquisa nas escolas pertencentes ao PEI por meio de um projeto social denominado Tetear Tech, voltado para a criação de um espaço de diálogo e de aprendizagens envolvendo arte e tecnologia como forma de ampliação do repertório dos estudantes. O projeto social conectou quatro escolas de Piracicaba-SP, com a oferta de oficinas formativas embebidas nas metodologias ativas. Além desse processo de intervenção pedagógica, houve a elaboração de um Thesaurus próprio, com a escolha de palavras-chave para a busca de trabalhos acadêmicos sobre metodologias ativas, a fim de tentar compreender a produção acadêmica sobre esse tema na área de Educação no Brasil. Para esse levantamento usamos o banco de teses dos programas de pós-graduação em Educação com notas de 5-7 da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes), mapeados pelo Grupo Horizonte (Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa da UFSCar), e os trabalhos publicados na plataforma SciELO. O material recolhido, organizado e apresentado na presente pesquisa apontou aumento do número de trabalhos produzidos sobre metodologias ativas, sendo direcionados principalmente para o Ensino Superior na área da Saúde, graduação em Medicina e em Enfermagem; no entanto, não há, significativamente, produção acadêmica voltada para Educação Básica. Na pesquisa-intervenção realizada, os professores envolvidos no processo mostraram-se otimistas e propensos à incorporação de novos métodos e/ou abordagens envolvendo práticas correlatas às metodologias ativas em seus planejamentos e práticas de sala de aula. Porém, há pouco contato desses profissionais com atividades vinculadas às metodologias ativas e espaço de formação continuada para discussão e compartilhamento de boas práticas.

Não recebi financiamento This research aims to present a scenario of the publications of academic papers that deal with the Institutionalization of Distance Education in Public Institutions of Brazilian Higher Education. The methodology adopted is the systematic literature review and followed the following phases: collection, filtering, and analysis of texts. The texts were taken from databases of databases of academic papers available at internet: Brazilian Digital Library, Capes Thesis and Dissertations Database, SciELO database, Google Academic and Microsoft Academic. The proposed section for the selection of texts was based on collecting the material that contemplated the expressions "Institutionalization of Distance Education" or "Institutionalization of DISTANCE" in the titles of the works. After completing the filtering, it was possible to group together 29 academic researches, 7 theses and 22 dissertations. For the analysis of the texts, all texts were codification. The coding was made from the choice of the categories of analysis adopted and was facilitated with the use of the software NVivo. The results demonstrate the relevance of the modality of Distance Education in the creation of Technological Centers in Higher Education Institutions, in the training of thousands of students, in the acquisition of knowledge for teaching and in the advances and even setbacks of public policies for EaD. We observed that the theme of the institutionalization of THE in public institutions of higher education still deserves a close look on the part of the academic community, because it has not been exhausted and requires the attention of the State to achieve equivalences of the modality with face-to-face education and to overcome the pedagogical and administrative demands fundamental to the realization of the mission of public institutions for continuous improvement of the quality and expansion of Brazilian education. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo apresentar um cenário das publicações de trabalhos acadêmicos que tratam da Institucionalização da Educação a Distância em Instituições Públicas de Ensino Superior brasileiras. A metodologia adotada é a revisão sistemática de literatura e seguiu as seguintes fases: coleta, filtragem e análise dos textos. Os textos foram retirados de bancos de dados de bases de repositórios de trabalhos acadêmicos disponíveis na internet: Biblioteca Digital Brasileira, Banco de Teses e Dissertações da Capes, base SciELO, Google Acadêmico e Microsoft Academic. O recorte proposto para a seleção dos textos baseou-se em coletar o material que contemplasse as expressões “Institucionalização da Educação a Distância” ou “Institucionalização da EaD” nos títulos dos trabalhos. Concluída essa filtragem foi possível agrupar 29 pesquisas acadêmicas, sendo 7 teses e 22 dissertações. Para a análise dos textos, realizou-se a codificação de todos os textos. A codificação foi feita a partir da escolha das categorias de análise adotadas e foi facilitada com o uso do software NVivo. Os resultados demonstram a relevância da modalidade de Educação a Distância na criação de Centros Tecnológicos nas Instituições de Ensino Superior, na formação de milhares de estudantes, na aquisição de saberes para a docência e nos avanços e até retrocessos das Políticas Públicas para a EaD. Observamos que o tema da institucionalização da EaD nas Instituições Públicas de Ensino Superior ainda merece um olhar atento por parte da comunidade acadêmica, pois não se esgotou e necessita da atenção do Estado para a concretização de equivalências da modalidade com a educação presencial e para a superação das demandas pedagógicas e administrativas fundamentais para a efetivação da missão das Instituições Públicas de melhoria contínua da qualidade e da ampliação da Educação brasileira.

O contexto da cultura digital tem exercido influência em diferentes campos da sociedade, dentre eles, a educação. Isso tem implicando em novas reflexões acerca do processo de mediação pedagógica a partir de um cenário de rupturas e de novas perspectivas quanto aos tempos e espaços de ensino-aprendizagem. Nessa realidade, surgem pedagogias emergentes como a Aprendizagem Invertida (AInv), que passam a ganhar espaço na prática pedagógica. Esta pesquisa teve o objetivo de analisar e discutir sobre como têm sido explorados na literatura científica os processos de mediação pedagógica no planejamento e implementação da Aprendizagem Invertida no contexto das Humanidades na educação superior. Dado o baixo número de publicações nacionais sobre a temática, optou-se por uma pesquisa exploratória e bibliográfica, contemplando a revisão tradicional e a sistemática de literatura. Para tal, discute-se sobre o processo de mediação pedagógica e suas relações com novas possibilidades a partir de tecnologias digitais de informação e comunicação (TDICs) e de princípios do ensino híbrido. A partir disso, conceitua-se e caracteriza-se a AInv com base em Talbert (2017), Bergmann e Sams (2014; 2015), o Flipped Learning Network (FLN, 2014) e a Academy of Active Learning Arts and Sciences (AALAS, 2020a), abordando também o seu histórico e propostas que a embasam. Partindo dessa compreensão, realizou-se uma revisão sistemática da literatura de forma a analisar e refletir sobre os processos de mediação pedagógica na implementação da AInv em cursos de graduação e pós-graduação no contexto das Humanidades. Percebe-se que a temática ainda se apresenta de forma pouco expressiva na literatura e, por vezes, sem explorar os processos pedagógicos com profundidade. A partir da análise realizada, discorre-se sobre a forma na qual tem se dado a atuação do professor na mediação dos diferentes momentos da AInv, abordando o antes, durante e o depois da aula ou encontro entre estudantes e professores. Observou-se que, apesar dos benefícios e resultados apresentados, a AInv abarca um processo que demanda uma grande quantidade de tempo e trabalho, principalmente em relação à curadoria, seleção e/ou criação de recursos, materiais e conteúdos, além da atuação do professor na mediação pedagógica. Por outro lado, apresentam-se reflexões acerca de caminhos e possibilidades para o planejamento e implementação da proposta para que se efetive o processo de ensino-aprendizagem, discutindo-se ainda os silêncios em relação à mediação pedagógica na literatura científica. The context of digital culture has had an influence on different fields of society, including education. This has resulted in new reflections on the process of pedagogical mediation, based on a scenario of ruptures in new perspectives regarding times and spaces for teaching and learning. In this reality, emergent pedagogies appear, such as the Flipped Learning (FL), which started to gain space within the pedagogical practice. This research aimed to analyze and discuss how the processes of pedagogical mediation have been explored in the scientific literature in the planning and implementation of Flipped Learning in the context of the Humanities in higher education. Given the low number of national publications on the subject, we opted for exploratory and bibliographical research, contemplating a traditional and systematic literature review. To this end, we discuss the pedagogical mediation process and its relationship with new possibilities based on digital information and communication technologies (DICT), blended learning principles. From that, FL is conceptualized and characterized based on Talbert (2017), Bergmann and Sams (2014; 2015), the Flipped Learning Network (FLN, 2014), and the Academy of Active Learning Arts and Sciences (AALAS, 2020a), also addressing FL's history and proposals that support it. Based on this understanding, a systematic literature review was carried out in order to analyze and reflect on the processes of pedagogical mediation in the implementation of FL in undergraduate and graduate courses in the context of the Humanities. It is noticed that the topic is still not very significant in the literature and, sometimes, without exploring the pedagogical processes in depth. From the analysis carried out, it is discussed how the teacher's work has been taking place in the mediation of the different moments of FL, addressing before, during, and after the class or meeting between students and teachers. It was observed that, despite the benefits and results presented, FL encompasses a process that demands a large amount of time and work, mainly concerning curation, selection, and/or creation of resources, materials, and content, in addition to the teacher's work in pedagogical mediation. On the other hand, reflections are presented about ways and possibilities for planning and implementing the proposal so that the teaching-learning process takes place. In this research, we also discuss the silences about pedagogical mediation in FL in the scientific literature.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) The study is part of education and public policies of children fields, highlighting theme of integral early childhood care programs (IECP), as a right established between zero and six years ages. Currently, the child is recognized as a rights subject, to give children greater visibility in society, backed by legal devices of international scope. On the other hand, the theoretical discourses and reality of thousands of children around the world have revealed the need for an education aimed at the formation of the movement as a principle of the biopsychosocial development of children, which in turn guarantees the state of pedagogical movement of teachers at level of early childhood education. The study objective was to analyze the characteristics of Primeira Infancia Melhor (PIM) and De Cero a Siempreprograms in RS and in Colombia respectively, and how these programs have been made to constitute meaningful experiences of public policy practices that be demonstrate quality institutional practices. The research, was developed in reference to bibliographic studies and with epistemic construct of qualitative approach, had as a theoretical-methodological contribution of content analysis theory and documentary corpus uses as a tool methodological for data collection of lexical analysis of texts, which were subsequently subjected for categories triangulation through of analysis and groundedtheory implementation. Based on the analyses developed, a theoretical basis and a bank of actions were found in programs documentary corpus representing the commitment of IECP professionals and technical management teams about brazilian and colombian children future, as an issue marked by the policy possibilities condition, which is associated with social and economic development models that in the manner of comprehensive care options link the process of early childhood education, as an act of educational quality and that means preparation of future learning. Thus, the identification of specific actions of policy management practices as social representations of accountability on integral child care processes, the rights perspective and quality childhood education, are patterns that promote, citizen participation and prepares children in the exercise of citizenship, subjectivity and status as subjects of rights that as protagonists of movement in physical and cognitive development in the institutionality spaces, must be accompanied by the pedagogical processes and teachers movement of committed for legitimate exercise of children's rights and are together the spaces to exercise citizenship of children. Este estudo faz parte do campo da Educação e das políticas públicas para a infância, destacando o tema dos programas de atenção integral à primeira infância (AIPI), entre as idades de zero e seis anos, como um direito estabelecido. Atualmente, a criança é reconhecida como um sujeito de direitos, o que dá maior visibilidade para o tema na sociedade aliando-o a dispositivos jurídicos de abrangência internacional. Por outro lado, os discursos teóricos e a realidade de milhares de crianças em todo o mundo revelam a necessidade de uma educação voltada para a formação em torno do princípio do desenvolvimento biopsicossocial das crianças – o que, por sua vez, garante a qualidade do movimento pedagógico dos professores ao nível da Educação Infantil. O objetivo do estudo foi analisar as características dos programas Primeira Infância Melhor (PIM) no estado brasileiro do Rio Grande do Sul, e De Cero a Siempre, na Colômbia, observando como esses programas foram feitos para constituir experiências significativas de efetivação de políticas públicas, demonstradas mediante práticas institucionais de qualidade e com identificação de categorias de análise. Desenvolvida em referência a estudos bibliográficos e sob o construto epistêmico da abordagem qualitativa, a pesquisa teve como contribuição teórico-metodológica a Teoria da Análise de Conteúdo e o uso do corpus documental como ferramentas metodológicas para a coleta de dados e, posteriormente, para a análise lexical de textos, que foram submetidos à triangulação por meio de categorias de análise a partir da implementação da teoria informada. Consideradas as análises desenvolvidas, uma base teórica e um conjunto de ações foram encontrados no corpus (composto de documentos dos programas), o que representa o compromisso de profissionais da AIPI e de equipes de gestão técnica com o futuro de crianças brasileiras e colombianas. Esta questão, marcada pela condição de possibilidades políticas, está associada a modelos de desenvolvimento socioeconômico que, sob a forma de opções de cuidados abrangentes, compreendem o processo de educação infantil como um ato de qualidade educacional que dá significado à preparação da aprendizagem futura. Assim, a identificação de ações específicas de práticas de gestão de políticas como representações sociais de responsabilização nos processos de atenção integral à criança, a perspectiva dos direitos e a própria Educação Infantil de qualidade são padrões que promovem a participação cidadã e preparam as crianças para o exercício da cidadania, garantindo suas subjetividades e seu status de sujeitos de direitos. Como protagonistas do movimento no desenvolvimento físico e cognitivo em espaços de institucionalidade, as crianças devem vir acompanhadas dos processos de movimento pedagógico de professores comprometidos com o exercício legítimo de seus direitos e que compartilhem destes espaços para auxiliá-las a exercer sua a cidadania. Não recebi financiamento This is the report of a doctoral research that investigated the phenomenon of the distribution of scientific capital on several fronts in researches about Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DTIC) within the field of Education. The investigation used bibliometric and scientometric quantitative data that were analyzed under theoretical references of sociology of science, considering the scientific practice as belonging to agents of a social field, under the historical context of research in Education throughout the 20th century and the social aspects of postmodernity. In addition to analyzing the data, the investigation also tested theoretical statements about the field and its production with empirical analyses, seeking to falsify them. The data are of two different natures: a) metadata of theses produced in Post-Graduate Education Programs in Brazil with grades 5 and higher, between the years 1996 and 2016, compiled in the database built by the Grupo Horizonte of the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) and; b) bibliometric data referring to the citations from a sample among the cataloged research theses on Education and DTIC in the State of Sao Paulo, this time extending between 1996 and 2008. This text also brings a discussion on epistemology and sociology of science, taking a position on Kant's Transcendental Idealism, Popper's Critical Deductivism, Dialectical Historical Materialism and the concept of Technology, according to the arguments of Álvaro Vieira Pinto and Pierre Lévy. The data were analyzed mainly under the theoretical lens of Bourdieu's theses for sociology of science about the scientific field and its symbolic capital. Also considered for analysis are the effects of postmodernity on scientific production and the concepts of Zygmunt Bauman of Ambivalence in Modernity and Liquid Modernity. The investigation shows, in general, a very fragmented field that has grown considerably in the observed time window, but which at various times presents a concentration of symbolic capital. When looking at the investigated objects and the citations used, in both the fragmentation is observable in many nodes of the network with a concentrated nucleus of scientific capital. When the empirical analysis of the Social Hierarchy of Objects was made, the network found was very large, but with very low density. However, there is a clear hierarchy between the themes with a core that focuses on the teacher and his/her education. DTIC also appear at the center of the nucleus, demonstrating that despite being only recent developed, they have quickly become a source of scientific capital for education researchers. The claim, seen in the theoretical framework on the history of research in Education, that the field has lost its object in postmodernity, has therefore been refuted. We also tried to test statements from the theoretical framework of the historical context of scientific production in Education in Brazil that the dialectical historical materialist method has fallen into disuse. In fact, the data showed an increase in works using this method at almost the same rate as the growth of the field itself, as well as an intimate relationship between Marxist works and objects with more scientific capital. A possible inflation of scientific capital within the field or a productivism between 1996 and 2008 were not evident. There were no changes in the average life of citations. The field seems to have grown to an extent that absorbed the increase in production in absolute numbers. As with objects, references are also scattered but show a concentration of symbolic capital around a great orthodoxy. Names like José Armando Valente, Paulo Freire and Pierre Lévy are the authors with the highest rates of symbolic capital. In a broader sense, research has shown that it is possible to use bibliometrics for a sociological analysis of scientific fields, combining quantitative data with qualitative analysis as well as empirically observing Pierre Bourdieu's theoretical concepts. Este é relatório de uma pesquisa de doutorado que investigou o fenômeno da distribuição de capital científico em diversas frentes em pesquisas sobre Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação (TDIC) dentro do campo de Educação. A investigação utilizou de dados quantitativos bibliométricos e cientométricos que foram analisados sob referenciais teóricos de sociologia da ciência, entendendo o fazer científico como pertencendo a agentes de um campo social, sob o contexto histórico da pesquisa em Educação ao longo do Séc. XX e as relações sociais da pós-modernidade. Além da análise dos dados, a investigação também testou afirmações teóricas sobre o campo e sua produção com análises empíricas procurando falseá-las. Os dados são de duas naturezas distintas: a) metadados de teses defendidas em Programas de Pós-Graduação em Educação no Brasil com notas 5 e superior entre os anos de 1996 e 2016 compiladas em uma base de dados do Grupo Horizonte da Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCar) e; b) dados bibliométricos referentes às citações utilizadas numa amostragem dentre as teses catalogadas de pesquisas sobre Educação e TDIC do Estado de SP, desta vez se estendendo entre os anos de 1996 e 2008. Este texto também traz uma discussão sobre epistemologia e sociologia da ciência, se posicionando a respeito do Idealismo Transcendental de Kant, o Dedutivismo Crítico de Popper, o Materialismo Histórico Dialético e o conceito de Tecnologia segundo argumentos de Álvaro Vieira Pinto e Pierre Lévy. Os dados são analisados principalmente sob as lentes teóricas das teses de Bourdieu para a sociologia da ciência sobre o campo científico e seu capital simbólico. Também são levadas em consideração para as análises os efeitos da pós-modernidade na produção científica e os conceitos de Zygmunt Bauman da Ambivalência na Modernidade e a Modernidade Líquida. A investigação mostra, de forma, geral, um campo muito fragmentado e que cresceu consideravelmente na janela temporal observada, mas que em vários momentos apresenta uma concentração de capital simbólico. Tanto quando se olham os objetos investigados quanto as citações utilizadas, é observável a fragmentação em muitos nós da rede com um núcleo concentrado de capital científico. Quando feita a análise empírica da Hierarquia Social dos Objetos, a rede encontrada é muito grande, mas com baixíssima densidade. No entanto, existe uma hierarquia clara entre os temas com um núcleo que foca no professor e sua formação. As TDIC também aparecem no centro do núcleo, demonstrando que, apesar de recentes, tornaram-se rapidamente uma fonte de capital científico aos investigadores da Educação. A afirmação vista no referencial teórico sobre a história da pesquisa em Educação de que o campo perdeu seu objeto na pós-modernidade foi, portanto, refutada. Também procurou-se testar afirmações do referencial teórico do contexto histórico da produção científica em Educação no Brasil de que o método materialista histórico dialético tenha caído em desuso. Na realidade, os dados mostraram um aumento de trabalhos que usam tal método quase na mesma proporção que o crescimento do próprio campo, bem como uma relação íntima de trabalhos marxistas com os objetos com mais capital científico. Não ficou evidente uma possível inflação do capital científico dentro do campo ou um produtivismo entre 1996 e 2008. Pois não houve alterações na vida média de citações. O campo parece ter crescido numa medida que absorveu o aumento da produção em números absolutos. Assim como aconteceu com os objetos, as referências também estão pulverizadas, mas mostram uma concentração de capital simbólico em torno de uma grande ortodoxia. Nomes como José Armando Valente, Paulo Freire e Pierre Lévy são aqueles com maiores índices de capital simbólico. Num sentido mais amplo, a investigação mostrou ser possível utilizar de bibliometria para uma análise sociológica de campos científicos, aliando dados quantitativos a análises qualitativas, bem como observou empiricamente conceitos teóricos de Pierre Bourdieu.

Não recebi financiamento During the last decades, several studies point for a new Society shaped and framed through the optical of a digital culture. New devices emerge in a high speed, precluding the updating of the most adventurers. In front of this apparent digital society, new languages, symbols and signs receive several configurations. Because of it, the inclusion as the exclusion is present. For this new configuration of idealized society, the digital devices make a part of the everyday life as sensory extension of the human being. One of the problematics from the digital culture is the exacerbated spread of information, between real and true, and how to change them, once they digress and dominate the minds, especially of the youngers, about knowledge. Would the public school be included or excluded of this new device? In front of this, the present search aimed understanding how and if it happens, in the public-school group of São Paulo state, specifically in the elementary school, the teaching of subjects trough the digital technologies. The study showed as the general objective map, if the Science teaching should be effectively through the digital technologies. Besides the general objective, four specified objectives were created, like: analyze laws, provisional measures, decrees and other official documents of state bodies that legislate about education in Brazil, mainly the Federal Government, about the guidelines for the Science and technology teaching; catalogue schools to map and analyze which the researches, of infrastructure, human and economic are reserved for the process of the teaching through the digital technologies, confer and describe if in the elected institutions put or are putting some public program about incentive or broked teaching, as the teachers involved in the process, their abilities, knowledge and formations to teach their subjects, characterize what is the students vision about the learning through the digital technologies, and understand what they think about the broked process and about the subjects. Besides, what is the proportion that these technologies take in their lifes as confering their knowledges and abilities about them. Analyzing the search fulcrum, the methodologic triangulation was realized through the interview with three different groups: a. students of elementary school; b. teachers of public schools; c. manager- teacher that knows about the Federal Government jobs about digital technologies at school. So, qualitative and quantitative analyses were done during the purposed study. The analyses point that there is a strong speech that, for conception, treats the children and adolescents as native digitals in a slant of knowledge about digital technologies. But, these knowledges are in the most about games and social groups, besides entertainment things, so, it’s not real. About the teachers, the search shows they frequently confuse the meanings about the broking through digital technologies, and those that searches a broked process, what they do only, once that we conclude school is suboptimal about digital culture. Finishing, the study points there is a big abyss among what the Federal Government speaks, its actions and the effective inclusion of the public schools in digital culture. Besides important questions that involve the digital Technologies in a social and historic slant, that aren’t worked. We conclude the possibilities of field studies STS need to be discussed as a way for inclusion of the school technologies, since the basic education. Durante as últimas décadas, diversos estudos apontam para uma nova sociedade moldada e amoldurada através da ótica de uma cultura digital. Novos dispositivos emergem em uma velocidade célere, impossibilitando a atualização até mesmo dos mais aventureiros. Frente a essa suposta sociedade digital novas linguagens, símbolos e signos ganham diversas configurações. Por isso, tanto a inclusão quanto a exclusão se fazem presentes. Para essa nova configuração de sociedade idealizada, os dispositivos digitais passam a fazer parte do cotidiano como se tornassem extensões sensoriais dos seres humanos. Uma das problemáticas advindas da cultura digital é a exacerbada propagação de informações, entre as reais e falsas, e como transformá-las em conhecimento, uma vez que divagam e dominam as mentes, especialmente dos mais jovens. Estaria a escola pública incluída ou excluída dessa nova configuração? Frente a isso, a presente pesquisa objetivou compreender como e se acontece, na rede de ensino pública do estado de São Paulo, especificamente no ensino fundamental II, o ensino das disciplinas através das tecnologias digitais. O estudo apresentou como objetivo geral mapear se aconteceria efetivamente o ensino das ciências através das tecnologias digitais. Além do objetivo geral, formularam-se quatro objetivos específicos, a saber: analisar leis, medidas provisórias, portarias e outros documentos oficiais dos órgãos públicos que legislem sobre Educação no Brasil, sobretudo o Governo Federal, referentes às diretrizes para o ensino da Ciência e da Tecnologia; elencar escolas para mapear e analisar quais os recursos de infraestrutura, humanos e econômicos são reservados para o processo de ensino através das tecnologias digitais; verificar e descrever se nas instituições de ensino eleitas implantaram ou estão implantando algum programa público de incentivo e prática do ensino das ciências mediado, bem como os docentes envolvidos no processo, suas habilidades, conhecimentos e formações para lecionarem suas disciplinas; caracterizar qual a percepção dos estudantes relacionada ao aprendizado através das tecnologias digitais, e compreender o que pensam sobre o processo mediado e as disciplinas. Além disso, qual a proporção que tais tecnologias ocupam em suas vidas cotidianas, bem como verificar seus conhecimentos e habilidades em relação a elas. Tendo em vista o fulcro da pesquisa, realizou-se a triangulação metodológica através de entrevistas e questionários com três grupos distintos: a. alunos do ensino fundamental II; b. docentes da rede pública; c. docente-gestor conhecedor dos trâmites do Governo Federal sobre as tecnologias digitais na escola. Portanto, efetuaram-se análises qualitativas e quantitativas durante o estudo proposto. As análises apontam que existe um forte discurso que, por conceituação, trata as crianças e adolescentes como nativos digitais em um viés de conhecimento nato sobre tecnologias digitais. Porém, tais conhecimentos são, em sua maioria, a respeito de jogos e redes sociais, além de práticas apenas para entretenimento; portanto, não fiel à realidade narrada. Com relação aos docentes, o estudo demonstra que estes frequentemente confundem as conceituações sobre a mediação através das tecnologias digitais, e aqueles que buscam o processo mediado, o fazem de maneira autônoma, uma vez que concluímos que a escola está muito aquém da cultura digital. Por fim, o estudo aponta que há um grande abismo entre o que o Governo Federal narra, suas ações e a efetiva inclusão das escolas públicas na cultura digital. Além de importantes questões que envolvem as tecnologias digitais em um viés sócio-histórico, que sequer são abordadas. Concluímos que as possibilidades de estudos do campo CTS precisam ser discutidas como forma de inclusão das tecnologias na educação, desde a Educação Básica.

Não recebi financiamento Science and technology (S&T) are more present in our culture, influencing our model of society and continually reaffirming our way of life. At the same time, knowledge about S&T has long been a privilege only of intellectual elites, making it impossible for the lay public to participate in decision-making processes on scientific development. In this scenario, scientific dissemination has assumed an important role as a reflexive instrument on the relations between science, technology and society and as a tool for emancipation of the citizen. In this research, we start from the field of Science, Technology and Society (STS) on the role of scientific dissemination, to analyze the strategies of diffusion of science carried out by 17 centers of excellence in research in Brazil – Fapesp's Cepid –, trying to identify which aspects related to science, technology and society are more present; what types of relations between science, technology and society they establish; what view about S&T is prevalent; and to what extent they would have the potential to meet the goals of scientific dissemination, as we understand it from the STS field. Therefore, after surveying the set of actions carried out by the Cepid during the years of 2013 to 2017, we categorize these actions indicating approximations and ruptures with the concept of scientific dissemination, based on criteria of target audience, levels of discourse, channels and intentions, proposed by Bueno (2010). Then, considering that the video was the most used support by the Cepid for the diffusion of the knowledge in the period, we investigated the audiovisual production of the 17 centers, supported by an analysis tool that indicates what are the attributes needed for scientific dissemination materials for the holding of discussions in the perspective of the interrelations between science, technology and society. The results show that the diffusion of knowledge carried out by the Cepid strongly carries the classical view of science and reinforces the notion of linear scientific development, pointing out that more science and technology necessarily represent more social development; in addition, little progress is being made to include the lay public in the debate and decision-making process on S&T advances and on the directions of society and the planet. A ciência e a tecnologia (C&T) estão dia a dia mais presentes em nossa cultura, influenciando nosso modelo de sociedade e ressignificando continuamente o nosso modo de viver. Ao mesmo tempo, o conhecimento a respeito de C&T, por muito tempo, foi privilégio somente das elites intelectuais, impossibilitando que o público leigo pudesse participar dos processos de tomada de decisão sobre o desenvolvimento científico. Nesse cenário, a divulgação científica vem assumindo papel importante como instrumento reflexivo sobre as relações entre ciência, tecnologia e sociedade e como ferramenta de emancipação do cidadão. Nesta pesquisa, partimos de visões do campo Ciência, Tecnologia e Sociedade (CTS) sobre o papel da divulgação científica para analisar as estratégias de difusão da ciência realizadas por 17 centros de excelência em pesquisa no Brasil – os Cepid, da Fapesp –, procurando identificar quais aspectos referentes a ciência, tecnologia e sociedade estão mais presentes, quais tipos de relações entre ciência, tecnologia e sociedade elas estabelecem, qual visão sobre C&T está predominante e em que medida elas teriam potencial para cumprir com os objetivos da divulgação científica, tal como a entendemos a partir do campo CTS. Para tanto, após levantamento do conjunto de ações realizadas pelos Cepid durante os anos de 2013 a 2017, categorizamos essas ações indicando aproximações e rupturas com o conceito de divulgação científica, com base nos critérios de público-alvo, níveis do discurso, canais e intenções propostos por Bueno (2010). Em seguida, tendo em vista que o vídeo foi o suporte mais utilizado pelos Cepid para a difusão do conhecimento no período, investigamos a produção audiovisual dos 17 centros, apoiados em ferramenta de análise que indica quais são os atributos necessários a materiais de divulgação científica para a realização de discussões na perspectiva das inter-relações entre ciência, tecnologia e sociedade. Os resultados mostram que a difusão do conhecimento realizada pelos Cepid carrega fortemente a visão clássica da ciência e reforça a noção de desenvolvimento científico linear, apontando que mais ciência e tecnologia representam necessariamente mais desenvolvimento social. Além disso, pouco avançam no sentido de inserir o público leigo no debate e no processo decisório sobre os avanços de C&T e os rumos da sociedade e do planeta.

Não recebi financiamento The institutionalization of distance education (DE), based on the Institutional Theory, can be understood as a process based on the dynamics of interaction between the university and the educational field. His analysis then includes, on the one hand, exogenous elements related to the pressures exerted by the field for the university to offer courses at a distance. On the other hand, it involves endogenous elements related to the continuous and gradual adaptations carried out by the university to systematically insert the DE into its internal structural arrangement in order to legitimize itself socially. In Brazil, DE settled in the educational field with Law 9.394/1996, being configured as a modality with the potential to democratize the access to Higher Education. The Universidade Aberta do Brasil System (UAB), instituted in 2006, consisted of the most relevant public policy in the induction of distance courses offered by public higher education institutions that, from the moment of adhesion, initiate the necessary structural and organizational changes and changes to meet the specificities concerning the management of DE systems. Therefore, the general objective of this thesis was to analyze the institutionalization of the DE at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) and the specific ones were: to identify and describe the history of the institutionalization of DE in UFSCar, relating it to the educational field Brazilian; characterize the structure of academic-pedagogical and administrative management created to support the offer of courses in the distance modality, as well as the type of DE adopted by UFSCar; mapping and analyzing the factors that limit the institutionalization of DE in the university, identifying its nature; identify and analyze the most significant elements in favor of the institutionalization of DE in UFSCar and; to analyze the perspectives regarding the institutionalization of DE at UFSCar. In order to do so, a qualitative research was carried out, through the survey and study of bibliography, data collection through documental research techniques and semi-structured interviews, data analysis and dissemination of results. Among the main results, the following stand out: the beginning of the institutionalization of the DE in UFSCar is related to the adhesion to the UAB System for the offer of five undergraduate courses, which led to the creation of an DE unit that was incorporated into the structure of the university, as well as rules, procedures and regulations regarding the modality; the institutionalization of the modality in UFSCar represented the conciliation between its social function of democratizing access to higher education and its maintenance as an organization that aims to survive in the field in which it operates; the trends for the continuity of the institutionalization at UFSCar point to the encouragement of Blended Learning and also suggest a greater submission of the university to the market as the offer of specialization courses is increased, and partnerships are sought with the private sector as a way of maintaining the activities of the unit manager of DE in UFSCar. A institucionalização da educação a distância (EaD), com base na Teoria Institucional, pode ser entendida como um processo embasado na dinâmica de interação entre a universidade e o campo educacional. Sua análise então abarca, por um lado, elementos exógenos relacionados às pressões exercidas pelo campo para que a universidade oferte cursos a distância. Por outro, envolve elementos endógenos relativos às contínuas e graduais adaptações realizadas pela universidade para inserir sistemicamente a EaD em seu arranjo estrutural interno visando legitimar-se socialmente. No Brasil, a EaD sedimentou-se no campo educacional com a Lei nº 9.394/1996, configurando-se como uma modalidade com potencial para democratizar o acesso à Educação Superior. O Sistema Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB), instituído em 2006, consistiu na política pública mais relevante na indução da oferta de cursos a distância por instituições públicas de Ensino Superior que, a partir da adesão, iniciam as adaptações e mudanças estruturais e organizacionais necessárias para atender às especificidades concernentes à gestão de sistemas de EaD. Sendo assim, o objetivo geral desta tese foi analisar a institucionalização da EaD na Universidade Federal de São Carlos (UFSCar) e os específicos foram: identificar e descrever o histórico da institucionalização da EaD na UFSCar, relacionando-o ao campo educacional brasileiro; caracterizar a estrutura de gestão acadêmico-pedagógica e administrativa criada para apoiar a oferta de cursos na modalidade a distância, bem como a tipologia de EaD adotada pela UFSCar; mapear e analisar os fatores que se colocam como limitantes à institucionalização da EaD na universidade, identificando sua natureza; identificar e analisar os elementos mais significativos quanto ao favorecimento da institucionalização da EaD na UFSCar e; analisar as perspectivas em relação à institucionalização da EaD na UFSCar. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa que perpassou as fases de levantamento e estudo de bibliografia, coleta de dados por meio das técnicas de pesquisa documental e entrevistas semiestruturadas, análise dos dados e divulgação dos resultados. Dentre os principais resultados encontrados destacam-se: o início da institucionalização da EaD na UFSCar está relacionado à adesão ao Sistema UAB para a oferta de cinco cursos de graduação, o que acarretou a criação de uma unidade gestora de EaD que foi incorporada à estrutura da universidade, bem como de normas, procedimentos e regulamentações acerca da modalidade; a institucionalização da modalidade na UFSCar representou a conciliação entre sua função social de democratizar o acesso à educação superior e sua manutenção enquanto organização que visa sobreviver no campo em que atua; as tendências para a continuidade da institucionalização na UFSCar apontam para o incentivo à Educação Híbrida e, ainda, sugerem uma maior submissão da universidade ao mercado na medida em que amplia-se a oferta de cursos de especialização pagos e buscam-se parcerias com o setor privado como forma de manter as atividades da unidade gestora de EaD na UFSCar.

The doctoral thesis is linked to the Education and Arts Line (LP4) of the Postgraduate Program in Education at Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM) and it is part of the group of studies and research "FAPEM: formation, action and research in musical education". It had the general objective of understanding the construction of virtual teaching in Music in Pedagogy courses linked to the Open University of Brazil (UAB) from narratives of the forming teachers. As specific objectives, initially, it was sought to know the formative trajectories with Music and with the teaching by UAB Pedagogy courses’ music teachers, in order to understand their relations in virtual teaching in Music; understand how pedagogical mediation and collective work occur in the Music subjects of these courses; and to analyze the challenges faced by teachers with the distance education musical and pedagogical-musical formation from teachers of early childhood education and the initial years of elementary education. In this way, the research is inserted in the studies of the University Pedagogy for focusing the teacher training of teachers working in higher education; it is based on Biographical Research, in seeking to listen to the teachers' narratives, that is, to consider their personal and professional formative trajectories with Music and teaching; and in the Grounded Theory, with a constructivist focus, for the analysis and interpretation of the data, as well as the theoretical understanding and deepening of the study. In order to carry out the research, in the two stages of the research, seven music teachers participated in five UAB Pedagogy courses. At each stage, individual narrative interviews were conducted with the teachers. From the analysis of the interviews, it was understood that virtual teaching is developed by teachers as an unfolding of teaching in higher education, reverberating also in presential teaching. At EaD, teachers have been building particular ways of teaching music, supported by their theoretical references and their professional experiences, with Music and Education in different contexts. With this study, it was reached to the thesis that the construction of virtual teaching in Music in the courses of Pedagogy of the UAB is woven in the midst of the relations of proximity and distance that teachers establish with EaD, technology, polyteaching, students and the course in the process of thinking and promoting the teaching of music at distance. When narrating about their teaching trajectories, relations of detachment occurred when the emphasis was placed on the limitations that were placed on virtual teaching, while those of proximity were created according to the possibilities envisioned and created from the experience in this modality of teaching, especially concerning to virtual music teaching in the formation for the generalist in the school. Finally, the relevance of this research to the areas of Education and Music is highlighted because it seeks to know and to understand the construction of the virtual teaching of music teachers and to weave reflections on the acting of these formers in the context of Distance Pedagogy courses, a subject underexplored by literature in both areas. A tese de doutorado está vinculada à Linha de Educação e Artes (LP4) do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM) e faz parte do grupo de estudos e pesquisas “FAPEM: formação, ação e pesquisa em educação musical”. Teve o objetivo geral de compreender a construção da docência virtual em Música nos cursos de Pedagogia vinculados à Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB) a partir de narrativas de professores formadores. Como objetivos específicos, inicialmente, buscou-se conhecer as trajetórias formativas com a Música e com a docência dos professores de música dos cursos de Pedagogia da UAB, de modo a compreender suas relações na docência virtual em Música; entender como ocorre a mediação pedagógica e o trabalho coletivo nas disciplinas de Música desses cursos; e analisar os desafios vividos pelos docentes com a formação musical e pedagógico-musical a distância de professores da educação infantil e dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental. Desse modo, a pesquisa se insere nos estudos da Pedagogia Universitária por enfocar a formação docente de professores atuantes no ensino superior; baseia-se na Pesquisa Biográfica, ao buscar ouvir as narrativas dos professores, ou seja, considerar suas trajetórias formativas, pessoais e profissionais, com a Música e a docência; e na Teoria Fundamentada, de enfoque construtivista, para a análise e a interpretação dos dados, bem como a compreensão e o aprofundamento teórico do estudo. Para a realização da investigação, nas duas etapas da pesquisa, participaram sete docentes de música que atuaram em cinco cursos de Pedagogia da UAB. Em cada etapa, foram realizadas entrevistas narrativas individuais com os professores. A partir das análises das entrevistas, compreendeu-se que a docência virtual é desenvolvida pelos professores como um desdobramento da docência no ensino superior, reverberando também no ensino presencial. Na EaD, os docentes foram construindo modos particulares de ser professor de música, respaldados pelos seus referenciais teóricos e pelas suas vivências profissionais, com a Música e a Educação, em diversos contextos. Com este estudo, chegou-se à tese de que a construção da docência virtual em Música nos cursos de Pedagogia da UAB é tecida em meio às relações de proximidade e distanciamento que os professores estabelecem com a EaD, a tecnologia, a polidocência, os alunos e o curso no processo de pensar e promover o ensino de Música a distância. Ao narrarem sobre suas trajetórias docentes, as relações de distanciamento ocorreram quando a ênfase se fez presente nas limitações que foram colocadas à docência virtual, enquanto que as de proximidade se criaram em função das possibilidades vislumbradas e produzidas a partir da vivência nessa modalidade de ensino, principalmente no que diz respeito ao ensino de Música a distância na formação para a unidocência na escola. Por fim, destaca-se a relevância desta investigação para as áreas da Educação e da Música por buscar conhecer e compreender a construção da docência virtual de professores de música e por tecer reflexões sobre a atuação desses formadores no contexto de cursos de Pedagogia a Distância, tema pouco explorado pela literatura de ambas as áreas.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) With an increasingly intense presence in daily life, technological innovations influence the way of life of society, changing behaviors and perceptions of reality. In the educational sphere, it draws attention to the need for reflections and reformulations of its teaching processes in order to meet the learning expectations of generations of students increasingly connected with the world around them. Thus, this research aims to identify and characterize the process of construction of scientific knowledge in basic education through experiences that use robotics as a pedagogical tool. To achieve this goal, the research was divided into specific objectives: 1) to identify and characterize initiatives of robotics use in the educational context; 2) to monitor and analyze how the experiences are elaborated and applied; 3) describe the most common pedagogical strategies in these experiments, identifying the most explored contents; 4) to systematize and analyze the possibilities of employment of robotics for the construction of scientific knowledge of areas not explored in the analyzed experiments; 5) explore possible relationships between pedagogical robotics and learning theories. The methodological procedures adopted to achieve the proposed objectives were divided into different stages. In the first stage, a bibliographical research was carried out, at a national level, in scientific databases, selecting theses, dissertations and the scientific production published in annals of SBC events. At the international level, articles from the Scopus and Web of Science databases complemented the bibliographical research, reporting on the contributions and challenges of pedagogic robotics, pointing out positive trends in its application in the teaching of engineering, mathematics, science and also in technological education. The second stage counted on the field research, done in institutions that perform the experiments with robotics as an integral part of the curriculum or in extracurricular activities. As results, in the first stage, we highlight the similarity between the discourses of the theme that discuss ways of implementing robotics in education, its motivational aspects and the challenges faced. International productions are more emphatic in reflecting the need for more research and, in both national and international productions, the exploration of robotics takes place both in scientific disciplines and in technological education. In the second stage, the results were promising, especially in one of the institutions, where the theme was implemented in early years of elementary education, addressing science content in conjunction with robotics activities. The students were motivated during the activities, making the classes their moment of play within the school. The teachers signaled for expansion of the activities contemplating other disciplines and the increase in the number of students participating. Other points that can be highlighted in the results, at all stages: the focus of most research involving robotics is focused on technological education, raising digital literacy to a central point in the issues involving technologies in basic education. Com presença cada vez mais intensa no cotidiano, as inovações tecnológicas influenciam o modo de vida da sociedade, mudando comportamentos e percepções da realidade. Na esfera educacional, desperta a atenção para a necessidade de reflexões e reformulações dos seus processos de ensino, visando suprir as expectativas de aprendizagem de gerações de estudantes cada vez mais conectados com o mundo à sua volta. Assim sendo, esta investigação tem por objetivo identificar e caracterizar o processo de construção do conhecimento científico na educação básica, mediante experiências que utilizam a robótica como ferramenta pedagógica. Para atingir este objetivo, a pesquisa foi desmembrada nos objetivos específicos: 1) identificar e caracterizar iniciativas de uso da robótica no contexto educacional; 2) acompanhar e analisar como são elaboradas e aplicadas as experiências; 3) descrever as estratégias pedagógicas mais comuns nessas experiências, identificando os conteúdos mais explorados; 4) sistematizar e analisar as possibilidades de emprego da robótica para a construção de conhecimentos científicos de áreas não exploradas nas experiências analisadas; 5) explorar possíveis relações entre robótica pedagógica e teorias da aprendizagem. Os procedimentos metodológicos adotados para atingir os objetivos propostos foram divididos em etapas distintas. Na primeira etapa foi realizada a pesquisa bibliográfica, no âmbito nacional, em bases de dados científicas, selecionando teses, dissertações e a produção científica publicada em anais de eventos da SBC. No âmbito internacional, artigos das bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science complementaram a pesquisa bibliográfica, relatando as contribuições e os desafios da robótica pedagógica, apontando tendências positivas de sua aplicação no ensino de engenharias, da matemática, de ciências e também na educação tecnológica. A segunda etapa contou com a pesquisa de campo, feita em instituições que realizam as experiências com robótica, como parte integrante do currículo ou em atividades extracurriculares. Como resultados, na primeira etapa destacamos a similaridade entre os discursos da temática que discorrem sobre formas de implementação da robótica na educação, seus aspectos motivacionais e os desafios enfrentados. As produções internacionais são mais enfáticas ao refletir a necessidade da realização de mais pesquisas e, em ambas as produções, nacionais e internacionais, a exploração da robótica se dá tanto em relação às disciplinas científicas quanto na educação tecnológica. Na segunda etapa, os resultados se mostraram promissores, principalmente em uma das instituições, onde a temática foi implementada em anos iniciais do ensino fundamental, abordando conteúdos de ciências em conjunto com atividades de robótica. Os alunos se mostraram motivados no decurso das atividades, fazendo das aulas seu momento de brincadeira dentro da escola. Os professores sinalizaram para expansão das atividades, contemplando outras disciplinas e o aumento no número de alunos participantes. Outros pontos que podem ser destacados nos resultados, em todas as etapas: o foco da maioria das pesquisas envolvendo a robótica está voltado para a educação tecnológica, elevando o letramento digital a um ponto fulcral nas questões que envolvem as tecnologias na educação básica.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) The Distance Education has undergone significant changes that concerns the way in which the teaching work is organized. In the modality, not just one, but multiple professionals should work in consonance to guarantee the teaching-learning processes. In addition, in the Brazilian experience, the Distance Education has been developed, in public institutions, by policies with an emergency character such as the Universidade Aberta do Brasil System (UAB). In addition to the inherent complexities of the teaching work in Distance Education, it is added, therefore, related aspects in the precariousness of work. Thus, this research has the main objective of analyze the consequences from the teaching work organization in the Distance Education in light of the concept of polidocência. In order to meet the main objective, our analysis is based on five specific objectives: to perform a bibliometric study on the scientific production of the area; to characterize the Universidade Aberta do Brasil system and the configuration of the teaching adopted in its courses, analyzing the implications in the institutionalization of the Distance Education; to discriminate the division of teaching work and its implications for teaching in the Distance Education; to investigate the labor relations between teachers in the Distance Education; to explore the teacher knowledge used in Distance Education and its implications in the relations of power and knowledge in the context of polidocência. About the methodology, we used methodological triangulation, considering that we simultaneously used qualitative and quantitative methods. The methodological procedures, in turn, occurred as follows: bibliometric analysis using the thesis basis elaborated by the Grupo Horizonte; documentary analysis from the pedagogical projects of courses offered under the UAB System; application of virtual questionnaires to teachers-authors, teachers-applicators and virtual and face-to-face tutors who work or have already worked in the UAB System; semi structured interviews with these same teachers. Through this research, we observed that the researches about Distance Education and especially about teaching work in the modality, still represent a very small part of the scientific production related to Education in Brazil. We also verified that the UAB System has standardized the configuration of teaching work in the Distance Education. Our study also reveals that teaching in the modality is divided and fragmented, so that each professional is responsible for a specific set of activities and functions. In addition, the Distance Education has characteristics related to productive restructuring, such as flexibilization and teleworking, which, among other aspects, promote perversities for the teachers. In the research we also identified that the constitution of teaching knowledge is complex. Thus, the knowledge base for the teaching of each professional comes from multifaceted sources and includes knowledge of digital technologies. Our study also suggests that the relations of knowing relate to those of power in the context of polidocência. A Educação a Distância (EaD) tem passado por mudanças significativas na contemporaneidade que dizem respeito, inclusive, à forma como se organiza o trabalho docente. Na EaD, não apenas um, mas vários profissionais devem atuar em consonância para garantir os processos de ensino-aprendizagem. Além disso, nomeadamente na experiência brasileira, a modalidade tem se desenvolvido, nas instituições públicas, fomentada por políticas de caráter emergencial como o Sistema Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB). Para além das complexidades inerentes à docência na EaD, soma-se, pois, aspectos que tangenciam a precarização do trabalho. Posto isso, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo precípuo analisar as implicações decorrentes da forma como se organiza o trabalho docente na EaD à luz do conceito de polidocência. Com vistas a atender o objetivo colimado, nossa análise está alicerçada em cinco objetivos específicos, a saber: executar um estudo bibliométrico sobre a produção científica da área; caracterizar o Sistema Universidade Aberta do Brasil e a configuração da docência adotada em seus cursos, analisando as implicações na institucionalização da EaD; discriminar a divisão do trabalho docente e suas implicações à docência na EaD; averiguar as relações de trabalho entre os docentes na EaD; investigar os saberes e conhecimentos docentes utilizados na EaD e suas implicações nas relações de saber e poder no contexto da polidocência. No que concerne à metodologia, utilizamos a triangulação metodológica, tendo em vista que lançamos mão, concomitantemente, dos métodos qualitativo e quantitativo. Os procedimentos metodológicos, por sua vez, ocorreram da seguinte forma: análise bibliométrica utilizando a base de teses elaborada pelo Grupo Horizonte; análise documental a partir dos projetos pedagógicos de cursos oferecidos a distância no âmbito do Sistema UAB; aplicação de questionários virtuais aos docentes-autores/conteudistas, docentes-formadores/aplicadores e docentes-tutores virtuais e presenciais que atuam ou já atuaram no âmbito do Sistema UAB; entrevistas semiestruturadas com estes mesmos docentes. Por meio da investigação, observamos que as pesquisas sobre a EaD e, em especial, sobre o trabalho docente na modalidade, ainda representam uma muito pequena parcela da produção científica relacionada à Educação no Brasil. Também verificamos que o Sistema UAB tem padronizado a configuração do trabalho docente na EaD. Nosso estudo desvela, ainda, que a docência na modalidade se apresenta dividida e fragmentada, de modo que a cada profissional cabe um conjunto específico de atividades e funções. Além disso, a EaD possui características atinentes à reestruturação produtiva, como a flexibilização e o teletrabalho que, dentre outros aspectos, incorrem em perversidades aos trabalhadores. Na pesquisa também identificamos que os saberes e conhecimentos docentes são demasiadamente intrincados. Assim, a base de conhecimento para o ensino de cada profissional se origina de fontes multifacetadas e inclui saberes e conhecimentos concernentes às tecnologias digitais. Nosso estudo também sugere que as relações de saber se relacionam com as de poder no contexto da polidocência.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior Based theoretically in geographical science, based on teaching experience, using imaginative method on postmodern perspective, in part with methods of analysis of historical materialism, dialectics and of qualitative research, we direct our creative freedom of researcher in the construction of this thesis. Our goal is to analyze the virtual space of teaching in information and communication technologies-ICT, through the Open University, in the mode of online education. The intention was to try to answer questions about the differentiated classroom through the virtual teaching and learning environment. How are relations of teachers and students in virtual education environment? Anyway, how can we understand the online education space? The geographical category Space collaborated on approaches in order to figure out our lines of reflection, in the area of distance learning online.The qualitative methodology attached in experience as Geography professor in the usual classroom and UAB/Unimontes teaching, served as a support for the analysis of Open University \"local\"documents in the North of Minas Gerais. The field work in the investigation served to aggregate information about the Open University experiences and to identify teacher perception about the virtual teaching space in other realities, besides Brazil. In this case, we wentto the \"global\" through the European reality in Lisbon/Portugal. So, to explore the reality of the pedagogical proposal of the Unimontes Geography degreecourse (2008), tied to the research on Open University of Lisbon courses methodology (2007) and teachers interviews, we identified that the teaching both face-to-face as distance online, feature a large apparatus from the information and communication technologies- ICT. These move in networks, in various spaces for leisure, work and education. Virtual spaces networks, such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Skype, Hangouts, and others, have access points where all of us are responsible for disseminating large amounts of information. However, the information processing for communication and subsequent knowledge production in the formation of the subject may or may not implement these spaces. Thus, the teacher becomes the main link in the process, leading the student interact and guide knowledge to integral formation. So, they should possess skills and expertise to assume beyond educator the roleof mediator of virtual spaces intersections. In this way, education faces the challenge of forming a professional who knows how to handle the instruments and interpret the digital codes. Educational proposals should target teacher training for skills, time management and organization of information, in different virtual spaces, regardless of the mode of education, whether in person or online. Finally, we contribute with geographic analysis and teaching, through theoretical discussion about the virtual space. Because of the affinity with our training, we suggest that the Geography guide linesshould be reconsidered in the graduation curriculum, for the initial and continuing teacher formation, emphasizing their insertion and their students in the various virtual spaces overthe ICT networks. Embasados teoricamente na ciência geográfica, com base na experiência docente, utilizando do método imaginativo na perspectiva pós-moderna, em parte com métodos de análise do materialismo histórico, da dialética e da pesquisa qualitativa, direcionamos nossa liberdade criativa de pesquisadora na construção desta tese. O nosso objetivo é analisar o espaço virtual de ensino nas Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação-TIC, por intermédio da Universidade Aberta, na modalidade de educação online. A intenção foi tentar responder indagações sobre a sala de aula diferenciada por meio do ambiente virtual de ensino-aprendizagem. Como são as relações docentes e discentes no ambiente de educação virtual? Enfim, como podemos compreender o espaço de ensino online? A categoria geográfica Espaço colaborou nas abordagens no sentido de delinearmos nossas linhas de reflexão, em torno do espaço de ensino a distância online. A metodologia qualitativa, ancorada na experiência como professora de Geografia no ensino presencial e na UAB/Unimontes, serviu de suporte para as análises dos documentos da Universidade Aberta local do norte de Minas Gerais. O trabalho de campo na investigação serviu para agregar informações sobre as experiências da Universidade Aberta e para identificar a percepção docente sobre o espaço virtual de ensino em outras realidades, além do Brasil. Nesse caso, direcionamo-nos ao global por intermédio da realidade europeia em Lisboa/Portugal. Assim, ao explorarmos a realidade do projeto pedagógico do curso de Geografia Licenciatura da Unimontes (2008), atrelada à investigação da metodologia das licenciaturas da Universidade Aberta de Lisboa (2007) com as entrevistas com os professores, identificamos que o ensino, tanto presencial quanto a distância online, dispõem de um grande aparato advindo das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação TIC. Estas se movimentam em redes, em diversos espaços de lazer, trabalho e educação. As redes nos espaços virtuais, como o Facebook, WhatsApp, Skype, Hangouts, e outros, possuem pontos de acesso onde todos nós somos responsáveis por disseminar grande quantidade de informação. Contudo, o processamento da informação para comunicação e posterior produção do conhecimento na formação do sujeito pode ou não se efetivar nesses espaços. Assim, o professor torna-se o principal elo nesse processo, responsável por conduzir o estudante ao conhecimento útil para formação integral ao longo da vida. Por isso, deve possuir habilidades e competências para assumir além de educador, também, o papel de mediador nas interseções dos espaços virtuais. Dessa maneira, a educação enfrenta o desafio de formar um profissional que saiba manusear os instrumentos e interpretar os códigos digitais. As propostas de ensino devem direcionar a formação docente, para as habilidades de gestão do tempo e organização da informação, nos diferentes espaços virtuais, independente da modalidade de educação, seja presencial ou online. Por fim, contribuímos com a análise geográfica e com o ensino, por meio da discussão teórica sobre o espaço virtual. Em virtude da afinidade com nossa formação, sugerimos que as diretrizes da Geografia devem ser repensadas nos currículos das licenciaturas, para a formação inicial e continuada do professor, enfatizando a sua inserção e dos estudantes nos diversos espaços virtuais nas redes das TIC. Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) Aiming to overcome various barriers faced by disabled people, new standards and laws were created in recent years. Therefore, the concepts of accessibility and inclusion have been more present currently. One of the main rights of people with disabilities refers to the right to education, once this right could provide a citizen to participate more actively in the social context. It was noted that nowadays, the basis of this challenge for accessibility and inclusion, is the potentiality of Digital Technologies of Information and Communication. Thus, this research aims to identify and characterize the role and the use of Digital Assistive Technology resources in education for people with sensory impairment. It was considerated for the proposed analysis, four specific objectives: identify and analyze possible benefits / advantages, challenges / strategies and difficulties / limitations faced by users of assistive technology resources at the institutions analyzed; map and categorize Brazilian initiatives on the use of assistive technology resources to form (or easier) access to scientific knowledge for people with sensory impairment; propose a taxonomic matrix for classification and evaluation of assistive software dedicated for people with visual or hearing impairments; and finally, analyze the role of Assistive Technology for democratization of scientific knowledge of citizens with visual and hearing impairments. The methodology used to achieve the proposed objectives were based in the following approaches: collecting data (bibliographical research, bibliometric study, online questionnaire and semi-structured interviews), Digital Assistive Technologies survey and taxonomic matrix with assistive software. Results highlight some points: although the focus theme of this research is of great importance to disabled people education, there are few scientific studies that deal with this issue; the majority (91.30% - 21) of the specialized institutions in the visual or hearing impairments uses assistive technology resources in its educational activities; the number of Digital Assistive Technologies that can be used in the education of visually impairments people is higher compared to hearing impairments. Em busca de superar diversas barreiras encontradas por pessoas com deficiência, novas normas e leis foram criadas nos últimos anos e, com isso, os conceitos de acessibilidade e inclusão têm estado muito mais presentes atualmente. Um dos principais direitos das pessoas com deficiência refere-se ao direito à educação, pois, é a partir deste direito que este cidadão pode participar de maneira mais ativa no contexto social. Observamos que, na base dessa luta pela acessibilidade e inclusão, nos dias atuais, está a exploração das potencialidades das Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação (TDIC). Sendo assim, esta investigação tem como objetivo identificar e caracterizar o papel e o uso de recursos de Tecnologia Assistiva Digital na educação de pessoas com deficiência sensorial. Para possibilitar a análise, foram estabelecidos quatro objetivos específicos: 1) identificar e analisar possíveis benefícios/vantagens, desafios/estratégias e dificuldades/limitações enfrentados pelos usuários de recursos de Tecnologia Assistiva nas instituições analisadas; 2) mapear e categorizar iniciativas brasileiras sobre o uso de recursos de Tecnologia Assistiva para formar (ou facilitar) o acesso ao conhecimento científico para pessoas com deficiência sensorial; 3) propor uma matriz taxonômica para classificação e avaliação de softwares assistivos voltados para pessoas com deficiência visual ou auditiva; 4) analisar o papel da Tecnologia Assistiva para a democratização do conhecimento científico do cidadão com deficiências visuais e auditivas. Para atingir os objetivos propostos foram utilizados como procedimentos metodológicos: Coleta de dados (pesquisa bibliográfica, estudo bibliométrico, questionário online e entrevista semiestruturada), levantamento de Tecnologias Assistivas Digitais e matriz taxonômica com softwares assistivos. Em relação aos resultados, podemos destacar alguns pontos: ainda que o tema foco desta investigação seja de grande importância para a educação de pessoas com deficiência, poucos são os estudos científicos que abordam esta temática; a maioria (91,30% - 21) das instituições especializadas nas deficiências visual ou auditiva utiliza recursos de Tecnologia Assistiva em suas atividades educacionais; o número de Tecnologias Assistivas Digitais que podem ser utilizadas na educação de pessoas com deficiência visual é muito maior se comparado à deficiência auditiva.

Contemporary society poses distinct characteristics in our daily lives. Perhaps one of the most significant is the fast dissemination of information. This fact is made possible by the Digital Technologies of Information and Communication (TDIC). Together with the various inventions of these technologies there is an increasing access by the various social classes of the country. One reason for this growth is the cheapening of such technologies. Thus, they became part of social life and encompassed various sectors such as political and educational, in an irreversible process. Having the educational context in mind, there are discussions about the difficulty in defining the role of the teacher between the learner and the TDIC. Being sometimes mediator and user, the teacher and the school in general, are strongly charged, because, it seems, there is a gap in the education sector related to the use and integration of such technologies in the teaching-learning process. Another view is related to students. These are constantly and heavily exposed to such technologies, having constant usage and demonstrating apparent mastery of TDIC. Therefore, issues involving teachers, during their graduation and digital technologies have been widely discussed. This research aimed to study teachers during their graduation and children between 9 and 11 years old, relating their knowledge and practices through the use of TDIC, and whether there is a gap between these subjects, considering such knowledge. In order to make the analysis possible, there are four specific objectives: Identify the profile of children between 9 and 11 years, relating their knowledge, use and practice with the TDIC; To characterize the profile of pedagogy students from the middle period of the course regarding their knowledge on TDIC; Check the distance or proximity between teaching and training children, related to the degree of knowledge and use of TCID; Suggest new digital teaching model training and literacy for teachers who work or will work with the resources of TDIC in their disciplines. In view of the objective of the research a methodological triangulation through interviews and questionnaires was held, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis for the proposed study. The analysis showed that there is a strong technological speech in the process of mediation between children and TDIC, maybe not so faithful to the reality of knowledge by the children. The complete investigation process brought to light a number of issues and possibilities for future research, but one of the most important conclusions is that the teacher training is facing at least two challenges: the first related to the knowledge they are getting at the university on such theme and the second is on its mediating role in knowledge production, using the resources of TDIC this process. A sociedade contemporânea imprime distintas características em nosso cotidiano. Talvez, uma das mais expressivas seja a rápida propagação das informações. Tal fato é possibilitado pelas Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação (TDIC). Aliado às inúmeras invenções dessas tecnologias ocorre crescente acesso pelas diversas classes sociais do país. Um dos motivos deste crescimento é o barateamento de tais tecnologias. Com isso, elas passaram a fazer parte da vida social e abarcaram diversos setores como o político e o educacional, e tratando de um processo irreversível. Pensando no contexto educacional, existem discussões acerca da dificuldade em definir qual o papel do professor entre o aprendiz e as TDIC. Ora mediador, ora usuário, o professor e a escola, de maneira geral, são fortemente cobrados, pois, ao que parece, existe uma defasagem do setor educacional relacionado à utilização e inserção de tais tecnologias no processo ensino-aprendizagem. Outro ponto de vista é relacionado aos alunos. Estes estão constante e fortemente expostos a tais tecnologias, fazendo uso rotineiro e demonstrando aparente domínio sobre as TDIC. Por isso, os temas que envolvem professores, alunos e tecnologias digitais têm sido amplamente discutidos. Diante disso, essa pesquisa teve como objetivo estudar professores em formação e crianças entre 9 e 11 anos, relacionando seus conhecimentos e práticas através da utilização das TDIC, e avaliar se há distanciamento entre estes sujeitos, no que tange a tal conhecimento. Para possibilitar a análise, formularam-se quatro objetivos específicos: Identificar o perfil das crianças entre 9 e 11 anos, relacionado ao conhecimento, utilização e prática com as TDIC; Caracterizar o perfil dos estudantes de pedagogia, a partir do período intermediário do curso, no que diz respeito aos seus saberes sobre as TDIC; Verificar o distanciamento ou proximidade entre as crianças e docentes em formação, no que diz respeito ao grau de conhecimento e utilização das TDIC; Propor experimento de formação e letramento digital para professores que trabalham ou que trabalharão com os recursos das TDIC em suas disciplinas. Tendo em vista o objetivo da pesquisa, realizou-se a triangulação metodológica através de entrevistas e questionários, efetuando análises qualitativas e quantitativas durante o estudo proposto. As análises realizadas apontaram que existe um forte discurso tecnológico no processo de mediação entre crianças e TDIC, talvez não tão fiel à realidade do conhecimento por parte das crianças. O processo de investigação concluído trouxe à luz diversas questões e possibilidades para pesquisas futuras, mas uma das mais importantes conclusões é que o professor em formação está diante de pelo menos dois grandes desafios: o primeiro, relacionado ao conhecimento que está recebendo na universidade sobre tal temática e o segundo é sobre seu papel de mediador na produção do conhecimento, utilizando-se dos recursos das TDIC nesse processo.

This masters dissertation was developed with the aim of analyze how the learning of teaching for Distance Education occurs, through the continuous formation and the teaching performance on Distance Education and the implications that this knowledges bring to the presential teaching practices. As Distance Education is growing and being implemented in a lot of Brazilian s universities, we would like to know how the teaching formation to this modality is being learned and how this learning is being used on Presential Education. Understand this dynamic is relevant to the distant and presential teaching formation, however, is still a poorly researched subject, reason why this research was conducted. To make the realization of this study and establish the theoretical referentials, it was needed to characterize the Distance Education model, adopted by Higher Education Institutions chosen for carrying out this research, as well characterize the virtual teaching and the presential teaching. Furthermore, we treat of the teaching competence for the use of technologies and, lastly, we seek to identify the main presential teaching practices that were changed according to the Distance Education experience. Thus, the methodology used was the quantitative and qualitative approach, developed through the sending of an e-mail to the Distance Education coordinators of 11 universities, that is, 10% of the universe of the Universities that belong to UAB system, containing a request that the coordinators resend the survey questionnaire to their teachers so we could collect the datas. In total, returned 233 questionnaires for analysis and data interpretation. Of these, we selected four Institutions that participated the most, being three federals and one statewide. All of this collected material a rich source to clarify how are learned the knowledge on virtual teaching and how this knowledge implies on presential teaching. As main results of our research, can be mentioned: the use of a large number of technological tools in the presential classes; the accomplishment of more teamwork, less expository classes and the use of more dynamic methodologies and interactives, increase of the communication canals and diversification of the evaluations forms. Esta dissertação de mestrado foi desenvolvida com o objetivo de analisar como ocorre a aprendizagem da docência para a EaD, por meio da formação continuada e da atuação dodocente na Educação a Distância e as implicações que estes saberes trazem para as práticas docentes presenciais. Como a Educação a Distância vem crescendo e sendo implantada em muitas universidades brasileiras, queríamos saber como a formação docente para esta modalidade está sendo aprendida e como essa aprendizagem está sendo utilizada na Educação Presencial. Compreender essa dinâmica é relevante para a formação docente a distância e presencial, entretanto, ainda é assunto pouco pesquisado, motivo pelo qual realizamos esta pesquisa. Para tornar possível a realização deste estudo e estabelecer os referenciais teóricos, foi preciso caracterizar o modelo de Educação a Distância, adotado pelas Instituições de Ensino Superior escolhidas para a realização desta pesquisa, bem como caracterizar a docência virtual e a docência presencial. Além disso, tratamos da competência docente para o uso das tecnologias e, por fim, buscamos identificar as principais práticas docentes presenciais que foram alteradas em função da experiência em Educação a Distância. Assim, a metodologia utilizada foi a abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, desenvolvida por meio do envio de um e-mail aos Coordenadores da EaD de 11 Universidades, ou seja, 10% do universo da Universidades pertencentes ao Sistema UAB, contendo um pedido para que os Coordenadores reenviassem o Questionário de Pesquisa aos seus professores para que pudéssemos coletar os dados. Ao todo, retornaram 233 questionários para análise e interpretação dos dados. Destes, selecionamos quatros Instituições que mais participaram, sendo três federais e uma estadual. Todo esse material coletado foi rica fonte para esclarecer como são aprendidos os saberes na docência virtual e de que forma esses saberes implicam na docência presencial. Como principais resultados da nossa pesquisa, podemos citar: o uso de um maior número de ferramentas tecnológicas nas aulas presenciais; a realização de mais trabalhos em equipe, aulas menos expositivas e uso de metodologias mais dinâmicas e interativas, aumento dos canais de comunicação e diversificação das formas de Avaliação.

Não recebi financiamento Distance Education (DE) is a type of education that enables the democratization of access to knowledge, the expansion of job opportunities and learning throughout life, as this is independent of the distance between student and educational institution. Their emergence and expansion were only possible due to the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) most recent. This whole process has given rise to new demands for teacher training and specific knowledge to act in this type of education. In other words, the Virtual Education, teaching setting itself differs from the traditional teaching / classroom. As we consider the peculiarities of distance education, are concerned to understand how it develops the learning of teaching the practice of virtual tutoring. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze how it develops the learning of teaching the practice of virtual tutoring. For this, the following five to have specific objectives: Identify and describe the virtual teaching setting present in the pedagogical model of distance education of higher education institutions; Describe and characterize the formation of virtual teachers; Identify and analyze the knowledge necessary to virtual tutor and the knowledge acquired throughout their educational experience in distance education and, where appropriate, in classroom teaching; Analyze possible challenges and strategies linked to the institutional training proposal for the development of virtual teaching and learning point the perception of virtual tutors on trends and perspectives of teaching in higher education. The methodology was qualitative and quantitative nature and instruments for data collection were document analysis, the online questionnaire and interviews. The sample used in the study corresponded to a total of 461 virtual tutors of undergraduate courses four Higher Education Institutions (HEI) partners in the program Open University of Brazil (UAB). The main results found that the virtual teaching learning has particularities, but also similarities in relation to teaching knowledge, difficulties and facilities, as well as challenges and strategies of classroom education. The focus of this study was to engage with issues relating to the learning of teaching and professional development process, since large studies of this theme will contribute to understand the teacher training process in distance education. A Educação a Distância (EaD) é uma modalidade de ensino que possibilita a democratização do acesso ao conhecimento, a expansão das oportunidades de trabalho e aprendizagem ao longo da vida, uma vez que essa independe das distâncias entre aluno e instituição de ensino. Seu surgimento e expansão só foram possíveis em decorrência das Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (TIC) mais recentes. Todo esse processo fez surgir novas demandas de formação docente e saberes específicos para atuar nessa modalidade de ensino. Em outras palavras, na Educação Virtual, a própria configuração da docência difere-se da docência tradicional/presencial. Ao considerarmos as peculiaridades da EaD, preocupamo-nos em compreender como se desenvolve a aprendizagem da docência pela prática da tutoria virtual. Diante disso, esse estudo teve como objetivo geral analisar como se desenvolve a aprendizagem da docência pela prática da tutoria virtual. Para isso, têm-se os cinco seguintes objetivos específicos: Identificar e descrever a configuração de docência virtual presente no modelo pedagógico da EaD das Instituições de Ensino Superior; Descrever e caracterizar a formação dos docentes virtuais; Identificar e analisar os saberes necessários ao tutor virtual e os saberes adquiridos ao longo da sua experiência pedagógica na EaD e, quando for o caso, no ensino presencial; Analisar possíveis desafios e estratégias decorrentes da proposta de formação institucional para o desenvolvimento da aprendizagem da docência virtual e apontar a percepção dos tutores virtuais sobre as tendências e perspectivas da docência na Educação Superior. A metodologia utilizada foi de natureza qualitativa e quantitativa e os instrumentos para a coleta de dados foram a análise documental, o questionário online e entrevistas. A amostra utilizada na pesquisa correspondeu a um total de 461 tutores virtuais dos cursos de graduação de quatro Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES) parceiras do programa Universidade Aberta do Brasil (UAB). Como principais resultados constatamos que a aprendizagem da docência virtual possui particularidades, mas também similaridades em relação aos saberes docentes, dificuldades e facilidades, bem como desafios e estratégias da educação presencial. O foco desse estudo foi dialogar com questões referentes à aprendizagem da docência e o processo de desenvolvimento profissional, uma vez que os amplos estudos dessa temática contribuirão para compreender os processos de formação docente em EaD.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) In Brazil, the National Broadband Plan (PNBL) was one of the policies implemented since 2010 to increase the share of the population with access and possibility of using digital media, especially in the Latin American scenario. Not least, the need to assess the impact of the massive insertion of digital media was notorious, analyzing sociocultural and cognitive aspects. It starts from the premise of the interaction between subjects and technologies as a process that does not distance subject and its technique, being the technique part of the human being in society and being both agents in this interaction. This research examines the sociocultural and cognitive impacts among adolescents with the mediation of the intensive use of digital media and chose the construction of knowledge for school education as a research field. Thus, the general objective is to analyze the impact of digital media as mediators of social relations and the construction of the knowledge of adolescents. We therefore assume the following specific objectives: a) to understand the presence and use of digital media in the school context, addressing the main characteristics and difficulties; b) investigate the social impact of spatial mobility and social interactions according to type of digital media; c) analyze the cognitive impact by observing study strategies according to the adolescents' daily access time, and d) examine the cultural impact of digital media use through the preferences of content accessed on the Internet and by forming groups in it. The research is descriptive in nature and the methodology is qualitative-quantitative. The instruments used were questionnaire and interviews. The criterion adopted to determine "intensive use of the Internet" was established in 3 hours, according to data collected on national average daily internet connection time, together with data from the questionnaire applied in the research. The results suggest that the data did not show a significant correlation between their type (smartphones, tablets, computers, etc.) and socio-cultural and cognitive effects, mainly due to adolescents' content, which does not differ from other contexts like the virtual and by its chosen strategies of study, that do not demonstrate accelerated development of its autonomy in the construction of the knowledge. However, we can affirm that there is a significant correlation in the comparison between Intensive and non-Intensive use in age, gender, type of school, whether there is or not computer, Internet or not, own other Internet devices or not, own video game or not, in the access content of interest Personal access to study, in the participate in groups on the Internet, in the access smartphones and iPhones at class to talk and send videos. In all other variables, there was no such correlation. Statistically, the difference may not be sufficient to assert impacts on all analyzed variables. At the same time, coincidentally, always, the group that uses the Internet intensively presents the highest percentages, even with minimal difference. This may not amount to much, but when we talk about change, especially when there are n resistance factors, this minimal persistent difference presented higher for the group that uses the Internet for more time daily may be an incentive to re-analyze them. No Brasil, o Plano Nacional da Banda Larga (PNBL) representou uma das políticas implementadas a partir de 2010 para aumentar a parcela da população com acesso e possibilidade de uso da TDIC, especialmente no cenário latino-americano. Não por menos, tornou-se notória a necessidade de se avaliar o impacto da inserção massiva de Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação, analisando-se aspectos socioculturais e cognitivos. Parte-se da premissa da interação entre sujeitos e tecnologias como processo que não distancia sujeito e sua técnica, sendo a técnica parte do ser humano em sociedade e sendo ambos agentes nessa interação. Esta pesquisa passa pela análise dos impactos socioculturais e cognitivos entre adolescentes com a mediação do uso intensivo de TDIC e escolhemos a construção do conhecimento para a educação escolar como âmbito de pesquisa. Dessa forma, o objetivo geral é analisar o impacto das Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação como mediadoras de relações sociais e da construção do conhecimento de adolescentes. Assumimos, portanto, os seguintes objetivos específicos: a) compreender a presença e uso de TDIC no contexto escolar, abordando as principais características e dificuldades; b) investigar o impacto social pela a mobilidade espacial e interações sociais conforme tipo de TDIC; c) analisar o impacto cognitivo através da observação de estratégias de estudos conforme tempo de acesso diário de Internet dos adolescentes e d) examinar o impacto cultural do uso TDIC por meio das preferências de conteúdo acessado na Internet e pela formação de grupos nele. A pesquisa é de natureza descritiva e a metodologia é quali-quantitativa. Os instrumentos usados foram questionário e entrevistas. O critério adotado para determinar “uso intensivo da Internet” foi estabelecido em 3 horas, conforme dados coletados sobre média nacional de tempo diário de conexão à internet, juntamente a dados do questionário aplicado na pesquisa. Os resultados sugerem que, referente às TDIC, os dados não apresentaram correlação significativa entre seu tipo (smartphones, tablets, computadores etc.) e efeitos socioculturais e cognitivos, sendo isso manifestado principalmente pelo conteúdo acessado pelos adolescentes, que não difere de outros contextos além do virtual e por suas estratégias de estudo escolhidas, que não demonstram desenvolvimento acelerado de sua autonomia na contrução do conhecimento. Entretanto, podemos afirmar que há correlação significativa na comparação entre uso Intensivo e não Intensivo em idade, gênero, tipo de escola, possuir computador ou não, com Internet ou não, possuir outros dispositivos com Internet ou não, possuir videogame, acessar conteúdos de interesse pessoal, acessar para estudo, participar de grupos na Internet, acessar smartphones e Iphones em aula para conversar e enviar vídeos. Em todas as outras variáveis, não houve essa correlação. Estatisticamente, a diferença pode não ser suficiente para afirmar impactos em todas as variáveis analisadas. Ao mesmo tempo, nota-se, coincidentemente que, sempre, o grupo que usa intensivamente a Internet apresenta as porcentagens maiores, mesmo com mínima diferença. Isso pode não representar muito, mas quando falamos em mudança, principalmente quando há n fatores de resistência, essa mínima diferença persistente apresentada maior para o grupo que usa por mais tempo diariamente a Internet pode ser um incentivo para analisá-las novamente.

Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos The distance education (DE) is basically characterized by the use of one or more technologies which allow the communication between professors and students geographically separated. The development of digital technologies enables the configuration of the distance education as we know it in the contemporaneity. The courses in this mode, besides using technologies to inform and communicate, such as oral and written languages, also begin to use digital language. In this mode, a new way of organization of the teaching work was idealized, and this, on one hand, produces precariousness of professors work and, on the other hand, provides a collaborative and team work. Considering the peculiarities of DE, the preoccupation is to comprehend how the professor who has experience in classroom education learns to be a professor in the distance mode. The general objective in this research is to analyze the learning process of virtual teaching, taking into account the dilemmas of beginner professors in the distant mode and the knowledge they produced from that experience. The specific objectives are: to verify the dilemmas faced by professors in their first offerings in DE disciplines; to characterize elements of the formation and professional path of the interviewed professors in this mode; to analyze the learning process of virtual teaching; and, at last, to indicate the constructed by the teaching practice in distance mode, which knowledge the teacher must develop to become good teachers in DE and the influence of this knowledge constructed by the practice in DE on regular education. This research is qualitative, and to its realization seven professors who work in undergraduation distance courses in Federal University of São Carlos were interviewed. The main found results were the dilemmas faced by the professors, in the beginning of virtual teaching, are related to planning activities without knowing the DE public and their necessities. Another pointed dilemma was the unfamiliarity when the professors see the end of the process of producing the discipline. It happens because the professor, in DE, counts on the support of professionals in the conception of the discipline and its offer, and this often generates the feeling of loss of authonomy. At last, another dilemma experienced by some professors was the difficulty of managing the working time in DE and of conciliating between working time and the other functions of the professor. The learning of virtual teaching happened, mainly, through the practice and the reflection on the practice. Reflective and learning of virtual teaching processes often happened in a collective way, with tutors. The knowledge learned by teaching experience in DE are related to communicative competence, mainly in regard to written language which is intensely used in the virtual learning environment, to the competence to deal with the technologies and tools available for the development of activities, to the competence of teamwork and to the competence related to planning the discipline, considering the different rhythms of learning of each student, and to anticipation of doubts. A educação a distância (EaD) é basicamente caracterizada pelo uso de uma ou mais tecnologias que possibilitem a comunicação entre professores e alunos separados geograficamente. O desenvolvimento das tecnologias digitais possibilita a configuração da educação a distância que conhecemos na contemporaneidade. Os cursos nessa modalidade, além de utilizarem as tecnologias para informar e comunicar, como a linguagem oral e escrita, começam a também utilizar a linguagem digital. O que se observa na EaD é uma nova forma de organização do trabalho docente, o que, de um lado, produz uma precarização do trabalho do professor e, de outro, possibilita um trabalho colaborativo e em equipe. Ao considerarmos as peculiaridades da EaD, preocupa-nos compreender como o docente que tem experiência na educação presencial aprende a ser professor da modalidade a distância. O objetivo geral da presente pesquisa é analisar o processo de aprendizagem da docência virtual, levando-se em conta os dilemas dos professores iniciantes na modalidade a distância e os saberes por eles produzidos a partir dessa experiência. Os objetivos específicos são: verificar os dilemas vividos pelos professores nas primeiras ofertas de disciplinas na EaD; caracterizar elementos da trajetória de formação e profissional dos docentes entrevistados nessa modalidade; analisar o processo de aprendizagem da docência virtual; e, por fim, indicar os saberes construídos pela prática docente na modalidade a distância, quais saberes os professores devem desenvolver para se tornarem bons professores na EaD e qual a influência desses saberes construídos pela prática na EaD na educação presencial. Essa pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa, e para sua realização foram entrevistados sete professores que atuam nos cursos de graduação a distância da Universidade Federal de São Carlos. Como principais resultados constatamos que os dilemas vividos pelos professores ao iniciarem a docência virtual estão relacionados ao planejamento das atividades sem o conhecimento do público da EaD e das suas necessidades. Outro dilema apontado foi o estranhamento por parte dos professores ao verem a disciplina finalizada. Isso acontece porque o professor na EaD conta com o apoio de profissionais na concepção da disciplina e na sua oferta, e isso gera muitas vezes o sentimento de perda da autonomia por parte do professor. Por fim, outro dilema vivenciado por alguns professores foi a dificuldade de gerir o tempo de trabalho na EaD e de conciliá-lo com outras funções de professor universitário. A aprendizagem da docência virtual se deu principalmente pela prática e pela reflexão sobre a prática. Os processos reflexivos e de aprendizagem da docência virtual muitas vezes se deram de maneira coletiva, juntamente com os tutores. Os saberes aprendidos pela experiência docente na EaD estão relacionados à competência comunicacional, principalmente no que se refere à linguagem escrita tão intensamente utilizada no ambiente virtual de aprendizagem, à competência de lidar com as tecnologias e ferramentas disponíveis para o desenvolvimento das atividades, à competência de trabalhar em equipe e à competência relacionada ao planejamento da disciplina, levando-se em conta os diferentes ritmos de aprendizagem dos alunos, e à antecipação de dúvidas.

The flow of information and quick and easy access that you have to them due to the spread of digital information and communication technologies (DICT) is a hallmark of contemporaneity. This scenario originated from the productive and organizational restructuring from capitalism and soon expanded to other social spheres, including education. The insertion of DICT in educational processes enhances the Distance Education (DE) as a way of teaching and learning and redefines the roles of both learner and the teachers. New knowledge and techniques are required from this professional to act as mediator and motivator of educational relationships established in this modality. Such knowledge and expertise, in most cases, are not constructed during initial training and, thus, teaching the way from the experiences they experience in their daily lives. Then, it is understood that the virtual teacher, through their teaching, while that formed and enhances professionally, maturing as a teacher, can also transform their practice in relation to classroom education. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the changes that occur in teaching from the everyday pedagogical practice in distance education, having as subject the teachers who work in virtual courses in Management, Computer for Internet and Profuncionário offered by the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo (FISP) through e-Tec Network Brazil. To do so, four specific objectives were elaborated, namely: to identify and analyze possible discrepancies between the prescribed profile and the established profile of virtual teachers of e-Tec Network Brazil/FISP; to map the knowledge built by the teachers throughout the educational experience in DE, identifying their nature; to analyze the perception of teachers in relation to virtual transformations that their practice has suffered through the experience in distance education; to identify and list the key elements that during their practice in distance education, contribute to the maturation/redefinition of the concept of virtual teaching from e-Tec Network Brazil/FISP. Given the research objectives, we used methodological triangulation, in other words, have combined procedures and quantitative and qualitative analysis throughout the investigation. The analyzes show that the pedagogical practice in distance education transforms teaching, because the teachers has the opportunity to review the knowledge basis required for their profession, including expanding it with the construction of new knowledge; through this construction, the teachers have the opportunity to reflect on their role in society, maturing/redefining their identity and conception about the profession; it can constitute an opportunity for professional development for the teachers when understood as a re-professionalization of teaching. A fluidez de informações e o rápido e fácil acesso que se tem a elas em decorrência da generalização das tecnologias digitais de informação e comunicação (TDIC) é uma característica marcante da contemporaneidade. Tal cenário originou-se da reestruturação organizacional e produtiva do capitalismo e logo se expandiu para os demais âmbitos sociais, inclusive o educacional. A inserção das TDIC nos processos educacionais potencializa a Educação a Distância (EaD) como modalidade de ensino-aprendizagem e redefine os papéis tanto do aluno quanto do docente. Deste profissional, passam a ser exigidos novos conhecimentos e saberes para atuar como mediador e motivador das relações educacionais que se estabelecem nessa modalidade. Tais saberes e conhecimentos, na maior parte das vezes, não são construídos durante a formação inicial, e, dessa maneira, o docente os forma a partir das experiências que vivencia em seu cotidiano. Sendo assim, compreende-se que o docente virtual, por meio de sua prática pedagógica, ao mesmo tempo em que se forma e se aprimora profissionalmente, amadurecendo-se como docente, também pode transformar sua prática pedagógica em relação à educação presencial. Diante disso, esta pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar as transformações que ocorrem na docência a partir da prática pedagógica cotidiana na EaD, tendo como sujeitos os docentes virtuais que atuam nos cursos de Administração, Informática para a Internet e Profuncionário oferecidos pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo (IFSP) por meio da Rede e-Tec Brasil. Para tanto, formularam-se quatro objetivos específicos, a saber: identificar e analisar possíveis discrepâncias existentes entre o perfil prescrito e o perfil efetivado dos docentes virtuais da Rede e-Tec Brasil/IFSP; mapear os saberes construídos pelo docente ao longo da experiência pedagógica na EaD, identificando a sua natureza; analisar a percepção dos docentes virtuais em relação às transformações que a sua prática pedagógica sofreu ao longo da experiência na EaD; identificar e relacionar os principais elementos que, durante a sua prática pedagógica na EaD, contribuem para o amadurecimento/ressignificação da concepção de docência dos docentes virtuais da Rede e-Tec Brasil/IFSP. Tendo em vista os objetivos da pesquisa, utilizou-se a triangulação metodológica, isto é, combinaram-se procedimentos e análises quantitativas e qualitativas ao longo da investigação. As análises realizadas demonstram que a prática pedagógica na EaD transforma a docência, pois possibilita ao docente rever a base de conhecimento necessária à sua profissão, inclusive ampliando-a com a construção de novos saberes; por meio dela, o docente tem a possibilidade de refletir sobre seu papel na sociedade, amadurecendo/ressignificando sua concepção sobre a profissão; ela pode constituir-se numa oportunidade para o desenvolvimento profissional docente quando compreendida como uma reprofissionalização da docência.

Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos The purpose of this paper is to present the results of our research on virtual museums and cultural centers (MCCV), more specifically, about their interaction functions and mediation between the subject and the knowledge. We find it appropriate to discuss this issue for two basic reasons, namely, first, we live in a globalized society, connected by the Internet network, where all sorts of business, entertainment, communication and even educational activities are being transmitted and accessed by people all over the world. Second, we see great growth of so‐called educational sites where our attention focuses on MCCV. Thus, we aimed to answer the following questions: What level of interaction and mediation found in MCCV? The MCCV can really be classified as mediators between the subject and knowledge? Can we actually learn something from these MCCV? To answer such questions, we had to: identify and characterize MCCV , identify its origins , languages and settings in digital grafocêntricas constituent societies, analyzing the adopted technologies in teaching and learning. Analyze the theories of Vygotsky, Freire and others on subjects such as: interaction, mediation, learning, education, etc.. Finally, we evaluate the technical level navigation on the websites of MCCV as well as the level of interaction and mediation found these. Thus , present results and final conclusions , where we present an overview of the major points found in the search , and we believe that there is a good level of interaction and mediation in current MCCV , but that there is room for improvement, especially in question interaction, where forums and chats to exchange experiences and clarify doubts , which would have a greater attention to its developers, and also, there is a need for a greater number of tools to use visual deficintes as speakers and increased sources. This study, we are sure, will be useful to science in order to address a point still little studied in graduate programs in education major public universities in Brazil. And finally, we believe it is useful to society, in terms of provision of references for further study and clarification on this matter. O intuito desse trabalho é apresentar os resultados de nossa pesquisa sobre os museus e centros culturais virtuais (MCCV), mais especificamente sobre suas funções de interação e mediação entre o sujeito e o conhecimento. Achamos apropriado discutir este assunto por dois motivos básicos: primeiro, vivemos numa sociedade globalizada, interligada pela rede da internet, onde todo tipo de negócio, entretenimento, comunicação e até mesmo atividades educacionais estão sendo veiculados e acessados por pessoas de todo o mundo. Segundo: vemos um grande crescimento dos chamados sites educativos, em especial os sites dos MCCVs, nosso objeto de estudo. Dessa forma, objetivamos responder às seguintes perguntas: Quais os níveis de interação e mediação encontrados nos MCCV? Os MCCVs podem ser realmente classificados como mediadores entre os sujeitos e o conhecimento? Será que podemos efetivamente aprender algo com estes MCCVs? Para responder a tais perguntas, buscamos identificar e caracterizar os MCCVs; identificar suas origens, linguagens e configurações constitutivas nas sociedades grafocêntricas digitais; analisar as tecnologias adotadas no ensino‐aprendizagem; analisar as teorias de Vygotsky, Freire e outros, a respeito de interação, mediação, aprendizado, educação etc. Por fim, avaliamos o nível técnico de navegação nos sites dos MCCVs, bem como o nível de interação e mediação encontrado nestes. Nos resultados obtidos, exibimos um apanhado geral dos principais pontos encontrados na pesquisa, e consideramos que existe um bom nível de interação e mediação nos atuais MCCVs. Concluímos, entretanto, que ainda há campo para melhorias, em especial no quesito interação. Para isto, fóruns e chats para a troca de experiências e esclarecimento de dúvidas teriam que ter uma atenção maior de seus desenvolvedores, além de haver necessidade de um maior número de ferramentas para uso dos deficientes visuais, como alto‐falantes e aumento de fontes. Este estudo, temos certeza, será de grande valia para a ciência, por abordar um ponto ainda pouco estudado nos programas de pós‐graduação em educação das principais universidades públicas do Brasil. E finalmente, cremos ser de grande ajuda para a sociedade, em termos de disponibilização de referências para futuros estudos sobre este assunto.

This study, conducted in the context of the Research Line Training, Knowledge and Professional Development, the Graduate Program in Education at Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM) aims at investigating the impact of experiences of Presencial Teaching and Virtual Teaching in the training of the university teacher. The specific objectives of the research are: to analyze the significant experiences narrated by professors of Presencial Teaching and Virtual Teaching and possible influences on their (trans) formation; understand the strategic markers present in Teaching Choreography and their transformation/reconstruction for Classroom Teaching to Virtual Teaching and vice versa and identify the possible interrelationships between Teaching Choreographies submitted in the Presencial Teaching in the Virtual Teaching from the experiences narrated. Regarding the theoretical review, we discuss fields of studies, themes and theories such as Teacher Education, the Teaching Choreography in Teaching in Higher Education, Digital Technologies of Information and Communication, Virtual Environments for Teaching and Learning, Theory History-Cultural including Activity Theory and Study Activity. In this research with qualitative approach and narrative feature, we seek the information through narrative interviews with professors of the Department of Documentation (UFSM), who teach the course Archivology (UFSM) and Postgraduate Course-Specialization of Distance Learning-Management in Archives (UAB/UFSM). The information were analyzed through discursive textual analysis. Among the search results, highlight the influences of Virtual Teaching on the Presencial Teaching, the (re) construction of teacher knowledgein the preparation of Teaching Choreographies and the role of distance tutors and monitors the training of teachers. Este estudo, realizado no contexto da Linha de Pesquisa Formação, Saberes e Desenvolvimento Profissional, do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM) tem por objetivo geral investigar as repercussões das experiências de Docência Presencial e Docência Virtual na formação do professor universitário. Os objetivos específicos da pesquisa são: analisar as experiências significativas narradas pelos professores universitários de Docência Presencial e na Docência Virtual e as possíveis influências em sua (trans) formação; compreender os marcadores estratégicos presentes nas Coreografias Didáticas e a sua transposição/reconstrução da Docência Presencial para a Docência Virtual e vice-versa e identificar as inter-relações possíveis entre as Coreografias Didáticas apresentadas na Docência Presencial e na Docência Virtual a partir das experiências narradas. Em relação à revisão teórica, abordamos campos de estudos, temas e teorias como a Formação de Professores, as Coreografias Didáticas, a Docência na Educação Superior, as Tecnologias Digitais da Informação e da Comunicação, os Ambientes Virtuais de Ensino-Aprendizagem, a Teoria Histórico-Cultural, incluindo a Teoria da Atividade e a Atividade de Estudo. Nesta pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa, cunho narrativo, buscamos as informações por meio de entrevistas narrativas, com os professores do Departamento de Documentação (UFSM), que lecionam no Curso de Arquivologia (UFSM) e no Curso de Pós-Graduação Especialização a Distância-Gestão em Arquivos (UAB/UFSM). As informações foram analisadas por meio da Análise Textual Discursiva. Dentre os resultados da pesquisa, destacamos as influências da Docência Virtual sobre a Docência Presencial, a (re) construção dos saberes docentes na elaboração das Coreografias Didáticas e o papel dos tutores a distância e dos monitores na formação dos professores.

Financiadora de Estudos e Projetos This research focuses on the particularities of teachers knowledge in Musical Education in the distance education modality, as well as the teachers adaptations to teach pratical music contente virtually. The investigation question was: What are the specificities and pedagogical adaptations of teachers knowledge related to the pratice of Musical Education in distance education? The specific goals of our work were: To characterize the virtual teacher s profile in the Musical Education course at the Federal University of São Carlos; (2) To identify how the investigated subjects learn to teach in distance education; (3) To point the investigated subject s possible adaptations and methodological inovations to teach music in distance education; and (4) to describe the subjects perception of how the teaching music process interaction in distance education occur. The research is descriptive and of a qualitative nature. The methodological procedures to collect the data were: a) the use of online surveys with objective and essay questions. The survey was also used to select subjects for the interviews; and b) semi-structered face to face interviews with pre-determined questions to gather deeper data and fill in the gaps lef by the survey. The theoretical referential used to analyze the gathered data contemplates distance education (Moore e Kearsley, Belloni, Mill, etc.), teacher s formation (Shulman, Tardif, Perrenoud, Mizukami, etc.) and recente scientific productions in musical education in distance education (Galizia, Krüger, Gohn, Carvalho, etc.). Regarding the the teacher knowledge specifities of the musical education virtual teacher found by our investigation, the virtual music teacher perceives him/herself as a coordinator for the virtual tutors team, as the responsible for the course s planning and the indirect interaction with the students knowledge construction. In his/her profile we found some formal pedagogical knowledge and also some formal knowledge about distance education with a considerable amount of experience in face to face education. However, the virtual music teacher depends for the most part on the reflexion upon his/her own practice to (re)build the specific knowledge for teaching music in distance education. The investigated subjects, for the most part, see the student as the key figure of the teaching-learning process in distance education. They see limitations in distance education, but also recognize advantages in the modality when comparing it to face to face education. The knowledge built by the investigated subjects by their own practices in distance education is about mastering Digital Technologies of information and communication and about virtual interaction. Esta investigação tem como foco analisar as particularidades dos saberes docentes de professores de Educação Musical na modalidade EaD, bem como suas adaptações para ensinar conteúdos prático musicais virtualmente. A questão norteadora da pesquisa foi: Quais são as especificidades dos saberes docentes e adequações pedagógicas relacionadas ao trabalho do professor de Educação Musical a distância? Os objetivos específicos de nosso trabalho foram: (1) Caracterizar o perfil do docente virtual do curso de Licenciatura em Educação Musical a distância da Universidade Federal de São Carlos; (2) Identificar como acontece a aprendizagem da docência na EaD dos sujeitos investigados Como os professores investigados aprendem, através de sua prática docente virtual, a ensinar a distância; (3) Apontar possíveis adequações e inovações metodológicas e pedagógicas dos sujeitos para o ensino de música a distância; e (4) Descrever a percepção dos sujeitos da investigação de como ocorre o ensino de música na EaD, suas interações com alunos, tutores e o material didático. A pesquisa é de caráter qualitativo e de natureza descritiva. Os procedimentos metodológicos para a coleta de dados foram: a) Aplicação de questionários online, formados de questões objetivas e dissertativas. O questionário também foi utilizado para selecionar os sujeitos que foram entrevistados; e b) Entrevistas presenciais semi-estruturadas que contavam com um roteiro de questões que serviam para coletar dados mais aprofundados qualitativamente e preencher as lacunas deixadas pelo questionários. O referencial teórico utilizado para a análise dos dados coletados contempla Educação a Distância (Moore e Kearsley, Belloni, Mill, etc.), formação de professores (Shulman, Tardif, Perrenoud, Mizukami, etc.) e produções recentes de Educação Musical e Educação a Distância para Educação Musical (Galizia, Krüger, Gohn, Carvalho, etc.). Como especificidades dos conhecimentos e saberes docentes do professor de música a distância encontrados por nossa investigação, temos que o docente virtual de música se percebe como um coordenador da equipe de tutores virtuais e responsável pelo planejamento da disciplina e mediação indireta da construção de conhecimentos dos alunos. No seu perfil encontramos saberes pedagógicos formais e também saberes formais sobre EaD e uma considerável carga de experiência na modalidade presencial. No entanto, depende em grande parte da reflexão sobre sua prática docente para (re)construir os saberes específicos de Educação Musical a distância. Os sujeitos investigados, em sua maioria, percebem o aluno como figura central do processo de ensino-aprendizagem de música a distância. Veem limitações na EaD, mas também reconhecem vantagens em relação ao ensino presencial de música. Os conhecimentos construídos pelos sujeitos investigados por meio de suas práticas docentes na modalidade a distância têm a ver com o domínio das Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação bem como saberes relacionados à interação virtual.

The objective of this research is to analyze the changes that the contents of arithmetic (current mathematics) suffered from the late nineteenth century, mid- twentieth century and early twenty-first century to attempt to answer the central question: can affirm that the innovations brought by Parameters National Curriculum (NCP) regarding the contents of mathematics show significant changes in relation to the contributions of the book "Illustrated Elementary Arithmetic - Theoretical and Practical," by António Trajano? The method used in the study was a qualitative, using in the course of the study to the theoretical research, historical research, history of school subjects (mathematics). This study also discusses the mathematical learning in Brazil, through theoretical and methodological considerations. It also presents the importance of the historical approach to understanding the difficulties of teaching and learning of mathematics and intuitive method. Furthermore, this research has made notes about the author António Trajano Flag and the contributions of his work in the Brazilian education and analyzed the mathematics content in the current NCP. Finally, the research shows the intersection between the work of Trajano, the intuitive method and the current PCN. Thus demonstrates the converging points between these three elements of research, and there is a use of the intuitive method in these works as a strategy to rescue the quality of teaching and learning mathematics in Brazil. O objetivo desta investigação foi analisar as transformações que os conteúdos da aritmética (nomenclatura atual matemática) sofreram a partir do final do século XIX, meados do século XX e início do século XXI para procurar responder ao questionamento central: pode-se afirmar que as inovações trazidas pelos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais (PCN) relacionadas aos conteúdos de matemática apresentam transformações significativas em relação às contribuições da obra Aritmética Elementar Ilustrada Ensino Teórico e Prático , de António Trajano? Livro foi escolhido por ter tido grande influencia na escolarização no Brasil. O método utilizado na pesquisa foi de cunho qualitativo, utilizando no decorrer do estudo à pesquisa teórica, a pesquisa histórica, a história das disciplinas escolares (matemática). Este estudo também discorre sobre a aprendizagem matemática no Brasil, por meio de considerações teórico-metodológicas. Também apresenta a importância da abordagem histórica para a compreensão das dificuldades de ensino- aprendizagem da matemática e o método intuitivo. Além disso, a presente pesquisa fez apontamentos sobre o autor António Bandeira Trajano e as contribuições da sua obra na educação brasileira, e analisou o conteúdo de matemática nos atuais PCN. Por fim, a pesquisa aponta a interseção entre a Obra de Trajano, o método intuitivo e os atuais PCN. Demonstram, assim, os pontos convergentes entre estes três elementos da pesquisa, e que existe uma utilização do método intuitivo nestas obras como estratégia para o resgate da qualidade do ensino e aprendizagem da matemática no Brasil.
