The study examines problems related to excessive environmental pressure on the ecosystem caused by industrial activities. It suggests constructing eco-industrial parks to optimize production and natural resources, monitor the condition of environmental safety in a limited territory with a developed infrastructure, and create green intellectual capital. The approach to the maximum automation of territories and introducing startups for the continuous modernization of the production and landscape park as part of the eco-industrial park is substantiated. It is proven that smart projects on the development of green intellectual capital based on eco-industrial parks will positively affect their implementation, can become a promising project for foreign investors, and can enhance the environmental safety of settlements. According to the model, for a settlement with a population of 1,500 people that works in an eco-industrial park, the utility function per person will increase by 12% when building a joint system of innovative ecological production and increasing the level of the country’s green capital.

Purpose. The study analyses a sustainable behavioural model in natural resource management that could have a positive impact on the environment and create conditions for rationalizing economic behavior through strategic resource management. Design. It examines the current influence of conservation on individual behavior, reflecting how behavior depends on social norms, habits, and individual choices, as well as the potential for correcting behavior using predictable scenarios. To enhance eco-friendly relationships, it is suggested to develop and implement a step-by-step scenario, starting with individuals and gradually increasing interaction by incorporating state-of-the-art digital technologies and considering conservation. When engaging individuals in environmentally friendly economic behavior, it is proposed to create conditions that allow them to choose their roles and utilize their potential to the fullest, fostering a sense of fulfillment and increasing interest in further environmental development. Findings. The study determined that biopotential decreases over time, and the curve of biopotential and human potential index has a steeper negative angle, leading to a point of no return when the population experiences stress. Highlighting this negative reality to people is crucial for correcting their behavior. Negative examples are effective in changing consumer behavior. Originality. For each group behaviour, a specific schedule of further actions can be created to adjust consumer behavior towards the consumption of ecological and economic products that increase the biocapacity of the territory. It has been established that with a 12% change in consumer orientations towards environmental friendliness, it is possible to stabilize biocapacity by implementing scenarios for environmental behavior and leveraging the psychology of natural resource conservation. This article aims to examine the role of innovations and liability of economic entities when setting up businesses in Ukraine’s current conditions, define the role, prospects and value of other business players during market analysis by the example of corporate game and designing of efficient tools for enhancing the speed of implementing an eco-friendly and technological business and its integration into global communities. Any activity enhances relations between economic entities and encourages the establishment of cooperations, groups, communities whose activities can be considered from the perspective of corporate games. It is found that social media development has resulted in consolidation of entrepreneurs and emergence of trends, which can be easier corrected externally and can increase the probability of eco-friendly business adoption. The model of corporate games has been substantiated, taking into account individual contributions to self-advancement and education, which facilitates higher liability and integration of innovations into businesses. The article describes tools for assessing the introduction of ecological business development that should be implemented by economic entities for comprehensive analysis of enterprise operations. Ukraine can increase the speed of building up innovative businesses while enhancing the liability of each entrepreneur and establishing cooperation that can be considered from the perspective of corporate game.

The problem of anthropogenic impact is becoming more acute every year. The basis of entrepreneurship is to maximize profits and increase profitability ratios. However, when calculating economic indicators, changes in the natural potential and the impact of any activity on the environment are not analyzed. In developed countries, more and more emphasis is focused on socially and environmentally conscious entrepreneurship, however, business is still predominant in the world, where the result of activity is an increase in financial resources due to environmental degradation. At the same time, there is an improvement in the situation with financing environmental protection activity. An increase of the population’s consciousness is of a point-like nature, while the ecosystem continues to degrade. It is proved that the negative externalities that were described in the model by Pigou, Leontyev-Ford and others must be taken into account. The necessity of taking waste minimization and negative impact on the environment as a target function is justified. It is proposed to solve this problem systematically and to take into account the effect of the accumulation of negative implications of the impact on the ecosystem.

The study analyzes the problem of implementing the green economy to improve the regional level of product competitiveness and examines business models for achieving sustainable development. When analyzing modern business models, a model of a “green” economy is proposed that allows resource efficiency in the economic space of the region. The activity of an enterprise planning the implementation of a green economy model is considered, and it focuses on certain areas of action that can increase the level of competitiveness of its products. The study analyzes areas of resource optimization, one of which is the existence of common pool resources. Citizens of different countries were surveyed on their attitudes toward common pool resources’ state and quality. It is concluded that there are not enough resources to finance the green sector, and there is a problem with monitoring the common-pool resources. At the same time, most respondents wish to privately own common-pool resources, which indicates the particularities of national culture, distrust of government, and efficient use of resources in private ownership, namely the desire to serve certain enterprises alone or their households to obtain individual utility rather than optimize the available resources. It concluded that it is necessary to develop environmental awareness and responsibility in the population, which can positively affect the regional level of competitiveness of products and increase the level of education of citizens, to adopt non-formal education in the country, optimize all existing systems that would be based on innovations, and reduce the negative environmental footprint. The issue of waste accumulation has become one of the global problems of humanity. In Ukraine, the main method of waste management is landfill depositing, which is unproductive and affects the ecosystem negatively. However, large landfill sites should be used to produce biogas, thereby reducing the environmental burden and the earned revenue should be used to introduce recycling and a gradual transition to a European waste management policy. The aim of our study was to investigate the state of waste recycling and the possibility of using waste landfills and food with lost consumptive qualities for biogas generation. To analyze the economic efficiency of the installation of biogas equipment in landfills and to investigate the current state of waste management in Ukraine. The research demonstrates that at present in Ukraine the problem of waste accumulation becomes actual. At the same time, the number of large waste landfills is increasing. It is proved that at landfills with an area of more than 50 hectares, the installation of biogas equipment is cost-effective, and the raw material can be distributed at the feed-in tariff, thus solving the energy problem.
