According to the World Health Organisation, primary health care is able to respond to rapid economic, technological and demographic changes that affect the health and well-being of the population. The introduction of lean technologies in the health care system is one of the directions for its improvement. The article considers the effectiveness of the introduction of these technologies, analyses the main target indicators of the health status of the population and the activities of medical organisations for the period 2017-2021. The purpose of the study is to examine the target indicators of the health status of the population and assess the impact of the introduction of the New Model and its role in maintaining the public health. It was established that among the factors influencing the formation of medical and demographic indicators, the organisation of outpatient care is of great importance. Such methods as statistical, rating methods, study and generalisation of information, comparison, etc. were used in the work. По данным ВОЗ, первичная медико-санитарная помощь способна реагировать на стремительные экономические, технологические и демографические изменения, влияющие на здоровье и благополучие населения. Внедрение бережливых технологий в систему здравоохранения является одним из направлений ее совершенствования. В статье рассмотрена эффективность внедрения данных технологий, проведен анализ основных целевых показателей состояния здоровья населения и деятельности медицинских организаций за период 2017-2021 гг. Целью исследование является анализ целевых показателей состояния здоровья населения и оценка влияния внедрения Новой модели и ее роль в сохранении здоровья населения. Установлено, что важное значение среди факторов, влияющих на формирование медико-демографических показателей, имеет организация амбулаторно-поликлинической помощи. В работе применялись следующие методы: статистический, рейтинговый методы, изучение и обобщение сведений, сравнение и др.

We report a combined experimental and theoretical x-ray magnetic circular dichroism (XMCD) spectroscopy study at the Ir-L2,3 edges on the Ir5+ ions of the layered hybrid solid state oxide Sr2Co0.5Ir0.5O4 with the K2NiF4 structure. From theoretical simulation of the experimental Ir-L2,3 XMCD spectrum, we found a deviation from a pure Jeff = 0 ground state with an anisotropic orbital-to-spin moment ratio (Lx/2Sx = 0.43 and Lz/2S = 0.78). This deviation is mainly due to multiplet interactions being not small compared to the cubic crystal field and due to the presence of a large tetragonal crystal field associated with the crystal structure. Nevertheless, our calculations show that the energy gap between the singlet ground state and the triplet excited state is still large and that the magnetic properties of the Ir5+ ions can be well described in terms of singlet Van Vleck paramagnetism.

© The Royal Society of Chemistry. In this study, self-prepared nanostructured CuO electrodes show no capacity decay for 40 cycles at 0.1C in Li metal cells. The reaction mechanisms of the CuO electrodes are investigated. With the help of in situ EIS, in situ XRD, TEM, XAS, SQUID, IC and GC-MS, it is found that the as-prepared CuO electrode undergoes significant phase and composition changes during the initial lithiation, with the transformation of CuO to nano-crystalline Cu. During the 1st delithiation, Cu is inhomogeneously oxidized, which yields a mixture of Cu2O, Cu2−xO and Cu. The incomplete conversion reaction during the 1st cycle is accompanied by the formation and partial decomposition of the solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) as the side reactions. Nevertheless, from the 1st to the 5th delithiation, the oxidation state of Cu approaches +2. After an additional formation step, the transformation to Cu and back to Cu2−xO remains stable during the subsequent long-term cycling with no electrolyte decomposition products detected. The LiNi1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2 (NMC-111)/CuO full cells show high capacities (655.8 ± 0.6, 618.6 ± 0.9 and 290 ± 2 mA h g−1 at 0.1, 1 and 10C, respectively), within the voltage range of 0.7-4.0 V at 20 °C and a high capacity retention (85% after 200 cycles at 1C).

ACTH-ectopic hypercortisolism is one of the most соmplex variants of endocrine pathology presenting with v arious metabolic changes. Its early localization still represents a cornerstone of radical treatment of such patients. In this article w e discuss a clinical case of woman with ectopic secretion of ACTH by malignant lung carcinoid, which localization and therefore surgical treatment wаs possible only after three-year period of extensive diagnostic workup.

Double perovskites Sr2BOsO6 (B = Y, In, and Sc) were prepared from the respective binary metal oxides, and their structural, magnetic, and electronic properties were investigated. At room temperature all these compounds crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/n. They contain magnetic osmium (Os5+, t2g3) ions and are antiferromagnetic insulators with Néel temperatures TN = 53 K, 26 K, and 92 K for B = Y, In, and Sc, respectively. Powder neutron diffraction studies on Sr2YOsO6 and Sr2InOsO6 showed that the crystal structures remain unchanged down to 3 K. The Y and In compounds feature a type I antiferromagnetic spin structure with ordered Os moments of 1.91 μB and 1.77 μB, respectively. The trend in TN does not simply follow the development of the lattice parameters, which suggests that d0 compared to d10 ions on the B site favor a somewhat different balance of exchange interactions in the frustrated Os5+ fcc-like lattice.

We have studied the magnetic properties and crystal structure of Sr\ud 3\ud CoIrO\ud 6\ud and Sr\ud 3\ud NiIrO\ud 6\ud as a function of temperature. Two characteristic temperatures, \ud T\ud 1\ud =\ud 90\ud K and \ud T\ud 2\ud =\ud 25\ud K for Sr\ud 3\ud CoIrO\ud 6\ud , and \ud T\ud 1\ud =\ud 85\ud K and \ud T\ud 2\ud =\ud 15\ud K for Sr\ud 3\ud NiIrO\ud 6\ud , were observed. Below \ud T\ud 1\ud a significant increase of magnetization and below \ud T\ud 2\ud a weak temperature dependence of magnetization in the field-cooled and practically zero magnetization values in the zero-field-cooled mode were detected for both compounds. The existence of \ud Ir\ud 4\ud +\ud in Sr\ud 3\ud CoIrO\ud 6\ud was confirmed by an Ir-\ud L\ud III\ud x-ray absorption measurement. Magnetoelastic effects have been observed in the temperature dependence of the lattice parameters of Sr\ud 3\ud CoIrO\ud 6\ud and Sr\ud 3\ud NiIrO\ud 6\ud . The magnetic structure of Sr\ud 3\ud CoIrO\ud 6\ud in zero fields can be described as a commensurate modulated antiferromagnet with a propagation vector \ud k\ud =\ud (\ud 0\ud ,\ud 0\ud ,\ud 1\ud )\ud . Neutron powder diffraction with polarized neutrons gave evidence of short-range magnetic order, above and below the magnetic ordering temperature.
