International audience; Despite the development and application of new digital solutions in the production industry, the human operator is still essential in the production chain monitoring and control processes. In this context, some activities can be crucial for the human operator like, for example, drift diagnosis in production control process. It requires attention and experience and can be assisted by Decision Support System (DSS) to guide operators indecision-making in industrial production process control. Drift diagnosis process is a challenging problem in this context and artificial intelligence technologies are promising to tackle this issue. In this paper, we propose a new approach of DSS for drift diagnosis. The proposed approach is built upon a literature review on drift concept, drift detection methods and failure diagnosis approaches. This multi-model approach is designedto address all the diagnostics tasks of production systems and is based on Machine Learning (ML) algorithms to model the behavior of production systems, a knowledge-based model to integrate human experiences and a data-driven model to combine historical data from sensors. When the drift occurs, the proposed DSS can help human operator to determine drift causes and to suggest corrective actions. This article also provides guidelines about the design of a decision support system to support human operators in complex decision activities.

Dans ces travaux, une méthodologie est développée pour générer une gamme opératoire du procédé de fabrication additive métallique WAAM. Les relations entre les paramètres de fabrication et les effets de ces paramètres sur les propriétés mécaniques des pièces produites mais également sur les aspects financiers, humains et environnementaux du processus de fabrication sont étudiées. Cette approche servira de base pour le développement d'un modèle d'aide à la décision, à destination des industriels, afin de déterminer les paramètres de fabrication correspondant aux indicateurs définis en amont. Ce modèle contribuera ainsi à l'industrialisation du procédé WAAM et pourrait être étendu à d'autre procédés.

International audience; The objective of this research is to study the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the performance of industrial companies. We conducted a research study about the state of arts of the impact list, named “Impacted Factors (IF)” in our work, in industrial companies. Then, we contacted 30 top managers from 30 international companies in 23 countries from the five continents, and asked them to rate these IFs in their companies. Based on this survey, we identified the rank of these IFs by using Friedman‟s analysis test. All calculations were performed on IBM SPSS V23. Afterwards, we listed the most impacted factors that affected industrial companies in 2021. Finally, we proposed a solution to quickly remediate the performance of industrial companies.

International audience; The industrial company needs innovation to remain competitive in the global economy. Successful introduction of new products is important to the company survival. However, in the context of partnership and subcontracting, this capacity almost always depends on the performance of suppliers whose contributions to the project can influence both the industrial strategy of the company and the product architecture. In this case, the selection of industrial suppliers must be taken into consideration to minimize any industrial risks. These conditions will have a direct impact and consequences on the technical and technological characteristics of the product, as well as on the duration and overall cost of it. Our work initially illustrates a selection methodology for industrial suppliers. Based on a survey done on more than 50 international companies, we identify the rank of the most used criteria. Then, by using a statistical technique on MATLAB 2019 (Friedman’s analysis), we list the most important criteria for selecting an industrial supplier in 2020.

The study focuses on Multi Agent System approach based on sensors and actuators network. The system operation requires a large amount of data both for its architectural description and for its real time control. Dealing with this heterogeneous data needs the development of a relational database model.

L’amélioration de la performance, de la qualité, etc., dans les organisations conduisent parfois à remettre en cause certains de ces outils et à les faire évoluer ou à les remplacer. Néanmoins, l’implémentation d’un nouvel outil numérique est un processus d’adaptation mutuelle entre l’organisation et la technologie, qui comporte des changements sur plusieurs dimensions et à différents niveaux de granularité. L’objectif de nos travaux est de contribuer à accompagner ces changements dans le but de favoriser l’innovation organisationnelle tout en facilitant l’implémentation de nouveaux outils. Nous proposons d’appréhender la diversité des évolutions dans l’organisation et des adaptations de l’outil à travers la diversité des transformations « potentielles » et « effectives » des usages. Nous proposons un modèle d’usage permettant de caractériser les usages et leur diversité. À partir de ce modèle, nous définissons des méthodes d’exploration graduelle de la diversité des usages et de la diversité des transformations des usages, orientées organisation et outil. Nous illustrons l’application des méthodes proposées à travers le cas d’étude d’informatisation du dossier de soins dans une structure de prise en charge à domicile.

International audience; Lean is an approach that aims to eliminate waste in production activities. Recognised by companies, this approach yields significant gains in the short term. However, at medium and long term, these results have limitations. Our research work is focused on overcoming these limitations. So we studied the performance model adopted by the managers of Lean companies and the mental representations that underlie this model. In this paper, we support our research on a case study based on interviews with companies applying Lean approach and having met the mentioned limits. We then propose a new Lean performance model that attempts to overcome such limitations. This model is based on the vision that production operators contribute to the performance of the company through the creation and deployment of relevant operating modes during their work in Lean context. We also propose a modelling framework that allows to represent the impact of this new Lean performance model on the decision making in a Lean production system.; Le Lean est une démarche qui vise à éliminer des gaspillages au sein des activités de production. Plébiscitée par les entreprises, cette démarche permet d’obtenir des gains importants sur le court terme. Cependant, à moyen et long terme, ces résultats présentent des limites. Nos travaux de recherche visent à pallier ces limites. Pour cela, nous nous intéressons au modèle de performance adopté par les « décideurs » des entreprises Lean ainsi qu’aux représentations mentales qui sous-tendent ce modèle. Dans cet article, nous appuyons notre recherche sur une enquête auprès d’entreprises pratiquant la démarche Lean et ayant rencontré les limites évoquées, afin de comprendre ces limites. Nous proposons alors un nouveau modèle de performance Lean qui vise à pallier ces limites. Ce modèle est construit sur la vision que les opérateurs de production contribuent à la performance de l’entreprise par la création et le déploiement de modes opératoires pertinents au cours de leur activité de travail en contexte Lean. Nous proposons ensuite un cadre de modélisation qui permette de représenter les impacts de ce nouveau modèle de performance Lean sur la prise de décision d’un système de production Lean.

International audience; In the fifth era of Information Systems (IS) evolution (Laudon and Laudon, 2013), we can observe Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in various professional contexts. Their constant evolution is particularly noticeable in the last few years. We experience an explosion of new tools, devices and services, as for example cloud computing and applications for Smartphones and tablet PCs. Today different organizations have to learn how to make profit of these evolutions, and how to fully take advantage of new technologies as support for their business processes.The choice of the approach to adopt is not a simple decision for organization's leaders. Design a new application? Buy an existing one, and maybe try to adapt it? The design from scratch is rarely used for Information System applications, as their complexity requires an important amount of resources for IT development. On the other hand, the implementation of existing software nearly always requires some adaptations, and leads to the signature of a development recipe.Independently of the selected approach, the implementation of new IS tools in professional context is not only the matter of ICT design. It will involve the mutual transformation of the organization by the technology and of the ICT by the organization, in a two-way process (Berg, 2001). A prior definition of the model of the actual system is a prerequisite for the study of IS introduction (Blanc, 2005) and can guide the reflection in the context of different user needs (Scandurra et al., 2008).The key aim of our research is to propose a framework for the accompaniment of organizational innovation linked with the implementation of new technological tools (ICT) within the organizational Information System. More specifically, through the concept of usage we aim to study the accompaniment of the bi-directional transformation of the organization by the new IS tool and of the IS by the organization within the constraints of real-world business settings. Our approach to the analysis of the link between the organization and the IS tools is inspired from the Task-Artefact Cycle (Carroll and Rosson, 1992; Carroll, 2014) and Activity Theory and Analysis (Engeström, 2000; Kaptelinin and Nardi, 2006; Bardram and Doryab, 2011).The objective of this paper is to present first part of our approach, concerning one direction of the transformation, where an organization proceeds to the ICT choice, evaluation and adaptation through redesign. The results presented come from experimentations realized within a home healthcare organization (HHO), willing to introduce the electronic healthcare record (EHR).
