The formulation of the duals of the original goal programming variants took place in the decades following its introduction, principally for computational purposes. However the development of more recent Goal Programming variants has not been matched by the formulation and analysis of their associated duals. This paper furthers the topic of goal programming duality by formulating the duals of a progressive sequence of up to the most recent Goal Programming models: Weighted, Chebyshev, Extended and Extended Network Goal Programming models. It interprets the results and shows the insights that the duals can provide, principally by providing an understanding of the interactions between the multiple objectives in each case. Within the psychoanalytic school there has been substantial and ongoing debate about the efficacy of teleanalysis. However, as a result of the current COVID‐19 pandemic and the online work with which the Jungian analytic community has now had to engage, this paper initially focuses on analysts' actual experiences of working by teleanalysis. These experiences highlight a range of issues like "Zoom fatigue", "online disinhibition", dissonance, confidentiality, the frame and working with new patients. Alongside these issues, there were ample experiences by analysts of both productive psychotherapy apace with analytic work involving transference and countertransference phenomena, all indicating that a genuine and good enough analytic process can occur with teleanalysis. An overview of the research and literature both prior to the pandemic and as a result of it, confirms the validity of these experiences so long as analysts are cognizant of the specifics of such an online modality. Conclusions to do with the question, "what have we learned?", alongside training, ethics and supervision issues are subsequently discussed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The remote projection of human action is a viable alternative to manned and unmanned space exploration. Remote projection, which is based upon semiautonomous control technology, allows an operator to effect human action on a remote environment exactly as if the operator's body were there. Existing technology required to project human action into space includes high-resolution display panels, manipulator arms, powerful digital processors and generation of 3-D models of the object scene from moving video and from stereo pairs.

This paper shows how an integrated input-output and econometric model has been developed and used by a municipal government to evaluate economic development proposals. The model simulates the impact of attracting or retaining various types of new businesses and calculates fiscal impacts for state and local governments. It can be used to determine a government's bottom-line tax concession or how much it is willing to give up to attract new businesses into the community. We present examples of proposals evaluated using our Louisville metropolitan-area econometric model and suggest that the methodology is readily adaptable to other urban areas.
