At present, there is little literature on the planning and modeling of Energy Internet to carry out research. Those plans have not fully considered the difference between multiple distributed energy systems and electric /hot /cold multi-energy flow coordination and optimization. In view of the above problems, this paper takes the multi-energy complementarity and network mutual economic study into full consideration, based on the energy router building cold and heat source energy internet planning strategy as well as the first energy grid division and energy router location which followed by the lowest annual cost as the goal, -1 mixed integer linear programming model, with the help of commercial software Cplex solution to achieve the energy router equipment configuration and local area network electrical/thermal network at the same time. Finally, the energy supply a network within the energy path optimization. And then, the user optimize the control by the energy router, ensuring that the user side maximizes the benefits.

Neoepitope-specific T-cell responses have been shown to induce durable clinical responses in patients with advanced cancers. We explored the recognition patterns of tumor-infiltrating T lymphocytes (TILs) from patients with glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), the most fatal form of tumors of the central nervous system. Whole-genome sequencing was used for generating DNA sequences representing the entire spectrum of ‘private’ somatic mutations in GBM tumors from five patients, followed by 15-mer peptide prediction and subsequent peptide synthesis. For each mutated peptide sequence, the wildtype sequence was also synthesized and individually co-cultured with autologous GBM TILs, which had been expanded in vitro with a combination of interleukin (IL)-2, IL-15 and IL-21. After seven days of culture, interferon gamma (IFN-γ), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and/or IL-17A production was measured by ELISA in culture supernatants, and used as an epitope-specific immune response readout. Mutated peptides that induced a strong cytokine response were considered to contain legitimate neoepitopes. TILs from 5/5 patients with GBM exhibited specific immune reactivity profiles to the nominal target peptides, defined by IFN-γ and/or TNF-α production, as well as IL-17A. Neoepitopes, defined by mutated peptides inducing IFN-γ and/or TNF-α production without or only minimal reactivity to the wildtype sequences, were found for each individual patient. CD8+ TILs dominated the patients’ responses to private neoepitopes. The present study shows that neoepitope-specific TIL reactivity constitutes an important arm of anti-tumor immune responses in patients with GBM, and thus a powerful tool for developing next-generation personalized immunotherapies.

Wind power and light power have anti-peaking characteristics. The amount of discarded light and wind is large, and the cost of users is high. In order to deal with the above problems, this paper establishes the minimum cost optimization model of the user by optimizing the charging power, heat release power of the heat storage electric boiler, the amount of abandoned wind, abandoned light and grid power. The paper takes into account the negotiated price of the abandoned wind and light, as well as Grid Time-of-use price (TOU) to achieve the minimum cost of the user. Then the optimal model of the maximum energy consumption is set up, and by optimizing the charging power of the heat storage electric boiler and the use of wind and light power, the text achieves the goal to maximize elimination of abandoned wind and light. Finally, the optimization problem is transformed into a single optimization goal by fuzzy satisfaction, and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to obtain the optimal solution. This paper ensures the lowest cost of the user to be achieved, at the same time, maximizes the consumption of abandoned wind and light, which is verified through simulation.

A defect of chromatogram in a 35kV oil-immersed three-phase one-piece electric reactor in a 500kV substation。The initial analysis suggests that the defect is caused by the loose connection of the iron core magnet shield (magnet shield layer of iron core or earthling top). Examination of winding DC resistance, DGA and other relevant examinations were carried out to investigate the defect reasons., which is demonstrated by the dismantlement. In-depth study is taken and corresponding prevention measures are put forward in the paper.

Ectopic hamartomatous thymoma (EHT) is an exceedingly rare lesion that usually arises in the lower neck and mainly affects adult men. We present the clinicopathological features of a case of EHT in a 28-year-old Chinese male, together with a literature review. Ultrasound imaging and a computed tomography (CT) scan of the neck demonstrated a 3.0-cm well-defined nodule of heterogeneous density located within the left sternocleidomastoid muscle. The patient underwent a gross total resection of the tumor. Grossly, the well-demarcated, encapsulated mass had a predominantly solid and gray-white appearance admixed with microcystic foci filled with serous content and yellowish regions. The lesion consisted of an irregular admixture of spindle cells, epithelium, and mature adipose tissue. Immunohistochemistry showed that both the spindle cell and epithelial components were diffuse and had intense nuclear positivity for p63 and cytoplasmic reactivity for pan-cytokeratin, CK7, and CK19. The patient was followed for 18 months without any evidence of metastasis or recurrence.

Hepatic epithelioid angiomyolipoma (AML) is a rare lesion that is characteristically composed of a predominant or exclusive population of epithelioid cells coexpressing melanocytic and myogenic markers. The cystic variant of epithelioid AML is exceedingly uncommon. In this study, we present the clinicopathological features of a case of hepatic epithelioid AML with remarkable cystic degeneration in a 34-year-old female as well as with a literature review. A magnetic resonance imaging scan revealed a well-defined 30 cm × 25 cm hepatic mass. Sectioning of the well-defined mass revealed a non-encapsulated tumor that was multiloculated with amorphous necrotic tissue and hemorrhagic fluid. The inner cystic wall was rough and brownish-black in color. Microscopically, the tumor largely consisted of epithelioid cells that comprised approximately 95% of the total neoplastic components but also contained some spindle myoid cells, mature fat, and a thick-walled vasculature. Both intracellular and extracellular hyaline globules were frequently identified. Necrosis and invasive growth patterns were also present. By immunohistochemistry, spindle-epithelioid neoplastic cells were variably positive for Melan-A, HMB45, and SMA but were uniformly negative for epithelial and hepatocytic markers. This is the third report of a cystic AML in liver. The patient was followed for 71 months without any evidence of metastasis or recurrence.
