Abstract

The article presents a case of unequal pupil size in a 6-year-old boy following head trauma, later diagnosed as pharmacologic mydriasis due to exposure to angel's trumpet flowers. Topics include the differential diagnosis of anisocoria, the toxic effects of angel's trumpet containing alkaloids like atropine and scopolamine, and the management of anticholinergic toxicity in children.
