Células B; Alemtuzumab; Autoinmunidad Limfòcits B; Alemtuzumab; Autoimmunitat B cells; Alemtuzumab; Autoimmunity Objective: To explore if baseline blood lymphocyte profile could identify relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) patients at higher risk of developing secondary autoimmune adverse events (AIAEs) after alemtuzumab treatment. Methods: Multicenter prospective study including 57 RRMS patients treated with alemtuzumab followed for 3.25 [3.5-4.21] years, (median [interquartile range]). Blood samples were collected at baseline, and leukocyte subsets determined by flow cytometry. We had additional samples one year after the first cycle of alemtuzumab treatment in 39 cases. Results: Twenty-two patients (38.6%) developed AIAEs during follow-up. They had higher B-cell percentages at baseline (p=0.0014), being differences mainly due to plasmablasts/plasma cells (PB/PC, p=0.0011). Those with no AIAEs had higher percentages of CD4+ T cells (p=0.013), mainly due to terminally differentiated (TD) (p=0.034) and effector memory (EM) (p=0.031) phenotypes. AIAEs- patients also showed higher values of TNF-alpha-producing CD8+ T cells (p=0.029). The percentage of PB/PC was the best variable to differentiate both groups of patients. Baseline values >0.10% closely associated with higher AIAE risk (Odds ratio [OR]: 5.91, 95% CI: 1.83-19.10, p=0.004). When excluding the 12 patients with natalizumab, which decreases blood PB/PC percentages, being the last treatment before alemtuzumab, baseline PB/PC >0.1% even predicted more accurately the risk of AIAEs (OR: 11.67, 95% CI: 2.62-51.89, p=0.0007). The AIAEs+ group continued having high percentages of PB/PC after a year of alemtuzumab treatment (p=0.0058). Conclusions: A PB/PC percentage

SARS-CoV-2 infection has widely spread to the hugest public health challenge to date, COVID-19 pandemic. Different fatality rates among countries are probably due to unstandardized records being carried out by local health authorities. Spanish case-fatality rate is 11.86%, far higher to those reported in Asia or by other European countries. A multicenter retrospective study of demographic, clinical, laboratory and immunological features of 574 Spanish COVID-19 inpatients (59.4% males) and their outcomes was performed. 27.7% cases presented a mild curse, 42% a moderate one and 30.3%, severe. Ages ranged from 18 to 98 (average 63.2). Interleukin 6 was higher as increasing severity. On the other hand, CD8 lymphocyte count was significantly lower as severity grew and subpopulations CD4, CD8, CD19 and NK showed concordant lowering trends. Severity-related natural killer percent descents were evidenced just within aged cases. A significant severity-related decrease of CD4 lymphocytes was found in males. The use of renin-angiotensin system blockers was associated with moderate or mild disease courses. Clinical course of the disease is more severe in this study than in previous literature cohorts. Age and age-related comorbidities, such as dyslipidemia, hypertension or diabetes, were also higher. Immunosenescence might be therefore a suitable explanation for immune system effectors severity-related hampering. Adaptive immunity would go exhausted and a huge ineffective and almost deleterious innate response would account for COVID-19 severity. Hypertensive patients treated with renin-angiotensin system blockers developed milder forms of the disease.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka hur förskollärare upplever att lek integreras i undervisningen i förskolan. I studien undersöks även hur förskollärare förhåller sig till barnens lek samt vilken uppfattningen de har om begreppet undervisning i förskolan. Det genomförs en kvalitativ analys av resultatet utifrån fenomenologisk teori. Utifrån ett fenomenologiskt perspektiv blir utgångspunkten förskollärares upplevelser och erfarenheter utifrån sina livsvärldar. Frågeställningar som kommer att besvaras är: Hur förhåller sig förskollärarna till barnens lek? Vilken uppfattning har förskollärarna om begreppet undervisning? Hur upplever förskollärarna att lek integreras i undervisningen? Metoden för att besvara frågeställningarna har varit intervjuer till sex förskollärare inom två kommunen. Resultatet i vår studie visar att leken har en stor betydelse för undervisning samt att det är viktigt att barnen har tid för att leka själva och ta egna initiativ. Det som kan känneteckna undervisningen i förskolan är att följa barnens frågor, ha fokus på den lärande processen, medvetenhet, en bra planering och ett undersökande arbetssätt. Resultatet har visat tre olika faktorer som kan vara avgörande i en lekintegrerad undervisning i förskolan: undervisningsinnehållet, den pedagogiska miljön samt pedagogens aktiva roll.

The implementation of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) raises the need for teaching based on individual characteristics, and in order to meet this requirement it is necessary for students to have flexible and individualized forms of learning, which promotes learning styles (LS) should be taken into consideration. It can not be forgotten that students? EE preferences are linked to performance and satisfaction with the study.

Mauelshagen et al. reveal that the intellectual capital required for effective environmental policy making is particular diverse and encourage the development of models than can understand the profile of individuals and teams when dealing with collaboration, knowledge transfer and innovation. Furthermore, stakeholders frequently kill novel ideas when those ideas do not fit with the organization?s identity, i.e. organizational actors' enduring sense of who the organization is and what it stands for. The challenges of radical innovation requires architectures that embrace and augment, "hot" cognitive processes and the underlying mechanisms of interactions and innovation is still limited. The objective of our work is to understand the cognitive style of our students when finding solutions as agents of changes, as could be climate change following Kirton Adaptation-Innovation Theory (KAI).

El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo fundamental generar propuestas para las líneas de flexografía, línea blanca y litografía, obteniendo el control del proceso, disminuyendo los tiempos de producción y por ende la entrega al cliente y mejorando la calidad del producto terminado. Al iniciar con el desarrollo y descripción de la problemática no se contaba con información necesaria o punto de partida para generar dichas propuestas, es por ello que para la identificación de los principales problemas a los que se enfrenta las líneas durante el desarrollo de su proceso, se aplicaron entrevistas a todo el personal que laboraba o intervenía en las líneas, incluyendo al jefe de producción y gerentes; con el fin de realizar el levantamiento de la información preliminar y posteriormente analizarlos. Para el análisis se implementaron herramientas como diagramas de Ishikawa y estudio de métodos y tiempos; esto se realizó con el fin de conocer el estado actual de las líneas. Posterior a esto se realizó el diagrama ASME, ANSI del proceso actual, para cada una de las líneas. Para la solución de esta problemática se clasificaron las propuestas de mejora en 3 tipos: Corto Plazo: implementación de formatos de registro, los cuales permiten obtener una herramienta efectiva para el control de los procesos. Mediano Plazo: Implementar el método SMED; método que ayuda a la reducción de desperdicios ajustando tiempos internos y externos Largo plazo: Propuesta OEE, tiene como finalidad mejorar los indicadores actuales de la empresa y llevarlos a la meta establecida por gerencia. Como resultado final se le entregó a le empresa las tres líneas documentadas y estandarizadas, así como los formatos de registro y la propuesta SMED y OEE listas para ser desarrolladas. The main objective of this project is to generate proposals for the Flexography, white line and lithography lines, obtaining control of the process, reducing production times and thus delivering it to the customer and improving the quality of the finished product. At the beginning of the development and description of the problematic there was no necessary information or starting point to generate such proposals, that is why for the identification of the main problems facing the lines during the Development of its process, Interviews were applied to all personnel who worked or intervened on the lines, including the production manager and managers; In order to carry out the preliminary information and then analyze them. For the analysis were implemented tools such as diagrams of Ishikawa and study of methods and times; this was done in order to know the current status of the lines. Long term: Proposed OEE, takes as a purpose to improve the current indicators of the company and to take them to the goal established by management. As a result, the company is given the three documented and standardized lines, as well as the registration formats and the proposal SMED and OEE ready to be developed.

The investigated problem relates to the need to know the characteristics of the young people attending the first course of university life. It seeks to explain some sociodemographic reference to them in order to identify experiences and changes that occur during the first two years studied. These references enable to show how they build their own university life provisions, new context will demand changes in the way to perceive, see, think and act different from their own secondary level. The research methodology is qualitative and quantitative, selecting as instruments of data collection survey, individual interviews and group interviews. We worked with populations sophomores of different careers belonging to a University of Cordoba. El problema indagado se relaciona con la necesidad de conocer las características de los jóvenes que cursan el primer trayecto de la vida universitaria. Se pretende dar cuenta de algunas referencias sociodemográficas de los mismos a los fines de identificar experiencias y cambios que se van produciendo durante los dos primeros años de cursado. Dichas referencias permitirán mostrar cómo se van construyendo las disposiciones propias de la vida universitaria, nuevo contexto que demandará cambios en los modos de percibir, apreciar, pensar y actuar distintos de los propiosdel nivel secundario. La metodología de investigación es cualitativa y cuantitativa, seleccionando como instrumentos de recolección de datos la encuesta, la entrevista individual y entrevista grupal. Se trabajó con poblaciones de estudiantes de segundo año dedistintas carreras pertenecientes a una institución universitaria cordobesa. O problema investigado relaciona-se com a necessidade de conhecer as características dos jovens que frequentam o primeiro curso da vida universitária. Ele procura explicar alguma referência sócio-demográfico para eles, a fim de identificar experiências e mudanças que ocorrem durante os primeiros dois anos estudados. Estas referências habilitar para mostrar como eles constroem suas próprias disposições vida universitária, novo contexto vai exigir mudanças na maneira de perceber, ver, pensar e agir de forma diferente de seu próprio nível secundário.A metodologia da pesquisa é qualitativa e quantitativa, selecionando como instrumentos de pesquisa de coleta de dados, entrevistas individuais e entrevistas em grupo. Nós trabalhamos com populações sophomores de raças diferentes pertencentes a uma universidade de Córdoba.

En la inclusión laboral corresponde al estado generar políticas y estrategias óptimas que motiven su aplicación y a la sociedad promover actitudes de aceptación, cooperación e integración. El artículo tiene como objetivo presentar los resultados del impacto del estímulo fiscal en las empresas del municipio del Centro, Tabasco, México, que asumen el compromiso de contratar personas con discapacidad. El enfoque de la investigación fue exploratorio-descriptivo bajo el diseño de estudio de caso con múltiples variables y diversos casos en contraste. Los participantes fueron cuatro personas autorizadas para la contratación de personas con discapacidad. Sediseñó un cuestionario con siete dimensiones distribuidas en 34 reactivos de los cuales 22 se presentaron en escala Likert, y el resto con una escala de tres opciones. Se realizó un análisis de estadística descriptiva y de frecuencias para describir el fenómeno bajo estudio de manera general y de acuerdo a cada una de las dimensiones; para lograr una comprensión holística de la situación actual de las empresas que contratan personas con discapacidad. Los resultados señalan que: los estímulos fiscales no son difundidos en el medio empresarial y carecen de practicidad, por ello urge una reforma a dichos estímulos y demás leyes relacionadas. Con lo anterior se concluye que se requiere compromiso y sensibilización en las autoridades públicas, iniciativa privada, organizaciones civiles y sociedad en general para hacer una realidad la inclusión laboral de lo contrario solo quedará en esfuerzos reducidos y convenciones guardadas.
