Resumo:Nesse trabalho discutimos a importância das olimpíadas cientificas no contexto escolar, em especial a olimpíada nacional de ciências. Busca-se investigar quais são as contribuições das olimpíadas cientificas para o desenvolvimento educacional. A motivação do referido trabalho faz relação com a ideia da escassez bibliográfica em relação ao papel da olimpíada nacional de ciências no processo educacional, busco compreender enquanto docente de ciências da educação básica quais são as contribuições que as olimpíadas proporcionam ao processo ensino aprendizagem, desta forma os resultados são interpretados como norteadores para o planejamento da disciplina. O objetivo geral do trabalho é apresentar de forma sistemática os passos e resultados obtidos na aplicação da olimpíada nacional de ciências ano 2022 no Centro Educacional Crescer Interativo - Touros – RN. Entende-se que a interação, a colaboração e a democracia são valores defensáveis tanto do ponto de vista cognitivo ou educativo quanto do ponto de vista da formação humana. Abstract: In this work we discuss the importance of scientific olympiads in the school context, especially the national science olympiad. It seeks to investigate what are the contributions of scientific olympics to educational development. The general objective of the work is to present in a systematic way the steps and results obtained in the application of the national science olympiad year 2022 at the Centro Educacional Crescer Interativo - Touros - RN. It is understood that interaction, collaboration and democracy are defensible values both from the cognitive or educational point of view and from the point of view of human formation. No Brasil é crescente o uso da aquicultura em sistema semi-intensivo em viveiros escavados por suportar maiores densidades de estocagem devido à demanda. No entanto, este sistema pode vir a apresentar problemas relacionados a: qualidade da água, controle de patógenos, licenciamento ambiental, dentre outros. O objetivo deste trabalho foi revisar e analisar a escassez hídrica e a qualidade da água e sua influência em viveiros escavados. Buscou-se ainda relacionar estes entraves à piscicultura do Espírito Santo. Para isso, utilizou-se de revisão de literatura sistemática. Da análise destes dois entraves teve-se como consequência o processo de eutrofização. Boas práticas de manejo, foram indicadas e descritas para controle e monitoramento das variáveis físico-químicas da água. Para finalizar, sugere-se, realizar estudos futuros sobre a influência da precipitação com a realização das atividades de piscicultura, pois, não foi possível inferir sobre se existia relação entre ambos.

The Fin Field-Effect Transistor (FinFET) technology became the most promising approach to enable the downscaling of technological nodes below the 20 nm threshold. However, the introduction of new technology nodes for embedded memories such as SRAMs, especially for even smaller nodes such as 10 and 5 nm, gives rise to new manufacturing failure mechanisms; these could both impact the yield and the outgoing product quality in the absence of appropriate diagnosis and test solutions. Therefore, there is a need for effective yet cost-efficient test and diagnosis solutions. This thesis contributes to fault modeling, test development, and diagnosis of FinFET based SRAM.

Resumo O presente trabalho é fruto de uma pesquisa sobre as potencialidades das atividades experimentais para o ensino de física e das principais abordagens, idealizando uma aprendizagem diferenciada para o ensino de eletricidade no ensino médio. O referido trabalho apresenta como objetivo geral apresentar uma proposta didática de atividade experimental para o ensino de física com o conteúdo circuito elétrico simples, podendo ser explorada como material didático com enfoque interdisciplinar e na atividade em grupo, potencializando vivências e conhecimentos cotidianos dos estudantes, no âmbito das atividades desenvolvidas pelo Programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID). Desta forma almeja-se verificar qual a contribuição que esta abordagem proporciona no processo de ensino aprendizagem no conteúdo de eletricidade, promover o trabalho em equipe e o espírito crítico com relação ao papel da física, além de identificar as potencialidades das atividades experimentais para os conteúdos previstos. Dentre os procedimentos metodológicos optamos em desenvolver uma proposta didática voltada para a terceira série do ensino médio, pois de acordo com os parâmetros curriculares nacionais a disciplina a ser trabalhada é uma sequência exigida nessa série. Esta experiência promoveu discussões entre alunos, licenciandos e professores experientes. Mostrou-se relevante o papel da experimentação no desenvolvimento da autonomia docente e na motivação dos alunos para a aprendizagem. Enfim a física em paralelo com as atividades experimentais com materiais de fácil acesso deixa de ser meramente abstrata e ganha requisitos concretos, mediante a inserção da mesma no cotidiano dos envolvidos no processo educacional. Pretende-se que este material possa servir de apoio e estímulo para professores estudantes de física, já que as atividades aqui propostas objetivam trabalhar alguns conceitos abstratos. Palavras-Chave: Ensino de Física; Atividades Experimentais; Proposta didática; PIBID; Circuitos Elétricos Abstract The present work is the result of a research on the potential of experimental activities for teaching physics and the main approaches, idealizing a differentiated learning for the teaching of electricity in high school. The main objective of this work is to present a didactic proposal of experimental activity for the teaching of physics with the content simple electric circuit, which can be explored as didactic material with an interdisciplinary focus and in group activity, enhancing students' daily experiences and knowledge, in the scope of activities developed by the Institutional Scholarship Program for Teaching Initiation (PIBID). In this way, the aim is to verify the contribution that this approach provides in the teaching-learning process in the content of electricity, to promote teamwork and critical thinking regarding the role of physics, in addition to identifying the potential of experimental activities for the contents predicted. Among the methodological procedures, we chose to develop a didactic proposal aimed at the third grade of high school, because according to the national curricular parameters, the subject to be worked on is a required sequence in this grade. This experience promoted discussions between students, graduates and experienced teachers. The role of experimentation in the development of teaching autonomy and in the motivation of students for learning proved to be relevant. Finally, physics in parallel with experimental activities with easily accessible materials is no longer merely abstract and gains concrete requirements, through its insertion in the daily lives of those involved in the educational process. It is intended that this material can serve as a support and stimulus for physics professors, since the activities proposed here aim to work on some abstract concepts. High-quality memory diagnosis methodologies are critical enablers for scaled memory devices as they reduce time to market and provide valuable information regarding test escapes and customer returns. This paper presents an efficient Hierarchical Memory Diagnosis (HMD) approach that accurately diagnoses faults in the entire memory. Faults are diagnosed hierarchically; first, their location, then their nature (i.e., static or dynamic), and finally, their functional fault model. The HMD approach leads to a more accurate diagnostic, enabling the precise identification of yield loss causes.

Manufacturing defects can cause faults in FinFET SRAMs. Of them, easy-to-detect (ETD) faults always cause incorrect behavior, and therefore are easily detected by applying sequences of write and read operations. However, hard-to-detect (HTD) faults may not cause incorrect behavior, only parametric deviations. Detection of these faults is of major importance as they may lead to test escapes. This paper proposes a new design-for-testability (DFT) scheme for FinFET SRAMs to detect such faults by creating a mismatch in the sense amplifier (SA). This mismatch, combined with the defect in the cell, will incorrectly bias the SA and cause incorrect read outputs. Furthermore, post-silicon calibration schemes can be used to avoid over-testing or test escapes caused by process variation effects. Compared to the state of the art, this scheme introduces negligible overheads in area and test time while it significantly improves fault coverage and reduces the number of test escapes.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of Cactus (Opuntia spp) levels in total mixed ration silages based on Cactus and Gliricidia (Gliricidia sepium (Jacq.) Steud) on the fermentation profile, microbial populations, aerobic stability and taxonomic diversity. The completely randomized design was used in a 4 × 4 factorial design with four replications, being four rations with different levels of Cactus (15, 30, 45, 60% based on the dry matter) and four opening periods (0, 15, 30 and 60 days of fermentation). An interaction effect (P < 0.050) was observed among the diets and opening times for mould and yeast populations. An interaction effect for the levels of acetic acid was observed, where the diets 15, 30, 45 and 60% showed higher values at 60 days (0.44, 0.41, 0.35 and 0.40 g/kg DM, respectively). A significant difference was observed for the richness and diversity index (Chao1 and Shannon). The most abundant bacterial phyla were Proteobacteria and Firmicutes and the genera Lactobacillus and Weissella. Cactus can be added in total mixed ration silages up to the level of 60% in a way that it positively affects the qualitative indicators of the silages, modulating the taxonomic communities and allowing the predominance of important groups for preservation of the ensiled mass.
