This research aimed at investigating the legal implications arising from the stage of negotiation via electronic means. It specifically aimed to highlight the obligations associated with negotiation stage. Moreover, it ventured to identify the consequences of breaching the obligations agreed upon in this stage. The descriptive analytical method was used and the findings reflected that the stage of negotiation via electronic means leads to the conclusion of the contract. Furthermore, breach of these obligations requires compensation by the person causing the damage. It was also found that the Jordanian legislator did not address the electronic negotiation process in e-commerce transactions. Rather, the legislator regulated it in general by Law No. 85 of 2001, replaced by Law No. 15 of 2015. The study recommends that the Jordanian legislator include legal texts in the Electronic Business Transactions Law, so as to address the electronic negotiation stage. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The paper discusses the self-regulation of law as one of its systemic inherent manifestations. Such problem statement enables the researcher to explain the mechanism that ensures the specific quality of objective law. Studying the self–regulation of law involves identifying what the inherent qualitative state of law dwells on – whether it is spontaneous or controlled from the outside. The purpose of the study is to view the methodological possibility of applying a synergetic model of self-regulation to law. This model describes spontaneous formation or change of structure in open, unstable and nonlinear systems. The Author associates the specifics of self-regulation of law with its teleological nature. The paper highlights the two aspects of teleological character of law: the purpose of its emergence and the purpose of its qualitative variety. On the one hand, law, emerging to serve a specific purpose, does not exist as an independent and self-sufficient entity, but as a specialized means of a particular purpose. On the other hand, law is a functioning system based on purpose and expediency. The quality of the system is always specific and adapts in order to achieve the set social goals. The paper proves that the teleological nature of law excludes self-regulation properties viewed synergetically, which implies the spontaneous activity of the system. The study shows that the processes taking place in law are characterized not by internal, spontaneous, but by external determination. The sequence and content of these processes is controlled from the outside by the purposeful activity of the law-creating subject and is subject to the general logic of the purpose of law. Considering law as a human-organized and controlled system; nevertheless, the Author proves that it has selfregulation properties. The self-regulation of law in the paper is viewed as one of the specific ways of preserving and reproducing its integral characteristics. According to the Author, the self-regulatory properties of law are reduced to its “self-adjustment”, which is not spontaneous, but deliberately set by a human to achieve appropriate goals. The mechanism of such “self-adjustment” is based on a set of adaptive legal means and specific connections that provide integrity, quality and functionality of law regardless of external conditions.

In this short commentary, I reflect on the strengths and limitations of thinking about social change in terms of prefiguration. It's a fashionable term in social movements and amongst academic commentators, but is it a helpful one? What practices, strategies and forms of organisation does it exclude? I begin with Carl Bogg's 1977 essay which defined prefigurative organising as an antidote to party Marxism but does not celebrate it uncritically. I then move on to consider just why so many people seem to be charmed by the idea of prefiguration, before concluding with some remarks on why those committed to prefiguration cannot evade questions of strategy, of a dynamic relation between means and ends, if they wish to address both personal and institutional politics. The study of entertainment and amusement in the Zengid era (521-581 AH / 1127-1185 AD) in the Levant has become an important study, as it is a link between other studies that preceded it and then followed the Zengid era in the Levant. In fact, the events of the history of the Zengid state are very important, because it formed an Islamic state in one of the most critical stages of Islamic history, as the Islamic world was exposed to a Western European attack known as the (Crusades), and these wars were a dangerous attack full of incidents and tribulations; It seems that the study of entertainment and recreation in the Levant during the Zengid era did not receive much attention from historians and researchers, and that state did not receive its share of specialized research in that field. Then, most modern studies were limited to the political aspect, and neglected its other aspect of entertainment and amusement, which played a major role in the daily and social life of the population. Previous studies focused on the personality of Imad al-Din Zengi and Nur al-Din Mahmud, and addressed the study of the era of the Crusades and others. We decided to study the other aspect of the Zengid state, which is the means of entertainment and recreation, in order to know how that state was formed and how and what are the means practiced by the population in the Zengid era to entertain themselves. The initiated scientific research is devoted to the urgent issue of determining the role of tax policy in ensuring the sustainable functioning of the financial and economic security of the state. It has been proven that the proper provision of such a component is one of the important prerequisites for the necessary stability of the entire national economic system and is a guarantee of its progressive development. In view of the importance of this component, the need to implement all the available potential of means of all its authorized support is emphasized. It is indicated and argued that the tax policy is one of the most promising measures for the fulfillment of such tasks in the current period. The peculiarities of the financial and economic security of the state are defined and analyzed. It was found that the category of the same name is an understudied but promising object of scientific knowledge. It is emphasized that a wide range of mutual relations with the financial component in comparison with the rest of the subsystems of the economic security of the state are in favor of its use. Its exceptional importance is emphasized from the point of view of direct and indirect prevention and counteraction of many challenges, threats and risks to the national security of Ukraine. The tax policy in modern domestic realities is characterized. It is noted that it is characterized as the activity of many state bodies on issues of establishment, organization, as well as legal regulation of tax administration and tax payments. Such activity itself involves the active application of various management forms, methods, and methods and is carried out with the help of appropriate tools. In this paper we present a complete asymptotic expansion of the Archimedean compound of two symmetric homogeneous means and derive recursive algorithms for coefficients in this expansion. In this contribution, the model which is dedicated to reducing the number of false positive instances is proposed. This is a self-tuning model using aggregation functions and time-series data periods. As a case study, the proposed model is tested in the context of phishing link detection. In the proposed model, well-known aggregation functions are applied to combine the confidence values of multiple Classification models for email phishing. The division of the dataset into multiple segments and subsets facilitates the implementation of incremental learning strategies. This approach enables the iterative enhancement of model performance through the training of new data while leveraging previously acquired knowledge. In our research, two datasets are considered, namely the existing PhiUSIIL phishing URL dataset as well as the dataset provided by the FreshMail company are applied. The proposed algorithm achieves a small number of expected false positives. Native chickens are the backbone of backyard poultry farming in India. Native chicken production is a valuable asset for rural and tribal poor as it is a source of nutritional and livelihood security to them. Native chickens have minimal input requirements, are well adapted to hard scavenging environments, inadequate nutrition, parasite and disease obstacles, and have significant genetic variation for numerous traits, making them excellent genetic resources for current and subsequent generations. The performance and genetic parameters are evaluated to understand the inheritance patterns of several economically viable traits in native chickens in order to allow the development of appropriate breeding strategies for improved performance. The production levels of hens will rise as a result of breeding native hens for economic traits, which will also encourage traditional producers to use native hens. The estimation of performance and genetic characteristics pertaining to economic traits in chickens might be beneficial in comprehending and enhancing their genetic diversity. Furthermore, the development of any breeding programme requires an understanding of the performance and genetic characteristics of traits. Additionally, indirect selection for any of the significantly correlated traits has the potential to genetically improve other traits due to the pleiotropic effect of genes. The current review discusses the estimates of performance and genetic parameters like means, heritability and correlation coefficients for body weights, morphometric traits, production and reproduction traits, egg quality parameters and semen attributes of native chickens in India. В статье предпринята попытка использования функционально-семантического подхода к исследованию категории интенсивности с целью выявления и систематизации средств выражения интенсивности действия в современном немецком языке. Работа выполнена на материале «Немецко-русского синонимического словаря», «Словаря словообразовательных элементов немецкого языка», «Немецко-русского фразеологического словаря», а также с использованием фрагментов художественных произведений немецких писателей XX в. Учитывая основные направления в решении проблемы соотнесенности категории интенсивности с понятиями экспрессивности и количественности, авторы предлагают трактовать интенсивность как категорию, производную от семантических категорий количественности и качественности, как количественный показатель экспрессивности и эмоциональных переживаний. Категория интенсивности действия исследуется как сегмент макрополя универсальной категории интенсивности. Анализ способов выражения интенсивности действия в немецком языке позволяет представить исследуемое функционально-семантическое поле как моноцентрическое образование, ядро которого включает лексические средства: глаголы-интенсификаты; наречия интенсифицирующего/деинтенсифицирующего значения и фразеологические обороты. В околоядерной зоне располагаются синтаксические средства. Словообразовательные, морфологические и фонетические средства попадают в периферийные отделы поля. В результате исследования удалось установить, что микрополе интенсивности действия включает зону интенсификации и деинтенсификации. Языковая интенсификация действия в синтагматике характеризуется бóльшим разнообразием, чем в парадигматике. Высокой частотностью при выражении интенсивности действия в парадигматике обладают глаголы, в значение которых входит сема интенсивности. В синтагматике наиболее распространенным способом интенсифицировать или деинтенсифицировать действие можно считать использование наречий. Деинтенсификация действия в большинстве случаев не несет стилистической нагрузки и, как правило, призвана смягчить характеристику действия. Средства выражения интенсивности действия, напротив, стилистически окрашены. Наиболее яркими и мощными средствами интенсификации действия выступают качественные наречия и компаративные фразеологизмы. Построение модели функционально-семантического поля категории интенсивности действия на материале немецкого языка позволило системно представить формальные средства выражения интенсивности в их неразрывной связи со смысловой наполняемостью и прагматической направленностью.

The problem of developing the professionalism of teachers today belongs to the key directions of research in the field of modern pedagogical science. The high quality of teaching in the vocational education system depends on the level of knowledge, pedagogical skill of the teacher, and his/her professional maturity. On the basis of the conducted analysis, it is substantiated that the effectiveness of the development of the pedagogical skill of teachers of general education disciplines of vocational education institutions depends both on the correct definition of goals and content, and on the methods of achieving the goal - teaching methods. The purpose of the article is the theoretical justification of the main methods and means of developing the pedagogical skill of teachers of general education disciplines of vocational education institutions. The work characterizes the main functions of teaching methods, analyzes their main classifications, examines familiar, traditional methods (lecture method, story, explanation, training exercises, explanatory conversation, discussion, independent work, instruction, etc.), as well as innovative: simulation and game methods, brainstorming method, problem methods, project method, case method, master class, work in pairs, work in groups, consultations, portfolio, method of situational analysis, coaching, tutoring, etc. The study revealed that improving the professional skill of teachers of general education disciplines in vocational education institutions is a complex process. The professional skill of a teacher is an individual style, combined with high professional competence, which determines the ability to apply traditional and innovative technologies, to carry out professional activities regardless of the conditions of the social environment and the characteristics of students. The study examined the legal system of electronic telegrams in the system of using electronic means in civil proceedings The Jordanian legislator was created to keep abreast of recent electronic developments and to use them to facilitate litigation proceedings against the parties to the proceedings and to address the obstacles and problems encountered in conventional reporting and researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach by describing the concept of electronic reporting, Analyzing the texts of the Civil Trial Code and Code of Procedure and amendments. The study focuses on the artistic aspects of traditional furniture from Bessarabia, dating from the late 19th century to the mid-20th century. We emphasize the importance of materials, decorative techniques, artistic means, and decorative structure in the crafting and decorating of traditional furniture. The motivation for this research lies in analyzing how the culture and folk art of Moldova are reflected in the characteristics of traditional furniture. The specific hypothesis of this study posits that Moldovan traditional furniture represents an expression of the talent and artistic sense of the craftsmen and householders from Moldova. The research aims to conduct a detailed analysis of the materials used, including wood and others, as well as decorative techniques such as carving, sculpture, and painting. The objectives include a comprehensive description of the mentioned materials and techniques. The research methods included documentary analysis, relevant illustrations, and extensive field research in all regions of the Republic of Moldova, spanning the years 2007-2023, contributing to the scientific and applied foundation of the research. The main results consist of highlighting the role of traditional furniture in reflecting Moldovan culture and folk art, providing data and illustrative images to support these aspects.

The preliminary study consisted in applying a 10-item questionnaire to 20 coaches with UEFA licenses (C, B and A) from Suceava, Botosani, Neamt and Bacau areas. The items of the questionnaire aimed to ascertain the importance of the fundamental moment of the football game, namely the attack and the orientation of the training strategies in the context of the practice of finishing actions with adversity in superiority, equality and numerical inferiority in small and medium groups.

The analysis of the development of motor qualities by applying specific means of athletics in natural conditions is an important approach in the field of physical education and sports. Hypothesis of the work: it is assumed that the use of athletics-specific means in natural environments could have a positive impact on the development of students’ motor skills, thus contributing to the improvement of their athletic performance. The aim of the paper is to investigate and evaluate the development of motor qualities, such as speed and strength, in secondary school students, using methods and means specific to athletics. Study objectives: To assess how the application of athletics-specific means in natural environments influences the development of students’ motor skills; Evaluation of the improvement of the speed and strength level of students following the application of these means; Comparison between the progress made by students involved in this type of lessons and those who followed traditional means in terms of improving speed and strength. Thus, the numerical data support the conclusion that the Experiment Group had significant and consistent improvements in physical performance compared to the Control Group in most tests. The integration of varied terrains and natural conditions into physical education lessons allows students to adapt to different environments, thus developing increased adaptability and resilience.

Abstract Aims The means of suicide vary, but in cases of impaired consciousness, it is often difficult to determine the initial treatment because it is not known whether a patient has overdosed or used pesticides or poisons. Therefore, we investigated the clinical characteristics of suicide by medication in patients with suicide attempts who were brought to the emergency department, especially the influence of age. Methods Patients with suicide attempts were transported to the two hospitals. There were 96 males (38.4%) and 154 females (61.6%). The mean age was 43.5 ± 20 years, and both males and females were most often in their 20s. Data on sex, age, motive for suicide, means of suicide attempt, psychiatric diagnosis, length of hospital stay, and place of discharge were retrospectively analyzed. Results The average age of the patients by means of suicide attempt was 40.5 years for “prescription drugs,” 30.2 years for “over‐the‐counter drugs,” and 63.5 years for “pesticide/poison.” For each means of suicide attempt, there was a significant difference in age among patients with suicide attempts using “prescription drugs,” “over‐the‐counter drugs” and “pesticides/poisons.” There was a statistical bias in the means and reasons for each suicide attempt. Conclusion The results showed that the age of patients who used over‐the‐counter medicines and pesticides and poisons varied significantly. It was thought that pesticide use should be considered first, especially when patients aged 50 years and over are brought to the hospital with impaired consciousness due to suicide attempts.

Allocating short time to physical education classes in the curriculum, 2 hours per week, for students who do not have inclination and skills, and the short time given covers in a small way the accomplishment of physiological and psychomotor effects, which are necessary for students during school, because they are in a period of growth which extends throughout life. This research, which took place all through the school year during Physical Education and sports classes, shows the increase in motor and somatic indices, which confirms that the proposed means are effective and have led to an optimal development of students who were part of this experiment. Within research, the objectives of physical education are achieved through high indices of physical and motor development, the implementation of a wide range of basic and specific handball skills, the establishment of the habit of practicing physical exercises in students’ spare time, the acquisition of new knowledge related to the organization and the progress of the game.

One of the fundamental inequalities which is used in many inequities is Jensen inequality. In fact, it is a base of some inequality such as the arithmetic mean, harmonic mean inequality also in inequality with respect to entropies and information theory. The purpose of this research paper is to give a new interesting refinement of Jensen inequality for two particular finite sequences by using uniformly convex function. We observe that every quadrature of numerical integration together with a strictly increasing and continuous function generates a mean and then we study this family of means. We characterize the functions which generate weighted arithmetic means in this way and we show how to obtain comparison type theorems for means generated by different quadratures. One of the priority objectives of school physical education, specified in school programs for all education cycles, is the development of motor skills. The topic addressed by us in this paper was born from the need to have the greatest possible efficiency in the teaching of physical education in grades V-VIII, where the instructional-educational process must pursue concrete goals regarding the system of knowledge, skills and motor skills in order to concretize the model of each class in gymnasium physical education and sports. The study of this topic aims to establish the most effective exercise structures regarding the development of speed motor quality in secondary school students. Using the means proposed by us, after a well-established program in the physical education lesson for secondary school students, in order to develop the speed motor quality, I believe that it will develop obviously, during the whole school year. The data resulting from the scientific investigation regarding the development of speed motor quality through the use of movement games at the secondary school level were implemented in school units in the municipality of Arad. They can be used in the instructional-educational process by the specialists in the field and as methodical material by the students of the faculties of physical education and sport in the disciplines "Theory of physical education and sport" and "Practice and methodology of motor activities by age groups". The research was conducted during the 2022-2023 school year. Following the application of the experiment, it was found that major differences in student performance were obtained, they had a significant increase between the initial testing and the final testing, which allows us to state that the methodology used in the lessons was adequate. The exercises and games used had a positive influence in obtaining the results of the experiment. Of course, the experiment should be continued and possibly extended to a larger sample of children in order to further improve motor quality, speed in particular, as well as harmonious physical development in general. The article is devoted to a set of questions regarding the general characteristics of the crypto industry, assessment of the degree and prospects of its further integration into the national economic sector. It is emphasized and proven that the rapid capitalization and popularization of cryptocurrency means of circulation caused the dynamic development of the crypto industry in Ukraine. Attention is focused on the need for meaningful research of this phenomenon, based on a basic understanding of the functional capabilities of its representatives, as well as the potential of cryptocurrencies themselves as promising means of circulation. The central category «cryptoindustry» is studied and explored, which also involves a meaningful analysis of the original term «industry». On the basis of the above, taking into account legislative realities and author's considerations, the vision of the concept of «cryptoindustry» is expressed. For the completeness and comprehensiveness of the presentation of scientific opinion, the specified definition is compared with a similar term - «system». It is argued that the specified industry in Ukraine is represented by a wide range of subjects of public and private law relations, which are usually structurally and (or) functionally unrelated, but all or part of their tasks (intentions) are oriented towards achieving local goals within the subject area. The features of the crypto industry as an independent legal category have been formed and characterized. It has been established that the crypto industry is beginning to be reflected in the economic component by making its significant adjustments. It is emphasized that we are talking about the emergence of new ones, the development and qualitative diversification of some existing spheres of economic relations, integrating more and more noticeably into various branches of the specified sector. A natural conclusion was made that, in view of the further capitalization and popularization of cryptocurrencies, as well as the active involvement of the state in these processes, the stable development of the crypto industry itself should be expected. Based on this, the assumption of a decrease in demand for some traditional methods of settlement and turnover in favor of cryptocurrency means and, accordingly, its growth and role in economic relations, was also made. In this conceptual work, we describe cross-disciplinary meaning and language related to the innovation phenomenon located in a business context. Our work attempts to find common meaning and language for innovation that can be applied across all business innovation projects irrespective of the business discipline, and to synthesize these common terms into an innovation communication and planning tool. The objective of providing a common meaning and language for innovation is to give practitioners, researchers, and stakeholders a shared communication platform, and common language and meaning that assist incumbents to discuss and collaborate during innovation projects without the boundaries created by siloed, nuanced, and discipline-specific understandings. The outcome of the paper is a conceptual framework and canvas tool constructed from universal meaning and language for business innovation with the aim of providing a set of common questions that business practitioners could ask during times of innovation. Furthermore, the Business Innovation Canvas provides new directions for future study and the development of tools that take advantage of common meaning and language to aid innovation practitioners and researchers. Is offering hazard pay ethically permissible when the pay premium is the only reason that a dangerous job is accepted? Robert C. Hughes argues that it is not. Central to his argument is the claim that in such cases, workers intend the foreseeable risks of harm as a means to the pay premium. Herein I question the plausibility of this claim and then develop a conception of the concept of means sufficient to make it plausible. By so doing, I provide support for Hughes's stringent position. Its social significance is the creation of a secure and decent way of life and work, artistic imagery of the object world, social self-organization and humanization of society, the formation of social consciousness, inspiration, purification, ennoblement of a person, his or her spiritual revival and recovery, the acquisition of labor and creative motivation and, as a result, the progressive economic development of society. The article discusses media design as an innovative development of design, paying attention to media design in the system of modern Internet technologies. Information and communication technologies as a set of methods and software and hardware expand the scope of media design in the information space, which contributes to the meaningful assimilation of information. Thanks to high-quality media design and its mobility, modern information Internet technologies provide relevance, selectivity, interactivity, multimedia, rapid production and distribution of interactive technologies.

Online higher education in Ukraine has undergone changes during the Russian-Ukrainian war. Teaching online in wartime is stressful, but also encouraging; it is a way to overcome the stress of war. The purpose of the research is to showcase the changes in experience during wartime in Ukraine with respect to teaching methods and online technologies. To achieve the purpose, the methods of analysis and synthesis, questionnaires, and calculating methods, particularly MS Excel, are applied. There were 49 university teachers from Ukrainian government universities who took part in the study. The survey aims to find out how university teachers are ready to use new online teaching methods and techniques, to determine the priority in the method choice, and to indicate how to organize and have online lectures and practical classes. The following were the results observed: In the current situation, the relationship between teachers and students has become completely virtual. The teachers' responsibility towards their students has increased significantly. Teachers are convinced of the global trend prospects of perceiving online teaching as one of the relevant and appropriate education forms in wartime Ukraine. It was online teaching that allowed students to continue their learning at Ukrainian universities, as many students were forced to leave their homeland, Ukraine, to save their lives. The conclusion is that teachers became more confident in assessing their skills to organize online teaching, and they tried to develop them by mastering new Internet technologies for transferring educational content. The main idea of the current investigation is to explore some new aspects of Ostrowski's type integral inequalities implementing the generalized Jensen–Mercer inequality established for generalized s-convexity in fractal space. To proceed further with this task, we construct a new generalized integral equality for first-order local differentiable functions, which will serve as an auxiliary result to restore some new bounds for Ostrowski inequality. We establish our desired results by employing the equality, some renowned generalized integral inequalities like Hölder's, power mean, Yang-Hölder's, bounded characteristics of the functions and considering generalized s-convexity characteristics of functions. Aims: The means of suicide vary, but in cases of impaired consciousness, it is often difficult to determine the initial treatment because it is not known whether a patient has overdosed or used pesticides or poisons. Therefore, we investigated the clinical characteristics of suicide by medication in patients with suicide attempts who were brought to the emergency department, especially the influence of age. Methods: Patients with suicide attempts were transported to the two hospitals. There were 96 males (38.4%) and 154 females (61.6%). The mean age was 43.5 ± 20 years, and both males and females were most often in their 20s. Data on sex, age, motive for suicide, means of suicide attempt, psychiatric diagnosis, length of hospital stay, and place of discharge were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The average age of the patients by means of suicide attempt was 40.5 years for "prescription drugs," 30.2 years for "over‐the‐counter drugs," and 63.5 years for "pesticide/poison." For each means of suicide attempt, there was a significant difference in age among patients with suicide attempts using "prescription drugs," "over‐the‐counter drugs" and "pesticides/poisons." There was a statistical bias in the means and reasons for each suicide attempt. Conclusion: The results showed that the age of patients who used over‐the‐counter medicines and pesticides and poisons varied significantly. It was thought that pesticide use should be considered first, especially when patients aged 50 years and over are brought to the hospital with impaired consciousness due to suicide attempts. Armed aggression by the russian federation, where disputes are resolved with the help of weapons, committing terrorist acts and other violent actions that cause death, maiming, damage to the health of the civilian population and military personnel, as well as a constant threat to independence and state sovereignty, territorial integrity, is modern realities of Ukraine. In this situation, the National Security Strategy of Ukraine lists defense of independence and state sovereignty, restoration of territorial integrity within the internationally recognized state border of Ukraine, protection of the rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of Ukrainian citizens as priorities of Ukraine's national interests and ensuring national security. The most important role in solving the tasks of defense and security of the state belongs to military personnel who carry out military service - state service of a special nature. The efficiency and quality of military personnel activities depend on state guarantees in accordance with their socio-economic, legal, political situation and modern realities. Military personnel are subject to the norms of general legislation, therefore they have general rights, freedoms and obligations as natural persons. The protection of the civil rights of military personnel involves the application of protective measures defined in legislative acts (civil, criminal, administrative, and disciplinary) or a contract (civil-legal, administrative, material). Civil legal protection of the civil rights of military personnel means the application of protective measures, including measures of civil legal liability, defined only by acts of civil legislation or a civil law contract. Military personnel acquire the right to civil legal protection in case of violation, non-recognition or dispute of civil law, as well as in cases of abuse of law, danger or threat to their life and health. Rusunawa building is a vertical residential building aimed at low-income people. Although this runaway is specifically for low-income communities, runaway buildings must also meet the requirements for the availability of infrastructure, facilities, and utilities as stipulated in Law Number 20 of 2011 concerning Flats, SNI 03-7013-2004 concerning Planning Procedures for Simple Flats for Environmental Facilities. Through observations and data collection conducted by researchers in Rusunawa Jongke, Sleman Regency, several requirements regarding infrastructure, facilities, and utilities such as the maximum radius of facilities that do not comply with the Indonesian National Standard 03-7013-2004 Regarding the procedures for planning simple apartment environmental facilities, it is necessary to conduct research to determine the level of occupant satisfaction with the performance of infrastructure, facilities, and utilities of Rusunawa Jongke, Sleman Regency as one of One's evaluations in improving service quality. The Importance Performance Analysis method is used to assess the performance of managers on the performance of infrastructure, facilities, and utilities in Jongke Flats, through the perceptions of Rusunawa residents. This method compares the level of performance of managers against the performance of Infrastructure, Facilities, and Utilities with the level of expectations or interests of residents of Jongke Rental Simple Flats, Sleman Regency. Overall, the occupants' satisfaction score on the performance of infrastructure, facilities, and utilities in Jongke Rental Simple Flats, Sleman Regency resulted in an average score of 86%, meaning that the quality of service provided was good but not 100% satisfactory. The level of satisfaction obtained by the results was Quite Satisfied 16.67%, Satisfied 80%, and Very Satisfied 3.33%. Drainage facilities and worship facilities are aspects that need to be improved. This article attempts to clarify and contribute to the formulation of strategy by highlighting its essential components and processes. Strategy is a bridge between political and tactical levels and should not be considered a plan. A classic strategy may consist of ends, ways, means, and risks. A five-stage process consisting of strategic analysis, definition of an end state, identifying means, designing the ways, and assessing the costs and risks can be used in strategy formulation. Yet, the addition of another two phases, which are assessment and management of strategy, is a must for contemporary strategy formulation. Nevertheless, it would be a mistake to take strategy as a rigid formula. The context of a strategy will be changing based on the aim and the field in question. Their algebraic properties as well as some properties related to the differentiation and integration of fuzzy functions of a real argument are established. Formulation of the problem. The level of tactical preparation of a football player is one of the determining factors of the success of his actions during competitive activities. A significant number of foreign specialists emphasize the importance of purposeful tactical training of football players starting from a young age which confirms its effectiveness in the practical activities of the world's leading football clubs (Italy, Spain, Germany, etc.). Approach. In order to determine the level of psychophysiological properties and mental processes of 11-12-year-old children, a pedagogical observation was conducted of one hundred football players who play in the Youth Football Club of FC "Lviv". In order to find out the requirements for tactical training and the focus of interactive tasks on the tactical training of football players, a survey of football coaches was conducted (a total of fifty football coaches were interviewed). Also, in order to determine the effectiveness of the author's program of tactical training in comparison with the traditional one, a pedagogical experiment was conducted, in which forty 11-12-year-old football players who play in the "Rukh" Lviv Junior High School took part. Objective - to substantiate scientifically the effectiveness of the tactical training program for football players aged 11-12 years using interactive tasks. Results. It was established that in general, the body of children aged 11-12 years demonstrates a sufficient level of indicators of psychophysiological properties (speed of simple and complex reactions) and mental processes (thinking, attention, memory, etc.) for the implementation of purposeful tactical training. The total changes in the tactical preparedness of football players of the experimental and control groups according to the indicators of offensive and defensive actions during the pedagogical experiment showed a complete advantage of the EG players over the CG players. The experimental group's offensive abilities improved by 10.3% and defensive abilities by 9.4% compared to the results demonstrated before the start of the experiment. Conclusions. The higher efficiency of the program of tactical training of football players aged 11-12 years, which is based on the application of various interactive tasks, compared to the traditional training program used in the practice of Ukrainian football, has been established.
