There are some stages involved in developing a curriculum. Starting from formulating a learning course outline and objectives, then implementation the teaming experiences through the relevant pedagogy and finally to evaluate the teaming outcomes by looking at the achievement of learning objectives through a series of learning experiences. This paper aims to examine the need for the curriculum review for 'Mooting and Litigation (GLUP 4223)', a law course offered by the UUM School of law. The paper also discusses the alignment of the assessment involved with the Course Learning Outcome (CLO). The current syllabus of GLUP4223 including the teaming outcome objectives and teaching-learning methods approved by the University are referred.

This article considers how law schools can facilitate the development of technology skiffs by using technology to enhance access to mooting in settings that replicate legal practice. It examines the experiential learning technique of simulation, particularly the use of moot courts and mock trials, in the context of legal education. It provides an overview of extant literature along with an outline of the current place of simulation activities in Malaysian legal education (particularly in Universiti Utara Malaysia) and examining the efficacy of simulation activities as a teaching and learning tool. This article provides a strategy for law schools to incorporate electronic technology into the curriculum to better achieve the goals of legal education in the 21st century. The paper concludes that while it is essential to teach technology skiffs as part of legal education, it is important that the benefits of using technology are made clear in order for it to be accepted and embraced by the students. Technology must also be available to aff students considering the widening participation in higher education and consequent increasing diversity of law students.

Persoalan keluar agama Islam juga merupakan persoalan undang-undang di Malaysia. lni jelas kerana Perkara 11 (1) Perlembagaan Persekutuan menjamin hak seseorang untuk menganuti apa-apa agama: "Tiap-tiap orang ada/ah berhak menganuti dan mengamalkan ugamanya dan tertakluk kepada Fasa/ (4), mengembangkan agamanya. • Peruntukan ini jelas memberi kebebasan kepada setiap warganegara Malaysia untuk menganuti apa-apa agama tetapi tertakluk kepada Fasal (4) membenarkan undang-undang negeri dan persekutuan (bagi Wilayah Persekutuan) untuk mengawal atau membatasi pengembangan mana-mana kepercayaan umat Islam. Persoalannya, apakah kebebasan sepenuhnya di beri kepada warganegara Malaysia untuk menganuti agamanya? Apakah seseorang itu pula bebas untuk keluar dari agama Islam (murtad)? Artikel ini menyatakan sorotan penulisan-penulisan berkaitan isu ini.
