Tamamen ikili değerlendirmeye dayanan bir matematiksel modelleme olan klasik mantıkta her değer için sadece iki durum vardır, 1 sembolünün verildiği ve doğru anlamına gelen ilk durum ile 0 sembolünün verildiği ve yanlış anlamına gelen ikinci durum. Ancak gerçek bundan daha geniştir ve yalnızca 0 ve 1 olmak üzere iki duruma bağlı olmayabilir. Bu nedenle, yaklaşık veya spesifik olmayan bilgileri temsil etme problemini çözmek için genel çerçeveyi sağlayan yeni bir mantığa ihtiyaç duyulmuş. Bulanık mantık adı verilen bu mantık ilk olarak 1965 yılında İranlı bilim adamı Lutfi Zadeh, tarafından ortaya atılmıştır. Bulanık mantık, sıcak, soğuk, ılık, az, çok, gibi deyimler ve belirsiz ifadeler aracılığıyla tümdengelim üzerine kuruludur. Çalışma boyunca, bulanık mantığın klasik mantığın bir genişlemesi olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Klasik mantık, üyelik derecesi {0,1} kümesi olduğunda, bulanık mantığın özel bir durumudur, Bulanık mantık sadece kümeler teorisinde değil, yapay zekada, gelişmiş elektronik cihazlarda, endüstriyel kontrolörlerde ve hatta günlük hayatımızda büyük öneme sahiptir. Bu tezde de bulanık küme, bulanık küme türleri ve bunlarla ilgili önemli cebirsel işlemler açıklanacaktır. Sonrasında bulanık topolojik uzay tanımı verilerek bulanık topolojik uzayların toplamları üzerinde, açık kümeler, kaplı kümeler, içi, kapanış, taban, komşuluklar ve süreklilik gibi ifadeler tanımlanacaktır. Tanımlanan bu topolojik toplamlar için elde edilen bazı sonuçlardan bahsedilecektir. In classical logic, which is purely a mathematical modeling based on binary evaluation, there are only two cases for each value, the first case where the symbol 1 is given and means true, and the second case where the symbol 0 is given and means false. But the truth is broader than that and may not depend solely on two states 0 and 1. Therefore, a new logic was needed that provides the general framework to solve the problem of representing approximate or nonspecific information. This logic, called fuzzy logic, was first put forward by Iranian scientist Lutfi Zadeh in 1965. Fuzzy logic is based on deduction through idioms such as hot, cold, warm, less, more, and indefinite expressions. Throughout the study, it is concluded that fuzzy logic is an extension of classical logic. Classical logic is a special case of fuzzy logic, when the membership degree is {0,1} set, Fuzzy logic has great importance not only in set theory, but also in artificial intelligence, advanced electronic devices, industrial controllers and even in our daily life. In this thesis, fuzzy set, fuzzy set types and important algebraic operations related to them will be explained. Then, by giving the definition of fuzzy topological space, we will define open sets, covered sets, interior, closure, base, neighborhoods and continuity on the sums of fuzzy topological spaces. Some of the results obtained for these topological sums will be mentioned.

It's undeniably true that fractional calculus has been the focus point for numerous researchers in recent couple of years. The writing of the Caputo-Fabrizio fractional operator has been on many demonstrating and real-life issues. The main objective of our article is to improve integral inequalities of Hermite-Hadamard and Pachpatte type incorporating the concept of preinvexity with the Caputo-Fabrizio fractional integral operator. To further enhance the recently presented notion, we establish a new fractional equality for differentiable preinvex functions. Then employing this as an auxiliary result, some refinements of the Hermite-Hadamard type inequality are presented. Also, some applications to special means of our main findings are presented.

Bu tez çalışmasında, ilk olarak ikinci basamaktan çeşitli yapıdaki lineer ve lineer olmayan diferensiyel denklemlerin salnımlılık kriterleriyle ilgili temel tanım ve literatürde elde edilen bazı sonuçlar üzerinde duruldu. Then, a class of more general type second order differential equations has considered and new results for oscillation of this equation are established. Finally, asymptotic behavior of forced equation is discussed and some applications are given to illustrate the results. 59

In the first chapter, a brief remark has been givenabout the reason of having this subject and the applications of discussed subject. In thesecond chapter, general explanation related to the thesis has been given. The third chapterdeals with the basic denition and fundamental theorem obtained for the solution of theproblem. In the fourth chapter, we created theoratical formulation for the problem whichdoesn't contain an abstract linear operator. In the fifth chapter, in the light of the resultsobtained in the fourth chapter, a new problem has been investigated, and the asymptoticapproach of the eigenvalue of this problem has been found out. İşlem oyunu, 2009 tarihinde Çağman tarafından ortaya atılmıştır. Bu oyun, dört işleme dayalı iki kişiyle oynanan bir zekâ oyunudur. Bu çalışmada, oyununun yapay zekâ teknikleri kullanılarak bilgisayar simülasyonu yapıldı. Bu programın amacı, oynayanların dört işlem becerisini geliştiren bir eğitim materyali elde etmektir. Bu çalışmada; önce bulanık kümeler ve özellikleri verilmiştir. Daha sonra esnek kümeler ve onların işlemleri tanıtıldı. Bulanık ve esnek küme teorileri sırasıyla 1965'de Zadeh ve 1999'da Molodtsov tarafından ilk olarak ortaya atılmıştır. We then construct a soft decisionmaking method for evaluation of the exams by using the fuzzy parameterized fuzzy softsets soft decision making method. We nally gave an application of the method. 50

Çalışmada geçiş şartları ile verilmiş süreksiz Sturm-Liouville problemi incelenmiştir. Operatör-eorik yorum verilerek, özdeğer ve özfonksiyonların asimptotik formülleri elde edilmiştir. Çalışmdaki farklılık, denklemin katsayılarının süreksiz olmsı ve sınır şartlarına süreksizlik noktasında çözümün sağ ve sol değerleri arasındaki bağıntıyı belirten geçiş şartlarının eklenmesidir. Ayrıca problemin Green fonksiyonu bulunmuştur. In this thesis, discontinuous Sturm-Liouville problem with transmission conditions re investigated. An operator-theoretic interpretation is given and asymptotic formulas for eigenvalues nd corresponding eigenfunctions are obtained. The main different of this study is the discontinuity of coefficents of the boundary value transmission problem. The conditions, which expressed the correlation between left and right limit values of solution, are added to boundary condition at the point of discontinuity. However, as many real-world problems deal with ordering objects instead of classifying objects, one of the extensions of the classical rough set approach is the dominance-based rough set approach, which is mainly based on substitution of the indiscernibility Relation by a dominance relation. Interval information systems are an important type of data tables, which are generalized models of single-valued information systems. In this work, we introduce Pawlak?s Rough Sets Theory with Qian, Liang and Dang?s Interval Ordered Information Systems. Finally, we compare them. 69

Bu tezde Euler sayıları ve polinomları tanımlanmış ve çeşitli özellikleri ele alınarak, kullanım alanları gösterilmiştir.Bu tez üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde çalışmanın diğer bölümlerine temel oluşturacak kavramlar ve teoremler verilmiştir.İkinci bölümde Euler sayıları ve polinomları tanımlanmış ve bunları hesaplamaya yarayan bağıntılar ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca Euler sayıları ve polinomlarının bazı özellikleri ile bu sayılar ve polinomlar arasındaki ilişki gösterilmiştir. Son olarak da bu sayıların zeta fonksiyonları çalışılmış ve Euler sayıları ile Bernoulli sayıları arasındaki ilişkiler verilmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde Euler sayıları ve polinomlarının özellikleri verilmeye devam edilmiş, özellikle de ikinin kuvveti şeklindeki modlarda bu sayıların kongrüansları ele alınmış ve çalışılmıştır. In this thesis, several properties and usage areas of Euler numbers and polynomials are given. The thesis consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, the preliminary notions which are to be used in later chapters are given. In the second chapter Euler numbers and polynomials are defined and relations to calculate them are considered. Also some properties of Euler numbers and polynomials and the relations between these numbers and polynomials are given. Finally the zeta functions of these numbers are studied and the relation between Euler numbers and Bernoulli numbers is given. In the third chapter, some further properties of Euler numbers and polynomials are given and especially, their congruences in the moduli powers of two are studied.

Bu çalışmada sınır şartlarında özdeğer parametresi bulunduran bir diferansiyel-operatör sınır değer geçişprobleminin bazı spektral özellikleri incelenmiştir. Beş bölüm halinde düzenlenen bu çalışmanın `Giriş` bölümünde araştırılan konunun güncelliği, ele alınma nedeni, uygulama alanları, teorik ve pratik önemi hakkında kısa bilgi verilmiştir. `Literatür özeti` bölümünde özdeğer parametresi içeren lineer diferansiyeldenklemler için sınır değer problemlerinin genel tarihine ve tez konumuz ile direkt ilgili olan çalışmalarda elde edimiş sonuçların kısa bir özetine değinilmiştir. `Genel Bilgiler` bölümünde tez konumuzla ilgili olan ve daha sonraki `Bulgular ve Tartışma ` bölümünde yararlandığımız temel tanım ve teoremlere yer verilmiştir. `Bulgular ve Tartışma ` bölümü 12 alt bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmamızın sonuncu `Sonuç ve Öneriler ` bölümünde ise araştırmamızdan çıkarılabilecek sonuçlardan ve bu konuda ileride yapılması gereken çalışmalardan bahis edilmiştir. In this study we have examined the spectral specialties of a differential operator boundary value transmission problem which has eigenvalue parameter in the boundary conditions. This study has arranged in 5 chapters, in the introduction chapter a brief explanation has been given about thetheoretic, practice importance, the application areas and the importance of the discussed subject. A brief history and and the solutions obtained from other studies have been mentioned in the literature chapter of boundary value transmission problems for linear differential equations which has eigenvalue parameter. In the general knowledge is chapter, we have mentioned the general knowledge and definitions about the subject of our thesis. `Findings and Discussion` chapter has twelve subchapters. In the first ten part of this chapter we have examined the spectral specialties of a pure differential boundary value problem. Themain part of this chapter which is the original part has been tried to be explained in the following chapters. The suitable special spaces given with / $H$ / and / $/widetilde{H}$ / have been constructed to be boundary value transmission problem given in the eleventh subdivision. These spaces have been examined and marked that they are Hilbert spaces. Boundary value transmission problem between these spaces has been proved as isomorphic. Apart from this, the necessary characteristics of a resolvent operator has been found for the later researches. In the twelveth subchapter, asymptotic formulas have been found out for boundary value transmission problems which have abstract linear operator with different specialties in the equation. In the conclusion part of our study, we have mentioned the possible solutions obtained from the study and some suggestions have been offered for the future studies on this subject. 147

Son bölümünde iseçalışmada elde edilen sonuçlar ve bu sonuçların önemine değinilmiştir. In this study, discontinuous Strum-liouville problem with transmissionconditions have been investigated. An operator-theoretic interpretation is given andasymptotic formulas for eigenvalues and corresponding eigenfunctions have beenobtained. Basis properties of exponential and trigonometric systems in grand Lebesgue spaces $ L_{p)} (-\pi,\pi) $ are studied. Based on a shift operator, we consider the subspace $G_{p)} (-\pi,\pi)$ of the space $ L_{p)} (-\pi,\pi) $, where continuous functions are dense, and the boundedness of the singular operator in this subspace is proved. We establish the basicity of exponential system $ \{{e^{int}}\}_{n\in Z}$ for $G_{p)} (-\pi,\pi)$ and the basicity of trigonometric systems $ \{{\sin{nt}}\}_{n\in N }$ and $ \{{\cos{nt}}\}_{n\in N_0}$ for $G_{p)} (0,\pi)$.

In this paper, we investigated some sufficient conditions for the generalized Dini function which is the combination of the generalized Bessel function of first kind to be in certain subclasses of univalent functions.

The area of applied algebraic topology, more precisely the theme of topological robotics, contains to study with algebraic tools for the notions of configuration spaces, motion planning and topological complexity. The concept of topological complexity has been introduced by M. Farber in 2003 in order to give a topological measure of the complexity of the motion planning problem in robotics. Roughly speaking, if X is the configuration space of a mechanical system, that is the space of all possible states of the system, then the topological complexity of X gives the minimal number of rules needed to determine a complete algorithm which dictates how the system will move from any initial state to any final state. This is a numerical homotopy invariant which can be difficult to determine. For instance, computing the topological complexity of the n-dimensional real projective space has been shown to be equivalent to the classical problem of determining the Euclidian space of minimal dimension in which this projective space can be immersed (Farber et al., 2003). In this thesis, we focus on the Lusternik-Schnirelmann category and the topological complexity of projective product spaces. We compute the Lusternik-Schnirelmann category of the projective product spaces introduced by D. Davis. We also obtain an upper bound for the topological complexity of these spaces, which improves the estimate given by J. González, M. Grant, E. Torres-Giese, and M. Xicoténcatl. We determine an exact value of the topological complexity for some cases. Thus, we finalize the estimating problem on the topological complexity of these spaces in the literature. This study is joint work with Prof. Dr. Lucile Vandembroucq. Furthermore, we define digital projective product spaces and determine an upper bound for the digital Lusternik-Schnirelmann category of these spaces. In addition, we obtain an upper bound for the digital topological complexity of these spaces through an explicit motion planning construction, which shows digital perspective validity of results given in the third chapter. Bu tezin ilk bölümünde fen ve mühendislik gibi uygulamalı bilimlerde ortaya çıkan diferansiyel denklemlerin tanımına ve tarihsel sürecine kısaca değinilmiştir. Diferansiyel denklemlerdeki gelişmelerin matematikte yeni alanların ortaya çıkmasını sağladığı ve matematikteki birçok alanlardaki ilerlemelerin de diferansiyel denklemler için yeni bakış açıları sunduğunada değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümünde, tezin amacı belirtilmiş ve logaritmik kaynak terimli denklemlerin genel olarak kullanıldığı alanlar verilmiştir. Daha sonra logaritmik kaynak terimli problemlerle ilgili temel çalışmalar verilmiştir. Burada ilk olarak Birula ve Mycielski'nin 1976'da çalıştığı problem verilmiş, hemen ardından Cazenave ve Haraux'un 1980 yılındaki çalışmasına yer verilmiştir. Temel problemler verildikten sonra günümüze kadar yapılan birçok çalışma bu bölümde verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölüm, üç kısımdan oluşmaktadır. İlk olarak Lebesgue uzayının tanımına yer verilmiştir. İkinci kısımda Sobolev uzayının tanımı ve Sobolev Gömülme teoremi verilmiştir. Üçüncü kısımda ise tez boyunca gerekli olan eşitsizliklere ve lemmalara yer verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, bir boyutlu logaritmik kaynak terimli Klein-Gordon denklemine çalışılmıştır. Logaritmik lineer olmayan Klein-Gordon probleminin çözümlerinin lokal varlığı ele alınmıştır. Daha sonra problemin zayıf çözümünün ispatı verilmiş olup, ispat: Yaklaşım Çözüm bulma, Önsel Kestirim ve Limite Geçiş olmak üzere üç adımdan oluşmuştur. Burada zayıf çözümün ispatında Galerkin metodu, Logaritmik Sobolev Eşitsizliği ve Kompaktlık teoremleri kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca ispatın üçüncü adımı olan Limite Geçiş adımında Aubin Lions lemmasından faydalanılmıştır. Beşinci bölüm tezin özgün kısmı olup logaritmik kaynak terimli yüksek mertebeden Klein-Gordon denkleminine çalışılmıştır. Problemimizin ilk olarak enerji denklemi bulunup, gerekli lemmalar ve tanımlara yer verilmiştir. Daha sonra problemimizin global varlığı ve üstel azalmasıyla ilgili teoremler verilmiş ve teoremlerin ispatında kullanılacak lemmalar ispatlarıyla birlikte verilmiştir. Son olarak problemimizin çözümün patlamasına çalışılmıştır. Konkavlık metodu kullanılarak problemimizin patlaması gösterilmiştir. Altıncı bölümde ise tezin sonuç ve öneriler kısmına yer verilmiştir. In the first part of this thesis, the definition and historical process of the differential equation that emerged in applied sciences such as science and engineering are briefly mentioned. It is also mentioned that the developments in differential equations provide the emergence of new fields in mathematics and the advances in many fields in mathematics offer new perspectives for differential equations. In the second part, the purpose of the thesis is stated and the areas where the equations with logarithmic source terms are used in general are given. Then, basic studies on problems with logarithmic source terms are given. Here, first the problem that Birula and Mycielski worked on in 1976 is given, and then the work of Cazenave and Haraux in 1980 is given. After the basic problems are given, many studies carried out until today are given in this section. The third part consists of three parts. Firstly, the definition of Lebesgue space is given. In the second part, the definition of Sobolev space and the Sobolev Embedding theorem are given. In the third part, the inequalities and lemmas required throughout the thesis are included. In the fourth chapter, the Klein-Gordon equation with one-dimensional logarithmic source terms is studied. The local existence of the solutions of the logarithmic nonlinear Klein-Gordon problem is discussed. Then, the proof of the weak solution of the problem is given, and the proof consists of three steps: Approach Finding the Solution, Predictive Estimation and Passing the Limit. Here, Galerkin method, Logarithmic Sobolev Inequality and Compactness theorems are used to prove the weak solution. In addition, the Aubin Lions lemma is used in the step of Passing the Limit, which is the third step of the proof. The fifth chapter is the original part of the thesis, and the higher order Klein-Gordon equation with logarithmic source terms has been studied. First, the energy equation of our problem is found and shown, and necessary lemmas and definitions are given. Then, the theorems about the Global Existence and Exponential Decay of our problem are given and the lemmas to be used in the proof of the theorems are given together with their proofs. Finally, the Blow up of the Solution of our problem has been attempted. The blow up of our problem has been shown using the concavity method. Tedarik zinciri yönetimi sisteminde izlenebilirlik ve denetlenebilirlik sistemin en önemli temel yapılarıdır. Ayrıca, bu sistemlerde diğer önemli unsur ise güvendir ve mevcut merkezi sistemlerde üçüncü taraflara güven mecburidir. Tedarik zincirde sistem izlenebilirliği ve güvenliği için birçok mimari yapılmış olsa da mimarilerde güven, kullanıcı mahremiyeti, gerçek zamanlı bilgi ve zayıf izlenebilirlik gibi temel eksikliklere sahiptir. Bu tez çalışmasında, tedarik zincir izlenebilirliği için blokzincir-tabanlı mahremiyeti koruyan yeni bir çerçeve öneriyoruz. Mimarimiz, aktörler arasında mahremiyeti koruyan ve kriptografik protokoller ile kullanıcı dijital imza ve doğrulama entegre edilerek güvenlik sağlanmıştır. Ayrıca zincir dışı entegre sistemi ile performans sağlanarak yapılan testler sonucunda ölçeklenebilirlik, için olumlu sonuçlar ortaya koyulmuştur. Dahası, kullanıcı isteğine bağlı olarak anonimlik ve izlenebilirlik arasında denge sağlanmıştır. Mimari ayrıca ilgili ürün kimliği ile tüm aşamalar şeffaf bir şekilde izlenebilir bir yapıya sahiptir.

Kısmi diferansiyel denklemler ile ilgili 19. ve 20. yüzyılda yapılan çalışmalarda bir yandan kısmi diferansiyel denklemlerin matematiğin diğer dallarıyla ilişkisi araştırılırken diğer yandan mühendislik ve diğer uygulamalı bilimler ile olan bağlantısı ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu nedenle bu tipten denklemlerin çalışılması sadece problemlerin teorik olarak çözümlerinin ortaya konmasını değil aynı zamanda matematiksel modellemesi yapılan birçok mühendislik, kimya, fizik vb. olayların çalışılmasına da zemin hazırlamaktadır. Doğada karşılaşılan olaylar matematiksel olarak birer problem teşkil etmektedir. Bu problemlere bir yaklaşım olarak matematiksel modeller oluşturmak teorik açıdan bilimin gelişmesine katkı sağlayacaktır. Doğadaki olayların matematiksel olarak ifade edilebilmesi ve anlaşılması için öne sürülen modeller genellikle lineer olmayan kısmi diferansiyel denklemlere dayanmaktadır. Lineer olmayan kısmi diferansiyel denklemlerin her zaman açık çözümü bulunamayabilir. Çözümü bulunamayan lineer olmayan kısmi diferansiyel denklemlerde yaklaşık bir çözüm bulmak veya çözümün davranışıyla ilgili bir fikre sahip olmak için denklemin bazı şartlar ile sınırlandırılması gerekliliği ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu problemlerde tam olarak çözüm bulunamasa da hangi şartlar altında ve hangi zamanda çözümün var olup olmadığının araştırılması matematikte önemli bir çalışma alanı oluşturmaktadır. Bu tezin ilk bölümünde mühendislik ve fen gibi uygulamalı bilimlerde ortaya çıkan evolüsyon denklemlere kısaca değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümünde logaritmik kaynak terimli denklemlerle ile ilgili günümüze kadar yapılan çalışmaların tarihi gelişimi ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümünde tez boyunca kullanılacak olan temel tanım, lemma, teorem ve eşitsizlikler verilmiştir. In the 19th and 20th century studies on partial differential equations, on the one hand, the relationship of partial differential equations with other branches of mathematics was investigated, on the other hand, its connection with engineering and other applied sciences was tried to be revealed. For this reason, the study of this type of equations not only helps to reveal the theoretical solutions of the problems, but also to many engineering, chemical, physics, etc. mathematical modeling. It also lays the groundwork for the study of events. Events encountered in nature pose a mathematical problem. Creating mathematical models as an approach to these problems will contribute to the development of science in theory. Models proposed for expressing and understanding the phenomena in nature mathematically are generally based on nonlinear partial differential equations. Explicit solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations may not always be found. In order to find an approximate solution or to have an idea about the behavior of the solution in nonlinear partial differential equations whose solution cannot be found, it has become necessary to limit the equation to some conditions. Although there is no exact solution to these problems, investigating under what conditions and at what time a solution exists or not constitutes an important field of study in mathematics. In the first part of this thesis, the evolution equations that emerged in applied sciences such as engineering and science are briefly mentioned. In the second part, the historical development of the studies on the equations with logarithmic source terms is discussed. In the third chapter, the basic definition, lemma, theorem and inequalities that will be used throughout the thesis are given. In the fourth chapter, local existence, global existence, exponential decay and blow up of Kirchhoff type parabolic equation solutions with logarithmic source terms are studied. In the fifth chapter, the global existence and polynomial decay of pbiharmonic parabolic equation solutions with logarithmic source terms are studied. In the sixth chapter, the global existence, exponential decay, blow up at infinity and blow up at finite time of higher order parabolic equation solutions with logarithmic source term are studied.

Bu çalışma esas olarak dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde, q-analizin tarihsel gelişim sürecinden ve kısaca q-analizin tanımından bahsedilerek, Tauber tipi teoremler ile kuantum analiz ortak çalışmaları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, klasik q-teorisindeki q-sayıları kısaca tanımlanmış ve ardından kuantum analiz ile ilgili önemli tanımlar ile teoremlere yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü ve dördüncü bölümlerde, Tauber teorisinin tarihsel gelişim sürecinden ve kısaca toplanabilme teorisinden bahsedilerek, q-Cesaro integrallenebilme ve q-ağırlıklı ortalama integrallenebilme alanlarına ait kavramlar tanıtılarak Tauber tipi teoremler ispatlanmıştır., This thesis essentially consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, the historical development process of q-analysis and briefly the definition of q-analysis are mentioned, and information is given about Tauberian theorems and quantum analysis joint studies. In the second chapter, q-numbers in classical q-theory are briefly defined, and then important definitions and theorems related to quantum analysis are given. In the third and fourth chapters, Tauberian theorems are proved by mentioning the historical development process of Tauberian theory andt he summability theory briefly, introducing the concepts of q-Cesaro integrability and q-weighted mean integrability fields.

Romano‟nun 2022 yılında yayınlanan makalesi esas alınarak Pseudo UP-cebirlerinin tanımı ve ilgili özelliklerine yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca Pseudo UP-ideal, pseudo UP-alt cebir, kongrüanslar, pseudo UP-homomorfizma konuları ayrıntılarıyla incelenmiştir., In this thesis, the definition and basic properties, ideals, subalgebras, congruence relations, homomorphisms and Isomorphism Teorems of UP-algebras and pseudo UP-algebras are studied. In the first chapter, the thesis topic is introduced, the purpose of study and the development process of the subject is summarized. In the second chapter, in order to facilitate the readability of this thesis; definition, ideal, subalgebra, homomorphism, isomorphism of BCK-algebras concepts are included. In addition, the definition and basic properties of KU algebras are given. In the third chapter, definition, UP-ideal, UP-subalgebra, congruence relations, UP-homomorphism and UP-isomorphism of UP-algebras based on the articles by A. Iampan published in 2017 and 2018 are included. In the fourth chapter, the definition and related properties of Pseudo UP-algebras are given, based on the articles of D. Romano published in 2020, 2021 and the article of A. Iampan and D. Romano published in 2022. In addition, Pseudo UP-ideal, pseudo UP-subalgebra, congruences, pseudo UP-homomorphism are studied in detail.

Diferansiyel, integral ve integro-diferansiyel denklemlerin birçok uygulamalı matematiksel bilimde önemli rol oynadıkları bilinmektedir. Bu bilimlerden bazıları; kuantum mekaniği, elektrodinamik, elektronik sistemler, kontrol problemleri, olasılık, sayılar teorisi, mekanik, astronomi, biyoloji, ekonomi, elektrostatik ve endüstridir. Bu tip denklemlerin analitik çözümlerini elde etmek zor olduğu için sayısal yöntemlere gerek duyulmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında, fonksiyonel integro-diferansiyel denklemlerin yaklaşık çözümlerini bulmak için, standart sıralama noktaları ile beraber diferansiyel ve integrasyonun işlemsel matrislerine dayalı bir matris yöntemi sunulmuştur. Bu amaç için, Euler polinomlarının matris formları hesaplanıp kullanılarak, fonksiyonel integro-diferansiyel denklem, uygun sayısal yöntemlerle çözülebilen, bilinmeyen Euler katsayılı iki farklı lineer cebirsel denklemler sistemine indirgenmiştir. Böylece problemin yaklaşık çözümünün, "Matris-Sıralama Yöntemi" kullanılarak, Euler polinomları cinsinden elde edilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Ayrıca sunulan yöntemin tutarlılığı, her bir problem tipine ait sayısal örneklerin yaklaşık çözümlerinin rezidüel (kalan) fonksiyona dayalı hata analizi yapılıp, grafik ve tablolarla gösterilmiştir. Tezin ilk bölümünde; diferansiyel, integral ve integro-diferansiyel denklemlerin ortaya çıkışları ve literatürde bu denklemlerin çözümleri için ortaya atılan çözüm yöntemleri hakkında kısa bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci ve üçüncü bölümde; Euler polinomlarını tanıtılarak, temel matris bağıntıları kurulmuştur. Dördüncü bölümde; hata analizi için rezidüel fonksiyon tanımlanıp, hatanın yakınsaklığı gösterilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tezin beşinci bölümünde; lineer (doğrusal) integro-diferansiyel denklem tiplerinden olan; Fredholm, Volterra, Volterra-Fredholm, gecikmeli, değişken gecikmeli ve denklem sistemlerinin çözümleri Euler matris yöntemiyle verilip, çeşitli örneklerle önerilen çözümün verimliliği ve uygulanabilirliği gösterilmiştir. Altıncı bölümde ise; lineer olmayan integro-diferansiyel denklemlerin çözümü, lineer integro-diferansiyel denklemlerdeki sınıflandırmalar yapılarak verilmiş ve örneklerle desteklenmiştir. Tezin son bölümünde, elde edilen tüm sonuçlar ele alınmış ve yöntemin geçerliliği ve uygulanabilirliği gösterilmiştir., It is known that differential, integral and integro-differential equations play an important role in many applied mathematical sciences. Some of these sciences are; quantum mechanics, electrodynamics, electronic systems, control problems, probability, number theory, mechanics, astronomy, biology, economics, electrostatics and industry. Due to the difficulty obtaining analytical solutions of such equations, numerical methods are crucial. In this thesis, a matrix method, based on operational matrices of differential and integration with standard collocation points, is presented to find approximate solutions of functional integro-differential equations. For this purpose, by calculating and using the matrix forms of Euler polynomials, the functional integro-differential equation is reduced to two different systems of linear algebraic equations with unknown Euler coefficients, which can be solved by suitable numerical methods. Thus, it is aimed to obtain the approximate solution of the problem in terms of Euler polynomials by using the "Matrix-Collocation Method". In addition, the consistency of the presented method is shown in graphs and tables by performing an error analysis based on the residual function of the approximate solutions of numerical examples of each problem type. In the first part of the thesis, a brief information is given about the emergence of differential, integral and integro-differential equations and the solution methods put forward for the solutions of these equations in the literature. In the second and third sections, by Euler polynomials are introduced and basic matrix relations are established. In the fourth chapter; the residual function was defined and the convergence of the error was tried to be shown for the error analysis. In the fifth chapter, the solutions of different types of linear integro-differential equations, namely Fredholm, Volterra, Volterra-Fredholm, delayed, variable delay and their systems are given by using the Euler matrix method. The efficiency and applicability of the proposed solutions are shown with various examples. In the sixth section; the solution of nonlinear integro-differential equations is given by making classifications in linear integro-differential equations and supported with examples. In the last chapter of the thesis, all the results obtained are discussed and the validity and applicability of the method are shown.

Bu tezin ilk bölümünde Lamé denkleminin, gecikmeli denklemlerin ve logaritmik kaynak terim içeren denklemlerin fiziksel anlamları verilmiştir. Ayrıca gecikmeli diferansiyel denklemler ile ilgili tarihsel sürecinden bahsedilmiştir. Gecikmeli diferansiyel denklemler il eilgili ortaya çıkan bazı modellemeler de verilmiştir. İkinci bölümünde, tezin amacı belirtilmiş ve gecikmeli terim içeren denklemlerin genel olarak kullanıldığı alanlar verilmiştir. Bu alanlar genel olarak optik, nükleer fizik, kuantum mekaniği ve joefizik gibi alanlarda ortaya çıkmıştır. Daha sonra gecikmeli terim içeren problemlerle ilgili temel çalışmalar verilmiştir. Burada ilk olarak Kafini'nin 2021'de çalıştığı problem verilmiş, hemen ardından Taouaf ve arkadaşlarının 2018 yılındaki çalışması verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölüm, beş kısımdan oluşmaktadır. İlk olarak birinci kısımda Lebesgue uzayının tanımına yer verilmiştir. İkinci kısımda Sobolev uzayının tanımı ve Sobolev Gömülme teoremi verilmiştir. Üçüncü kısımda tez boyunca gerekli olan Young, Hölder, Sobolev ve Sobolev-Poincare eşitsizliklerine yer verilmiştir. Dördüncü kısımda Fourier Serisi ve Parseval Özdeşliği ifade edilmiştir. Beşinci kısımda ise Yarıgrup Metodu ile ilgili tanımlamalar, lemmalar ve teoremler yer almaktadır. Dördüncü bölüm tezin esas kısmı olup Logaritmik Kaynak Terimli Lamé Sistemi ile ilgili üç alt bölümden oluşmuştur. İlk bölümde gecikmeli terim içeren logaritmik kaynak terimli denklemimizin iyi konulmuşluğu çalışılmıştır. Burada öncelikle bir dönüşüm yardımıyla gecikmeli denklem düzenlenerek elde problemin varlık ve tekliği yarıgrup yöntemiyle ispat edilmiştir. İkinci bölümde potansiyel derinlik metodu ile global varlığı gösterilmiştir. Bu bölümde ise global varlığın ispatı potansiyel derinlik metodu yardımıyla bulunmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde denklemin üstel azalması çalışılmıştır. Bu bölümde çalışılan üstel azalma tez içerisinde verilen teorem ve lemmalarla ispatlanmıştır. Beşinci bölümde ise tezin sonuç ve öneriler kısmına yer verilmiştir. In the first part of this thesis, the physical meanings of Lamé equation, delayed equations and equations containing logarithmic source terms are given. In addition, the historical process of delayed differential equations is mentioned. Some emerging models of delayed differential equations are also given. In the second part, the purpose of the thesis is stated and the areas where the equations with delayed terms are used in general are given. These fields have emerged in fields such as optics, nuclear physics, quantum mechanics, and geophysics in general. Then, basic studies on problems with delayed terms are given. Here, firstly, the problem that Kafini worked on in 2021 is given, and then Taouaf et al.'s work in 2018 is given. The third part consists of five parts. Firstly, the definition of Lebesgue space is given in the first part. In the second part, the definition of Sobolev space and the Sobolev Embedding theorem are given. In the third part, the Young, Hölder, Sobolev and Sobolev-Poincare inequalities required throughout the thesis are included. In the fourth part, Fourier Series and Parseval Identity are expressed. In the fifth part, there are definitions, lemmas and theorems related to the Semigroup Method. The fourth chapter is the main part of the thesis and consists of three subsections related to the Logarithmic Source Term Lamé System. In the first part, the goodness of our equation with logarithmic source term, which includes a delayed term, is studied. Here, first of all, the existence and uniqueness of the problem is proved by semigroup method by arranging the delayed equation with the help of a transformation. In the second part, its global presence is shown with the potential depth method. In this section, the proof of global existence is found with the help of potential depth method. In the third chapter, the exponential reduction of the equation is studied. The exponential decrease studied in this chapter has been proved by the theorems and lemmas given in the thesis. In the fifth chapter, the conclusion and suggestions of the thesis are given.

Bu tez esas olarak beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde tez konusu tanıtılmış, ikinci bölümde tezin anlaşılabilir olması için literatürde bulunan önceki çalışmalar ile ilgili ön bilgiler verilmiştir. Daha sonra sezgisel küme kavramı ve bu kümelerin sıradan kümeler arasındaki ilişkisi ile sezgisel nokta, sezgisel kaybolan nokta kavramları incelenmiştir. Ayrıca sezgisel kümenin bir fonksiyon altındaki görüntüleri ve ters görüntüleri ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde sezgisel topolojik uzay kavramı verilmiş ve bu kavramın bazı özellikleri çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca sezgisel baz ve sezgisel altbaz kavramları ile elde edilen sezgisel topoloji örnekleri incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde sezgisel komşuluk, sezgisel kapanış ve sezgisel iç kavramları tanımlanarak bu kavramların bazı özellikleri araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca sezgisel bölüm uzayları incelenmiştir., In the rst chapter, the subject of thesis is introduced; in the second chapter, in order to make the thesis understandable, preliminary informations related to the previous studies in the literature are given. After, the concept of intuitionistic sets the relationship between these sets and ordinary set and notions of intuitionistic point and intuitionistic vanishing point are examined. In addition, inverse images and images of intuitionistic sets under a funciton notions are obtained. In the third chapter, the concept of intuitionistic topological space is given and some features of this concept are studied. Moreover intuitionistic topology samples obtained with the de nitions of intuitionistic base and intuitionistic subbase are examined. In the fourth chapter, the concepts of intuitionistic neighborhood, intuitionistic interior and intuitionistic closure are de ned and some properties of these concepts are investigated. The last chapter, intuitionistic continuous functions, intuitionistic open and closed functions, some types of intuitionistic continuity are de ned and some examples about them are given. Additionally intuitionistic quotient space is examined.

Görüntü işleme problemi, modern dünyanın en çok ilgilendiği konuların başında gelir. Bu konuda özellikle son yıllarda büyük gelişmeler yaşanmıştır. Bizim çalışmamızın temel amacı, matematiksel araçları kullanarak bu gelişmeye katkıda bulunmaktır. Doktora tezimizin diğer çalışmalardan en büyük farkı disiplinler arası bir çalışma olmasından kaynaklanıyor. Topoloji, Kısmi Türevli Diferansiyel Denklemler, Nümerik Analiz gibi matematiksel yapıların yanında görüntü işleme sistemleri ve MATLAB paket programı çalışmamızın temelini oluşturdu. Kullandığımız algoritma bir taraftan kısmi türevli diferansiyel denklemlerin çözümünde kullanılan sonlu farklar ayrışımını kullanıyor, diğer taraftan ise dijital topolojide kullanılan kavramlardan yararlanıyor. Doktora tezimizde üç farklı kısmi türevli diferansiyel denklem kullanıldı. İlk olarak analizlerimizi görüntü işlemede kullanılan en eski ve en çok araştırma yapılan denklem olan parabolik lineer ısı denklemi üzerinde yaptık. Daha sonra ise görüntü kalitesinin arttırılması için Perona-Malik denklemi ve Toplam Varyasyon (TV) denklemi kullanıldı. Algoritmamızı MATLAB-R2020B paket programı yardımıyla görüntü analizi için kullandık. Görüntü analizinde stabil ve yakınsak değerler oluştuğu için yöntemin etkinliği daha fazla görüldü. Görüntü analizinde elde ettiğimiz en büyük ilerleme ise t değerleri büyüdükçe görüntü kalitesinin korunması ve görüntülerin bozulmamasıdır., Image processing problem is one of the most interested subjects in the modern world. There have been great developments in this regard, especially in recent years. The main purpose of our work is to contribute to this development by using mathematical tools. The biggest difference of our doctoral thesis from other studies is that it is an interdisciplinary study. In addition to mathematical structures such as Topology, Partial Differential Equations, Numerical Analysis, image processing systems and MATLAB package program formed the basis of our work. The algorithm we use, on the one hand, uses the finite difference decomposition used in the solution of partial differential equations, and on the other hand, it makes use of the concepts used in digital topology. Three different partial differential equations were used in our doctoral thesis. First, we performed our analysis on the parabolic linear heat equation, which is the oldest and most researched equation used in image processing. Then, the Perona-Malik equation and the Total Variation (TV) equation were used to increase the image quality. We used our algorithm for image analysis with the help of the MATLAB-R2020B package program. Since stable and convergent values were formed in the image analysis, the efficiency of the method was seen more. The biggest progress we have achieved in image analysis is the preservation of image quality and the preservation of images as the t values increase.

Gecikmeli terim içeren denklemler ilk olarak 18. yüzyılda Bernoulli kardeşler ve Leonard Euler tarafından ele alınmışlardır. Bu denklemlerin sistematik olarak çalışılmaya başlanması ise 1940 da Myshkis ve Bellman tarafından başlanmıştır. Zaman gecikmeleri genellikle termal, ekonomik olaylar, biyolojik, kimyasal ve fiziksel gibi birçok farklı problemde ortaya çıkar. Birçok durumda, gecikme bir kararsızlık kaynağıdır ve hatta gelişigüzel küçük bir gecikme bile, ek koşullar veya kontrol şartları kullanılmadığı sürece, normal bir gecikme olmaksızın da düzgün, asimptotik olarak kararlı olan bir sistemin dengesini bozabilir. Ancak bazı denklemler için gecikmenin varlığı dengeleyici bir etkiye sahip olabilir. Bu nedenle, zaman gecikmeli denklemlerin, kararlılık analizi ve sağlam kontrolü teorik ve pratik öneme sahiptir. Bu tezin ilk bölümünde fen ve mühendislik gibi uygulamalı bilimlerde ortaya çıkan gecikmeli terim içeren denklemlere kısaca değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde gecikmeli terim içeren denklemlerle ile ilgili günümüze kadar yapılan çalışmalar tarihi gelişimi ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde tez boyunca kullanılacak olan temel tanım, lemma, teorem ve eşitsizlikler verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölüm iki altbölümden oluşmaktadır. Dördüncü bölümün ilk kısmında gecikmeli terim içeren, p(x)-Laplacian tipli değişken üslü denklemin çözümlerinin patlaması ve azalması; ikinci kısmında ise gecikmeli terim içeren, değişken üslü viskoelastik dalga denkleminin çözümlerinin varlığı ve patlaması çalışılmıştır. Beşinci bölüm iki altbölümden oluşmaktadır. Beşinci bölümün ilk kısmında dağılımlı gecikmeli terim içeren logaritmik Kirchhoff tipli denklemin çözümlerinin global varlığı, azalması ve patlaması; ikinci kısmında ise gecikmeli terim içeren logaritmik dalga denkleminin çözümlerinin lokal varlığı, global varlığı ve azalması çalışılmıştır. Altıncı bölümde, gecikmeli terim içeren, polinomal kaynak terime sahip, bir yüksek mertebeden Kirchhoff tipli denklemin çözümlerinin varlığı, azalması ve patlaması ispatlanmıştır. Yedinci bölümde ise, dağılımlı gecikmeli terim içeren bir viskoelastik Kirchhoff sisteminin çözümlerinin üstel büyümesi çalışılmıştır. In the eighteenth century, the first equations with delay were considered by brothers Leonard Euler and Bernoulli. By A. Myshkis and R. Bellman, systematical study started at the 1940s. Time delays often appear in many various problems, such as, thermal, economic phenomena, biological, chemical and physical. In many cases, delay is a source of instability and even an arbitrarily small delay may destabilize a system which is uniformly asymptotically stable in the absence of delay unless additional conditions or control terms have been used. However, for some equations, the presence of delay can have a balancing effect. Therefore, stability analysis and robust control of time-delayed equations are of theoretical and practical importance. In the first section of this thesis, the equations with delay term that emerged in applied sciences such as science and engineering are briefly mentioned. In the second section, the historical development of the studies on the equations with delay terms is discussed. In the third section, the basic definition, lemma, theorem and inequalities that will be used throughout the thesis are given. The fourth section consists of two subsections. In the first subsection the blow up and decay of solutions for p(x)-Laplacian equation with delay term and variable exponents; in the second subsection the existence and blow up of solutions for viscoelastic wave equation with delay term and variable exponents are studied. The fifth section consists of two subsections. In the first subsection the global existence, decay and blow up of solutions for logarithmic Kirchhoff type equation with distributed delay; in the second subsection the local existence, global existence and decay of solutions for logarithmic wave equation with delay term are studied. In the sixth section the existence, decay and blow up of solutions for higher order Kirchhoff type equation with delay term and polynomial source term are proved. In the seventh section, the growth of solutions for viscoelastic Kirchhoff system with distributed delay term is studied. Sayısal yarıgruplar, Cebir ve Sayılar Teorisinde oldukça önemli bir yere sahiptir. İlk olarak 19.yüzyılda ele alınan sayısal yarıgruplar, zamanla ilgi odağı haline gelmiştir. Yapılan araştırmalar ile yeni tanımlar ortaya çıkmış ve günümüze kadar bu alanda pek çok çalışma yapılmıştır. Son yıllarda Topoloji, Cebirsel Geometri ve Diferansiyel Geometri alanlarında sayısal yarıgruplarla ilgili geniş uygulamalara yer verildiğini görmekteyiz. Özellikle de Grup ve Halka teorisindeki uygulamalar dikkat çekicidir. Sayısal yarıgruplar ile ilgili çalışmalar sadece bunlardan ibaret değildir. Bu tezde, sayısal yarıgruplar ve onların tip dizileri hakkında önceden yapılmış olan çalışmaları derleyerek, elde edilen sonuçları karşılaştırmak ve bunun neticesinde ortaya çıkan yeni bulguları ifade etmek amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda, tez çalışmamızda sayısal yarıgruplar ve onların tip dizileri hakkında genel bilgiler ve çeşitli kaynaklardan derlediğimiz temel tanımlar, önemli teorem ve önermelere yer verilmiştir. Sayısal yarıgruplar teorisinde önemli bir yeri olan Frobenius sayısı, Pseudo Frobenius sayısı, Simetriklik, Pseudo simetriklik ve Arf sayısal yarıgrup kavramları örneklerle incelenmiştir. Ayrıca tip dizilerinin simetrik ve pseudo simetrik sayısal yarıgruplarla olan ilişkisi ve belirteç sayısı 2, 3 ve 4 olan sayısal yarıgrupların tip dizileri verilmiştir. Tez çalışmamızda, bir sayısal yarıgrubun tip dizisini bulmak için kullanılabilecek farklı yöntemlerle beraber, verilen bir pozitif tamsayı dizisine karşılık gelecek sayısal yarıgruplar için gerekli ve yeterli koşullar verilmiştir. Aynı zamanda sayısal yarıgrupların tip dizilerini, bu yöntemlerden farklı olarak bulabileceğimiz bazı algoritmalardan bahsedilmiştir. Sayısal yarıgruplarda standart taban kavramı ifade edilmiş ve bir T sayısal yarıgrubunun satandart tabanı ile tip dizisi arasındaki ilişkilerden bahsedilmiştir. Son olarak bir sayısal yarıgrubun standart tabanını kullanarak bahsettiğimiz algoritmalar yardımıyla tip dizisini bulacağımız örneklere yer verilmiştir. Numerical semigroups have a very important place in Algebra and Number Theory. Numerical semigroups, which were first discussed in the 19th century, have become the focus of attention over time. With the researches, new definitions have emerged and many studies have been carried out in this field until today. In recent years, we have seen that extensive applications of numerical semigroups have been included in the fields of Topology, Algebraic Geometry and Differential Geometry. Particularly the applications in Group and Ring theory are remarkable. Studies on numerical semigroups are not limited to these. In this thesis, it is aimed to compile the previous studies on numerical semigroups and their type sequences, to compare the results obtained and to express the new findings as a result of this. In this direction, general information about numerical semigroups and their type sequences, basic definitions, important theorems and propositions compiled from various sources are included in our thesis. The concepts of Frobenius number, Pseudo Frobenius number, Symmetry, Pseudo symmetrical and Arf numerical semigroup concepts, which have an important place in the theory of numerical semigroups, are examined with examples. In addition, the relation of type sequences with symmetric and pseudo-symmetric numerical semigroups and type sequences of numerical semigroups with determine numbers 2, 3 and 4 are given. In our thesis, besides the different methods that can be used to find the type sequence of a numerical semigroup, necessary and sufficient conditions for numerical semigroups corresponding to a given positive integer sequence are given. At the same time, some algorithms where we can find the type sequences of numerical semigroups, different from these methods, are mentioned.

Tezin 1. bölümünde, baskınlık sayısı ve Roman baskınlık sayısı tanımları verilerek, bu kavramlar günlük yaşamdan örnekler ile açıklanmıştır. Ardından Roman baskınlık sayısı için literatürde yer alan bazı sonuçlar verilmiştir. Tezin 2. bölümünde, öncelikle binomial ağaçların ve tam ikili ağaçların Roman baskınlık sayısı elde edilmiştir. Orta (middle) graf tanımı verildikten sonra, binomial ve tam ikili ağaç grafların orta graflarının Roman baskınlık sayısı hesaplanmıştır. Son bölümde ise, öncelikle Pn ve B3 graflarının kartezyen çarpımından elde edilen grafın Roman baskınlık sayısı elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca, yol grafların ardışık toplamından elde edilen grafın, yol ve çevre grafların ardışık toplamından elde edilen grafın, n tane binomial ağacın ardışık toplamından elde edilen grafın Roman baskınlık sayısı hesaplanmıştır. Son olarak, ardışık toplamlar için elde ettiğimiz sonuçları kullanarak n tane G grafının ardışık toplamından elde edilen grafın Roman baskınlık sayısı verilmiştir., In the first part of the thesis, the definitions of domination number and Roman domination number are given and these concepts are explained with examples from daily life. Then, some results in the literature for the number of Roman domination are given. In the second part of the thesis, firstly the Roman domination number of binomial trees and binary trees is obtained. After the definition of middle graph is given, Roman dominance number of middle graphs of binomial and binary tree graphs is calculated. In the last part, firstly, the Roman domination number of the graph obtained from the cartesian product of the Pn and B3 graphs was obtained. In addition, the Roman domination number of the graph obtained from the sequential join of the path graphs, the graph obtained from the sequential join of the path and circle graphs, and the graph obtained from the sequential join of n binomial trees was calculated. Finally, the Roman domination number of the graph obtained from the sequential join of n G graphs using the results we obtained for sequential join is given.

ÖZET Tarihi yapıların ayakta kalabilmesi ve gelecek nesillere aktarılabilmesi için çeşitli koruma yöntemleri kullanılmaktadır ve bu yöntemlerden biri de yeniden işlevlendirme ile koruma yöntemidir. Tarihi yapıların yeninden işlevlendirilmesi, terk edilmiş yapılara mekânsal ve yapısal özellikleriyle uyumlu, yeni kullanım fırsatları sunar. Yeniden işlevlendirme koruma yöntemi sayesinde toplumun, geçmişiyle etkileşime girmesini sağlayarak tekrardan tarihi değer canlandırılır. Tarihi yapıya verilecek yeni işlevler, tarihi yapının; mimari, sosyal ve kültürel değerleri korunarak ve çevresel faktörler göz önünde bulundurularak belirlenmelidir. Bu görüş doğrultusunda düşünülerek hazırlanan tez, altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı ve yönteminden bahsedilmiştir. ABSTRACT Various preservation methods are used in order for historical buildings to survive and transfer them to future generations. One of these methods is preservation with re-functioning. Preservation with re-functioning of historical buildings offers new usage opportunities to these buildings that are compatible with their spatial and structural features. As a result of the preservation with re-functioning method, the historical value is revived by enabling the society to interact with its past. The new functions given to the historical structures should be determined by preserving its architectural, social and cultural values and taking into account societal and environmental factors. The current thesis, which was prepared using the aforementioned approach, consists of six chapters. In the first chapter, the aim, scope and method of the study are explained. In the second part, previous studies on the preservation and re-functioning of historical buildings are reviewed and the results of the literature review are summarized. In the third chapter, under the heading of “preservation and re-functioning in historical buildings”, the need for preservation and preservation methods are discussed. In the fourth chapter, under the heading "Methods followed for determining suitable functions “concepts related to determining suitable functions for the structure, the interventions made after the new function, and the re-functioning principles are discussed. In the fifth chapter, the history and importance of the Suriçi region which is one of the most important regions in the city playing a significant role in the formation of the identity of the city as a result of cultural accumulation in the region and leads the emergence of Istanbul as a world scale city is explained. Then evaluation of interventions before and after functional changes in 4 structures in that region are explained. In the last section, conclusions and recommendations were provided. Bu tezde, varyasyonel yaklaşım kullanılarak standart olmayan büyüme koşulunu içeren Steklov sınır değerli bir problemin sıfırdan farklı bir tane zayıf çözümünün varlığı değişken üslü Sobolev uzayında incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümde, öncelikle problemimizin çözümünün araştırıldığı uzay olan değişken üslü Lebesgue uzayı ve değişken üslü Sobolev uzaylarının tarihi gelişimi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Daha sonra da son yıllarda varyasyonel yaklaşım kullanılarak bu uzaylarda farklı sınır koşuluna sahip bazı çalışmalar incelenmiştir. Sonra da üzerinde çalışacağımız standart olmayan büyüme koşulunu içeren Steklov sınır değer problemi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, diğer bölümlerde kullanılacak olan temel tanım ve teorem hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Daha sonra, üzerinde çalıştığımız değişken üslü Lebesgue uzayları ile ilgili temel tanım, teoremler ve notasyonlar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Ayrıca, değişken üslü Sobolev uzayı tanımlandıktan sonra bu uzay ile ilgili gerekli olan tanım, teoremler ve notasyonlar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, varyasyonel yaklaşım hakkında bilgi verildikten sonra standart ve standart olmayan büyüme koşulunu içeren sınır değer problemlerinin çözümlerinin varlığını göstermek için varyasyonel yaklaşım da kullanılan bazı teoremler verilmiştir. Bu kısımda, standart olmayan büyüme koşulunu içeren Steklov sınır değerli problemin varyasyonel yaklaşım altında Mountain-Pass teoremi ile birlikte Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz koşulu bir arada kullanılarak problemin sıfırdan farklı bir tane zayıf çözümünün varlığı gösterilmiştir. Bu çözüm araştırılırken, probleme karşılık gelen enerji fonksiyoneli bir araç olarak kullanılmıştır. Zayıf çözüm değişken üslü uzayda araştırılmıştır. In this thesis, the existence of a weak nontrivial solution solution of a Steklov boundary value problem with non-standard growth condition is investigated in variable exponent Sobolev space using a variational approach. In the first chapter, information is given about the historical development of the variable exponent Lebesgue space and the variable exponent Sobolev spaces, which are the spaces in which the solution of our problem is investigated. Then, in recent years, some studies with different boundary conditions in these spaces have been examined by using the variational approach. After that, the Steklov boundary value problem, which includes the non-standard growth condition that we will work on, is given. In the second chapter, information about the basic definition and theorem that will be used in other chapters is given. Then, information about the basic definitions, theorems and notations about the variable exponent Lebesgue spaces we have studied is given. In addition, after defining the variable exponent Sobolev space, information about the necessary definitions, theorems and notations about this space is given. In the third chapter, after giving information about the variational approach, some theorems used in the variational approach are given to show the existence of solutions to boundary value problems involving standard and non-standard growth conditions. In this part of our study, some definitions necessary to use theorems are given. In the last part, information about some studies carried out under the variational approach is given by using some special definitions together with these theorems. The fourth chapter constitutes the original part of the thesis. In this section, the existence of a non-zero weak solution of the Steklov boundary value problem involving non-standard growth condition is shown by using the Mountain-Pass theorem together with the Ambrosetti-Rabinowitz condition under the variational approach. While investigating this solution, the energy functional corresponding to the problem was used as a tool. The weak solution is investigated in variable exponent space.

Graf teorisinde, grafiksel olarak modellenebilen iletişim ağlarının kararlılığını güçlendirmek için çeşitli ölçümler kullanılır. Bu ölçümlere zedelenebilirlik ölçümleri denir.Bu ölçümlerden biri olan baskınlık, çok geniş bir uygulama alanına sahiptir. Baskınlık kümelerinin yapısına ve özelliklerine bağlı olarak çeşitli baskınlık türleri bulunmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında, 2020 yılında Ahmed A. Omran ve Manar M. Shalaan tarafından yeni bir baskınlık parametresi olarak tanımlanan co-even baskınlık sayısı ele alınmıştır. Bir G grafının co-even baskınlık sayısı γcoe(G), D = min{|Di|,Di ∈ MCEDS(G)} ise, D kümesinin eleman sayısı olarak tanımlanır. Bu tezde ilk olarak, baskınlık tanımı verilmiş ve baskınlık türleri tanıtılmıştır. Daha sonra, bazı yol ilişkili grafların, ki bunlar Pn,p,k, Cn,m, Sn,p,k, Pn,m, CT(m, n), B(m, n) ve Bn olmak üzere,bazı özel grafların, ki bunlar Rook’s graf, Tm,n, Jn,m ve Gn olmak üzere co-even baskınlık değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Son olarak, Pn, Cn ve K1,n gibi bilinen bazı graflar için bölünmüş graflarının co-even baskınlık değerleri elde edilmiştir.

Son yıllarda, doğa bilimleri ve mühendislik gibi uygulamalı alanlarda, birçok problemin kesirli mertebeden türeve sahip lineer olmayan diferansiyel denklemler ile modellenmesi ve bu formdaki denklemlerin gerçeğe daha yakın sonuçlar vermesi, kesirli analiz konusunun önemini hızla arttırmıştır. Bu tezin amacı; karmaşık olguları ifade eden kesir mertebeli lineer olmayan denklemlerin yeni tam çözümlerini araştırmak, ulaşılan çözümlerin fiziksel davranışlarını daha iyi anlamak için çözüm tiplerini belirlemek, bazı kesirli türev tanımlarını karşılaştırmak ve literatürde popüler olan analitik çözüm yöntemlerini değerlendirmektir. Bu çalışmada; lineer olmayan zaman-kesirli yaklaşık uzun su dalgası denklemi, lineer olmayan birleştirilmiş zaman-kesirli Boussinesq-Burger denklemi, lineer olmayan (2 + 1)-boyutlu uzay-zaman kesirli genelleştirilmiş Nizhnik- Novikov-Veselov denklemi, lineer olmayan uzay-zaman kesirli düzenli uzun dalga denklemi, uzay-zaman kesirli simetrik düzenli uzun dalga denklemi, zaman-kesirli (2 + 1)-boyutlu lineer olmayan Heisenberg ferromanyetik spin zinciri denklemi ve zaman-kesirli iyon sesi ve Langmuir dalgaları denklemi uyumlu kesirli türev tanımına göre ele alınmıştır. Ek olarak, uzay-zaman kesirli eşit genişlikli dalga denklemi, uzay-zaman kesirli (2 + 1)-boyutlu Boussinesq dinamik denklemi, uzay-zaman kesirli birleştirilmiş Boussinesq denklemi ve zaman-kesirli biyolojik popülasyon denklemi; modifiye edilmiş Riemann- Liouville, uyumlu kesirli türev, beta türev ve kesilmiş M-kesirli türev tanımları kullanılarak ifade edilmiştir. Sığ su dalgaları, iyonik akustik dalgalar, uzun dalgaların yayılımı, modern mıknatıs teorisi, plazma fiziği ve biyoloji gibi alanlarda karşımıza çıkan bu modellerin tam çözümleri; modifiye edilmiş basit denklem yöntemi, üstel rasyonel fonksiyon yöntemi, genişletilmiş G1/G2-genişleme yöntemi, modifiye edilmiş genişletilmiş tanh-fonksiyon yöntemi ve geliştirilmiş tan φ/2-genişleme yöntemi ile araştırılmıştır. Ulaşılan çözümlerin dalga tipleri belirlenmiştir ve bazı fiziksel yorumlara yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca, elde edilen dalga çözümlerinin doğruluğunun ve geçerliliğinin kontrolünde, bazı hesaplamalarda ve çeşitli formlardaki (üç boyutlu, iki boyutlu, kontur ve yoğunluk) grafiklerin çiziminde Mathematica paket programı kullanılmıçtır. Önerilen denklem ve denklem sistemlerinden ulaşılan; tekil, tekil-periyodik, karanlık, parlak, birleşik-tekil, bükülme ve rasyonel gibi anlamlı dalga formlarının, günümüzde pek çok fiziksel modelin geliştirilmesinde, yorumlanmasında ve gerçek dünya problemlerine uyarlanmasında etkili olacağı düşünülmektedir., In recent years, in applied fields such as natural sciences and engineering, the modelling of many problems with nonlinear differential equations having fractional derivatives and the fact that equations in this form give more realistic results have rapidly increased the significance of fractional analysis. The aim of this thesis is to investigate for new exact solutions of fractional nonlinear equations expressing complex phenomena, to determine the solution types to better understand the physical behaviour of the solutions, to compare some fractional derivative definitions and to evaluate the analytical solution methods popular in the literature. In this study, the nonlinear time-fractional approximate long water wave equation, the nonlinear coupled time-fractional Boussinesq-Burger equation, the nonlinear (2 + 1)-dimensional space-time fractional generalized Nizhnik- Novikov-Veselov equation, the nonlinear space-time fractional regularized long wave equation, the space-time fractional symmetric regularized long wave equation, the time-fractional (2 + 1)-dimensional nonlinear Heisenberg ferromagnetic spin chain equation, the time-fractional ion sound and Langmuir waves equation are handled according to the definition of conformable fractional derivative. In addition, the space-time fractional equal width wave equation, the space-time fractional (2 + 1)-dimensional Boussinesq dynamical equation, the space-time fractional coupled Boussinesq equation, and the time-fractional biological population equation are expressed using modified Riemann-Liouville fractional derivative, conformable fractional derivative, beta derivative, and truncated M-fractional derivative definitions. The exact solutions of these models, which are encountered in fields such as shallow water waves, ionic acoustic waves, propagation of long waves, modern magnet theory, plasma physics, and biology are investigated with the modified simple equation method, the exponential rational function method, the extended G1/G2-expansion method, the modified extended tanh-function method, and the improved tan φ2-expansion method. The wave types of the solutions are determined and some physical interpretations are given. Moreover, the Mathematica package program is used to check the accuracy and validity of the obtained wave solutions, for some calculations, and for drawing graphics in various forms (three dimensional, two dimensional, contour, and density). It is thought that meaningful wave forms such as singular, singularperiodic, dark, bright, combined-singular, kink, and rational, obtained from the proposed equations and equation systems, will be effective in the development, interpretation, and adaptation of many physical models to real-world problems.

In the second chapter, fundamental notions and some properties are given to facilitate the understanding of thesis. In the third chapter, hyper pseudo BCI-algebras have been handled. Notion of hyper pseudo BCI-algebras and some properties are given. The relationship between these ideal types has been investigated by de ning kinds of ideal types. Quotient hyper pseudo BCI-algebra is de ned, some related properties have been handled. Fourth and nal chapter, has been separated into three parts. In the first chapter, information concerning the subject of the thesis and works which are related with this subject are shortly given. In the second part, the definition of the difference operator and the properties and theorems about the difference operator are given. In the third part, Lyapunov type inequalities and the concepts and theorems expressed by some authors in the process until today are expressed. In the fourth part of the thesis, Hartman and Lyapunov type inequalities have been given for the fourth order sub and super half linear difference equation by using Green's function and appropriate properties of mathematics. Bu çalışmada fuzzy eğitimsel derecelendirme sisteminin bir yapı modeli inşa edildi ve onunla ilgili algoritma kuruldu. Ayrıca birçok dilbilimsel değerlerin üyelik fonksiyonlarını inşa etmenin bir metodu da ele alındı. Bundan başka, farklı bir değerlendirme metodu sunularak öğrencinin hangi dereceyi alacağına fuzzy sayıları kullanılarak karar verildi. We also discussed a method to build the membership functions of several lingustic values. Moreover by showing a different assessment method we deciding what grade the student should receive by using fuzzy numbers. We consider subspaces of Morrey spaces defined in terms of various vanishing properties of functions. Such subspaces were recently used to describe the closure of $C_0^\infty(\mathbb{R}^n)$ in Morrey norm. We show that these subspaces are invariant with respect to some classical operators of harmonic analysis, such as the Hardy-Littlewood maximal operator, singular type operators and Hardy operators. We also show that the vanishing properties defining those subspaces are preserved under the action of Riesz potential operators and fractional maximal operators., 12 pages

Amaç: Bu çalışma, bölütleme metotları kullanılarak beyin MR görüntülerindeki tümörlerin bölgelerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Materyal ve Yöntem: Beyin MR görüntü veri setindeki beyin tümörlerinin sınır bölgelerinin tespitinde K-Ortalamalar, Bulanık C-Ortalamalar, Kendin Düzenleyen Haritalar ve Otsu metotları kullanılmıştır. Bununla birlikte bu metotların en başarılı olan K-Ortalamalar ve Otsu metotların birleşiminden hibrit K-Ortalamalar+Otsu metodu geliştirilmiştir. Bu metotlarla beyin tümör görüntülerinde bölütleme uygulamaları yapılmıştır. Bölütleme öncesinde, geliştirilen kafatası çıkarma yöntemiyle kafatası kısmı görüntüden çıkarılmıştır. Buna ek olarak görüntü üzerinde medyan, Gaussian ve Wiener filtreleriyle iyileştirmeler gerçekleştirildi. Bulgular: K-Ortalamalar, Bulanık C-Ortalamalar, Kendini Düzenleyen Haritalar, Otsu ve hibrit K-Ortalamalar+Otsu metotlarıyla bölütleme yapmak için sistemler geliştirilmiştir. Doğruluk, duyarlılık ve seçicilik başarı ölçülerine göre bu sistemlerin başarıları karşılaştırılmıştır. Hem kafatası çıkarılmadan hem de kafatası çıkarıldıktan sonraki sistemlerin başarıları test edilmiştir. Kafatası çıkarıldığında yaklaşık olarak %10 oranında daha iyi sonuçlar edildiği görülmüştür. Doğruluk ölçüsüne göre hibrit metot %94 ile en başarılı iken K-Ortalamalar %93 ile ikinci sırada olmuştur. Duyarlılığa göre ise yine en başarılı %94 ile hibrit metot olmuştur. Fakat seçicilik ölçüsüne göre K-Ortalamalar ve hibrit metodun her ikisi %93 ile en başarılı olmuşlardır. x Sonuç: Bu çalışmayla beyin MR görüntülerinde kafatası çıkarıldığında büyük ölçüde başarının arttığı tespit edilmiştir. Bölütleme metotlarıyla elde edilen sonuçlara göre hibrit K Ortalamalar+Otsu metodu diğer metotlardan daha başarılı olmuştur. Objective: This research has been performed to determine the regions of tumors in brain MR images using segmentation methods. Material and Methods: The methods as K-Means, Fuzzy C-Means, Self Organizing Maps and Otsu have been used to detect the border regions of brain tumors in the brain MR image dataset. In addition, the hybrid K-Means+Otsu method has been developed from the combination of K-Means and Otsu methods which are the most successful in our systems. With these methods, the segmentation applications have been applied on the brain tumor images. Before the segmentation, the skull parts of the images have been removed from the brain image with the developed skull removing method. Furthermore, some restorations on the brain image have been made with median, Gaussian and Wiener filters. Results: To segment the brain image, some systems using K-Means, Fuzzy C-Means, Self Organizing Map, Otsu and hybrid K-Means+Otsu methods were developed. The success of these systems was compared with accuracy, sensitivity and specificity measures. With and without skull removal process, the success of the systems has been evaluated. After the skull removal, approximately 10% better results were obtained. The hybrid method was the most successful with 94% accuracy measure while the K-Means was the second with 93%. According to the sensitivity measure, the hybrid method has been the most successful with 94%. However, both K-Means and the hybrid method were the most successful with 93% by the measure of specificity. xii Conclusions: This study showed that the success rates have highly increased after the skull removal in brain MRI images. According to the results obtained with the segmentation methods, the hybrid K-Means+Otsu method has been more successful than the other methods. Amaç: Bu çalışma Türkiye genelinde COVID-19 pandemisi ile ilintili olarak popülasyon içinde pozitif vaka oranı, hasta ve iyileşen birey oranlarını tahminleyecek bir yapay sinir ağı modeli geliştirmek amacı ile yapılmıştır. Materyal ve Yöntem: Çalışma 2020 yılı Kasım ayı ile 2021 Mayıs ayları aralığında Türkiye genelinde T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı web sitesinde ilan edilen onaylanmış COVID-19 verileri kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Normalize edilen veriler, literatürde sunulan bazı matematiksel epidemik modellere yakınsayacak biçimde nümerik çözüm üreten çok katmanlı algılayıcı ve artık yapay sinir ağlarının eğitiminde kullanılmıştır. Ağın ağırlıklarının belirlenmesi için türev içermeyen bir optimizasyon yaklaşımı olan Örgü Uyarlamalı Doğrudan Arama Yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmada geliştirilen yapay sinir ağlarının hem SI (Suspectible – Infected) ve SIS (Suspectible – Infected – Suspectible) epidemik modellerine hem de gözlemlenen gerçek verilere uyum sağladığı görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte SIR ((Suspectible – Infected – Recovered) modeli için aynı bulguyu elde etmek mümkün olmamıştır. Bunun temel nedeninin günlük vaka sayılarında zaman zaman görülen ani ve büyük miktardaki değişim oranları olduğu kanısına varılmıştır. Yapay sinir ağlarının bu değişimlere hızlı bir biçimde adapte olamadığı görülmüştür. Ağın eğitimi için, arama uzayının tamamını tarama yeteneğine sahip optimizasyon algoritmalarının tercih edilmesi gerektiği düşünülmektedir. iii Sonuç: Bu çalışmada yapay sinir ağları ile pandemik hastalıkların seyrini tahminleyebilecek modellemeler yapılabileceği ve böylece hastalığın yayılmasını önleyici tedbirlerin zamanında alınabileceği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Objective: This study was carried out with the aim of developing an artificial neural network model that will predict the rate of positive cases, infected and recovered individuals in the population with respect to the COVID-19 pandemic in Turkey. Material and Methods: The study is carried out Turkey between November 2020 and May 2021 using confirmed COVID-19 data announced on the Ministry of Health website. The normalized data is used in the training of multilayer perceptron and residual artificial neural networks that produce numerical solutions in a way that converges to some mathematical epidemic models presented in the literature. The Mesh Adaptive Direct Search Method, which is a derivative-free optimization approach, is used to determine the weights of the neural network. Results: It has been observed that the artificial neural networks developed in the research are compatible with both the SI (Suspectible - Infected) and SIS (Suspectible - Infected - Suspectible) epidemic models and the real data observed. However, it was not possible to obtain the same finding for the SIR (Suspectible - Infected - Recovered) model. It was concluded that the main reason for this was the sudden and large change rates seen from time to time in the number of daily cases. It was observed that artificial neural networks could not adapt to these changes quickly. Bu tez esas olarak dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, tez çalışmasında ki konu hakkında önceden yapılan araştırmalar ve çalışmalar ile ilgili kısaca bilgi verilmiş ve bunlar sonucunda oluşturulan tez konusu tanıtılmıştır. İkinci bölümde, zaman skalası teorisi ile ilgili tanım ve teoremlere yer verilerek, zaman skalası teorisi tanıtılmıştır. Ayrıca daha sonra konform kesirli delta türev ve integral tanım ve teoremleri verilmiştir. Son olarakta Caputo kesirli türevi ile ilgili tanımlar verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, diğer bölümlerde kullanılacak olan temel tanım, teorem ve sabit nokta teoremlerine yer verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, bazı lemma ve teoremler verilerek tezdeki sınır değer problemi için Green fonksiyonu oluşturulmuştur. Daha sonra da sabit noktateoremleri ile birlikte pozitif çözümün varlığına ulaşılmıştır., This thesis essentially consists of three chapters. In the first chapter, information concerning the subject of the thesis and previous researches and works which are related with this subject are shortly given. In the second chapter, definitions and theorems related to time scale theory are stated and time scales theory are introduced. Definitions and theorems of conformal fractional delta derivative and integral are given. Also later, definitions about the Caputo fractional derivative are given. Finally, basic definitions and theorems and fixed point theorems which will be used in three chapters are given. And last chapter has been passed. In the third chapter, some lemmas and theorems are given for the boundary value problem used in the thesis and Green function has been created. Later, the existence of positive solution with fixed point theorems has been found.

Bu tez çalışmasında amacımız Karmaşık Mertebeden Analitik Fonksiyonların Belli Alt Sınıflarının Çeşitli Özelliklerini incelemektir.Bu tezde, açık birim diskte analitik fonksiyonların dört yeni , , ve sınıflarını tanımlıyor ve araştırıyoruz. Bu sınıfların katsayı problemleri, distortion teoremleri, konvekslik ve yıldızıllık yarıçapı gibi çeşitli geometrik özelliklerini inceliyoruz. In this thesis, our aim is to examine the Various Properties of Certain Subclasses of Complex Order Analytic Functions.In this thesis, we introduce and investigate four new classes , , and of analytic functions on the open unit disk.We investigete various geometric properties of these classes such as coefficient problems, distortion theorems, radius ofconvexity and starlikeness. 54

Etiketsiz veri setleri üzerinde tanımlanan gözetimsiz sınıflandırma problemi, veri madenciliğinde çalışılan önemli alanlardan bir tanesidir. Sağlık, mühendislik ve ekonomi gibi alanlarda geniş bir kullanıma sahiptir. Bu problem için geliştirilen pek çok çözüm algoritmasının yanında artımlı yöntemler son yıllarda dikkat çekmektedir. Artımlı yöntemlerin, optimum ya da optimuma yakın değerler verdiği, yapılan çalışmalarda ifade edilmektedir. Burada, çözüm algoritmalarının uygulandığı veri setleri üzerinde herhangi bir etiket, kısıt, vb. bulunmamaktadır. Gerçek yaşam veri setleri göz önüne alındığında, etiketli ve etiketsiz verilerin bir arada olduğu gözlenmektedir. Bu durumda, yarı gözetimli veri kümeleme problemi için geliştirilen çözüm algoritmaları kullanılmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında, artımlı yöntemlerin avantajlarından yararlanarak, yarı gözetimli kümeleme probleminin çözümü için daha etkin algoritmaların geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. İlgili problem için iki yeni algoritma önerilmiştir. Önerilen yöntemlerin etkinliği, 10 gerçek yaşam veri seti üzerinde test edilmiş ve sonuçlar, literatürde mevcut olan diğer yöntemlerle karşılaştırılmıştır., Unsupervised classification problem which is defined on unlabeled data set is one of the important areas in data mining. It has a wide usage area especially, in health, engineering, and economy. Besides many solution algorithms for this problem, incremental methods are stood out in recent years. It’s expressed in the studies that, by using incremental algorithms for clustering problem optimum or near-optimum values are obtained. There isn’t any label, constrain, etc. on the datasets that the solution algorithms are applied to. When real-life data sets are considered, it is observed that labeled and unlabeled data are both together. In this case, solution methods that are evolved for semi-supervised clustering problem are used. In this thesis, it’s aimed to develop more effective algorithms for the solution of semi-supervised clustering problem by using the advantages of incremental methods. Hence, for the related problem, two new algorithms are proposed in this study. The efficiency of proposed algorithms is tested on the 10 real-life data sets and the results are compared with the other methods in the literature.

Tam Metin / Tez Bu tez çalıĢmasında, modüler A-metrik uzaylar kavramı tanımlanmıĢtır, bu metrik uzaya ait bir takım özellikler incelenmiĢtir ve bu uzaylar üzerinde bağdaĢabilir, alfa tip bağdaĢabilir ve beta tip bağdaĢabilir dönüĢümlerin tanımları verilerek bu tanımlar yardımıyla bazı ortak sabit nokta teoremleri ispatlanmıĢtır. Bu tez beĢ ana bölümden oluĢmaktadır. Ġlk bölümde, metrik uzay ve sabit nokta teorisinin tarihsel geliĢimi ile ilgili kısa bir giriĢ verilmiĢtir. Ġkinci bölümde, tez çalıĢması boyunca kullanılacak olan bazı temel kavramlar ön bilgi olarak sunulmuĢtur. Ġkinci bölümün ilk kısmında, metrik uzaylardan kısaca bahsedilmiĢtir. Ġkinci kısmında, sabit nokta teorisi ile ilgili bazı kavramlar verilmiĢtir. Daha sonra modüler A-metrik uzaylar üzerinde bağdaĢabilir, alfa tip bağdaĢabilir ve beta tip bağdaĢabilir dönüĢüm tanımları yapılmıĢtır. Bu tanımlar arasındaki iliĢkiler incelenmiĢtir. Modüler Ametrik uzay üzerinde Banach sabit nokta teoreminin bir genelleĢtirilmesi verilmiĢtir. Ayrıca verilen bağdaĢabilir dönüĢüm tanımları yardımıyla çeĢitli ortak sabit nokta teoremleri elde edilmiĢtir ve bu sabit noktaların varlığı ve tekliği gösterilmiĢtir. In this thesis the concept of modular A-metric spaces is defined. Some properties of this metric space are examined and some common fixed point theorems are proved by giving the definitions of compatible, alpha type compatible and beta type compatible mappings on these spaces. This thesis consists of five main chapters. In the first chapter, a brief introduction to the historical development of metric space and fixed point theory is given. In the second chapter, some basic concepts used throughout the thesis are presented as preliminary information. In the first part of the second chapter, metric spaces are briefly mentioned. In the second part, some concepts related to fixed point theory are given. In the last part, the concepts of commuting mappings, weakly commuting mappings and compatible mappings used in common fixed point theorems are given and the relationship between these mappings is mentioned. In the third chapter, some definitions of fuzzy metric spaces, A-metric spaces and modular metric spaces are given to form the basis for the main part of the thesis, and some properties of these spaces are briefly mentioned. Finally, the relationships between these spaces are investigated. In the findings and discussion section, which constitute the original part of the thesis, modular A-metric spaces, which are more general than modular metric and Ametric space concepts, are introduced and various properties of this space are examined. Later, compatible, alpha type compatible and beta type compatible map definitions were made on modular A-metric spaces. Relationships between these definitions have been examined. A generalization of the Banach fixed point theorem on modular A-metric space is given. In addition, various common fixed point theorems are obtained with the help of compatible mappings definitions and the existence and uniqueness of these fixed points are shown. In the last chapter, detailed suggestions are given for researchers who will study generalized metric spaces and fixed point theory.

Bu tez çalışmasında ilk olarak Bessel fonksiyonlarının özel bir kombinasyonu olan Dini fonksiyonunun k-yıldızıl ve k-düzgün konveks fonksiyonlar sınıflarında yer alması için yeterli koşullar elde edilmiş, ardından genelleştirilmiş Dini fonksiyonunun yıldızıl ve konveks fonksiyonların bazı alt sınıflarında yer alması için yeterli koşullar verilmiştir. Bundan başka, 1993 yılında K.S.Miller ve B.Ross tarafından verilen Miller-Ross fonksiyonunun ve 1948 yılında Yu.N.Rabotnov tarafından verilen bir kesirsel üstel fonksiyon olan Rabotnov fonksiyonunun geometrik özellikleri incelenerek bu fonksiyonların U birim diskinde ünivalent, konveks, yıldızıl ve konvekse yakın olabilmeleri için yeterli koşullar elde edilmiştir. In this thesis, firstly, sufficient conditions were obtained for the Dini function, which is a special combination of Bessel functions, to be included in the classes of k-starlike and k-uniformly convex functions; then, sufficient conditions are given for the generalized Dini function to be included in some subclasses of starlike and convex functions. Moreover, the geometric properties of the Miller-Ross function given by K.S. Miller and B.Ross in 1993 and the Rabotnov function, which is a fractional exponential function given by Yu.N.Rabotnov in 1948, are investigated and sufficient conditions have been obtained for these functions to be univalent, convex, starlike and close-to-convex in the unit disk U .

Üç bölümden oluşan bu çalışmanın ilk bölümü tezdeki araştırma konusunun kısa tarihçesine ve konunun önemine ayrılmıştır. İkinci bölüm ise tezin diğer bölümlerinde kullanılacak temel kavramlara ayrılmıştır. Bu bölümde önce temel cebirsel kavramlar verilmiş ve sonrasında simplektik vektör uzayları tanıtılmıştır. Ayrıca kompleks manifoldlar ve üzerindeki temel yapılar kısaca sunulmuştur. Bu bölümde son olarak manifoldlar, manifoldlar üzerindeki temel kavramlar ve bazı manifold çeşitleri verilmiştir. Son olarak, üçüncü bölümde ise genelleştirilmiş manifoldlar kavramı genelleştirilmiş demet kavramı yardımıyla verilmiştir. Burada öncelikle genelleştirilmiş geometride önemli olan Courant braketi ve özellikleri detaylı olarak sunulmuştur. Ayrıca örnekler verilmiş ve genelleştirilmiş kompleks manifoldlar kavramı tanıtılmıştır. Bu bölümde son olarak özel bir genelleştirilmiş kompleks manifold olan kalibre kompleks manifoldları incelenmiş ve kalibre kompleks manifoldların sağladığı özellikler sırasıyla sunulmuştur., This thesis consists of three chapters. In chapter 1, the brief history of the topic of the thesis is given and the motivation of the research problem is presented. In chapter 2, we first review basic algebraic notions which will be used throughout thesis. In section 2, we give certain definitions and theorems on symplectic vector spaces. We also present brief notes on complex vector spaces in section 3. In the last section, we consider manifold theory and give many notions related to the manifold theory and discuss some special manifolds. In the last chapter, we study the generalized geometry which is the main topic of this thesis. We first present generalized bundle, generalized metric, Dirac structure and Courant bracket. Then we introduce generalized complex structures supported by examples and investigate the main properties. In the last section, we consider calibrated complex structures as a special generalized complex structure and investigate their main properties.

Bu çalışma Newtonyen olmayan kalkülüs kapsamında yer alan Geometrik, Anageometrik, Bigeometrik kalkülüs için üreteç fonksiyonlarını tanıtmak ve her bir kalkülüs içinde tanıtılan üreteç fonksiyonlarına karşılık gelen sayı dizilerini vermek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu tez çalışması dört ana bölümden oluşmaktadır.Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde Newtonyen olmayan kalkülüs ve üreteç fonksiyonları tanıtılmıştır.İkinci bölümünde çalışma boyunca kullanılacak olan Newtonyen olmayan kalkülüs teorisi özetlenmiştir; bazı tanım, teorem ve gösterimlere yer verilmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde Newtonyen olmayan kalkülüste üreteç fonksiyonları tanıtılmıştır ve bazı özellikleri gösterilmiştir. Bazı dizilerin üreteç fonksiyonları Newtonyen olmayan kalkülüs kapsamında yer alan geometrik, anageometrik, bigeometrik kalkülüs için araştırılmıştır. Fibonacci ve Lucas sayıları gibi bilinen sayılara karşılık gelen üreteç fonksiyonları Newtonyen olmayan kalkülüsün bu üç sınıfında temsil edilmiştir ve bu temsiller arasındaki farklılıklar ortaya konulmuştur. Her bir kalkülüs içinde üreteç fonksiyonlarına karşılık gelen sayı dizileri gösterilmiştir.Son kısımda sonuçlara ve çeşitli önerilere yer verilmiştir. This study has been prepared to introduce the generating functions for Geometric, anageometric and bigeometric calculus, which is within the scope of non-Newtonian calculus, and to give the number sequences corresponding to the generating functions introduced in each calculus. This thesis consists of four main parts. In the first part of this study, non-Newtonian calculus and generating functions are introduced. In the second part, the non-Newtonian calculus theory that will be used throughout the study is summarized; some definitions, theorems and notations are given. In the third part, the generating functions in non-Newtonian calculus are introduced and some of their properties are shown. Generating functions of some sequences have been investigated for Geometric, anageometric and bigeometric calculus, which are included in non-Newtonian calculus. Generating functions corresponding to known numbers such as Fibonacci and Lucas numbers are represented in these three classes of non-Newtonian calculus, and the differences between these representations are revealed. The sequences of numbers corresponding to the generating functions are shown in each calculus. In the last part, the conclusions and varios reconmen dations are given.
