There are many applications for deep drawing when compared to other metal forming processes. The industry uses it extensively. Deep drawing in manufacturing is the toughest process to achieve a perfect product. The material wastage is very low, making it a very cost-effective process. Defects, both in shape and position, are dimensionally deviant and pose a great problem for industries who produce their products on a mass scale. Here we review various previous studies related to effect of factors on the deep drawing process. By this we can optimize the process to get required products without compromising the Quality and may also predict the result of the process depending on assumed values or conditions of the factors. Few of the factors that we have discussed here which can affect the deep drawing process are: Friction, Blank Holder Force, Lubrication, Temperature, Shape etc. The motive of the work is to make the simpler analysis of the deep drawing process. Here we have studied how we can reduce the defects by knowing how various factors affect the Deep Drawing Process and in what ways.

The Affect Balance Scale (ABS) was developed to assess the affective component of subjective well-being. This study aims to evaluate the psychometric properties of ABS in a non-probabilistic sample composed of 2241 individuals in the general population in Argentina, ages ranging from 18 to 89 years (M = 37.53; SD = 14.80). The results suggest acceptable psychometric properties within the sample. Excellent adjustment to the data of the two-dimensional model is observed through confirmatory factor analysis. Results of the factorial invariance analysis of gender conducted indicate that both groups are equivalent in terms of the factor structure under investigation. Internal consistency was also found to be adequate. As a result, the study contributed to assessing positive and negative affect in Spanish speaking populations.

A general and efficient method for the synthesis of quinazolinones, quinoxalinones, benzooxazinones, and benzothiazoles from the reactions of α-keto acids with 2-aminobenzamides, benzene-1,2-diamines, 2-aminophenols, and 2-aminobenzenethiols, respectively, is described. The reactions were conducted under catalyst-free conditions, using water as the sole solvent with no additive required, and successfully applied to the synthesis of sildenafil. More importantly, these reactions can be conducted on a mass scale, and the products can be easily purified through filtration and washing with ethanol (or crystallized).

We demonstrate that in the mass-independent renormalization scheme, the renormalization group equations associated with the unphysical parameters that characterize the renormalization scheme and the mass scale leads to summation that results in a cancellation between the implicit and explicit dependence on these parameters. The resulting perturbative expansion is consequently independent of these arbitrary parameters. We illustrate this by considering R, the cross section for e+e– → hadrons.

OBJECTIVE Despite positive effects of physical activity programs in the workplace, an appropriate measurement instrument to capture employees' decisional balance to exercise is lacking. This study sought to develop and validate a decisional balance scale for exercise adapted to the workplace. METHODS Four complementary studies were carried out, with a total sample of 2398 French volunteer employees, to develop a preliminary version and examine its dimensionality, temporal stability, and construct validity. RESULTS The Workplace Decisional Balance scale for Exercise (WDBex) consists of 21 items with two subfactors, respectively composed of 12 items (facilitators) and nine items (barriers); for each subfactor, three dimensions (ie, physical, psychological, and logistic) were distinguished and presented satisfactory psychometric properties. CONCLUSIONS This instrument constitutes a reliable and valid instrument for studying the psychosocial determinants of physical activity engagement in the workplace and for developing health promotion strategies.

We examine the perturbative calculation of the inclusive semi-leptonic decay rate Γ for the b quark, using mass-independent renormalization. To finite order of perturbation theory the series for Γ will depend on the unphysical renormalization scale parameter μ and on the particular choice of mass-independent renormalization scheme; these dependencies will only be removed after summing the series to all orders. In this paper we show that all explicit μ-dependence of Γ, through powers of ln(μ), can be summed by using the renormalization group equation. We then find that this explicit μ-dependence can be combined together with the implicit μ-dependence of Γ (through powers of both the running coupling a(μ) and the running b quark mass m(μ)) to yield a μ-independent perturbative expansion for γ in terms of a(μ) and m(μ) both evaluated at a renormalization scheme independent mass scale [Formula: see text] which is fixed in terms of either the “[Formula: see text] mass” [Formula: see text] of the b quark or its pole mass mpole. At finite order the resulting perturbative expansion retains a degree of arbitrariness associated with the particular choice of mass-independent renormalization scheme. We use the coefficients ci and gi of the perturbative expansions of the renormalization group functions β(a) and γ(a), associated with a(μ) and m(μ) respectively, to characterize the remaining renormalization scheme arbitrariness of Γ. We further show that all terms in the expansion of Γ can be written in terms of the ci and gi coefficients and a set of renormalization scheme independent parameters τi. A second set of renormalization scheme independent parameters σi is shown to play a very similar role in the perturbative expansion of mpole in terms of m(μ) and a(μ). We illustrate our approach by a perturbative computation of Γ using the [Formula: see text] renormalization scheme. Two other particular mass independent renormalization schemes are briefly considered.

Mass scale investment fraud (Ponzi) schemes result in protracted suffering for the victims. In this article the author investigates this crime from a juridical normative, case, and conceptual approach. From the very start potential victims may fall to promises of lucrative and safe investment schemes. In the eyes of the more prudent, it would or should be obvious that the collaborative business offers as presented contains logical flaws, running against common sense and is at the outset illegal. Notwithstanding, victims seems to fall easily into this trap, lured by the promise of getting easy, quick, and huge investment returns. In the end, even when this fraudulent investment scheme unravels, the government of law enforcement seems to be unable to act decisively and offer a satisfactory solution. Slow and ineffective government response in the end exacerbate economic loss and victims suffering.

Resumen El presente trabajo determina la relación entre bienestar subjetivo y equilibrio trabajo-familia en la cultura trabajo-familia en trabajadores ligados al poder judicial en Chile. A 143 trabajadores se les administró el Cuestionario de Cultura Trabajo-Famila (Thompson et al., 1999), la Escala de Equilibrio Trabajo-Famila (Moreno et al., 2009) y Bienestar Subjetivo (Diener et al., 1999). Se observa que la cultura trabajo-familia es explicada en un 44.7% por el bienestar subjetivo y específicamente con la Interfase Negativa del Equilibrio Trabajo-Familia. Se concluye con las implicancias en la gestión organizacional para aplicar estrategias organizacionales que incorporen las dimensiones de bienestar y políticas de conciliación, que consideren un entorno saludable para los trabajadores del poder judicial. Abstract This study determines the relationship between subjective well-being and work-fa- mily balance in work-family culture in workers linked to the judiciary in Chile. 143 wor- kers were administered the Work-Family Culture Questionnaire (Thompson et al., 1999), the Work-Family Balance Scale (Moreno et al., 2009) and Subjective Well-being (Diener et al., 1984). We found that 44.7% of the Work-Family Culture is explained by subjecti- ve well-being and specifically with the Negative Interface of the Work-Family Balance. It concludes with the implications of promoting initiatives to foster organizational strategies that incorporate the dimensions of well-being and conciliation policies that build a healthy environment for workers in the judiciary.

Online reviews promise to provide people with immediate access to the wisdom of the crowds. Yet, half of all reviews on Amazon and Yelp provide the most positive rating possible, despite human behaviour being substantially more varied in nature. We term the challenge of discerning success within this sea of positive ratings the 'positivity problem'. Positivity, however, is only one facet of individuals' opinions. We propose that one solution to the positivity problem lies with the emotionality of people's opinions. Using computational linguistics, we predict the box office revenue of nearly 2,400 movies, sales of 1.6 million books, new brand followers across two years of Super Bowl commercials, and real-world reservations at over 1,000 restaurants. Whereas star ratings are an unreliable predictor of success, emotionality from the very same reviews offers a consistent diagnostic signal. More emotional language was associated with more subsequent success.

Quick fever screening at a mass scale is proven effective during a pandemic to single out the ones with suspected symptoms of infectious diseases. However, achieving affordable and real-time fever alert at an individual level, although more preferable, remains elusive. Herein, we report an inexpensive and highly sensitive fever detector, which possesses a sharp color transition temperature window tailor-tuned for fever screening. The sensing component of the detector is rationally designed thermoresponsive agarose@poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)-co-acrylamide hydrogel. The hydrogel turns from transparent to opaque white when its temperature is higher than its cloud point. As a proof of concept of its practical applicability, a wearable fever monitoring device was fabricated in the form of a wristband. When the wrist temperature is higher than the threshold of a human fever, the device shows a remarkable color change, alerting an elevated body temperature. The wearable detector provides a promising strategy for real-time fever alert monitoring and is capable of making contributions to inhibit the spread of infectious diseases during a pandemic.

Mass gatherings (such as Hajj/Umrah), owing to their immensity, often present a variety of difficulties to the attendees. To have a comprehensive understanding of the difficulties as well as their potential remedies, surveying a good number of attendees is unavoidable and this can be facilitated through engaging data collectors. A crucial part here is identifying the integrity of the data collectors, which is yet to be explored in the literature to the best of our knowledge. To address this gap, in this study, we first perform a mass-scale data collection over Hajj/Umrah pilgrims through online (n = 236) and in-person (n = 752) surveys, where we cover a substantial part (n = 712) through paid data collectors (n = 53). We critically investigate data collection activities of the data collectors through focused group discussions involving expert reviewers. We explore two computing techniques to unveil the integrity of the data collectors from two different perspectives. Our study finds out influential (religious and socio-geographical) aspects that impact the data collection process. Besides, we find that the collaborative participation of expert reviewers is obligatory to scrutinize the data collectors’ integrity. Additionally, our explored computing techniques, namely conflict analysis and learning-based analysis, can identify up to 74% and 99% of the unreliable data collectors respectively. We observe that, although these computing-based filtering can indicate the integrity up to a certain level, human-in-the-loop is unavoidable for concluding on the integrity. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study of its kind (i.e., integrity analysis of the data collectors) in the literature.

Falls are a significant cause of morbidity and mortality among the elderly population. In an already overburdened health care system, quick assessment tools can save much time and effort. Assessment of balance is a vital part of geriatric assessment. Due to time constraints in busy clinical settings, there is a need for a rapid balance assessment test. This can be used to screen all elderly patients, following which the detailed Bergs Balance Scale can be used. The study was aimed to correlate the findings of the Bergs Balance Scale with Turn 180 test. A cross-sectional study was conducted consisting of a sample size of 30 subjects in the age group between 60 to 80 years who visited the out-patient department of Alva’s college of physiotherapy. The researcher conducted an interview followed by administration of the Bergs Balance Scale and the Turn 180 test. The scores were recorded and subjected to statistical analysis. Statistical analysis using the Pearson coefficient of correlation revealed that there is a statistically significant correlation between Bergs Balance Scale and turn 180 test. Thus turn 180 test can be used for a quick assessment of balance, and those who score low should be subjected to the Berg's Balance Scale. Fear of falls significantly contributes to falls in the elderly, especially in the high-risk category apart from other causes.

Objective: To determine the validity and reliability of the Turkish version of the Mini-BESTest balance scale (Mini-BESTest-Turk) and provide a culturally adapted version for use in Turkish patients with stroke. Materials and Methods: A convenience sample of 84 Turkish patients with chronic stroke (28 female, 56 male; mean age: 59.52±14.04 years) was recruited. Researchers administered the scale, for the inter-rater reliability and twice within 7 days for the test-retest reliability. Mini-BESTest reliability study was performed by calculating internal consistency. The reliability of Mini-BESTest-Turk and its subsections was evaluated using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. Item-total correlation and test-retest reliability were calculated. For structural validity, factor analysis was performed. The construct validity of Mini-BESTest-Turk and Berg Balance scale (BBS) was assessed using Spearman correlation analyses. Graphene, a two-dimensional single layered carbon atoms crystal lattice has grabbed much attention due to its unique electronic, surface, mechanical and optoelectronic characteristics. Owing to its unique structure and properties, graphene has opened new opportunities for the future systems and devices, which has led to increase its demand in numerous applications. However, scaling up its production is still a challenging job. Although there is a huge body of literature on the graphene synthesis using various techniques but eco-friendly and cost–effective processes for mass scale production are still needed. In order to conceptualize and develop the processes fulfilling the growing concerns, it is important to overview the existing literature. The current review summarizes the production of graphene using several approaches as well as the potential of various waste materials as graphene precursors. The methods used for graphene synthesis have been categorized into top down techniques such as chemical exfoliation, mechanical exfoliation and chemical fabrication processes, and bottom up techniques including pyrolysis, plasma synthesis, epitaxial growth and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) processes. Conversely, several limitations are considerate for an individual procedure such as toxicity of chemicals, high-cost, time consumption or inadequate quality of the product. Furthermore, mass production of graphene derivatives under low-cost can also be considered by utilizing a variety of wastes precursors such as plastic and batteries waste, newspaper, biomass, chitosan, coal, insects waste etc. This review designates the current advances in wastes-derived graphene synthesis to relief synthetic difficulties as well as predicts the future development in this area.

Federal law No. 115 of 07.08.2001 provides credit organizations with the power to make decisions on refusal to conclude a Bank account (Deposit) agreement, refusal to execute an order to perform a banking operation (hereinafter referred to as “refusal decisions”), as well as on termination of Bank account (Deposit) agreements. The uncertainty of the criteria for making refusal decisions and strict liability for violating the requirements of AML/CFT legislation leads to the issuance of refusal decisions on a mass scale, an abundance of legal disputes about the legality and validity of the decisions made, and destabilizes the banking services market. The article deals with the problems associated with the implementation of refusal decisions by credit organizations, as well as analyzes the draft new Law No. 948530-7, aimed at improving the existing legal regulation on this issue.

Biblical lament provides a vital way of maintaining a healthy relationship with God when one’s life experience does not match up with one’s beliefs. Not to lament in such a situation is to deny authenticity. And, as the psychological theories of authenticity indicate, this leads to a person having reduced self-esteem and a lower sense of personal well-being. In this study, women (and a few men) from a poor community in Cape Town, South Africa, were invited to study some psalms of lament and then to compose their own laments. A validated measure of authenticity (the Authenticity Index) was administered to them before and after the lament exercise, as well as Rosenberg’s Self-Esteem Scale and two measures of personal well-being (the Affect Balance Scale and the Satisfaction with Life Scale). It became apparent that the opportunity to express themselves using the form of biblical lament led to a greater sense of authenticity for participants. Their responses on the other scales also indicated that they found the opportunity to lament led to an enhanced sense of self-esteem and well-being. This suggests that those committed to facilitating psychological healing for those who have suffered trauma will do well to provide space for pain-bearers to lament following the biblical pattern.

The experimental study of CP violation in B decays has led to significant progress in our understanding of nature: (i) It demonstrated that the Kobayashi-Maskawa mechanism is the dominant source of CP violation in meson decays. (ii) It improved significantly the precision in the determination of the parameters of the Cabibbo–Kobayashi–Maskawa quark-mixing matrix. (iii) It proved that new physics that has order-one flavour-changing couplings to the b quark should be characterised by a mass scale higher than 𝒪(10 3 TeV). Further progress is expected from the Belle II and LHC experiments during the next decade and beyond. Present status and perspectives are here discussed.

This article investigates the Gothic landscape of decay presented in Eric Maria Remarque's All Quiet on the Western Front (1929) as the protagonist is disturbed and haunted by his surroundings and the rotting and decomposing bodies of the dead soldiers of the trenches. Focusing on these encounters with human decay wrought by warfare not only continues Paul's disillusionment with the Great War, it elucidates the manner in which the protagonist's experience shapes and directs his perception of mortality, purpose, and his relations with authority.

CO2 reduction processes continue to be developed for electrosynthesis, energy storage applications, and environmental remediation. A number of promising materials have shown high activity and selectivity to target reduction products. However, the progress has been mainly at a small laboratory scale, and the technical challenges of large scale CO2 reduction have not been considered adequately. This review covers recent advancements in catalyst materials and cell designs. The leading materials for CO2 reduction to a number of useful products are presented with their corresponding cell and reactor designs. The latest efforts to progress to industrially relevant scales are discussed, along with the challenges that must be met for carbon dioxide reduction to be a viable route for mass scale production.

This study aims to determine the differences in the stability of motor skills between five-to-six-year old and six-to-seven-year old obese children. A total of 30 obese children were involved as the participants including 15 children aged 5-6 years old and 15 children aged 6-7 years old. Paediatric Balance Scale (PBS) was used to measure the stability motor performance of all participants. The method of data analysis was by means of independent sample T-test with a P-value of 0.05 as the criterion for all statistical significance. The findings of this study revealed that there is a significant difference in stability motor skills in the parameter walking in a bearn, standing with one foot, and axial movement between five-to-six-year old and six-to-seven-year old obese children. Obese children aged 6-7 years old performed better stability motor skills compared to those aged 5-6 years old.

Near Earth Asteroids (NEAs) have become a hot topic these years for their scientific interests and technological accessibility. Manned NEA mission is a good choice for asteroid on-site exploration as well as a stepping stone for future manned deep space missions. Focusing on manned NEAs mission architecture analyzing, this paper uses the mission architecture matrix (MAM) method to reduce mission mass scale, for available studies show that simple mission architectures achieving NEAs all require LEO launching mass exceeding available space carrying capacity. By developing a series of mission architectures based on manned spacecraft system design method, the mass scale is estimated according to mission data of 63 most accessible NEA targets. It is discovered that with advanced mission architectures, maximum LEO launching mass can be significantly reduced by separate launching, rendezvous, and docking. The original on-orbit mass about 300–400 metric tons (mT) is reduced to 200–250 mTs, and the maximum launching mass is reduced to only about 70–100 mTs in several cases. This provides us a high possibility to launch manned NEA missions in the near future. In addition, this method can be used in mission mass scale analysis to other deep space targets. Advanced mission architecture also brings challenges on reliability, which plays another key role in mission design. The balance between mass scale and reliability needs to be kept in future works.

Organizations always appreciate employees who have positive behavior, completion task, active, and committed to work. This study aims to examine the effect of organizational support and work-life balance on work engagement with happiness as a mediator variable. There were 122 nurses of a private hospital in Yogyakarta joint in this study. The data was collected through the Organizational Support Scale, Work-life Balance Scale, Happiness Scale, and Work Engagement Scale. Data analysis techniques with the SEM method with AMOS version 22.0. The results reveal that happiness is able to mediate the effect of organizational support and work-life balance on work engagement. The existence of organizational support as well as balance in life and work will foster happiness and promote positive behavior in organizations. Purpose: to characterize the performance of children with autism spectrum disorders in two postural balance assessment scales. Methods: an observational cross-sectional study with a descriptive, analytical profile. Seven to 11-year-old children with mild autism spectrum disorder, diagnosed by an interdisciplinary team, according to the DSM-5, were assessed. The protocols used were the Sensory Organization Test and Pediatric Balance Scale. Results: all the children obtained maximum performance in the Sensory Organization Test. As for the Pediatric Balance Scale, the participants had similar responses in 8 out of its 14 items; in the other 6, there was a standard deviation. Conclusion: the participants did not have difficulties performing the Pediatric Balance Scale and Sensory Organization Test, scoring quite close to the maximum value. RESUMO Objetivo: caracterizar o desempenho de criança com Transtorno do Espectro Autista em duas escalas de avaliação do Equilíbrio Postural. Métodos: estudo de interferência observacional, com segmento transversal e de perfil descritivo analítico. Foram avaliadas crianças com diagnóstico de TEA de grau leve segundo o DSM-5, diagnosticadas por equipe interdisciplinar, com idade entre 7 e 11 anos. Os protocolos utilizados foram o Teste de Organização Sensorial e a Escala de Equilíbrio Pediátrica. Resultados: todas as crianças apresentaram desempenho máximo no Teste de Organização Sensorial. Na Escala de Equilíbrio Pediátrica, dos 14 itens presentes, os participantes apresentaram respostas semelhantes em oito deles, e nos seis demais houve desvio padrão. Conclusão: os participantes não demonstraram dificuldades na realização na EEP e no Teste de Organização Sensorial, mantendo escores muito próximos do valor máximo.

{Since the start of the Large Hadron Collider program, direct searches for Beyond Standard Model (BSM) particles have constrained their mass scale to limits which are now above the energy reach of the current collider. As a result, studies of indirect probes of BSM physics have gained a considerable momentum, both experimentally and theoretically. The flavour anomalies in $b$ hadron decays are now recognized as an important laboratory for the indirect detection of BSM physics. Background Waning of vaccine protection against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection or coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a concern. The persistence of BNT162b2 (Pfizer–BioNTech) vaccine effectiveness against infection and disease in Qatar, where the B.1.351 (or beta) and B.1.617.2 (or delta) variants have dominated incidence and polymerase-chain-reaction testing is done on a mass scale, is unclear. Methods We used a matched test-negative, case–control study design to estimate vaccine effectiveness against any SARS-CoV-2 infection and against any severe, critical, or fatal case of Covid-19, from January 1 to September 5, 2021. Results Estimated BNT162b2 effectiveness against any SARS-CoV-2 infection was negligible in the first 2 weeks after the first dose. It increased to 36.8% (95% confidence interval [CI], 33.2 to 40.2) in the third week after the first dose and reached its peak at 77.5% (95% CI, 76.4 to 78.6) in the first month after the second dose. Effectiveness declined gradually thereafter, with the decline accelerating after the fourth month to reach approximately 20% in months 5 through 7 after the second dose. Effectiveness against symptomatic infection was higher than effectiveness against asymptomatic infection but waned similarly. Variant-specific effectiveness waned in the same pattern. Effectiveness against any severe, critical, or fatal case of Covid-19 increased rapidly to 66.1% (95% CI, 56.8 to 73.5) by the third week after the first dose and reached 96% or higher in the first 2 months after the second dose; effectiveness persisted at approximately this level for 6 months. Conclusions BNT162b2-induced protection against SARS-CoV-2 infection appeared to wane rapidly following its peak after the second dose, but protection against hospitalization and death persisted at a robust level for 6 months after the second dose. With the help of current neutrino oscillation data, we illustrate the three-dimensional (3D) profiles of all the six distinct effective Majorana neutrino masses $|\langle m\rangle^{}_{\alpha \beta}|$ (for $\alpha, \beta = e, \mu, \tau$) with respect to the unknown neutrino mass scale and effective Majorana CP phases. Some salient features of $|\langle m\rangle^{}_{\alpha \beta}|$ and their phenomenological implications are discussed in both the normal and inverted neutrino mass ordering cases., Comment: 28 pages, 15 figures. An important aspect about the usage of electrical discharges cold plasma type is the fact that experimental results forego the science knowledge. Feasibility of different treatments with cold plasma leads us today to design and realize various types and principles which allow to obtain such electrical discharges. All that are realized with different nominal parameters and with performances which are difficult to be evaluated and compared. Nowadays, the passing from treatment feasibility with cold plasma to the mass scale utilization of these treatments impose more and more characterization and performance evaluation of cold plasma reactors. The paper deals with the possibility of using Phase Change Materials (PCM) in concretes and geopolymer composites. The article presents the most important properties of PCM materials, their types, and their characteristics. A review of the latest research results related to their use in geopolymer materials is presented. The benefits of using PCM in building materials include the improvement of thermal comfort inside the building, and also the fact that the additive in the form of PCM reduces thermal gradients and unifies the temperature inside the concrete mix, which can reduce the risk of cracking. The paper also presents a critical analysis related to the feasibility of mass scale implementations of such composites. It was found that the use of PCM in sustainable construction is necessary and inevitable, and will bring a number of benefits, but it still requires large financial resources and time for more comprehensive research. Despite the fact that PCM materials have been known for many years, it is necessary to refine their form to very stable phases that can be used in general construction as well as to develop them in a cost-effective form. The selection of these materials should also be based on the knowledge of the matrix material.

BACKGROUNDWaning of vaccine protection against SARS-CoV-2 infection or COVID-19 disease is a concern. This study investigated persistence of BNT162b2 (Pfizer-BioNTech) vaccine effectiveness against infection and disease in Qatar, where the Beta and Delta variants have dominated incidence and PCR testing is done at a mass scale.METHODSA matched test-negative, case-control study design was used to estimate vaccine effectiveness against SARS-CoV-2 infection and against any severe, critical, or fatal COVID-19 disease, between January 1, 2021 to August 15, 2021.RESULTSEstimated BNT162b2 effectiveness against any infection, asymptomatic or symptomatic, was negligible for the first two weeks after the first dose, increased to 36.5% (95% CI: 33.1-39.8) in the third week after the first dose, and reached its peak at 72.1% (95% CI: 70.9-73.2) in the first five weeks after the second dose. Effectiveness declined gradually thereafter, with the decline accelerating ≥15 weeks after the second dose, reaching diminished levels of protection by the 20thweek. Effectiveness against symptomatic infection was higher than against asymptomatic infection, but still waned in the same fashion. Effectiveness against any severe, critical, or fatal disease increased rapidly to 67.7% (95% CI: 59.1-74.7) by the third week after the first dose, and reached 95.4% (95% CI: 93.4-96.9) in the first five weeks after the second dose, where it persisted at about this level for six months.CONCLUSIONSBNT162b2-induced protection against infection appears to wane rapidly after its peak right after the second dose, but it persists at a robust level against hospitalization and death for at least six months following the second dose.

This article discusses the problems of exhaust gas emissions in the context of the possibility of their reduction through the use of fuels with hydrogen as an additive or hydrotreatment. These fuels, thanks to their properties, may be a suitable response to more and more demanding restrictions on exhaust emissions. The use of such fuels in reactivity controlled dual fuel engines (RCCI) is currently the most effective way of using them in internal combustion (IC) engines. Low-temperature combustion in this type of engine allows the use of all modern fuels intended for combustion engines with high thermal efficiency. Thermal efficiency higher than in classic engines allows for additional reduction of CO2 emissions. In this work, the research on this subject was compiled, and conclusions were drawn as to further possibilities of popularizing the use of these fuels in a wide spectrum of applications and the prospect of using them on a mass scale.

Introduction: In recent years, many tests have been developed to assess the mobility and functional capacity of children with motor dysfunctions. The Pediatric Balance Scale (PBS) is a qualitative assessment test of the motor behavior of children aged 4 to 18 years. Purpose: The purpose of the proposed research is to determine the external reliability of the test Pediatric Balance Scale translated for the first time in Greek in children aged 4 to 18 years, in order to have a reliable tool in the hands of experts. Method: 26 children (14 girls and 12 boys with an average age of ±10,673 years of age) participated in this research. The Greek adaptation of the PBS and a Nikon 5300 digital camera for video recording were used for data collection. Results: The results found that there were no statistically significant differences between the two independent evaluators and that the Pediatric Balance Scale test had strong reliability. Overall, the results of the present investigation provided considerable evidence suggesting that the Greek adaptation of the PBS test has good inter-rater reliability and can be used to detect kinetic disorders in children aged 4 to 18 years for the Greek population.

Nowadays, the demand of micro-components is steadily on the rise so that it is becoming increasingly necessary to develop a process, which can manufacture the micro-component with less cost and time. In terms of cost and time Hot Embossing is the best replication technique for the manufacturing of micro-component on a mass scale. In the Hot Embossing, mostly polymers like PMMA, PC, etc. are mainly used as the work material. These replicated structures have a wide range of applications in MEMS. In single-stage hot embossing the parameters which are considered are: applied pressure, heating temperature, embossing time, and demolding temperature. The major important process parameters studied in case of Roller Hot Embossing are roller speed, roller temperature, and applied pressure. Most of the researchers tried to achieve good replication accuracy of embossed parts by varying the process parameters. The present paper aims at reviewing the work carried out in hot embossing process, different modified setups of the hot embossing process, hot embossing of different thermoplastic polymers, and simulation of hot embossing process. The papers discussed in the present review covers research work published in the past 20 years. This review papers aims at providing as consolidated source for all the research work carried out in Hot Embossing and is expected to be a help for any researcher who is new to the field. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Work-Life Balance dengan Psychological Well-Being pada Dosen Wanita di Perguruan Tinggi Salatiga. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 dosen wanita dengan pengambilan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan Work-Life Balance Scale yang disusun oleh Fisher (2009) yang diadaptasi oleh Nazirah Adhania (2017) dan Psychological Well-Being Scale yang disusun oleh Ryff (1995) yang diadaptasi oleh Engger (2015). Analisis data menggunakan Spearman’s Rho dengan SPSS 18.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya korelasi positif signifikan dengan hasil r = 0,702 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p< 0,05) yang artinya bahwa makin tinggi Work-Life Balance, maka makin tinggi Psychological Well-Being. Correctional officers encounter vulnerable working conditions that may cause psychological discomfort at work. This study aims to determine the role of work-family balance, and quality of life to happiness at work in female correctional officers. The subjects in this study were 87 female correctional officers from three correctional institutions in Semarang and Malang. The age of subjects ranged from 22 - 57 years ( M age = 41.80); and the work period of the subjects ranged from 3-34 years ( M tenure = 18.80). The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. Instruments that used for data collection were demographic data questionnaires, Work-Family Balance Scale (32 items; α = .898), WHOQOL-BREF Scale (26 items; α = .906), and Happiness at Work Scale (22 items; α = .801). Perceived supervisor support has a significant impact on employee job satisfaction. The aim of the study was to verify both direct and indirect mechanisms of perceived supervisor support (PSS) positively influencing job satisfaction, and to verify the moderating role of PSS in the relationships between stress and work-life balance, organizational loyalty, as well as gratitude towards the organization and job satisfaction.Four hundred and fifty-five employees from 1 organization were the subjects of the conducted research. The following measures were used:iPerceived Supervisor Support Scale/i,iGratitude Towards the Organization Scale/i,iLoyalty Towards the Organization Scale/i,iPerceived Stress at Work Questionnaire/i,iSatisfaction with Work-Life Balance Scale/iand 1-item measure regarding job satisfaction.Gratitude towards the organization, work-life balance and stress partially mediated between PSS and job satisfaction. Stress influenced job satisfaction both directly and indirectly (through gratitude towards the organization and work-life balance). Celem przeprowadzonych badań było zweryfikowanie mechanizmów wpływu zarówno bezpośredniego, jak i pośredniego postrzeganego wsparcia otrzymywanego od przełożonego (iperceived supervisor support/i− PSS) na satysfakcję z pracy pracowników i sprawdzenie moderacyjnej roli tej zmiennej dla relacji między stresem a równowagą praca−życie, lojalnością oraz wdzięcznością wobec organizacji i satysfakcją z pracy.W badaniach wzięło udział 455 pracowników 1 organizacji. Stres wpływał na satysfakcję z pracy zarówno bezpośrednio, jak i pośrednio (poprzez wdzięczność organizacyjną oraz równowagę praca−życie). Dodatkowo PSS było moderatorem relacji między stresem a wdzięcznością wobec organizacji, lojalnością organizacyjną, równowagą praca−życie i satysfakcją z pracy.Potwierdzono rolę wymiany przełożony−podwładny w satysfakcji z pracy pracowników badanej organizacji. Zidentyfikowano mechanizmy zarówno bezpośredniego, jak i pośredniego wpływu PSS na satysfakcję z pracy.
