Education on the formation of Women Police Officers is organized by the Women Police School (Sepolwan) and the success of educational goals in Sepolwan depends on the human resources owned, especially educators as an important factor in education and the implementation of learning so that it requires qualified educators. This research uses a descriptive method of analysis and literature review, namely by describing the facts that occur or developing phenomena related to the quality of educators and how strategies to improve the quality of educators at the Women Police School (Sepolwan). The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the quality of educators and establish strategies for improving the quality of educators at the Women Police School (Sepolwan) in order to create professional policewomen. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation and use concept triangulation to compare research results through checking supporting references related to quality improvement strategies, educators, and zero defects. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out, it can be concluded that first, the quality of educators at the Police School for Women (Sepolwan) is still low, this is due to the lack of work motivation which causes the implementation of their duties as educators is still not carried out optimally and the motivation to achieve achievements and self-development is still low so that the quality of educators needs to be improved. Second, based on the results of this study, a strategy was established to improve the quality of educators, namely by integrating zero defects as a strategy to improve the quality of educators at the Police School (Sepolwan).

This research was conducted to see the impact of professional development and interpersonal communication on the teaching performance of vocational teachers in West Cikarang, West Java Province, Indonesia. The research method used is the survey method and data examination, namely multiple linear regression. The populace in this research was 119, with the Slovin formula with a 5% of significance level, then the research sample obtained was 92 vocational teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and hypothesis testing using t-test and F-test. The outcome of this calculation shows that professional development and interpersonal communication on teacher teaching performance have simultaneous effects as indicated by the Fcount 34.453 Ftable 3.10 and the significance value 0.000 0.05. The large effect of professional development and interpersonal communication on teaching performance is shown throughout the coefficient determination of 0.443 or 44.3%, with the influence of professional development variables of 13.9% while interpersonal communication variables of 30.2%.

Peningkatan mutu sekolah merupakan sebuah upaya untuk menciptakan dan menjamin proses perubahan yang terus menerus terjadi, apalagi di masa pandemi saat ini. Sebuah tugas bersama dalam memberikan yang terbaik dalam pembangunan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi gambaran peningkatkan mutu sekolah melalui modal sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya modal sosial yang ada di sekolah yang membuat sekolah ini terus bertahan di masa pandemi saat ini. Unsur modal sosial ini adalah norma, jaringan dan kepercayaan. Ketiga unsur itu dibentuk melalui guru, murid ddan masyarakat sekitaran sekolah. Melalui hal itulah sekolah ini dapat menambah jumlah siswa dan mutu sekolah menjadi lebih baik lagi. adanya modal sosial ini menambah citra baik sekolah alam menggaet murid untuk masuk dan mendaftar sekolah tersebut. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana proses manajemen pendidikan berbasis asrama di SMK berbasis kejuruan musik. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses serta implementasi dari manajemen pendidikan berbasis asrama di SMK Musik Perguruan “Cikini”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses manajemen pendidikan berbasis asrama yang ada di SMK Musik Perguruan “Cikini” sudah berjalan dengan baik diakibatkan proses perencanaan yang dilakukan sudah diimplementasikan dengan baik dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran serta kegiatan keasramaan yang dilakukan serta kegiatan evaluasi pelaksanaan dilakukan secara rutin oleh pihak-pihak yang ada disekolah. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menghasilkan berbagai rumusan lebih lanjut mengenai peningkatan manajemen pendidikan berbasis asrama khususnya di sekolah kejuruan berbasis musik.

This study aims to determine whether or not there is a correlation between empowerment and motivation with teacher commitment at SDN Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. This study decides the three variables used, namely empowerment (X1), motivation (X2), and teacher commitment (Y). This study uses quantitative research using a survey method using a correlational approach. The subjects of this study were teachers from 8 public elementary schools located in the Duren Palm Village, East Jakarta, with a total population of 140 teachers. Sampling was carried out using Simple Random Sampling with the formula Slovin at a significance level of an error level of 5% so that it obtained 104 sample members. Carried out this research from January 2021 to July 2021. Testing the hypothesis was carried out using a multiple linear Unified regression model using a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.664 or 66.4%. From the results that have been carried out when testing the hypothesis, it is known that the results of this study have a relationship between empowerment and motivation with teacher commitment at SD Negeri Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.

This study analyzed the effect of organizational climate and quality of work-life on teachers’ creativity throughout state vocational high schools in Serang, Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic. The main objective of this study is to answer the following questions. Is there a relationship between the level of pleasure of working in school and the professional level of teachers teaching reading literacy based on PISA 2018. The research method used is quantitative methods. The data in this study uses PISA 2018 data that has been released to the public and has been permitted to be used for research development purposes. The population of this study were teachers teaching 15 year old students who were studying in 2018, while the sample was teachers teaching 15 year old students who took PISA tests in 80 countries. The reason for selecting the sample is that teachers teach students who are taking the 2018 PISA test. The data in this study is in the form of a questionnaire that was answered by teachers in 80 countries, namely 89040 teachers from 80 countries. Professionalism is an important key to an organization in achieving their success. One of the essential factors influencing the formation of committed professional resources is the employees’ perception of the quality of their work life. This study aims to examine the effects of the quality of work life (QWL) (appropriate and fair compensation, work stress, employee participation, career growth and development, social relevance, work environment) on organizational commitment (OC) simultaneously or partially. The participants of this study were 109 quality assurance team employees at a state university in Indonesia. The data collected through questionnaires were analyzed by simple regression and Pearson’s correlation test. The results showed that there is a significant influence between QWL and OC. The six predictors of QWL showed a significant relationship with OC (r < .05) with the most influencing indicators as follows: career growth and development (p = .612), appropriate and fair compensation (p = .558), employee participation (p = .515), work stress (p = ˗.510), social relevance (p = .498), and work environment (p = .422). This study suggests that a state university shoud provide wider opportunities for quality assurance employees to develop and demonstrate their abilities and creativity as an effort to increase their OC.

The aim of this study is to discover and obtain information about the upkeep of educational facilities and infrastructure at Vocational High School 2 Cikarang Barat. The analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The study took place at Vocational High School 2 Cikarang Barat from July 2020 to December 2020. The school principal, deputy headmaster in charge of facilities and infrastructure, maintenance support staff, and students of Vocational High School 2 Cikarang Barat served as research informants. Interviews, observation, and reporting studies are all used to collect data. After that, the data is analyzed by reducing it, presenting it, and drawing conclusions. The triangulation of sources, techniques, and hypotheses is a validity technique. The study's findings indicate that: (1) Vocational High School 2 Cikarang Barat maintenance preparation starts with a work meeting, and then maintenance is divided into two categories: normal and routine maintenance. A one-year budget is generated after deciding maintenance tasks based on their categories. Following that, representatives from the facilities and infrastructure sector specifically select the structure of facility and infrastructure maintenance, as well as their respective job desks in each division, which are known to the school principal. The final move is to socialize students at school. (2) School maintenance processes and techniques begin with frequent and routine maintenance. Routine maintenance includes the upkeep of classrooms, teacher's offices, and special rooms such as libraries, computer laboratories, and science labs. The school also performs routine maintenance on air conditioners, printers, and photocopiers, as well as computer program upgrades. (3) Obstacles faced by schools in preparing facility and infrastructure repairs, including, among other problems, things that arise unexpectedly and need urgent repair at the facility. The lack of knowledge of users of school facilities and infrastructure, partners with outsiders who are often less sensitive, and cultural differences among individuals in the use of facilities and infrastructure are among the process and technological obstacles encountered.

The Impact of Interpersonal Communication and Self-Esteem on Teacher Turnover. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to see how interpersonal communication and self-esteem play a role in the turnover of civil servant teachers in Public Elementary School, Sub-District Setiabudi, Jakarta’s Special Capital District. Methods: This study used a basic random selection technique to select 126 civil servant teachers as a sample. To investigate the contribution and influence of the independent factors on the dependent variable, this study used multiple linear regression models. Findings: After conducting the research, several findings were obtained, include: (1) Interpersonal communication has a negative and significant effect on teacher turnover with a significance value of 0.000; (2) Self-esteem has a negative and significant effect on teacher turnover with a significance value of 0.000; (3) Interpersonal communication and self-esteem have an effect on teacher turnover with a determination coefficient value of 0.944. Conclusion: Well-maintained communication between colleagues and build self-esteem in teachers will make a teacher more receptive to himself, improve his performance and reduce teacher’s turnover. Keywords: interpersonal communication, self-esteem, turnover. Abstrak: Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Penghargaan Diri terhadap Pergantian Guru. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi komunikasi interpersonal dan penghargaan diri terhadap pergantian guru PNS di Sekolah Dasar Negeri, Kecamatan Setiabudi, DKI Jakarta. Metode: Sampel penelitian ini adalah 126 guru PNS yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui kontribusi dan pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Temuan: Setelah dilakukan penelitian diperoleh beberapa temuan, antara lain: (1) Komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pergantian guru dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000; (2) Penghargaan diri berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pergantian guru dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000; (3) Komunikasi interpersonal dan penghargaan diri berpengaruh terhadap pergantian guru dengan nilai koefisien determinasi 0,944. Kesimpulan: Komunikasi yang terjaga dengan baik antar rekan kerja dan membangun penghargaan diri pada diri seorang guru akan membuat seorang guru lebih reseptif terhadap dirinya sendiri, meningkatkan kinerjanya dan menurunkan pergantian guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara manajemen sarana dan prasarana sekolah terhadap upaya peningkatan mutu kegiatan belajar siswa di SMAIT Buahati Islamic School. Penilitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis korelasional. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji linear regresi sederhana untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara variabel manajemen sarana dan prasarana sekolah (X) dengan variabel mutu kegiatan belajar siswa (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikannya sebesar 0,007 lebih kecil dari 0,05, yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara manajemen sarana dan prasarana sekolah dengan upaya peningkatan mutu kegiatan belajar siswa di SMAIT Buahati Islamic School. Nilai koefisien antara kedua variabel adalah 0,836 atau 83,6%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan manajemen sarana dan prasarana memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu kegiatan belajar siswa sebesar 83,6%, sedangkan 16,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Faktor lain yang memengaruhi mutu kegiatan belajar siswa seperti kurikulum, isi pendidikan, proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi, kualitas guru, dan buku ajar yang dipakai siswa. Dengan demikian, pelaksanaan manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang terorganisir dan terkontrol akan meningkatkan mutu kegiatan belajar siswa di SMAIT Buahati Islamic School.

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively describe and describe the effect of organizational justice and conflict management on loyalty of vocational school teachers in central Jakarta indonesia. This research was conducted to Private Vocational High Schools (SMK) in central Jakarta. Research methods This study uses a quantitative research survey method, as for analyzing data using path analysis. Path analysis technique in this study is to determine the causal relationship between variables or the direct influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. Endogenous variables in this study are teachers loyalty, while the exogenous variables in this study are organizational justice and conflict management. Data collection was carried out through questionnaire filling. Based on the calculation results obtained by path analysis 1) the direct effect of organizational justice on teachers loyalty, the value of the path coefficient of 0.425 and tcount of 6.6964, meaning that organizational justice has a direct positive effect on teachers loyalty can be accepted increasing organizational justice resulting in increased teachers loyalty. 2) the direct effect of conflict management on the teachers loyalty, path coefficient of 0.225 and tcount of 3.378. Means, the direct influence of conflict management on teachers loyalty, the value of the path coefficient of 0.425 and tcount of 6.6964. 3)organizational justice has a direct positive effect on teachers loyalty can be accepted. That is, increasing organizational justice results in increased teachers loyalty.

The aim of this research is to describe based on participative school to improve the accreditation of Strada Nawar Junior High School, Bekasi, in terms of (a) Planning, (b) Organization, (c) Implementation, and (d) Evaluation. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach by a case study in Strada Nawar Junior High School, Bekasi. The informants are the principal, teachers, administration staffs, all employees and students of Strada Nawar Junior High School Bekasi, taken according to the assignment or reference of the previous accreditation assessment. Data collection technique uses observation and interview. School-based management and participation management have to be applied in teamwork between the teachers, staffs, vice principal and society to write down every format according to their own task, needed in the school accreditation in Strada Nawar Junior High School. The main role is the principle as the manager to improve the school accreditation. While the resistors are: (1) Lack of information in assessment aspects and format so they still use old guidance, (2) Lack of preparation of time and team, (3) Lack of collaboration and participation of all school components, (4) Less effective management of the principle as the leader to face the accreditation assessment. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus di SMP Strada Nawar Bekasi. Informan penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru, staf tata usaha (TU) dan seluruh pegawai serta siswa-siswi SMP Strada Nawar Kota Bekasi yang diambil berdasarkan penugasan atau penunjukkan dalam pelaksanaan penilaian akreditasi sebelumnya. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah melalui observasi dan wawancara. Manajemen berbasis sekolah dan manajemen partisipasi harus diterapkan melalui kerjasama yang melibatkan guru, staff, wakil kepala sekolah dan masyarakat dalam mengisi format sesuai dengan tugasnya masing-masing yang dibutuhkan dalam akreditasi sekolah di SMP Strada Nawar. Peran yang paling utama adalah kepalah sekolah sebagai manajer dalam peningkatan akreidatasi sekolah. Sementara, faktor penghambatnya adalah Kurangnya informasi dalam aspek penilaian dan formatnya sehingga masih menggunakan panduan lama, (2) Kurang persiapan dari segi waktu dan tim yang dibentuk, (3) Kurangnya kerjasama dan partisipasi seluruh komponen sekolah, (4) Manajemen yang kurang efektif dari kepala sekolah selaku pimpinan dalam menghadapi penilaian akreditasi. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational commitment to the performance of teachers of MTs Swasta in Jepara District. This research uses survey research methods with path analysis techniques. The study was conducted in Jepara District with a total of 15 schools with 139 teacher respondents. The findings in this study indicate: First, Compensation has a direct positive effect on performance. This means that compensation results in an increase in the performance of teachers of MTs Swasta in Jepara Regency. Second, Organizational Commitment has a positive direct effect on performance. This means that with the increase in organizational commitment for each teacher, there has been an increase in the performance of teachers of MTs Swasta in Jepara Regency. Third, compensation has a positive direct effect on organizational commitment. This means that by giving compensation it results in an increase in the organizational commitment of teacher of MTs Swasta in Jepara Regency. Abstrak Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja guru MTs Swasta di Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survey dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Studi dilakukan di Kabupaten Jepara dengan jumlah 15 sekolah dengan responden 139 guru. Temuan dalam penelitan ini mengindikasikan: Pertama, Kompensasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja. Artinya dengan kompensasi mengakibatkan adanya peningkatan kinerja guru MTs swasta di Kabupaten Jepara. Kedua, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja. Artinya dengan adanya peningkatan komitmen organisasi pada setiap guru mengakibatkan adanya peningkatan kinerja guru MTs swasta di Kabupaten Jepara. Ketiga, kompensasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Objective - This study aims to determine the relationship between entrepreneurship character with entrepreneurship commitment. Methodology/Technique - 87 randomly selected undergraduate students studying Business Economics at the As-Syafi'iyah Islamic University Jakarta are surveyed and the data is analyzed using descriptive analysis, correlation and regression methods. Findings - The results show that entrepreneurship commitment has a strong positive influence on entrepreneurship character (0.66). Entrepreneurship commitment is therefore an important instrument to strengthen the character of entrepreneurship. Further, strengthening the character of entrepreneurship can be predicted by entrepreneurship commitment using a simple regression model: Ŷ = 0,658 + 0,823 X. Novelty - In addition, the contribution of entrepreneurship commitment towards the formation of character of entrepreneurship is 44%, with factors such as discipline, perseverance, honesty, fighting power etc. contributing the remaining 56%. The research sample was 123 lecturers at As-Syafiiyah Islamic University. The analysis model of this study was a path analysis; it was aimed to see how transformational leadership and integrity affected teaching effectiveness. Observation and questionnaires were used to obtain the research data. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of transformational leadership and integrity on the performance of a company. Teaching effectiveness measures how well educators' instruction aligns with learning objectives and provides the best possible outcomes for students who are taking the course. Hypothesis testing was performed using the t-test. The SPSS software version 25 was applied in statistical calculations. According to the results, 1) Transformational leadership has a favorable and considerable direct effect on the teaching effectiveness at As Syafi’iyah Islamic University. This suggests that the better the implementation of the transformational leadership, the better the teaching effectiveness. 2) Integrity has a direct and positive impact on the teaching effectiveness at As Syafi'iyah Islamic University. In other words, the higher the integrity, the more teaching effectiveness. 3) Transformational leadership has a direct and positive impact on the integrity of lecturers at As Syafi’iyah Islamic University. This means that the more transformational the leadership, the higher the level of integrity.

This analysis has been undertaken to demonstrate the life of the impact of emotional intelligence and reward on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the Surakarta district. The methodology in this study uses a quantitative approach to multiple linear regression. The sample was carried out on 118 Teachers in Surakarta City. A closed questionnaire on the Google form based on the Likert scale was the testing instrument. T-test and F-test hypothesis testing. The conclusions show several conclusions, namely: 1) Emotional intelligence contributes positively and significantly to Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Surakarta City, meaning that emotional Organizational Citizenship Behavior can increase intelligence. 2) Incentives lead favorably and substantially to teachers in Surakarta City's Organizational Citizenship Behavior, where the incentive will improve teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 3) Emotional Intelligence and Compensation have an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Surakarta City with a determination coefficient value of 0.495 or 49.5%, namely, emotional intelligence and reward together contribute to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) of 49.5%.

Curriculum management is one of the important components in the process of providing education in an educational unit. Therefore, curriculum management should receive more attention as an effort to optimize the quality of education. This study aims to analyze curriculum management in intercultural schools. The focus of this research is the component of curriculum management which consists of the curriculum planning stage, the organizing stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. This research is research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study were collected through observation and interviews with principals, teachers, and representatives of curriculum developers. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the data analysis method according to Milles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that curriculum management/management in intercultural schools has been implemented by following the stages of curriculum development which include planning, organizing/coordinating, implementing, and evaluating curriculum stages. The implementation of the stages of curriculum development shows that the curriculum management process has been carried out in a good category.

This study analyzed the impact give by extrinsic motivation and self-efficacy on academic stress on students at Jakarta State University. A quantitative methodology is the technique used in this study with the main model of multiple linear regression. Participants in this study were 159 students from various study programs at the Jakarta State University. The sampling technique was a simple random sampling technique. The data was collected by using a closed questionnaire using a Likert scale and applied using the google form application. Statistical calculations were carried out using SPSS 25, and the hypothesis test used the t-test and f-test. It was revealed that 1) Extrinsic motivation has a negative and significant effect on student academic stress, 2) Self-efficacy has a negative and significant effect on student academic stress and, 3) Extrinsic motivation and self-efficacy affect student academic stress by 88.6%.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan kepala sekolah dan konsep diri terhadap disiplin kerja guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PNS di SMP Negeri Kabupaten Cilacap, sedangkan responden adalah 143 guru yang dipilih secara acak. Hasilnya adalah sebagai berikut: (1) ada pengaruh langsung positif dari pengawasan utama pada disiplin kerja guru; (2) ada pengaruh langsung positif konsep diri terhadap disiplin kerja guru, dan (3) ada pengaruh langsung positif dari pengawasan prinsip pada konsep diri. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan disiplin kerja guru harus ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan pelaksanaan pengawasan kepala sekolah dan standar kerja di sekolah.
