Introduction. Sexuality and equality education are considered areas of relevant pedagogical research and intervention within current educational contexts in view of the violence and inequalities derived from the patriarchal system. Aims. This paper presents the main results of a research study that seeks to analyze the competence in sexuality and equality of university students during teacher training in Spain (Castilla la Mancha University). Method. For this, the study used a quantitative methodology and administered a nine-dimension questionnaire to 371 students. Results. The study revealed the weak acquisition of competence in sexuality and equality and the persistence of stereotyped images of sexualities. Furthermore, these findings show that future teachers have a weak equality-based professional practice due to an educational approach that lacks a gender perspective. Conclusions. The main conclusions highlight the evident formative needs in sexuality and equality and the absence of transforming feminist knowledge. All this can affect the development of quality education in sexuality and equality in students' future educational practices.

Este artículo aborda el papel de la Compañía de Jesús en las procesiones de recibimiento de las reliquias de mártires paleocristianos y beatos jesuitas en dos ciudades andinas del Nuevo Reino de Granada, Santafé y Tunja, de acuerdo con lo establecido por el Concilio de Trento. La llegada de estas reliquias sirvió como promotor de la fundación de los colegios jesuitas en las dos ciudades, en las que la exaltación de las reliquias de los mártires tendrá un posterior uso taumatúrgico y un importante papel en la extirpación de idolatrías. Las procesiones de recepción de reliquias en Santafé y Tunja, traídas por los jesuitas desde las catacumbas romanas, en la segunda década del siglo XVII, son comparadas en este artículo. Esta es una fiesta barroca que sacraliza el espacio de las ciudades y consagra los templos y colegios de la Compañía de Jesús.

Abstract The B cell response in the germinal centre (GC) reaction requires a unique bioenergetic supply. Although mitochondria are remodelled upon antigen-mediated B cell receptor stimulation, mitochondrial function in B cells is still poorly understood. To gain a better understanding of the role of mitochondria in B cell function, here we generate mice with B cell-specific deficiency in Tfam, a transcription factor necessary for mitochondrial biogenesis. Tfam conditional knock-out (KO) mice display a blockage of the GC reaction and a bias of B cell differentiation towards memory B cells and aged-related B cells, hallmarks of an aged immune response. Unexpectedly, blocked GC reaction in Tfam KO mice is not caused by defects in the bioenergetic supply but is associated with a defect in the remodelling of the lysosomal compartment in B cells. Our results may thus describe a mitochondrial function for lysosome regulation and the downstream antigen presentation in B cells during the GC reaction, the dysruption of which is manifested as an aged immune response.

Abstract Background Significant consequences of COVID-19 within academic/professional life are, at the psychological level, related to worry, tension, stress; coping strategies and lifestyle changes. This study describes the process of design and validation of an inventory (QPIC), which aims to assess the psychological impact that a situation of confinement can produce among university students and teachers. Methods Design of the instrument and psychometric tests. A sample of 862 students and 229 professors affiliated to Spanish and Colombian universities was used. Data were collected in April 2020 with the request of the favourable Bioethics Committee IR/2020. Results Six experts carried out the content validation. A confirmatory factor analysis of the theoretical dimensions proposed for the scales was performed and the internal consistency of each of the three initial scales was confirmed (0.866, 0.813 and 0.834). Conclusion A rigorous and reliable instrument is achieved, consisting of two final scales: (a) Worry, tension and stress scale (b) Coping scale, which helps to measure individual psychological effects in housebound situations. It is an instrument designed, constructed ad hoc to assess the impact of confinement and subjected to validation. The factor structure and reliability of the instrument are examined and good psychometric properties are obtained. The application of this inventory will make it possible to assess the impact on people’s mental health during a period of confinement.

Abstract In this article we study the phenomenological implications of multiple Higgs boson production from longitudinal vector boson scattering in the context of effective field theories. We find compact representations for effective tree-level amplitudes with up to four final state Higgs bosons. Total cross sections are then computed for scenarios relevant at the LHC in which we find the general Higgs Effective Theory (HEFT) prediction avoids the heavy suppression observed in Standard Model Effective Field Theory (SMEFT).

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become one of the most controversial tools of recent times. Offering an extremely simple operating system, users can generate texts, images, videos and even human voices. The possibility of using such a powerful tool creates new paths and challenges in the field of environmental education: How does it influence natural heritage protection? Is it considered positive within sustainability and quality education? The reality is very different, showing algorithms trained with information of dubious quality and, on many occasions, obtained without permission from authors and artists around the world. UNESCO Global Geoparks (UGGps) are international references in education at all levels, related to territorial development and geoscience education. This article discusses if generative AI is, nowadays, an effective and applicable educational tool for the strategies developed and promoted by UGGps. This designation exists for people’s opportunities. The use of these tools in their current state could make the UGGp figure change its values and fundamental pillars in the future.

Abstract Purpose Total knee arthroplasty is a common procedure due to increased life expectancy and ageing populations, necessitating implants with long‐term efficacy. After some initial designs, the third‐generation modular posterior‐stabilised NexGen® prosthesis aimed to enhance kinematics and reduce complications. This study evaluates the long‐term outcomes, survivorship, revision rates and complications of this implant. With promising results observed up to 15 years in previous studies, this investigation aims to assess the implant's performance over extended follow‐up periods, aiding in optimal implant selection for improved patient outcomes. Methods We carried out a retrospective study on 263 total knee arthroplasties performed in our centre between 1998 and 2002. Statistical analysis of complications was performed and study of survival using the Kaplan–Meier method and competing risk analysis were calculated. Description of reinterventions and complications were also included. Results Results show a 20‐year prosthesis survival rate of 90.8% for revision due to any reason, with an estimated survival of 92.3% considering competitive events. Estimated survivorship at 20 years is 98% for aseptic loosening as the end point, and an estimation of 98.80% considering competitive events. Twenty revisions were performed, with 10 cases due to infection and 10 for noninfectious reasons and three of them due to aseptic loosening. Radiographic analysis revealed radiolucent lines, but no clinical evidence of loosening was observed in these cases. Conclusion This study offers survivorship data from longer follow‐up periods, what is difficult to find in the reported literature and showed excellent results of this implant in terms of survivorship and low rates of revision in our cohort. The clothing industry has experienced global and sustained growth in the last decades due, among other factors, to the decentralisation of production in this sector and its consequent lowering of prices, but also to the effect of the unceasing demand that fashion generates. Simultaneously, the number of people employed in the textile sector has been growing in economically developing countries under precarious labour conditions. The objective of this study is to analyse the level of knowledge and awareness of the Spanish population about the working conditions in clothing manufacturing at production sites. To achieve this, we applied statistical analysis to data collected from a sample (n = 3000) of Spanish fashion consumers. The main results show a society with a high degree of concern for labour conditions in the textile sector, as well as for the environmental repercussions triggered by this type of production. Considering the differences based on socio-demographic variables, we find that women, older consumers, and respondents with higher education show a greater degree of concern about the working conditions in the clothing industry. Along the same lines, respondents who are ideologically left wing present a higher degree of concern than respondents from the extreme right.

In this article, we aim to reflect on the essential elements involved in teacher training processes in order to rethink the predominantly technical and professionalizing vision, which stems from a capitalist, patriarchal, and neoliberal university. We understand that this vision restricts education, as it overlooks the actual experience of learning to be a teacher. Thus, we ask ourselves: How can we create educational spaces that promote diverse professional identities in education? How can we contribute to transforming hegemonic logics in teacher identity through the contributions of critical, decolonial, intersectional, and feminist pedagogies? What elements are essential in education to decolonize practices in university teaching? We start from an intersectional perspective, pursuing a dual objective: to analyze how we educate critical thinking in the university, and to propose transformative actions to decolonize and depatriarchalize education.

El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar los efectos en el salto y el lanzamiento tras aplicar un protocolo de autocargas y pliometría a un equipo universitario de balonmano femenino. Participaron 11 jugadoras amateur de balonmano (Medad = 23.70; DT = 2.26), que realizaron el protocolo de entrenamiento durante ocho semanas. Se estableció un diseño experimental a través del cual se realizaron evaluaciones pre y post intervención de lanzamiento de balón medicinal, velocidad de lanzamiento a portería, CMJ bipodal y unipodal, salto horizontal y asimetrías entre ambas piernas. Para la evaluación del efecto del entrenamiento se realizó una prueba t-test de muestras dependientes. Los resultados revelan que mejoraron en las pruebas de salto, pero no en las de lanzamiento. En conclusión, un protocolo de autocargas y pliometría es efectivo en el salto vertical.

The main purposes of this study were to determine the absolute and relative reliability of two-step test (TST) with a functional electromechanical dynamometer (FEMD) in the evaluation of body displacement velocity. Sixteen physically active male handball players volunteers (age 21.4 ± 2.1 years) participated in this study. A repeated-measurement design was used to evaluate body displacement velocity with 15% and 30% of body weight overload (BWO). The mean velocity of the three highest repetitions and the peak velocity for the concentric contractions were taken to calculate the body displacement velocity. Reliability was assessed by t-tests of paired samples with the effect size (ES), the coefficient of variation (CV), standard error of measurement (SEM), and the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC), with 95% confidence intervals. The absolute reliability provided stable repeatability for the 15% BWO protocol for mean velocity and for peak velocity in both protocols, with CV being below 10% in nearly all instances. The relative reliability of different velocity protocols to evaluate mean and peak velocity was acceptable (ICCs between 0.48 and 0.79). TST has acceptable reliability for the evaluation of the body displacement velocity in handball players using a FEMD.

Resumen Introducción: El aumento del envejecimiento, así como de los cuidados sociales y sanitarios que requieren las personas mayores, ha condicionado que se haya incrementado exponencialmente el número de ancianos institucionalizados. En este contexto, el delirium es una condicion común y muy angustiante, con un gran impacto biopsicosocioeconómico para el residente y su entorno. Pese a ser una entidad potencialmente prevenible, sigue siendo infratratada e infradiagnosticada. Objetivo: Analizar la evidencia científica existente sobre el manejo del delirium en ancianos que se encuentran en centros residenciales de atención a largo plazo. Metodología: Revisión narrativa mediante búsquedas bibliográficas en bases de datos relacionadas con las ciencias de la salud: CINAHL, PubMed, Biblioteca Cochrane, CUIDEN y LILACS, así como en los metabuscadores Dialnet Plus y Google Académico. Resultados: En función de los criterios de inclusión y exclusión se seleccionaron 19 artículos. El análisis de los documentos generó 2 categorías: medidas de control fisiológico y ambiental para la prevención del delirium y estrategias de intervención terapéutica. Como hallazgos, las estrategias multidisciplinares no farmacológicas podrían ser eficaces en la prevención del delirium, así como la identificación temprana de los factores de riesgo y programas educativos dirigidos a las enfermeras que atienden a esta población. De este modo, se estará ejerciendo la medida más eficaz y económica para abordar esta entidad en su fase inicial, la prevención. Conclusión: Se encontraron escasos hallazgos estadísticamente significativos sobre las asociaciones entre las intervenciones y la prevención del delirium en instituciones. Si se quiere optimizar la salud y el bienestar de los residentes deben realizarse investigaciones futuras, específicas y sólidas, y evitar los desafíos que suponen estos entornos.

The huge cadre of genes regulated by Myc has obstructed the identification of critical effectors that are essential for Myc-driven tumorigenesis. Here, we describe how only the lack of the receptor Fzd9, previously identified as a Myc transcriptional target, impairs sustained tumor expansion and β-cell dedifferentiation in a mouse model of Myc-driven insulinoma, allows pancreatic islets to maintain their physiological structure and affects Myc-related global gene expression. Importantly, Wnt signaling inhibition in Fzd9-competent mice largely recapitulates the suppression of proliferation caused by Fzd9 deficiency upon Myc activation. Together, our results indicate that the Wnt signaling receptor Fzd9 is essential for Myc-induced tumorigenesis in pancreatic islets.

Introduction: Advances in the treatment of myasthenia gravis (MG) have improved quality of life and prognosis for the majority of patients. However, 10%–20% of patients present refractory MG, with frequent relapses and significant functional limitations. Patients and methods: Patients with refractory MG were selected from a cohort of patients diagnosed with MG between January 2008 and June 2019. Refractory MG was defined as lack of response to treatment with prednisone and at least 2 immunosuppressants, inability to withdraw treatment without relapse in the last 12 months, or intolerance to treatment with severe adverse reactions. Results: We identified 84 patients with MG, 11 of whom (13%) met criteria for refractory MG. Mean (standard deviation) age was 47 (18) years; 64% of patients with refractory MG had early-onset generalised myasthenia (as compared to 22% in the group of patients with MG; P

Background: The passage through university is a complex experience that can heighten personal susceptibility to eating disorders. The objective of this research is to determine how gender, age, course, educational faculty, and body mass index (BMI) can influence the risk of eating disorders among university students. Method: A transversal and descriptive study is conducted with a sample of 516 Spanish students (57.2% female, 42.8% male; Mage = 21.7, SDage = 4.1) following 26 university degrees. The Inventory Eating Disorder-Reference criterion (EDI-3-RF) was administered to the students. Contingency tables were used between categorical variables with the chi-squared statistic, at a significance level of p < 0.05. The Student t-test was used for two independent samples and a one-way ANOVA test with the post hoc Bonferroni test for more than two groups. Pearson’s correlation and a simple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between the variables in its quantitative version. Results: It was found that the female students enrolled in the second year presented a greater obsession with thinness and body dissatisfaction (p = 0.029; d = 0.338); the male students practiced more physical exercise to control their weight (p = 0.003); and that students under the age of twenty (p < 0.010; d = 0.584) and students from both the Health (p = 0.0.13) and Law (p = 0.021) educational faculties showed greater bulimic behavior (d = 0.070). More females are underweight (z = 2.8), and more men are overweight (z = 2.4). Normal-weight students scored significantly higher in thinness obsession (p = 0.033). Overweight students scored significantly higher on thinness obsession (p < 0.001) and body dissatisfaction (p < 0.001). Obese students scored significantly higher on body dissatisfaction (p = 0.04). Conclusions: The data obtained in this study, reinforce the hypothesis that the female gender, at an age within the limits of early adolescence, in the first year of the degree courses, with specific university qualifications, and a high BMI constituted factors that could provoke an eating disorder. Consequently, it is necessary to implement preventive measures adapted to the circumstances of each university student.

The study of contemporary youth gender cultures within an educational context illustrates the emergence of new possibilities of self-expression as well as more favourable attitudes towards diversity, at a time when stereotypical gender mandates still persist. This study aimed to deepen understanding of gender identity construction by analysing conversations with 14 students in a secondary school on the southern outskirts of the Community of Madrid. The selected students stood out among the rest due to a combination of high social status and an understanding of gender categories as less stereotyped and rigid. Analysis showed how monoglossic meanings may be confronted by experience within one's close environment--that contradicts or reaffirms the norm, as well as by personal beliefs and desires. The result is a complex process of adjustment, which swings between believing in individual choice, personal experiences of inequality, and the need to feel part of the group.

INTRODUCCIÓN. Investigaciones recientes en población adolescente apuntan a la persistencia de una visión estereotipada de las categorías del género. Al mismo tiempo, existen indicios de cambios en la forma de entender estas categorías actualmente. Para profundizar en estas transformaciones, es necesario comprobar si se conocen los atributos estereotipados de género, pero también si se consideran naturales, estáticos o si las categorías mujer/hombre son entendidas como unidimensionales. Estas características se han señalado como claves para la comprensión de las transformaciones recientes en las concepciones del género. MÉTODO. La presente investigación analizó las dimensiones de aceptación, naturalización y estabilidad de los estereotipos, además de la unidimensionalidad de las categorías de género a partir de los datos recogidos por un cuestionario diseñado para el estudio. Además, los distintos perfiles de respuesta se relacionaron con la aceptación social en el grupo de iguales en su grupo aula, medida por el test sociométrico Sociescuela (Martín-Babarro et al., 2008). Ambos instrumentos se aplicaron a una muestra de 242 estudiantes de educación secundaria de un instituto en la periferia sur de la Comunidad de Madrid. RESULTADOS. Los resultados indicaron que la mayor parte de la muestra investigada no consideraba los atributos estereotipados de género como características naturales y estáticas de las personas. Por otro lado, los chicos tendían a aceptar, naturalizar y considerar más estáticos estos atributos que las chicas. Sin embargo, los chicos con respuestas más flexibles tenían un mayor grado de aceptación por parte de sus compañeros en el aula. DISCUSIÓN. Los hallazgos mostraron una tendencia entre las personas encuestadas hacia una concepción flexible de las categorías de género, en la que los atributos tradicionales asociados a hombres y mujeres no se entendían como algo dado y sí como algo que está sujeto a cambio.

Este artículo de investigación aborda, a partir de fuentes primarias, la olvidada Peste general en el Nuevo Reino de Granada en 1633, que contrasta con fuentes clásicas de la historia de la medicina y la demografía histórica. Se trató de la confluencia de dos epidemias, una de viruela, que afectó la población infantil y otra, en Suelo virgen, de tifus exantemático o tabardillo, transmitida por piojos, frecuentes en las tierras altas del altiplano, que afectó primero a la población rural de los pueblos de indios, sobre todo adulta, y luego a la población de Santafé y Tunja, provocando una crisis sanitaria, social y económica que marcó el colapso definitivo de la población indígena, afectando las minas, la agricultura y el comercio; acompañada por una crisis política entre el presidente de la Real Audiencia y el arzobispo, vista como castigo divino. Contra la epidemia se empleó por segunda vez la Virgen de Chiquinquirá en Tunja y Santafé. Evidencian las fuentes, que la sequía, el despoblamiento y la hambruna acompañaron la epidemia y entre sus consecuencias están la llegada de los hermanos de Juan de Dios a administrar los hospitales y la primera cátedra de medicina en el Nuevo Reino de Granada.

Este artículo relata la celebración del centenario de la batalla de Boyacá en 1919 en la ciudad de Tunja, Colombia. La capital de Boyacá culminaba una década de Fiesta Nacional y reforma urbana en donde aparecieron parques, plazas, avenidas y monumentos en honor a los héroes de la Independencia, que complementaron los hitos coloniales de la ciudad. A pesar de las dificultades presupuestales y las obras inconclusas, las fuentes de archivo muestran que el gobierno nacional de la Hegemonía Conservadora y la Iglesia católica urdieron en la trama urbana de Tunja el discurso de la independencia y su tradición hispánica para dar la imagen de una comunidad nacional unida, católica y en paz, encaminada hacia el progreso. Las contradicciones y problemas de esta celebración pusieron en evidencia la existencia de fisuras en la Comunidad Imaginada de esta “república celestial”.

Abstract Ergosterol is a specific sterol component of yeast and fungal membranes. Its biosynthesis is one of the most effective targets for antifungal treatments. However, the emergent resistance to multiple sterol‐based antifungal drugs emphasizes the need for new therapeutic approaches. The allylamine terbinafine, which selectively inhibits squalene epoxidase Erg1 within the ergosterol biosynthetic pathway, is mainly used to treat dermatomycoses, whereas its effectiveness in other fungal infections is limited. Given that ergosterol biosynthesis depends on iron as an essential cofactor, in this report, we used the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae to investigate how iron bioavailability influences Erg1 expression and terbinafine susceptibility. We observed that both chemical and genetic depletion of iron decrease ERG1 expression, leading to an increase in terbinafine susceptibility. Deletion of either ROX1 transcriptional repressor or CTH1 and CTH2 post‐transcriptional repressors of ERG1 expression led to an increase in Erg1 protein levels and terbinafine resistance. On the contrary, overexpression of CTH2 led to the opposite effect, lowering Erg1 levels and increasing terbinafine susceptibility. Although strain‐specific particularities exist, opportunistic pathogenic strains of S. cerevisiae displayed a response similar to the laboratory strain. These data indicate that iron bioavailability and particular regulatory factors could be used to modulate susceptibility to terbinafine.

IntroductionMacrophages are a heterogeneous population of innate immune cells that support tissue homeostasis through their involvement in tissue development and repair, and pathogen defense. Emerging data reveal that metabolism may control macrophage polarization and function and, conversely, phenotypic polarization may drive metabolic reprogramming.MethodsHere we use biochemical analysis, correlative cryogenic fluorescence microscopy and cryo-focused ion-beam scanning electron microscopy.ResultsWe demonstrate that growth hormone (GH) reprograms inflammatory GM-CSF-primed monocyte-derived macrophages (GM-MØ) by functioning as a metabolic modulator. We found that exogenous treatment of GM-MØ with recombinant human GH reduced glycolysis and lactate production to levels similar to those found in anti-inflammatory M-MØ. Moreover, GH treatment of GM-MØ augmented mitochondrial volume and altered mitochondrial dynamics, including the remodeling of the inner membrane to increase the density of cristae.ConclusionsOur data demonstrate that GH likely serves a modulatory role in the metabolism of inflammatory macrophages and suggest that metabolic reprogramming of macrophages should be considered as a new target to intervene in inflammatory diseases.

The following study analyzed the potential of Near Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) to predict the metal composition (Al, Pb, As, Hg and Cu) of tea and for establishing discriminant models for pure teas (green, red, and black) and their different blends. A total of 322 samples of pure black, red, and green teas and binary blends were analyzed. The results showed that pure red teas had the highest content of As and Pb, green teas were the only ones containing Hg, and black teas showed higher levels of Cu. NIRS allowed to predict the content of Al, Pb, As, Hg, and Cu with ratio performance deviation values > 3 for all of them. Additionally, it was possible to discriminate pure samples from their respective blends with an accuracy of 98.3% in calibration and 92.3% in validation. However, when the samples were discriminated according to the percentage of blending (>95%, 95–85%, 85–75%, or 75–50% of pure tea) 100% of the samples of 10 out of 12 groups were correctly classified in calibration, but only the groups with a level of pure tea of >95% showed 100% of the samples as being correctly classified as to validation.

Purpose: The aim of this study is to analyse teachers' perceptions of information and communication technologies (ICT) and the effect they have on their students, comparing male and female teachers in rural and urban areas of Mexico. Design/methodology/approach: This is a quantitative study with a validated questionnaire that records the perception of school teachers from a state in the northeast of Mexico. The questionnaire was designed by interviewing 20 teachers who have had problematic situations in the use of technology by students. The main problems that were perceived in their students were cyberbullying, cyberviolence, online pornography, excessive use of videogames and also lack of ability to use digital technology. Hypothesis testing was applied to identify differences between gender (female or male) and region (rural or urban), considering these problems and the efforts made by the school to address these issues. Findings: Both the gender of the teaching staff and the region where the school is located are variables that are influencing the willingness to incorporate ICT issues that are affecting the well-being of students into the educational agenda. While teachers are the main actors in preparing their students on how to face these challenges, students in schools with mostly male teachers, or located in rural areas, will be in a situation of greater vulnerability to be victims of the problems that arise as part of ICT risks in a digital society. Research limitations/implications: This article only offers a first approach to ICT and teachers' perceptions. It is necessary to broaden the scope of this type of research to include different educational contexts and to ask questions that reveal in greater detail how schools are dealing with ICT and its possible risks and the factors that have influenced the successes or failures they are having in these attempts. Practical implications: This finding can help schools to promote programs focused to apply ICT for student flourishment and help them to deal with the risk that digital technology is generating in young students. Originality/value: Although multiple research have been conducted to address teachers' perception about diverse topics, there has been no specific research on the self-perception of teachers in dealing with technology and preparing students for the problems presented by ICT and its risks. This research contributes to the literature on the impact that teachers' perceptions can have on the adoption of technology in education, and how this can be different by gender and region.

Objective/Context: The text proposes a journey through the methodology and work process followed in the Post Scriptum. A Digital Archive of Ordinary Writings (Early Modern in Spain and Portugal) project, which led to the formation of a digital epistolary corpus—now available online—from funds preserved in judicial archives during the Modern Age in the Iberian Peninsula. Based on a practical case, the paper reflects on the reality of the fieldwork carried out in order to build a digital corpus, as well as on its strengths and weaknesses, which allows a first-hand insight of some changes and challenges of the digital revolution we are immersed in. Methodology: Advances in the field of Digital Humanities are taken as a starting point to examine the multidisciplinarity that characterizes both the corpus formation process and the possibilities for its analysis and study. Originality: The paper describes the complete work process involved in the transformation of primary sources into digital sources in an innovative project in the field of Digital Humanities; it also reflects on problems faced by historians in working with private letters produced by common people (sixteenth-nineteenth centuries), which range from the location of these sources to their selection, digitization, editing, treatment, and subsequent study. Conclusions: In addition to describing the process of transforming sources into a digital corpus and the possibilities of its analysis, the article evidences different analytical ways. Likewise, it addresses the wealth of archives as essential repositories for recovering private and ordinary epistolary sources while also reflecting on the future of their conservation in the digital environment.
