Considering that networks based on New Radio (NR) technology are oriented to provide services of desired quality (QoS), it becomes questionable how to model and predict targeted QoS values, especially if the physical channel is dynamically changing. In order to overcome mobility issues, we aim to support the evaluation of second-order statistics of signal, namely level-crossing rate (LCR) and average fade duration (AFD) that is missing in general channel 5G models. Presenting results from our symbolic encapsulation point 5G (SEP5G) additional tool, we fill this gap and motivate further extensions on current general channel 5G. As a matter of contribution, we clearly propose: (i) anadditional tool for encapsulating different mobile 5G modeling approaches; (ii) extended, wideband, LCR, and AFD evaluation for optimal radio resource allocation modeling; and (iii) lower computational complexity and simulation time regarding analytical expression simulations in related scenario-specific 5G channel models. Using our deterministic channel model for selected scenarios and comparing it with stochastic models, we show steps towards higherlevel finite state Markov chain (FSMC) modeling, where mentioned QoS parameters become more feasible, placing symbolic encapsulation at the center of cross-layer design. Furthermore, we generate values within a specified 5G passband, indicating how it can be used for provisioningoptimal radio resource allocation.

This paper presents an approach to adapting e-courses based on original PDCA (Plan, Do, Check , Act) platform and quality spiral. An algorithm for the adaptation of e-courses was proposed and implemented into the Moodle Learning Management System at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Cacak. The approach is primarily based on improving LMS (Learning Management Systems) or e-learning systems through modifying the electronic structure of the courses by predicting the behaviour patterns of the users. The prediction of user behaviour patterns was done using data mining techniques. Future research will focus on modelling of excellence of continuous advancement of the original system based on the evaluation results carried out at the end of each PDCA cycle. Additionally, future work will aim at evaluating the effects of the system based on the achievements and positive feedback of the users.

The request for registration, renewal of registration and notification of the change of the data of the family agricultural holding to farmers is submitted in paper form. Agricultural producers have the opportunity to make mistakes in filling, neglecting certain fields, not submitting the request in time, etc. Some of these deficiencies can be solved by creating an electronic form for filling out, with additional explanations for the user and quicker submission of forms. By completing the form of the home and the necessary guidelines for filling up, the created electronic form would have many advantages. In this paper, the methodology for formulating the formulation, as well as the modeling of the same, was proposed, in order to ensure quality in the process of registration, renewal and registration of changes in the agricultural holding.

This paper aims to introduce the concept of data analysis which could easily be implemented by anybody involved in the subject matter with basic IT knowledge and skills. The paper is divided into two parts, the first of which presents an overview of related research from two points of view: (1) publications which refer to the analysis, or the overall use of open data from the tourism domain and (2) publications which use business intelligence tools to analyse tourism data. Results indicate that there is a significant number of publications but none of them combines the two issues in the field of tourism (open data and business intelligence). The second part refers to the possibilities of using Power BI, the business intelligence tool for analysing available open data about tourism in Serbia.

The development of technology in the last few decades has led to major changes in almost all areas of the economy. This is mostly related to production and service delivery processes, but also to other accompanying activities, without which the functioning of business systems is unthinkable today. The Internet is probably one of the most important representatives of this development and a factor without which the modern world can hardly be imagined. Its role is also highlighted in the field of marketing with the emergence of a new concept known as Internet marketing. By linking online marketing and manifestations/events, as one of the most important factors in tourism activity, the basis for satisfying the demands that modern age implies in the process of achieving quality relationships with the target market is created. Events and the way of their presentation, as the basis of marketing communications, with their specificities contribute to the uniqueness of a particular area by creating its image. The aim of this paper was to analyze the degree of the use of the Internet in the marketing activities of local tourist organizations as well as the tourist events of the Moravica administrative district, with particular reference to the use of websites and four most popular social networks.
