The article discusses the history and highlights the events in Balochistan during the colonial time and the post-partition era. The focus is on the insurgencies of the Baloch against the state including the present one. It discusses the characteristics of the province along with the social set-up and the political and economic situation of the Baloch. It is necessary to acknowledge the perception of the Baloch regarding their 'exclusiveness'. The Baloch maintain that their culture, traditions and language are not similar to the otherethnicities in Pakistan and therefore they claim that they are entitled to a special type of treatment. The Balochmind set also centres around their identity. The current Baloch insurgency also highlights the dynamics of the province and the factors which have forced the militants to rebel against the state. The role of the international factors behind the insurgency is also highlighted.

Therefore, the paper's central theme revolves around the strategic dimension of Zuboff’s concept of Surveillance Capitalism and its application to the decades-long Pakistan-India rivalry under the shadows of social media accounts generally and Twitter particularly.

Prior to Election, the mingling of politics with religion was practiced frequently throughout South Asia, including India. The research article addresses the underline reason for opting for Secularism in India by Nehru.Nehru knew India was a home of people from different cultures, languages, religions, and ethnicities. So,choosing one religion, i.e., Hinduism, would create problems for the rest of the religions, and in the future other religions may ask for a separate country. An aggressive reaction was seen by other parties who wanted to protect Hinduism after the adoption of Secularism in India. Secularism welcomes all religions and allows people of its Nation to live freely by treating everyone equally. Gandhi also announced his view on Secularism and how he considered it a western concept and would not fit in easily. Gandhi believed that you could not separate religion from state policies. Nevertheless, Nehru was more than convinced, so he chose Secularism as an ideology for India.

Overall, the research is an effort to categorically analyze the domestic as well as international factors behind the instability in Balochistan. Balochistan prominently configures the foreign policies of different states due to the interests and stakes involved in the volatile province. In terms of the transnational factors, there are few factors which have enhanced the significance of the province in the contemporary times, like War on Terror and the emerging economic and geostrategic importance of the province. China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) has increased the significance of Balochistan, also. At the same time, this increased significance has posed internal challenges for the inhabitants of the province who are of the view that the effects of the development should be visible across the board and the locals should be given their due share. The nationalist movement in Balochistan has developed greater contacts with their co-ethnics in the neighboring countries. Among the foreign powers, the role of India, Afghanistan, China, USA and the Middle East are of great concern.

Feeding jejunostomy is one of the most widely used procedures for enteral nutrition. It is associated with several complications which can be grouped into mechanical, metabolic, nutritional, and infectious. Amongst mechanical complications, complete impulsive tube migration is rarely seen. We hereby report the case of a 60-year old woman, with advanced esophageal carcinoma, re-admitted in the ward with blocked and stuck Foley's catheter placed in the jejenum for feeding purpose. Within hours of admission, patient developed rapid peristalsis and catheter completely disappeared in the abdomen. Exploratory laparotomy was performed to retrieve the catheter, which revealed jejunal intussception and erosions. Migration of the feeding tube is infrequent complication; however, complete migration is even rarer and needs urgent intervention.
