Neste artigo investigamos o processo de mudança linguística de agora que em perspectiva pancrônica e através da análise dos dados registramos a sua mudança linguística para conector discursivo textual. Dão suporte às nossas discussões: Traugott (2008, 2010), Heine (2002), Goldberg (1995, 2006), Boas (2013), Diewald (2006), Bybee (1985, 2006, 2008, 2010), Langacker (1987), Croft (2001), Taylor (2002), Lakoff (1987), Hopper (2008), Givón (2012), Pezatti (2009), Votre (2012), Neves (2010, 2012, 2018, 2019), Martelotta (2003, 2008, 2011), Furtado da Cunha (2012), entre outros. O resultado desse processo foi analisado pela óptica da construcionalização gramatical e dos pressupostos teóricos da Linguística Funcional Centrada no Uso – LFCU, em diálogo com a Gramática de Construções e a Gramaticalização de Construções. Metodologicamente, adotamos a pesquisa netnográfica, método de procedimento científico de comunidades online, neste trabalho, a rede social Twitter. Selecionamos 100 amostras de agora que twittadas e que constituem o corpus para este trabalho. Elas apresentaram um deslizamento funcional em contextos específicos de comunicação em que agrega cognição, texto e uso. Com isso, as pressões pragmático-discursivas e o aumento das frequências type e token desse construto configuraram a sua rota evolutiva de gramaticalização. Assim, o estudo de agora que nos contextos de uso evidenciou neonálises de forma morfossintática e significado semântico-pragmático que levaram à criação da microconstrução [agora que conector textual], um pareamento forma nova e significado novo.

O presente artigo visa a discutir contribuições da pesquisa “Estrangeiras no Território de Vida?: um estudo sobre a produção social da velhice”, na invisibilidade de quem envelhece, como ser social multidimensional ante a dominância dos discursos biomédico e do Estado. Importa aqui ver o sujeito mais inteiro, biopsicossocial e espiritual, inclusive na relação pesquisador e pesquisa no campo das ciências antropossociais. A metodologia foi um construto tóerico-prático que instaura um dialogismo singular: o sujeito se ergue como um Outro de Si Mesmo, para melhor pensar-se. O pesquisador foi tomado como sujeito da pesquisa, em uma dialogia (Bakhtin, 2010). Recompondo sua historicidade, o sujeito perquire em sua subjetividade o próprio devir social do ser que envelhece. O instrumento metodológico chave foi o Jornal da Pesquisa (Morin, 2015), que utiliza a biografia do pesquisador, uma voz junto a outras vozes. Um Outro de si, um duplo junto à analítica do pesquisador. O texto do pesquisador se torna uma autorreflexão, em que se realiza um duplo extrato de autoralidade tanto de si quanto acadêmico.

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar o uso do verbo achar e seu grau de transitividade nas modalidades orais e escritas, isto é, os tipos textuais (narrativas, descrições e relatos) dos informantes do Ensino Superior e da Alfabetização contidas no banco de dados no corpus Discurso & Gramática: a língua falada e escrita na cidade do Natal. A pesquisa busca identificar o processo de transitividade do respectivo verbo a partir de um contexto comunicativo, aos quais devem ser consideradas as noções de evento referencial e evento de fala no momento da interação, de modo a configurar os mecanismos e parâmetros da transitividade do verbo. Do ponto de vista metodológico, nos inspiramos em uma investigação de caráter qualiquantitativo, uma vez que as análises de seus dados voltam-se para a discussão dos fatos pesquisados dentro de variáveis qualitativas e bibliográficas, bem como, dados quantificáveis relacionados à frequência do uso do verbo achar. Como resultado, indicamos que quando considera-se o contexto, conforme a visão funcional, outros verbos aparecem no entorno comunicativo para completar o sentido semântico, assim como evidenciar os aspectos pragmáticos que direciona a compreensão do propósito e evento da comunicação, resultando em um maior índice de aplicação da transitividade conforme os parâmetros de Hopper e Thompson (1980).

The Vilariça River was restored in order to improve the fish habitat due to the construction of dams. However, due to the pressure that agriculture exerts on water resources, it is crucial to evaluate its consequences on fish health from a histological perspective. The gonad histopathological changes of two cyprinid species were assessed microscopically and evaluated with semi-quantitative analysis. Histopathological changes in the gonad, gill, and liver were used as biomarkers in the determination of the Integrated Biomarker Response (IBR), as well as to evaluate the histopathological scores between seasons. The observation of the gonad histopathological changes showed that interstitial fibrosis and macrophage aggregates were present exclusively in the Summer and more prevalent in males of large size. In addition, the histopathological scores of the three organs were higher in the Summer. In terms of the severity degree, 98% and 68% of the fish showed pronounced and severe histopathological changes in the gill and liver, respectively, while 28% of the fish showed slight histopathological changes in the gonad. The IBR showed higher values in the Summer and in the middle stream and downstream, which is in agreement with the metal concentrations. Thus, this work showed a relationship between the anomalies present in the fish organs and the quality of the water (classified as polluted). Therefore, minimization measures are presented, such as improving the irrigation methods, preserving the vegetation cover; promoting reforestation in degraded and burned areas; and improving the riparian vegetation.

This article aims to discuss contributions from the research “Foreigners in the Territory of Life?: a study on the social production of old age”, in the invisibility of those who age, as a multidimensional social being in the face of the dominance of biomedical and State discourses. It is important here to see the subject more whole, biopsychosocial and spiritual, including the relationship between researcher and research in the field of anthroposocial sciences. The methodology was a theoretical-practical construct that establishes a unique dialogism, the subject stands as an Other of himself, to better think about himself. The researcher was taken as the subject of the research, in a dialog (Bakhtin, 2010). Recomposing his historicity, the subject seeks in his subjectivity the very social becoming of the aging being. The key methodological instrument was the Jornal da Pesquisa (Morin, 2015), which uses the researcher's biography, a voice along with other voices. An Other of oneself, a double next to the researcher's analytics. The researcher's text becomes a self-reflection, in which a double extract of authorship is carried out both from the self and the academic. Este artículo tiene como objetivo discutir contribuciones de la investigación “¿Extranjeros en el territorio de la vida?: un estudio sobre la producción social de la vejez”, en la invisibilidad de quien envejece, como ser social multidimensional frente a la dominación de los discursos biomédicos y de Estado. Es importante aquí ver el sujeto más integral, biopsicosocial y espiritual, incluyendo la relación entre investigador e investigador en el campo de las ciencias antroposociales. La metodología fue un constructo teórico-práctico que establece un dialogismo único: el sujeto se erige como Otro de sí mismo, para pensarse mejor a sí mismo. El investigador fue tomado como sujeto de investigación, en un diálogo (Bakhtin, 2010). Recomponiendo su historicidad, el sujeto busca en su subjetividad el propio devenir social del ser envejecido. El instrumento metodológico clave fue el Jornal da Pesquisa (Morin, 2015), que utiliza la biografía del investigador, una voz junto a otras voces. Un Otro de sí mismo, un doble junto a la analítica del investigador. El texto del investigador se convierte en una autorreflexión, en la que se realiza un doble extracto de autoría tanto del yo como del académico. The pandemic caused by Covid-19 strongly affected the educational model that was used thus far, changing known paradigms of the teaching-learning process. The changes range from the use of tools, methodologies centered on the figure of the teacher to the physical space where the process takes place. This disruptive outlook has led to this article, which aims to analyze the changes that have occurred in education, highlighting the role of active methodologies and the use of digital technologies in this new scenario, while contextualizing it with the socioeconomic conditions that impact the way of making education. Therefore, there is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research, with secondary sources, of bibliographic and documentary origin. Therefore, we seek to discuss the possible solutions for teaching-learning considering the impacts and available resources, including the Finnish educational model as an example, pointing out alternatives with efficient use of DITC’s and active methodologies in order to reduce socio-educational gaps.

Dizziness is the sensation of disturbed or impaired spatial orientation, with no illusion of bodily movement (SALMITO et al., 2020). The term visually induced dizziness refers to dizziness or instability triggered by a complex, distorted and broad visual stimulus, including the relative movement of the visual environment associated with body movement. In this sense, this project proposes to carry out the cross-cultural translation and adaptation of the questionnaire “Pediatric Visually Induced Dizziness Questionnaire”- (PVID) applied to children aged 6 to 17 years old, which quantifies the presence and severity of visually induced dizziness (VID). In this process, the methodology consisted of the following steps, based on Beaton et al. (2007): initially, we searched the literature for validated questionnaires aimed at investigating visually induced dizziness in children in use in Brazil and it was found that there were none; then, two qualified translators, native to the target language and fluent in the source language and culture, translated the test independently, considering conceptual equivalence and avoiding literal translation. Next, a synthesis of the translations was performed. This was done by consensus, by the same committee selected in the procedure mentioned above. This committee built a single version from the comparison of translations and the assessment of semantic, idiomatic, conceptual, linguistic and contextual discrepancies. The next step was the back-translation performed by three collaborators born in the language of the original instrument's language. From the three translations performed, the back-translations were synthesized and the pre-final version of the instrument was built for the original language version performed by three back-translators fluent in Brazilian Portuguese. From there, the final synthesis of the back-translations was carried out and the final version of the translation was prepared, which was submitted for evaluation by a committee of expert judges. Finally, the instrument was applied to 30 children from different social strata and an analysis of the responses was carried out. The committee of judges was composed of fifteen collaborators, most of them specialists in the health area, including otolaryngologists, a speech therapist with expertise in the area of audiology with expertise in the area of dizziness and two pedagogues who opined on semantic adjustments for better understanding of the questions and answers. The authors of the new version included illustrative drawings in order to make the questionnaire items easier to understand and obtain more reliable anwers. After following all the methodological steps, the translation and adaptation of the PVID to Brazilian Portuguese was completed, being able to follow the validation step. Nenhuma A tontura é a sensação de orientação espacial perturbada ou prejudicada, sem ilusão de movimento corporal. O termo tontura visualmente induzida refere-se à tontura ou instabilidade desencadeada por estímulo visual complexo, distorcido e amplo, incluindo o movimento relativo do entorno visual associado ao movimento corporal. Nesse sentido, o presente estudo se propõe a realizar a tradução e adaptação transcultural do questionário “Pediatric Visually Induced Dizziness Questionnaire”- (PVID) aplicado em crianças de 6 a 17 anos que quantifica a presença e a gravidade da tontura induzida visualmente (VID). Nesse processo a metodologia foi constituída das seguintes etapas, baseadas em Beaton et al. (2007): inicialmente, buscou-se na literatura questionários validados voltados à investigação de tontura induzida visualmente na criança em utilização no Brasil e foi constatado que não havia; a seguir, dois tradutores habilitados, nativos no idioma alvo e fluentes no idioma e cultura fonte, traduziram o teste de forma independente, considerando a equivalência conceitual e evitando a tradução literal. Na sequência, foi realizada a síntese das traduções. Essa foi feita de forma consensual, pelo mesmo comitê selecionado no procedimento supracitado. Tal comitê construiu uma versão única a partir da comparação das traduções e da avaliação das discrepâncias semânticas, idiomáticas, conceituais, linguísticas e contextuais. A etapa seguinte foi a retradução realizada por três colaboradores nascidos na língua do idioma do instrumento original. A partir das três traduções realizadas foi feita a síntese das retrotraduções e construída a versão pré final do instrumento para a versão da língua original realizada por três retrotradutores fluentes na língua portuguesa brasileira. A partir daí foi realizada a síntese final das retraduções e elaborada a versão final da tradução, a qual foi submetida à avaliação por parte de um comitê de juízes especialistas. Finalmente, o instrumento foi aplicado a 30 crianças de diferentes estratos sociais e realizada análise das respostas. O comitê de juízes foi composto por quinze colaboradores, sendo a maioria especialistas na área da saúde incluindo médicos otorrinolaringologistas, uma otorrino-pediatra, fonoaudiólogos com especialização na área de audiologia com expertise na área de tontura e duas pedagogas que opinaram acerca de adequações semânticas para melhor entendimento das perguntas e respostas. Os autores da nova versão incluiram desenhos ilustrativos a fim de facilitar o entendimento das perguntas do questionário e obter respostas mais fidedignas. Após seguir todas as etapas metodológicas foi concluida a tradução e adaptação do PVID para o português brasileiro estando apto para seguir a etapa de validação.

358 Background: Currently, no specific measures are used in Spain to evaluate quality of care in head and neck cancer, and programs such as the Quality Oncology Practice Initiative developed by the American Society of Clinical Oncology does not include head-and-neck-specific measures. Methods: A systematic literature review was carried out to identify measures useful for evaluating quality of care in head and neck cancer. A scientific committee, comprising 9 medical oncologists specialized in head and neck cancer, reviewed the literature findings and developed measures to be evaluated in a 2-step Delphi method. Experts in head and neck cancer practicing in Spain—specialized in medical oncology, radiotherapy oncology, maxillofacial surgery, pathology or otorhinolaryngology—participated in the Delphi, scoring the appropriateness of the measures using a 9-point Likert scale (1, extremely inappropriate; 9, extremely appropriate). Consensus was defined as at least two-thirds of Delphi respondents selecting a score sub-category (1–3, 4–6, or 7–9) that encompassed the median score of the group. Results: Out of the 833 documents found with the literature review, 20 were selected from to identify measures of interest. Fifty measures, covering diagnosis (13), treatment (28), follow-up (5), and outcome (4), were evaluated with the Delphi method. The 52 Delphi participants reached consensus on the appropriateness of using all 50 measures to evaluate the quality of care in head and neck cancer. Measures with lowest scores concerned re-hospitalization shortly after surgery and long hospitalization after surgery. Measures with highest scores regarded the use of imaging for follow-up, a histology study prior to treatment, and complete resection of the tumor. The scientific committee then selected 29 measures based on their applicability and cost-effectiveness and developed index cards with definitions, formulas, acceptable level of attainment, and rationale for their use in clinical practice. Conclusions: The goal of this study was to develop measures to evaluate and improve the quality of care in head and neck cancer. These results show unanimous consensus from a group of experts on the proposed measures for diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and outcome. The index cards developed with measures are easy to follow and their use could improve quality of care.

305 Background: Measuring and tracking quality of care is highly relevant in today’s healthcare. The Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI) program is a referral for evaluating oncology practices worldwide. The ECO Foundation (Excellence and Quality in Oncology), a collaboration of oncology experts from the major Spanish hospitals involved in cancer treatment, reached an agreement with ASCO (American Society of Clinical Oncology) to include Spanish hospitals in its QOPI program. Methods: We analyzed the scores of the QOPI rounds from 14 Spanish hospitals, which submitted their charts from 2016 to 2021, and the measures obtained from 2018 to 2021, regarding the core/symptom, breast, colorectal (CRC) and NSCLC modules, in comparison with the QOPI aggregate measures. Results: Since 2016, 14 Spanish hospitals have participated in the QOPI program, achieving the certification 12 of them, and 3 are in process. Along the years, they have obtained a score over 85%, being 87,41% the worse in 2021, and 92,80% the best in 2020. We also analyzed the outstanding measures from 2018 onwards. The highest scores in Spanish hospitals were for information of infertility risks and chemotherapy intent prior to prescription, and documented plan for oral chemotherapy. However, measures regarding pain addressed, appropriate antiemetic therapy for high- and moderate-emetic-risk antineoplastic agents and action taken to address problems with emotional well-being by the second office visit, were among the lowest scored measures. When we focused in breast and NSCLC modules, Spanish hospitals didn´t show negative values, highlighting in the administration of Tamoxifen or AI within 1 year of diagnosis by patients with AJCC Stage IA (T1c) and IB - III ER or PR positive and in the status documentation for patients with initial AJCC Stage IV or distant metastatic NSCLC. In CRC module, Spanish hospitals showed lower scores in colonoscopy before or within 6 months of curative colorectal resection or completion of primary adjuvant chemotherapy. Conclusions: This study evaluates QOPI scores in Spain, showing that repeated participation enhances quality of care, although there is room for improvement. ECO Foundation will continue supporting Spanish practices to increase their participation aiming of improve oncology care in Spain.

Resumo Os povos do mar são culturalmente diferenciados por seu modo de vida imbricado com a pesca marítima e com toda sua produção social e simbólica. No nordeste brasileiro, essas populações vêm passando por transformações em suas condições de vida. A Estratégia saúde da Família (ESF) precisa fortalecer vínculos com as diferentes culturas para atender aos seus princípios basilares. Objetivamos refletir sobre os desafios da ESF no contexto dos povos do mar. Realizamos uma pesquisa etnográfica na comunidade de Redonda, Icapuí, Ceará, recorrendo às descrições densas construídas por meio das narrativas de pescadores artesanais e seus familiares. Analisamos a partir da abordagem teórica dos estudos em comunidades tradicionais. Os resultados são apresentados em cinco temas: 1) em comunidades constituídas por parentes, a família tem uma dimensão alargada; 2) as temporalidades da vida na pesca regem os atos comuns da díade terra-mar; 3) os deslocamentos entre ser “nativo” e ser “de fora” criam zonas fronteiriças que dialogam com os rituais de pertencimento; 4) a territorialização do mar e os saberes da experiência; 5) A ESF nas arenas das lutas por justiça ambiental. Reafirma-se aqui a produção da saúde enquanto produção da vida dos povos do mar. We conducted ethnographic research in the community of Redonda, Icapuí, State of Ceará, using dense descriptions constructed through the narratives of small-scale fishers and their families. We analyzed from the theoretical approach of studies in traditional communities. The results are shown in five themes: 1) The family has an extended dimension in communities established with relatives; 2) Fishing life temporalities govern the common acts of the land-sea dyad; 3) The shifts between being “native” and “outsider” create border areas that dialogue with the rituals of belonging; 4) Sea territorialization and the knowledge of experience; 5) The ESF in the arenas of struggles for environmental justice. Here, the production of health is reaffirmed as the production of sea people’s life.

RESUMO: Este estudo objetivou analisar a política educacional e pedagógica da Educação Especial na rede municipal de ensino público de Manaus, à luz da Política Nacional de Educação Especial na Perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva; conhecer o perfil dos gestores que atuam no Atendimento Educacional Especializado (AEE) de uma determinada Zona Distrital; descrever a estrutura de funcionamento da rede para o atendimento dos alunos da Educação Especial, bem como as ações da Gerência de Educação Especial para a formação continuada de professores. Os participantes da pesquisa foram 13 gestores. O instrumento utilizado na entrevista foi um questionário semiestruturado produzido no Software Sphinx Lexica. A pesquisa é de caráter qualitativa e descritiva, em que, inicialmente, se fez levantamento documental de âmbito federal e municipal e suas regulamentações. No âmbito municipal, foram levantadas informações sobre matrículas, escolas e institucionalização do AEE, projeto político pedagógico das escolas, salas de recursos multifuncionais e ações para a formação continuada de professores. Os resultados evidenciaram que a estrutura educacional da Secretaria Municipal de Educação, embora tenha alguns avanços, precisa de melhorias para que possa atender à legislação vigente, principalmente no que tange à formação de professores para atuar no AEE. No que se refere à gestão nas escolas, evidenciou-se que os gestores desconhecem a proposta do AEE. Consequentemente, essa ausência de informação pode limitar a construção de uma escola inclusiva, na medida em que sua institucionalização perpassa por informações contidas nos documentos legais, bem como formação da equipe escolar, cujas ações precisam estar articuladas ao Sistema de Ensino Municipal.
