Эффективная система управления промышленным бизнесом является объективно необходимым условием обеспечения устойчивого социально-экономического развития предприятия. Современные системы управления все больше строятся на принципах сквозной цифровизации и автоматизации промышленных бизнес-процессов, что актуализирует вопрос выбора наиболее продуктивного механизма управления производственным, технологическим и организационно-интеллектуальным потенциалом крупных промышленных игроков. Цели/задачи. Целью работы является раскрытие вопросов касающихся организации управления крупными промышленными предприятиями. Результаты. В статье рассмотрены кейс-практики организации управления крупными промышленными предприятиями на примере ПАО «Черкизово», ПАО «Акрон» и описаны пути преодоления кризисов жизненного цикла бизнеса с учетом актуальных вызовов и угроз постиндустриального общества и масштабной цифровизации экономики. Выводы/значимость. Обосновывается вывод, что проблема совершенствования системы управления промышленным бизнесом в фарватере программ устойчивого развития и стратегий является стержневой для обеспечения гармонизации как научно-технологической, так и финансовой поддержки промышленных бизнесов.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE This is the first study to compare the safety and efficacy of vacuum-assisted biopsy (VAB) using a self-contained hand-held system compared to those of ultrasound-guided and computed tomography-guided core needle biopsy (US-CNB and CT-CNB) and to incisional biopsy (IB). METHODS VAB was performed in an outpatient setting under local anesthesia. Safety, diagnostic accuracy, time, and cost expenditures of biopsy were compared between VAB, US-CNB, CT-CNB, and IB in 211 consecutive patients. RESULTS VAB was applied in 78 patients, US-CNB in 51, CT-CNB in 45, and IB in 37. Patient characteristics did not differ between groups. The derivatization reagent was prepared in situ by the reaction of tris(2,6-dimethoxyphenyl)methylium hexafluorophosphate with N-(2-aminoethyl)maleimide and used for the modification of a number of low molecular weight thiols. The adducts were analyzed by (MA)(NA)LDI MS and ESI MS. All registered mass spectra ((MA)(NA)LDI, ESI) revealed intense peaks of the cations of the derivatization products. The increment of the derivatization agent (499 Da) shifts the ion peaks of analytes from noisy low mass regions, thus allowing the detection of low molecular weight thiols. LDI analysis of the natural-gas condensate sample showed the presence of saturated alkylthiols (up to C22H45SH).

A novel derivatization method for the analysis of primary amines by MALDI mass spectrometry is proposed. Tris(2,6-dimethoxyphenyl) methyl carbenium cation reacts smoothly with primary amines, forming permanently charged adducts with the mass increment +359 Da and absorbance in the UV region. The approach was tested on a number of amines, including biologically active compounds and therapeutic agents.

Thiol adducts of triphenylcyclopropenylium undergo efficient heterolytic dissociation under conditions of both electrospray (ESI) and laser desorption ionization (LDI) mass spectrometry giving rise to a prominent signal of an aromatic C3Ph3(+) cation. A functionalized mass tagging reagent, an activated ester carrying an S-linked C3Ph3 unit, has been developed and used for the derivatization of amines and their subsequent HPLC/ESI-MS detection in low attomolar amounts.

The vertical rectus abdominis muscle (VRAM) flap is considered a safe and simple option to cover defects of the trunk and proximal thigh. Detailed long-time follow-up studies in oncologic patients including complications and donor site morbidity are rare. In this study, complications and donor site morbidity were analysed. Data of 78 consecutive patients with oncologic disease, having received VRAM flaps, were analysed retrospectively. Patients with soft tissue sarcomas (n = 38), radiation ulcers (n = 18), carcinoma (n = 10), wound-healing difficulties after tumour resection (n = 8), breast reconstruction after ablation (n = 3) and malignant melanoma (n = 1) were included. Statistics concerning patients' satisfaction, the occurrence of wound-healing difficulties, incisional herniation, loss of abdominal wall strength in correlation to operative and (neo)adjuvant treatment and patients' history were performed. The mean follow-up time was 5.5 years. No complete flap loss was observed. A body mass index over 30 was positively correlated with wound-healing difficulties; radiation had no negative effect. A contralateral cutaneous pedicle could reduce the risk of lymphoedema in groin defect patients. Incisional hernia was present in 13%. Strength endurance of the abdominal wall was reduced compared to an age-matched control. Most patients were satisfied with the postoperative result. VRAM flaps are reliable tools for defect coverage in the oncologic patient to prevent chronic ulceration, lymphangitis or more severe complications like septic rupture of femoral vessels and hip disarticulation. Donor site morbidity is tolerable, and patients' satisfaction is high.

Detection of aminoglycoside antibiotics by MS or HPLC is complicated, because a) carbohydrate molecules have low ionization ability in comparison with other organic molecules (particularly in MALDI-MS), and b) the lack of aromatics and/or amide bonds in the molecules makes common HPLC UV-detectors useless. Here, we report on the application of a previously developed method for amine derivatization with tris(2,6-dimethoxyphenyl)carbenium ion to selective modification of aminoglycoside antibiotics. Only amino groups bound to primary carbons get modified. The attached aromatic residue carries a permanent positive charge. This makes it easy to detect aminoglycoside antibiotics by MS-methods and HPLC, both as individual compounds and in mixtures.
