Esta pesquisa, de natureza qualitativa e car?ter explorat?rio, buscou entender como os impactos sociais, ambientais e econ?micos se relacionam na percep??o dos stakeholders de um Neg?cio de Impacto Social (NIS). A literatura sobre NIS apresenta o estudo dos impactos social, ambiental e econ?mico de forma mais global, como por exemplo impacto social, socioecon?mico ou socioambiental. Assim, evidenciou-se a necessidade de especificar os impactos que frequentemente s?o limitados a uma ?nica terminologia. Tamb?m foi percebida a oportunidade na literatura de compreender as percep??es dos stakeholders em rela??o a cada um dos impactos. Como embasamento te?rico, foi realizada uma revis?o de literatura sobre conceito de neg?cios sociais, NIS, stakeholders e sua rela??o com os NIS, impactos sociais, ambientais e econ?micos de neg?cios tradicionais e suas poss?veis associa??es com os NIS. A estrat?gia de pesquisa escolhida foi o estudo de caso ?nico classificado como revelador, em uma cooperativa central de algod?o agroecol?gico que atua com abrang?ncia nacional, cuja sele??o dos participantes foi feita por meio da t?cnica bola de neve. A coleta de dados se realizou por meio de entrevistas a partir de roteiro n?o estruturado e a an?lise de documentos para compor a caracteriza??o do objeto de estudo. A an?lise de dados foi realizada por meio da t?cnica de an?lise de conte?do, com o aux?lio do software ATLAS.ti. Os resultados encontrados contribuem academicamente por propor uma lista de impactos sociais, ambientais e econ?micos referente a um NIS, aliados ?s percep??es dos stakeholders e consequentes rela??es. J? as contribui??es gerenciais, com a identifica??o de impactos sociais, ambientais e econ?micos, positivos e negativos, oportunizam a??es estrat?gicas no ambiente de NIS e em outras ?reas. This research with qualitative nature and exploratory character, sought to understand as the economic, environmental and social impacts are related to the perception of the stakeholders of a Social Impact Business. The literature about Social Impact Business presents the study of economic, environmental and social impacts more globalized, such as socio-environmental, socioeconomic or social impact. So, it was emphasized the necessity of specifying the impacts that frequently are limited by an only terminology. It was also perceived the opportunity in the literature to understand the perceptions of the stakeholders in relation to each one of the impacts. As theoretical basis, it was done a review of the literature about the concept of social business, Social Impact Business, stakeholders and its relation to Social Impact Business, economic, environmental and social impacts of traditional business and their possible association with the Social Impact Business. The strategy of the selected research was the single case study classified as revealing, in a central cooperative of agro ecological cotton that works in nationwide of Brazil. The selection of the participants was done through snowball technique. The data collection was performed by means of interviews from the unstructured roadmap and the document analysis to make the characterization of the object of study. The analysis of the data was carried out through the technique of content analysis, with the help of the software ATLAS.ti. The results found contribute academically to propose a list of economic, environmental and social impacts concerning to a Social Impact Business, allied to the perceptions of the stakeholders and consequent relations. Now, the management contributions, with the identification of economic, environmental and social impacts, positive and negative, give opportunities of strategic actions in the ambient of Social Impact Business and in other areas.
