The processing of raw milk for human consumption and its sale on the market requires compliance with certain quality standards. According to criteria of quality and food safety the Regulation of European Parliament and the council no. 853/2004, milk quality is influenced by many factors: lactation, fat, protein, lactose,total number of germs. Analysing some of these factors on samples collectedin October 2017 from four milk dispenser shows large variations for certain parameters that are outside the quality criteria. These values denotes that it iscomplies with hygiene conditions and raw milk is delivered to collection points uncontaminated which means lack of hygiene conditions and milk contamination. Following the analysis of the 40 samples the results obtained from the four dispensers studied, milk can be consumed sure from dispenser D2 and also with certain restrictions from the D3 dispenser. It is not recommended to consume milk from the D1 and D4 dispenser. The aim of this study is to determine whether milk marketed by dispensers under the conditions specific to this period is affected in terms of qualitative parameter analysis. The biological material study was represented analyzed by 40 samples of milk from fourcow milk dispensers functional located in this period in Cluj- Napoca city. Research conducted in dynamic, in 2005-2010 period, regarding the incidence of outbreaks of equine infectious anaemia in Mures County, on a cumulative total of 925 actual horses from households in the commune and the 2 villages belonging and serologically tested (Coggins test) showed a significant decline in positive serologically diagnosed cases, 20 positive cases in 2005 (10.9%) to 3 positive cases in 2010 (0.25%). Cumulative distribution of outbreaks of equine infectious anaemia in the commune and the 2 villages belonging showed variation, in the commune 16 cases (5.04%), in the I village 26 cases (7.10%) and in the II village 10 cases (3.87%). Assessing responsiveness to equine infectious anaemia correlated with sex, in the time reported showed a higher receptivity in males (5.7%) than females (5.5%). Also was found a higher responsiveness to infectious disease between age group 6-10 years (3.4%) compared with the age group between 11-15 years (2.1%). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this experiment we have evaluated the productive performances of two broiler chicken genotypes, Ross 308 and Cobb 500 hybrids, raised in intensive system for a time-period of 42 days, in the same microclimate and feeding conditions. The body weight of chickens was established by weekly weighing, on entire research period, and the feed consumption and mortality were daily registered. The research results put into evidence a slightly superiority of body weight at delivery for Cobb 500 hybrid with 3.42% compared to Ross 308 hybrid. Also, the feed conversion index was in favor for Cobb 500 hybrid against Ross 308 hybrid, but the two registered values were very close. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The aim of the present study is the phenotypic characterization of the lines 157 and 001 from the Bazna breed porcine population, breaded at SCDA Turda, for the main morpho-productive and reproductive traits: number of piglets born, number of alive piglets, lot weight at birth, lot weight at 21 days, weight at 21 days/idividual, weaning weight/idividual, initial test weight/idividual and final test weight/idividual. To achieve the goal of this study we have established the following objectives: the estimation of average values and dispersion indices for the analyzed traits in two lines and comparative analysis between phenotypic values of the two lines. The biological material used in the study is the offspring's of four boars, two belonging to strain 157 (boars 010-027 and 010-088) and two to strain 001 (boars 012-027 and 012-028) obtained from seven sows mating. At each sow we performed three successive births. By comparing the two lines in evolution weight traits from calving to test exit, it was found that 001 line is superior in all situations, and for the number of piglets born alive, the differences between average values are statistically insignificant.
