Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na návrh a výrobu elektrocentrály poháněné jednočinným pístovým parním motorem. Práce zahrnuje uvedení do dané problematiky parních motorů od historie do současnosti. Jednotlivé součásti parní elektrocentrály jsou nejdříve rozebrány teoreticky. Následně je popsán výrobní postup mechanických a elektrických součástí a jejich možné optimalizace pro daný systém. Součástí práce je také vývoj nových komponentů parní elektrocentrály za účelem zvýšení účinnosti. Je zde pojednáno o možnostech využití získané elektrické energie pro malé aplikace. Výsledkem práce je zprovoznění a proměření celého systému. V závěru pojednává o dosažených výsledcích a možnostech modifikace parních elektrocentrál., My bachelor thesis is focused on design and production of power generator driven by single-acting piston steam engine. Thesis includes introduction into the issue of steam engines and their history and it describes construction of their individual elements. The next part of the thesis describes manufacturing process of electrical and mechanical components and their optimization for given system. Thesis also includes research and development of new components of the steam engine in order to increase its efficiency and it describes possibilities of using the energy for small applications. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje zejména na problematiku fotovoltaických článků z hlediska jejich vad (defektů). Úvodní část se zabývá historii fotovoltaiky, její zavádění do praxe a v neposlední řadě vysvětlení samotného fotoelektrického jevu. Dále jsou zde popsány samotné fotovoltaické články. Je zde vysvětlen jejich princip, výhody i nevýhody a vytváření fotovoltaických systémů. Podstatnou částí práce je výroba fotovoltaických článků, při které se do článků zavadí vady v podobě materiálových defektů. Následně jsou popsány defekty procesní vznikající nevhodnou manipulací s již vyrobeným článkem. Poslední téma teoretické části se věnuje detekci defektů pomocí luminiscenčních metod. Je zde zmíněna i neluminiscenční metoda LBIC. V praktické části diplomové práce nalezneme rozbor stávajícího řešení a následný návrh řešení pomocí nízkonákladové kamery. Je zde popsán postup úpravy kamery, ověření její spektrální citlivosti pomocí spektrometru a měření citlivost CMOS snímače. Závěr je věnován ověření funkčnosti navrhovaného řešení na různých zdrojích infračerveného záření a samotných fotovoltaických panelech., The master thesis focuses primarily on issues of photovoltaic cells in terms of their defects. The introductory part deals with the history of photovoltaics, their introduction into practice and finally an explanation of the photoelectric effect itself. The thesis also describes photovoltaic cells themselves. It explains their principle, advantages, disadvantages and the creation of photovoltaic systems. A substantial part of the work is focused on the topic of detection of defects using luminescent methods. Subsequently, it describes procedural defects arising from the improper handling of already manufactured products. The final part deals with the main topic of the work, which is a detection using luminescence methods and it also mentions the non-luminescence method LBIC. The practical part of the master thesis contains the analysis of the current solution and of the subsequent proposal of solution using a low cost camera. It describes how to modify the camera, verify its spectral sensitivity using a spectrometer and measure the sensitivity of the CMOS sensor. The conclusion is focused on verifying the functionality of the proposed solution on different sources of infrared radiation and photovoltaic panels themselves.
