Abstract

College network education as the main development direction of modern education, although both for professional teachers and students provides a new platform, and provides sufficient conditions for the people to continue learning, but also show more quality problem, so the system understanding of college network education present situation, according to the practice of science of education evaluation system to judge the quality of education, To continuously improve the comprehensive management efficiency of network education in colleges and universities is the focus of attention of college education administrators at present. This paper studies the theoretical definition of ordinary differential equation model as the core, builds a quality evaluation system based on the innovation model of network education in colleges and universities, investigates and analyzes the implementation of network education in a university, and finally puts forward effective prospect prediction and improvement measures combined with the research results.

Abstract

Phosphatidylcholine is a ubiquitous phospholipid. It contains a phosphocholine (PC) headgroup and polyunsaturated fatty acids that, when oxidized, form reactive oxidized phospholipids (PC-OxPLs). PC-OxPLs are pathogenic in multiple diseases and neutralized by anti-PC IgM antibodies. The levels of anti-PC IgM increase as the levels of PC-OxPLs increase and, in humans, are inversely correlated with the incidence of cardiovascular diseases and steatohepatitis. PC-OxPLs also decrease bone mass in mice. Overexpression of anti-PC IgM ameliorates atherosclerosis and steatohepatitis, increases bone mass in young mice, and protects against high fat diet- and age-associated osteoporosis. We investigated the relationship between anti-PC IgM plasma levels and bone mineral density (BMD) in a cross-sectional study of 247 participants [mean age: 65.5 (± 8.6) years] without medical conditions known to influence BMD or antibody production. Anti-PC IgM levels negatively correlated with both T- and Z-scores at the lumbar spine, femur and, to a lesser extent, the forearm. These correlations were maintained after adjustment for age, race, and sex. These results raise the possibility that higher levels of anti-PC IgM in patients with lower BMD reflect exposure to higher levels of PC-OxPLs, which are known to affect bone mass, and could be a novel risk marker for osteoporosis. Abstract

Data on the relationship between sleep architecture and diabetes are limited. However, some evidence suggests that slow-wave sleep (SWS) plays a crucial role in maintaining normal glucose homeostasis and influences insulin secretion capacity. Diabetes is often associated with reduced SWS, even in the absence of sleep-disordered breathing. Notably, selective suppression of SWS—without reducing total sleep time—can lead to significant increases in insulin resistance, decreased glucose tolerance, and a higher risk of diabetes. Given the growing interest in non-pharmacological lifestyle interventions, such as modifying sleep architecture, it is important to understand how sleep patterns differ in individuals with diabetes and whether these alterations impact diabetes risk and glycemic control. 50. Total flavonoids from Astragalusalleviate endothelial dysfunction by activating the Akt/eNOS pathway

Abstract

Objective To investigate the vasodilative and endothelial-protective effects and the underlying mechanisms of total flavonoids from Astragalus(TFA).Methods The vasodilative activities of TFA were measured with a myograph ex vivousing rat superior mesenteric arterial rings. The primary human umbilical vein endothelial cell (HUVEC) viabilities were assayed using the cell counting kit-8 after hypoxia or normoxia treatment with or without TFA. Akt, P-Akt, eNOS, P-eNOS, Erk, P-Erk, Bcl-2 and Bax expression were analyzed using western blotting.Results TFA showed concentration-dependent vasodilative effects on rat superior mesenteric arterial rings, but had no effects on normal or potassium chloride precontracted arterial rings. TFA did not affect HUVEC viabilities in normoxia, but dramatically promoted cell proliferation in the concentration range of 1 to 30 µg/mL under hypoxia. Moreover, TFA significantly increased the ratios of P-Akt/Akt and P-eNOS/eNOS in vascular endothelial cells under hypoxic conditions, but did not change the P-Erk/Erk or Bcl-2/Bax ratios.Conclusions TFA might exhibit vasorelaxant and endothelial-protective effects via the Akt/eNOS signaling pathway.
