Food production is of symbolic and practical importance in sustainable cities. Vegetable gardening in public spaces and community gardens is one of the most important topics to investigate as a possibility of food production in modern cities. The aim of this research is to explore how the application of ˈRhyzo BZˈ fertilizer microparticles could increase the stability and viability of biological and chemical agents for a longer time period with the time-release mechanism during pepper (Capsicum annuum var. macrocarpum L.) cultivation in urban gardens. The cultivation environment was monitored by an agrometeorological station continuously logging the following parameters: air temperature, humidity and pressure, soil temperature and humidity, precipitation, wind speed and direction, and leaf wetness. The optimization process of ˈRhyzo BZˈ fertilizer encapsulation in the biopolymers microcapsules was performed under optimal conditions of concentrations of sodium alginate (2 %) and calcium nitrate(1.5%), for optimal microcapsules enriched production. The experimental urban garden was set up in Zagreb (Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing). Planting of pepper seedlings (cultivar ˈSlonovo uhoˈ) was done on May 26, 2021. Harvest of pepper fruits lasted from July 13 to October 12, 2021. After harvest, in samples of pepper fruits some chemical properties were determined (polyphenols and carotenoids. The obtained results showed that the application of ˈRhyzo BZˈ fertilizer microparticles increased the morphological and chemical properties of the fruits cultivated in urban gardens.

6. Polisemija i homonimija u djelu Thomasa Manna 'Smrt u Veneciji' iz konstrastivnog gledišta

Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, bestimmte Polyseme und Homonyme aus Thomas Manns Werk zu vergleichen, um feststellen zu können wie sie sich unterscheiden. Ihre Beziehung wird ausführlich analysiert und dadurch wird die Vielfältigkeit und Lebendigkeit der Sprachen dargestellt, sowie ihre Fähigkeit der Veränderung, Anpassung und Flexibilität. Vorerst wurden Polysemie und Homonymie als sprachliche Begriffe erläutert und anschließend wurden die Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede erklärt. Darauf folgend wurden zehn Polyseme und zehn Homonyme aus dem Werk mit der kroatischen Übersetzung vergleicht. Es wurde festgestellt, dass manche Wörter grammatisch in beiden Sprachen übereinstimmen und es kann sein, dass dasselbe Wort in beiden Sprachen ebenso ein Polysem oder Homonym ist. Bei einigen Wörtern stimmen sogar alle Bedeutungen des Wortes in beiden Sprachen überein, beziehungsweise die semantische und grammatische Verwendung ist kongruent. Doch meistens ist die Übersetzung aus dem Deutschen ins Kroatische komplex, nicht direkt und manche Wörter können nicht in der Originalform wiedergegeben werden. Cilj ovog rada je usporediti prijevode određenih polisema i homonima iz djela Thomasa Manna u njemačkom i hrvatskom jeziku, da bi se ustanovilo kako se razlikuju. Također su detaljnije analizirani i njihovi odnosi, jer se time pokazuje koliko su jezici raznoliki i živi odnosno koliko se stalno mijenjaju i prilagođavaju. Polisemi i homonimi su prvo objašnjeni kao jezični pojmovi, a potom njihova povezanost i različitost. Potom se uspoređuje deset polisema i deset homonima iz djela s hrvatskim prijevodom. Ustanovljeno je da se neke riječi podurajau u gramatičkom smislu, te su u oba jezika polisemi ili homonimi. Čak se kod nekih riječi podudaraju i ostala značenja koja riječ ima u oba jezika, dakle u semantičkom i gramatičkom smislu su u uporabi identični. No većinom je ipak prijevod iz njemačkog jezika na hrvatski kompleksniji, prijevod nije direktan i neke se riječi ne mogu prevesti kao što su u izvornom obliku.

U ovom radu opisan je razvijeni sustav za inteligentno upravljanje osvjetljenjem uzimajući u obzir preferencije korisnika. U radu se daje opis postojećih rješenja na ovu temu nakon kojeg slijedi opis okoline u kojoj je ovaj sustav razvijen i testiran. Opisane su korištene tehnologije te razvoj programskog rješenja koje uključuje komunikaciju sa senzorom za detekciju razine osvjetljenja i rasvjetnim tijelom. Ključni dio sustava je razvijena umjetna neuronska mreža pomoću koje se vrši predviđanje optimalnog osvjetljenja za korisnika na temelju njegovog ID-a, doba dana te detektirane trenutne razine jačine osvjetljenja. Rad uključuje upoznavanje s pojmom neuronskih mreža, inspiraciju iza same ideje neuronskeih mreža, opis osnovne jedinice - neurona, osnovne vrste mreža te opis uloge aktivacijske funkcije i funkcije gubitka. S obzirom na to da se na izlazu, kao korisnička preferencija, očekuju dvije oznake - željeni intenzitet svjetline i boja rasvjetnog tijela, razvijena je mreža za klasifikaciju više oznaka. Na kraju su opisana naprednija rješenja i moguća poboljšanja sustava i implementacije neuronske mreže. This thesis describes a developed intelligent lighting management system taking into account user preferences. An overview of existing solutions is given, followed by a description of the environment in which this system is developed and tested. The technologies used and the development of the software solution that includes communication with a luminosity sensor and the lighting fixture are described. The key part of the system is an artificial neural network developed to predict the optimum lightning for the user based on his ID, time of day, and detected current brightness level. The work involves getting to know the notion of neural networks, inspiration behind the idea of neural network, a description of the basic unit - neurons, basic network types, and description of the role of activation functions and loss functions. Given that the outputs, as user preference, expect two labels - the desired intensity of brightness and color of the lighting fixture, a network has been developed for multi-label classification. Finally, more advanced solutions and possible improvements to the system and the implementation of the neural network are described.

Cilj ovog rada bio je, korištenjem programskog alata Eclipse Kure na uređaju Raspberry Pi, prikupljanje podataka sa senzorskih čvorova korištenjem različitih komunikacijskih tehnologija (XBee, Bluetooth Low Energy, LoRaWAN, WiFi) koje su u sklopu rada i ukratko predstavljene. Nakon dohvaćanja podataka sa senzorskog čvora, podatci su obrađeni i poslani na poslužitelj MQTT protokolom. U radu je opisan rad sa formatom poruka KuraPayload te način kako izbjeći korištenje tog formata radi čitljivosti dolaznih poruka sa poslužitelja. Komunikacija preko XBee modula je u potpunosti ostvarena dok su se pojavili određeni problemi prilikom korištenja Eclipse Kure prilikom razvoja servisa za serijsko čitanje (korišten za WiFi i LoRaWAN modul) te problemi sa uređajem Raspberry Pi prilikom osposobljivanja za komunikaciju putem modula Bluetooth Low Energy. Svi uočeni problemi te razvoj servisa za svaku tehnologiju su opisani u radu. The aim of this paper was to use the Eclipse Kure software tool on Raspberry Pi to collect data from sensor nodes using different communication technologies (XBee, Bluetooth Low Energy, LoRaWAN, WiFi) that were briefly presented within the paper. After retrieving data from the sensor node, the data was processed and sent by MQTT protocol to the server. This paper describes how to work with the KuraPayload message format and how to avoid using this format for readability of incoming messages from the server. Communication via the XBee module has been fully realized while some problems have emerged when using Eclipse Kure when developing serial reading services (used for WiFi and LoRaWAN modules) and problems with the Raspberry Pi device when communicating via the Bluetooth Low Energy module. All identified problems and service development for each technology are described in the paper.
