This article discusses a case report of a patient with thymoma and myasthenia gravis who presented with erythroderma, a skin condition. Thymoma-associated multiorgan autoimmunity (TAMA) is a paraneoplastic syndrome that can affect the skin, liver, and gastrointestinal tract. In rare cases, TAMA may manifest exclusively in the skin. The patient in this case had a complex medical history and was diagnosed with GVHD-like erythroderma in the subset of TAMA syndrome. Treatment options for this condition include topical and systemic steroids, phototherapy, and immunosuppressive drugs. Early recognition of the cutaneous presentation of TAMA is important for prompt management. [Extracted from the article]

A 30-year-old Italian woman showed a nodular erythematous lesion of about 1 cm in diameter on her right leg, slightly painful to touch, with a central pale cavity about 0.2 cm wide, oozing serosanguinous fluid. Antibiotic treatment is completely ineffective; in any case, the bacteriostatic activity inside the larva's intestine seems to prevent the growth of pyogenic bacteria in the lesion.
