The paper presents an algorithm for the treatment of comminuted fractures of the femoral shaft with an external fixation device. For treatment, a hybrid (wire-rod) apparatus for external fixation was used using the knots developed by the authors. A clinical example of the use of such a device is analyzed in detail. An analysis of the advantages of the approach to the treatment of fractures of the femoral shaft with a hybrid external fixation device is presented.

The paper presents the experience of surgical treatment of 17 patients with closed fractures of the condyles of the humerus in children for 8 years who were in the pediatric traumatology and orthopedic department of the GAUZ RCH of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The paper presents a method for the treatment of fractures of the proximal humerus in children and adolescents.

The authors analyzed the treatment of 105 patients with pectus excavatum in children and adolescents aged 6-17 years. In 13 patients, thoracoplasty according to Nuss D. was performed, in 87 patients, surgical treatment was performed according to the method proposed by the authors. The proposed algorithm for the treatment of pectus excavatum is less traumatic and allows to reduce the rehabilitation period with the restoration of the shape of the rib cage in the shortest possible time.

The paper presents an original technique for the treatment of post-traumatic deforming sacroiliac arthrosis, as well as fresh and chronic injuries of the sacroiliac joints using an external fixation device. The algorithm for applying the technique is described in detail. The technique is easy to implement. The external fixation device is assembled from the elements of a standard set of the Ilizarov apparatus. The elements of the device are attached to the pelvic bones, taking into account the biomechanics of the interaction of the components of the pelvic ring, which allows dynamic compensation of compression in the posterior pelvis to achieve arthrodesis in the sacroiliac joint. Аннотация В работе представлена оригинальная методика лечения посттравматического деформирующего артроза крестцово-подвздошных, а также свежих и застарелых повреждений крестцово-подвздошных сочленений с использованием аппарата внешней фиксации. Алгоритм применения методики подробно описан. Методика проста в реализации. Аппарат внешней фиксации собирается из элементов стандартного набора аппарата Илизарова. The article presents and substantiates the technology of providing orthopedic care for congenital anomalies in the development of the pelvic ring in the form of bladder exstrophy. A detailed clinical example of the use of the technology is presented, which makes it possible to draw a conclusion about the effectiveness of the developed technology for the surgical treatment of bladder exstrophy.

The paper presents the materials of the analysis of 89 patients with unstable diaphyseal fractures of the bones of the forearm. A method of closed transosseous osteosynthesis with a wire-rod external fixation device for unstable diaphyseal bone fractures was proposed and applied in 47 patients, developed by the staff of the department with long-term results of the treatment.

A low-traumatic approach to the posterior edge of the acetabulum for reposition and fixation of fragments of its upper and posterior parts is proposed. The peculiarity of the topographic anatomy of the gluteal region is taken into account. The technique of surgical intervention is described depending on the level of fracture of the posterior edge of the acetabulum.

The paper presents the results of the analysis of the features of orthopedic complications of acute hematogenous metaepiphyseal osteomyelitis with lesions of the femur. Particular attention is paid to severe postoperative complications arising from the performance of this type of intervention, called in the literature "an outbreak of a dormant infection." The authors studied the immune status in 32 patients with osteomyelitis at the age from 5 to 16 years. The analysis of the obtained results is presented.

The paper presents an overview of approaches to the treatment of patients with distal pathological hip dislo-cation in children. The principles of surgical treatment of this pathology and the results are analyzed. Own version of the approach is presented. We analyzed our own clinical observations. It was concluded that the effectiveness of treatment of distal dislocation of the hip is significantly higher than that of pathological destructive dislocation of the hip with varying degrees of destruction.

Patients with various kinds of orthopedic complications of acute hematogenous osteomyelitis metaepiphyseal in the hip in the form of a complete defect of the epiphysis of the femoral head constituted 17.5% of all patients. In order to restore the congruence of the joint preservation and potency POBK to increase these patients shows the change of the ilium anterior-upper spine containing apophysis with sprout plate and feed the muscle on the leg stump of the femoral neck. Positive results were obtained in 6 cases out of 7.

A complication of acute metaepiphyseal hematogenous osteomyelitis of hip ankylosis is rare among all the observed patients with lesions of the proximal femur (96 patients) occurred only in 6.29% of cases. Of these, two patients had a form of fibrous ankylosis, four patients bone ankylosis. Operative treatment in these patients is aimed at removing limbs from the vicious position in order to create and support ability of the lower extremities possible functional capacity after replacement later in life.
