Dynamic processes in speed changes control device with differential gear transmission and closed loop hydraulic system have been considered and investigated for the case when the sun gear is a control link, carrier is a driving link and the ring gear is driven. The motion of the system has been modeled in a formalized form using the Lagrange’s equation of the second kind. For this purpose, the expression for the energy of such speed changes control device has been derived. Then, based on the Lagrange’s equation of second kind, a system of differential equations for the motion of the links has been obtained and solved. The solution of the system of equations of dynamics of such devices is the basis for further computer simulation and quantitative analysis in order to evaluate the operation of such devices and to select the necessary closed loop hydraulic system to control changes in speed, when the load changes periodically over a long time; or when the magnitude of the shock load after a sharp increase remains unchanged for either a long time or a small time; or the actuator stops immediately because of a significant overload., Розглянуті та досліджені динамічні процеси у пристрої для керування змінами швидкості з зубчастою диференціальною передачею і замкнутою гідросистемою через сонячне зубчасте колесо, коли ведучою ланкою є водило, а веденою – епіцикл. Розроблена математична модель та розв’язані рівняння динаміки таких пристроїв залежно від умов їх роботи. Отримані результати є підґрунтям для подальшого комп’ютерного моделювання та проведення кількісного аналізу з метою оцінки роботи гідромеханічного приводу та вибору необхідної замкнутої гідросистеми для керування змінами швидкості.

A method of expanding the operational capabilities of axial ball couplings is proposed to prevent overloading of mechanical drive parts by automatically separating the ends of the shafts as the torque increases to undesirable values. A new design of a part of a mechanical actuator, called the ball-bending axial axial coupling, was developed and patented, and kinematic-force calculations of its main elements were carried out. The main results of the conducted researches of the following important problems are presented in the work: the necessity of improvement of characteristics with expansion of functions of ball overrunning couplings is substantiated; scientific approach and synthesis of ball deflection couplings have been developed; an analytical analysis of the design and force parameters of ball bending-protection couplings; a common mathematical model of the condition of automatic disconnection of shaft ends connected by coupling during overloads and prevention of kinematic chain of mechanical drive from overloads; the basic parameters of the coupling are scientifically substantiated and patented by their patent of Ukraine for utility model. The graphical dependences of the power parameters on the geometric factors of the coupling are shown., Пропанується новий метод розширення експлуатаційних можливостей кулькових обгінних муфт осьової дії з метою запобігання перевантажень деталей механічних приводів за рахунок автоматичного роз’єднання кінців валів під час збільшення обертального моменту до небажаних величин. Розроблено та запатентовано нову конструкцію частини механічного приводу, яка дістала назву кулькової обгінно-запобіжної муфти осьової дії, та проведено кінематико-силові розрахунки основних її елементів.
