This thesis deals with one of the phenomena of the personalization of politics, personal parties. Personnel parties are not particularly scrutinized in current political science discourse. However, it can be assumed that the phenomenon of personalization will increasingly permeate the political environment. Therefore, the goal of this work is to fill this empty gap and analyze selected Czech and Slovak personnel parties in a mutual comparison. The choice of countries is by no means random. The Czech and Slovak Republics were still one country until 1992, so it will be interesting to see if the parties in both countries develop differently. The ANO and SPD movements will be analyzed from the Czech sides, and the SME RODINA and OLANO movements from the Slovak sides. The movement was chosen because it has successfully passed at least two elections and is still active in the parliament of both countries. Movements will be explored from different perspectives. The first perspective will be the position of leader within the party, where a strong to dominant position is assumed. This bachelor thesis deals with the position of the Czechoslovak National Socialist Party in the exile Council of Free Czechoslovakia. The introduction presents the post-war development of ČSNS. Emphasis is placed on events describing the position of ČSNS in the the post war political system until the Czechoslovak coup d'état and emigration. The second part of this thesis describes the beginnings and renewal of the CSNS in exile and other political parties in exile, associated with the Council of Free Czechoslovakia. The third and main part of this thesis describes the Council of Free Czechoslovakia. The council is divided into individual subchapters. These subchapters describe the history, organizational structure, crisis and policy of the Council. The purpose of these subchapters is to point out the work of ČSNS in individual parts of the Council and participation in the creation of its policy. The final chapter compares the Czechoslovak National Committee and the Council of Free Czechoslovakia in order to point out their differences and substantiate them.

Motion of ions under the influence of electric field has been a subject of scientific interest for many decades. Capillary electrophoresis in particular benefited greatly from this research and mathematical models of electromigration applicable to capillary electrophoresis have been developed. As the sophistication of the models grew, so did the computational demands to evaluate them. In order to fully exploit the possibilities of advanced mathematical models a computer implementation capable of solving non-trivial problems at sufficient speed is necessary. This dissertation thesis explores applications of computer implementations of mathematical models re- lated to electromigration in two different areas. The main focus of this thesis is on the topic of linear theory of electromigration. We discuss the extension of the linear theory of electromigration beyond of just acid-base equilibria and computer implementation of this extented theory which is specialized to include complex-forming equilibria in order to be able to deal with affinity capillary electrophoresis prob- lems. The paper identifies and discusses the production of public goods in the vertical of cattle breeding. The cattle breeding vertical was divided into four basic levels – producer, processor, retailer, and consumer and main public goods were determined and discussed. Moreover, it provides the methods for the valuation of public goods. The method is applied in the estimation of manure shadow price. Using the fitted multiple output distance function with two market and one non-market output and applying the Lagrange method and the Shephard’s dual lemma the shadow price of manure was calculated. The results show that the shadow prices differ significantly among the groups of farmers. This especially holds for the classification of groups according to the size and technology of production.

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the machine line FMS-200 made by the company SMC, its control and monitoring. The analysis includes communica-tion between every module of the line and the industrial robot MELFA. Based on this knowledge control programs and applications will be created which will be able to monitor and control the given process. Control programs for each module were created in STEP7 environment from Siemens. OPC server technology was used for communication between the modules and the robot. Control Web application has been made for monitoring and controling of each module. The result of this work can be applied to other production processes, combining various production processes and control elements.

This work deals with development and optimization of a method for separation and detection of pro- tamines using capillary zone electrophoresis. The developed method uses a fused silica capillary with inner diameter of 50 µm and effective length of 41,5 cm. Driving voltage is 30 kV. Background electrolyte is aque- ous solution of 45 mmol dm−3 phosphoric acid. Analyte is detected spectrophotometrically at wavelength of 200 nm. Sample is injected hydrodynamically. The method allows for determination of protamines in the concentration range between 11 µg ml−1 to 1000 µg ml−1 , limit of detection is 4 µg ml−1 . Viablity of the method has been verified with a real sample of NPH insulin injection. For sufficiently sensitive detection of protamines in NPH insuline it is necessary to prepare the sample in acidic environment. For the pur- poses of this work the sample was acidified by addition of background electrolyte into the sample so that the background electrolyte concentration in the resulting solution of the sample was 18 mmol dm−3 . The main advantage of the method is the rapid analysis, migration time of the analyte is about 2 min. is work deals with development and optimization of a method for separation and detection of N- acetylglucosamine and its dimer and trimer using capillary zone electrophoresis with contactless conductiv- ity detection. Separation and detection of these substances is possible if sodium hydroxide is used as back- ground electrolyte. Usage of another electrolyte such as disodium phosphate leads to unacceptable baseline noise level. Optimal conditions of this method are a background electrolyte concentration of 40 mmol dm−3 and voltage of 15 kV. e method is very sensitive to background electrolyte pH, used background electrolyte also causes rapid degradation of the inner capillary wall which is why this method has proven difficult to cali- brate properly. e developed method was compared to an already existing method which uses UV detection. e existing method has lower limits of detection and quantification and is less sensitive to working condi- tions. Limits of detection and quantification of the developed method are 34 µmol dm−3 and 104 µmol dm−3 respectively. Limits of detection and quantification of the method based on UV detection are 7 µmol dm−3 and 21 µmol dm−3 respectively. This thesis deals with software testing and its possible automation and compares the pros and cons of automated testing with manual testing. In the automated approach is introduced tool for automated testing HP QuickTest Professional (HP QTP). The main objective is to analyze the advantages of using this tool in conditions of a real project, based on predefined criteria. In the theoretical section I introduce basic terms within the field of software testing and identify testing in the software development process. A comparison of manual and automated approach to software testing and introduction of tool HP QTP for automated tests follows. Target of practical part is to analyze the advantages of automation by using HP QTP on a real project according to defined criteria and recommend for what conditions the automation in this case worthwhile. In the practical part is also created manual which describing the basic functionality of HP QTP, which is demonstrated on examples. Manual, which is also the output of this work, has to help testers to quickly understand the work with this tool and therefore better plan process of tests automation.

The main purpose of my work is to describe and chart the possibilities and use of the means of multimedia communication as the title prompts. In the work there is shown their broad variability in use in many different areas. My work is divided into several chapters. At first the reader is introduced into the broad issue of multimedia including definitions and descriptions of individual elements. Then follows an overview of areas where the multimedia material is possible to apply such as in education, households, as well as in work and public places. There is also a sub-chapter about virtual reality. Next my work deals with the ways how the multimedia content is presented to people by which I mean with what technologies and equipment it is spread. An overview of today's trends, new technologies together with a prediction of future development is not missing. The closing part of my work is dedicated to a comparison between theory and practical situation in particular the use of multimedia in the chain stores Baumax.
