This research paper focuses on a systematic analysis of the impact of human resources and temporary facilities on electricity consumption at construction sites. The study was carried out through the installation of metering equipment at three construction sites, with each site operation being separately metered. The primary focus was on the energy consumption of the construction offices for site personnel. The results show the relationships between human resources, containers and the overall energy performance of site operations. The paper presents data that identifies areas where measures can be implemented to increase energy use efficiency while optimising working conditions for construction personnel. The results of this study will contribute to a better understanding of the factors influencing energy consumption on construction sites and provide a basis for designing sustainable measures.

Doktorská práce je zaměřena na hluk vznikající při výstavbě. Definuje rámec problematiky po stránce legislativní a fyzikální. Stanovuje stavební stroje jako zdroje hluku a řadí je do kategorií a sestav se zohledněním užívaných stavebních technologií. Sdružuje zdrojová data hlučnosti strojů, se kterými lze pracovat v prognostických modelech. Analyzuje míru vlivu staveništního hluku na blízkou obytnou zástavbu a nabízí metodiku k modelování a návrhu možných opatření ke snížení hluku. It defines the legislative and physical aspects of this topic. It determines heavy machinery as noise source and categorizes them by their usage in construction technologies. It collects source data of the machinery noises which can be further used in prognostic models. It analyses the level of construction noise which can impact the nearby residential areas and offers methodology for modelling and designing the possible arrangements for the noise reduction. It defines partial effects of the construction site which are significant for the noise spreading. It establishes their role in the value of acoustic pressure level of the noise affecting the façade of the considered building. With the data collection and with case study verification it offers a prepared work tool which can be easily used to predict noise levels on construction sites and can be applied in the early constructions preparations. The structure of this thesis is planned for possible usage as university textbook or study support.
