В данной работе на основе анализа сканов поверхности образца черепицы с полимерным покрытием была разработана слоевая модель текстурированного покрытия, проведены аналитические и компьютерные расчеты для этой модели в зависимости от ее параметров (концентрации пигментов, числа слоев, толщины покрытия и др.). In this paper, based on the analysis of the surface scans of a tile with a polymer coating, a layered model of a textured coating was developed, analytical and computer calculations were performed for this model, depending on its parameters (pigment concentration, number of layers, coating thickness, etc.).

Abstract

С помощью метода Монте-Карло проведено изучение влияния внешнего электрического поля на свойства фазовых переходов и размеров домена в полимерных сегнетоэлектрических системах. Показано, что включение поля приводит к изменению размеров домена, увеличению критической температуры ТС и «размытию» фазового перехода. Using the Monte Carlo method carried out to study the influence of an external electric field on the properties of phase transitions and the domain sizes in the ferroelectric polymer systems. It is shown that the inclusion of the field leads to a change in the domain size, an increase in the critical temperature of the TС, and a "blurring" of the phase transition. Abstract

Для дискретной модели, описывающей сегнетоэлектрический полимер, проведено компьютерное моделирование процессов переполяризации в зависимости от параметров внешнего электрического поля и энергетических констант модели. Показано, что при определенной частоте внешнего излучения существует максимум поглощательной способности системы. For a discrete model which describes a ferroelectric polymer, we perform computer simulation of the repolarization processes in dependence on the parameters of the external electric field and the energy constants of the model. We have shown that at the certain frequency the maximum of the absorbing capacity of the system exist. Abstract

Surface roughness plays an important role in many physical phenomena, including wave scattering, friction, adhesion, electrical conductivity, capacitance and heat transfer, as well as applications of thin films for sensors. We studied microphotographies of polyester coatings surfaces of metal sheets, and concluded that they are rough ones. Using the scanning probe microscopy method, we investigated the surface texture of these samples and found that the largest number of peaks on the surface has a height in the range exceeding the roughness level, and their distribution on surfaces has a fractal character. We used the method of 2D fractal functions for modeling of surface texture of these samples. The optimal fractal model was chosen on the basis of comparison of the geometrical profiles for polymer coating surface of metal sheet obtained by the opticale microscopy method and calculated on the basis of fractal models.
