The task of the selective determination of chlorine dioxide in gas environments, including the emissions from the pulp and paper mills, is relevant and in demand. Current article presents a brief review of the existing methods and procedures for measuring the chlorine dioxide in liquid and gas environments, and identifies the problems in controlling the chlorine dioxide in industrial emissions from the pulp and paper production due to the influence of the related substances: molecular chlorine, hydrochloride, hydrochlorate and sulfur dioxide. As a result, to achieve the required selectivity of the chlorine dioxide determination, the procedure for its preliminary oxidation with the hydrogen peroxide to the chlorite-ion was developed, followed by the measuring of its mass concentration by the capillary electrophoresis. The conditions of sampling, all stages of sample preparation and measurements on the instrument were optimized. Based on the experimental studies, a method for measuring the chlorine dioxide in the industrial emissions in the form of chlorite ion in the range from 0.025 to 0.3 mg/m3 with an expanded uncertainty of 25 % has been developed. The contributions of the components of uncertainties affecting the measurement result were summarized in the budget of the uncertainties prepared during the metrological certification of the measurement procedure. The developed method is more selective and reliable in comparison to the traditional methods (“wet chemistry”) used for the measuring of the chlorine dioxide in industrial emissions. Задача селективного определения диоксида хлора в газовых средах, включая выбросы целлюлозно-бумажных производств (ЦБП), актуальна и востребована. В статье представлен краткий обзор существующих методов и методик измерений диоксида хлора в жидких и газовых средах, выявлены проблемы контроля диоксида хлора в промышленных выбросах ЦБП, обусловленные влиянием сопутствующих веществ: молекулярный хлор, гидрохлорид, гидрохлорат и диоксид серы. В результате для достижения необходимой селективности определения диоксида хлора отработана процедура его предварительного окисления пероксидом водорода до хлорит-иона с последующим измерением его массовой концентрации методом капиллярного электрофореза. Оптимизированы условия пробоотбора, всех стадий пробоподготовки и выполнения измерений на приборе. На основе проведенных экспериментальных исследований разработана методика измерений диоксида хлора в промышленных выбросах в виде хлорит-иона в диапазоне от 0.025 до 0.3 мг/м3 при расширенной неопределенности 25 %. Вклады составляющих неопределенностей, оказывающих влияние на результат измерений, суммированы в бюджете неопределенности, подготовленном при метроло­гической аттестации методики измерений. Разработанная методика является более селективной и достоверной в сравнении с используемыми традиционными методами («мокрой химии») измерений диоксида хлора в промышленных выбросах.

Operative correction of bladder exstrophy is reconstructive and must be carried out on the basis of children's surgical centers. Most pathogenetically substantiated is a bladder plastic by local tissues, but its implementation requires certain conditions. If plastic by local tissues is not possible, or long-term results of its are unsatisfactory, the proposed method of operation is the choice of surgical correction. Наиболее патогенетически обоснованной является пластика мочевого пузыря местными тканями, но для ее выполнения необходимы определенные условия. Если пластика местными тканями не выполнима или отдаленные результаты ее неудовлетворительные, операцией выбора является предложенный метод хирургической коррекции порока. Проведен анализ результатов лечения у 22 детей по разработанному способу. Данный способ является альтернативным в хирургическом лечении экстрофии мочевого пузыря., Операції з приводу корекції екстрофії сечового міхура є реконструктивно-пластичними і повинні виконуватись на базі дитячих хірургічних центрів. Найбільш патогенетично обумовленою є пластика сечового міхура місцевими тканинами, але для її виконання необхідні певні умови. Якщо пластика місцевими тканинами не може бути виконана або віддалені результати є незадовільними, операцією вибору є запропонований метод хірургічної корекції вади. Проведено аналіз результатів лікування у 22 дітей за розробленим методом, який є альтернативним у хірургічному лікуванні екстрофії сечового міхура.

Оценено соответствие нормам выбросов содержание наиболее токсичного оксида азота в отработавших газах двигателей внутреннего сгорания. Разработана методика определения параметров химической реакции образования NO и влияния на него процесса смесеобразования и сгорания в поршневых и газотурбинных двигателях. Предложен альтернативный объемному и послойному методам, подтвержденный экспериментально, пленочно-вихревой способ сжигания бедных смесей, позволяющий повысить экологические показатели по NO, CH и СО без ухудшения ресурсосберегающих параметров. Conformity of the maintenance of the most toxic nitrogen oxide of exhaust gases of internal combustion engines to exhaust’s standards is estimated. The technique of definition of parameters of chemical reaction of formation NO and influences on it of process mixing and combustion in piston and gas-turbine engines is developed. Film-vortical way of burning of the poor mixes, confirmed experimentally, is offered alternative to the volume and level-by-level methods, allowing to raise ecological indicators on NO, CH and without deterioration resources parameters. Endogenous retroviruses (ERVs), retrovirus-like elements with long terminal repeats, are widely dispersed in the euchromatic compartment in mammalian cells, comprising approximately 10% of the mouse genome. These parasitic elements are responsible for >10% of spontaneous mutations. Whereas DNA methylation has an important role in proviral silencing in somatic and germ-lineage cells, an additional DNA-methylation-independent pathway also functions in embryonal carcinoma and embryonic stem (ES) cells to inhibit transcription of the exogenous gammaretrovirus murine leukaemia virus (MLV). Notably, a recent genome-wide study revealed that ERVs are also marked by histone H3 lysine 9 trimethylation (H3K9me3) and H4K20me3 in ES cells but not in mouse embryonic fibroblasts. However, the role that these marks have in proviral silencing remains unexplored. Here we show that the H3K9 methyltransferase ESET (also called SETDB1 or KMT1E) and the Krüppel-associated box (KRAB)-associated protein 1 (KAP1, also called TRIM28) are required for H3K9me3 and silencing of endogenous and introduced retroviruses specifically in mouse ES cells. Furthermore, whereas ESET enzymatic activity is crucial for HP1 binding and efficient proviral silencing, the H4K20 methyltransferases Suv420h1 and Suv420h2 are dispensable for silencing. Notably, in DNA methyltransferase triple knockout (Dnmt1(-/-)Dnmt3a(-/-)Dnmt3b(-/-)) mouse ES cells, ESET and KAP1 binding and ESET-mediated H3K9me3 are maintained and ERVs are minimally derepressed. We propose that a DNA-methylation-independent pathway involving KAP1 and ESET/ESET-mediated H3K9me3 is required for proviral silencing during the period early in embryogenesis when DNA methylation is dynamically reprogrammed.
