Noise on a road is caused by the sound of a vehicle engine which is passing on. It can make the environment uncomfortable and the health problems in humans. The distance between the object and the sound source determines the magnitude of this impact. This study aims to look for the effect of the distance on noise levels that caused by vehicle engine sounds. The study was conducted in the central of Bengkulu City, Jalan Suprapto. Observations were made in 2 segments of Suprapto Road with 10 m distance intervals perpendicular to the sound source with a total of 5 points. The mathematical model uses the linear regression equation approach. Distance is an independent variable and noise is an independent variable. The results showed that, the relationship between the distance of the observation point and the noise value obtained equation Y = -0,317x+71,20 with R2 = 0,984.Keywords: noise, distortion, regression.

Landslides almost every year occur in Indonesia, this rare landslide that can be detected early. because so far the prediction of slope slope is difficult. To predict the calculation requires the analysis and stability of the slope manually. This manual calculation process is quite long and long process. The calculation data and slope stability analysis are in the form of slope measurement, the work is quite tiring and risky for the researcher, and also the scope of the slope that can be measured is only narrow. In addition to slope inclination data, for slope analysis also requires soil data to be sampled and testing in a geotechnical laboratory. This study investigated slope stability by creating landslide models using Digital Elevation Models (DEM), and Geoslope programs. Slope model was analyzed from DEM and landslide stability analysis using Geoslope. From this concept we are expected to analyze landslide / stability slope quickly and accurately without risk for researcher. The results of lab tests were obtained:water content (wN), wN1 = 39.47%, wN1 = 40.54%, wN1 = 38.89%. Specific Soil Weight (Gs) ranged from 2.60 to 2.62, wet soil volume weight ranged from 14.59 to 16.16 kN / m3, the weight of saturated soil volume ranged from 15.59 to 16.82 kN / m3, the weight of soil volume dried ranged from 09.99 to 16.82 kN / m3, soil liquid limit ranged 61.26-66.06%, plastic limit of land ranged from 39.58 to 44.88%, soil plastic index ranged from 21.18 to 21.66, so that the soil is categorized as organic clay soil, the face of the soil at a depth of -0.5m, the cohesion value (c) ranges from 29.10 to 34.90 kPa, and the frictional angle values in the range 19.51 21.100, the slope of the slope ranges from 24 to 420 and slope safety figures (FK), on slopes 1 FK = 1.87 (slope safe against landslide hazard), on slope 2 FK = 1.20 (slope unsafe against landslide hazard), on slope 3 FK = 1.52 (the slope is safe from landslide hazards).

The Musi Hydroelectric Power Plant area in Kepahiang Regency is a hilly area that has steep slopes that are prone to landslides. One of the landslides that occurred at October 2017 precisely occurred on a highway between Susup Village, Bengkulu Tengah Regency and Ujan Mas District, Kepahiang Regency. This study aims to analyze the slope stability of the terraces using the Fellenius Method. The results of testing the physical properties of the soil indicate that the soil on the slopes of the area of the Musi Hydroelectric Power Plant is clay. The slopes studied in the Musi hydropower area are all prone to landslides because safety factor, FK

Bendung Air MusiKejalo has decreased productivity, one of the contributing factors is sedimentation. The purpose of research is to know the massive rate of sediment transport from weir which enter in sand trap using method of Shen and Hungs and Meyer Petter Muller method. Then plot the dimensions of the sludge pouch from the resulting sediment rate. The stages of the research implementation are sediment sample test, flow velocity measurement and channel dimension then calculation and data analysis. The result of calculation using method of Shen and Hungs, got the value of sediment rate discharge at sand trap is 0,1295 ton / day, and by Meyer Petter Muller method equal to 22,4966 ton / day. So the result of sediment rate discharge Meyer Petter Muller method used for planning dimension sand trap of Air Musi Kejalo Weir.Volume of sand trap Air Musi Kejalo Weir is 120 m3. Dimensions of sand trap length 61 m, width 4 m and depth of 1,3 m. The conclusion of this study is that with thedimensions of planned sludge pockets based on the volume of sediment obtained, the sand trap should be rinsed for 14 days once so that the sediment does not accumulate in the sand trap and using a construction is pairs of round stone with type of sand trap is square and type of main drain is trapezoid.

This research is a new innovation to find alternative material to replace Portland cement filler by using sea sand. This study examined the effect of sea sand usage on Asphalt Concrete Binder Course (AC-BC) mixture with sea shifting variation of 25%; 50%; 75%, and 100%. This research is an experimental study in laboratory by using Marshall test method in the form of stability, melting, Marshall quotient (MQ), VMA, VFA, and VIM. To support the test results conducted in the laboratory research including physical examination of asphalt, aggregate, and filler. The results of this study obtained the value of Marshall characteristics for the best VMA is at 100% variation of 16.89%; The highest VFA value at 100% variation of 81,78%; The best VIM values are at normal conditions of 4.10%; The best density value in normal condition is 2.35 T/m³; The highest stability value under normal conditions of 1519.23 kg; The best flow rate is in the 25% variation of 4.52 mm; The highest MQ values are in normal condition of 453.21 kg/mm. The use of sea sand as filler in all variations can be used although not all Marshall characteristic variables are high in value compared with normal conditions without replacement. The more sea sand used as filler, the more asphalt content needed in a mixture, in this study the asphalt content increased 2% when compared with the condition without change

As a learning facility which has interaction inside it, a classroom should be comfort in term of visual and thermal. Visual comfort can be obtained by the presence of sunlight through opening. While thermal comfort is the air temperature that influenced by building material used. Room 21 (R.21) of Gedung Kuliah Bersama V (GB V) Universitas Bengkulu (UNIB) is a classroom that mostly used by Architecture Student for receiving lecture from morning until afternoon. To identify the visual and thermal comfort of R.21, computer simulations with Ecotect program was did to get the room lighting and temperature condition in level 60cm above the floor. The result shows that natural light in R.21 GB V UNIB is comfortable enough with 630 lux of average daylight levels. While the temperature in R.21 GB V UNIB is still not comfortable because the average mean radiant temperature is 26,6°C. Visual comfort obtained along with high temperature because R.21 GB V UNIB is located at the corner of the building that have glass window in the east and north of the room.

I ndonesia has 2 seasons, rainy season and wet season. Normally, it will be flooding in the rainy season in Bengkulu mosely in Central Bengkulu. Flooding happens every year, and this problem does not have the solution yet and the fread shows the increase in frequency, the areas, the depth and the duration. Central Bengkulu has bad drainage. No bad condition of the road, its dishersing the activity of the society. It is imposible to wait for the action from the government to overcome this situation. The society pay great attention from the speech and discusstion about the method to make drainage based on standard. K eywords: Flood, Drainage Contruction, Government and Stakeholders
