The 850 hPa air pressure level is situated about 1.5 km above sea level. This means that the surface does not influence the temperature at this altitude, so the diurnal temperature variations are small. They are about 2-3 degrees, or they do not exist, at all. This is why temperature of the 850 hPa level is used for identification of air masses and location of warm and cold fronts. Moreover, temperature variation of the 850 hPa level can be analysed in themselves, as indicators of climate 1500 meters above the sea level. The 1973-2014 period, analysed in this study, was chosen as the longest available series in Cluj-Napoca. The results, concerning the evolution of temperature at this standard isobaric level pointed at strong warming in the last 10-15 years. In the last 7 years the highest temperatures were higher by one degree at the 850 hPa lever than in the preceding years. The heating at the analyzed isobaric level overlaps the growing of ground temperature, analyzed the medium annual temperature in the period 1973-2014.

The so-called agile approach is increasingly popular in the world of project management as a response to more dynamic and competitive environments. This study follows the question: What are the decisive criteria that result in the use of agile process models in practice? Therefore, a broad range of decision criteria is investigated, representing different reasons for firms to decide in favour or against the usage of agile process models, namely: Timesaving, increased efficiency, availability of qualified personnel, uniform terminology, project comparability and functions as a knowledge base. Most existing research on agile project management is of qualitative nature; this study uses a quantitative approach to assessing 51 firms and nine different industries within the DACH region. The collected data was analysed in a binary logistic regression model. Results reveal that time-saving positively predicts the use of agile process models, while high ratings in function as a knowledge base and project comparability predict the absence of agile process models. Therefore, practitioners are suggested to educate project and portfolio managers in the creation of hybrid environments and integration of agile process models in traditional project portfolios. A dual-wavelength heterodyne differential interferometer was developed and tested together with scanning mechanics. To extend the range of unambiguity, two wavelengths were applied. This is important for measuring structures with surface discontinuities (reliefs, steps). The automatic adjustment of the interferometer with respect to the rotational symmetrical measuring surfaces (aspheres) is important. An adjustment is needed to scan the asphere through its vertex. Typical measurements on a sphere, an asphere, and steps are shown. Radar data usage for the statistics of convective storms is very useful due to high temporal and spatial distribution. On the other hand, July month is characterized by intense convective processes as a consequence of pronounced radiative heating from the earth's surface so that favors the development of convective storms. The present analyses uses data from Oradea and Bobohalma radars of July month in the 2004-2015 period and the processing concerns the extent of atmospheric instability in the north-west half of Romania, based on reflectivity, vertical integrated liquid (VIL), hail diameter and convective wind speed parameters. Also, it has been determined the diurnal variation, daily number and time duration of convective storms. The graphic materials presents spatial distribution of significant hailstorms (storms producing hail 5 cm or larger in diameter) and storms that cause strong wind speeds (over 90 km/h). It was also considered the fact that the degree of instability of a day is not given only by the number of convective storms, but also the intensity of the phenomena that is generated.
