The CAD system in the optical coherence tomography (OCT) is important for the monitoring of ocular diseases because of the heavy utilization of the retinal OCT imaging process. The Multi-Scale Expert Convolution Mixture (MCME) is designed to classify the normal retina. OCT is becoming one of the most popular non-invasive evaluation approaches for retinal eye disease. In the present work, the growth kinetics of nickel nanorods inside commercially available Whatman nanoporous membrane is explored to achieve uniform deposition over a large area of the membrane. Uniform electrodeposition inside nanopores requires continuous presence of solute ions near the deposition site and reduction of ions. To control ion diffusion and reduction near the deposition site, the effect of DC potential and pulsed potential with various duty cycles and solution temperatures is analyzed. Time-dependent variation in deposition current is recorded for all experiments. For different experimental conditions, high-resolution scanning electron microscopy (SEM) image is acquired. SEM along with the current density profile helped to understand the deposition mechanism for various growth conditions. Experiments confirmed that pulse deposition with a small duty cycle is promising to achieve uniform deposition. Also, by changing the pulse duty cycle, a sectioned nanostructure can be obtained. Based on the electron microscopic observation for various deposition conditions used in this work, it is concluded that initially nickel ions adhere to the pore surfaces due to high surface energy. When a potential is applied, ions reduce and a hollow nanotube structure forms. With time, concentric growth continues by forming a solid nanorod structure.

There are numerous uses, ranging from complex security to shared spaces, parking to acceleration. The ALPR is used to control the traffic and to take hold for those who violate the traffic rules. Automatic recognition of vehicle license plate numbers has become critical in our daily lives due to the rapid expansion of autos and transportation systems, which makes it difficult for the general public to keep up with and monitor. A license plate identification system uses image processing theory and soft computing technology to identify cars based on their number plates. Using fewer and simpler algorithms can reduce both calculation time and execution time needed by most number plate localization approaches. This is because most of these techniques require several operations. License plate recognition is the most used approach in traffic-related applications. Various approaches, tactics, and algorithms have been developed for the identification and recognition of license plates. In the context of Indian license plate identification, only a few research have looked at the topic. Character segmentation and character recognition are two of the three key steps in identifying a license plate.

This paper discusses a variety of FIR filter implementation techniques. The FIR filters are used to reduce the number of arithmetic operations required for inner product calculations is a predetermined number, whilst the “look up table (LUT)” design stores the pre-computed result to keep things simple. Filters are commonly used in a variety of applications; the end goal of using a filter is to create a form of frequency selectivity on the spectrum of the incoming signal. Remote sensing images are in many domains used, including geographic, military, urban planning and environmental surveillance, but they are somewhat limiting their application due of additional stripe noise. Clear images from stripe pictures may be easily predicted in most existing stream noise reduction algorithms without considering the underlying characteristics of strip noise that cause the structure to be destroyed. Thus a new strategy was suggested in this study from the point of view of the image breakdown. The inherent qualities of strip noise and image properties are taken into consideration. The suggested methodology combines regularization, group regulation and television regularization in a framework for picture decomposition, into a (TV). The first two terms are used to execute stripe noise qualities through statistical analyses and regularization of the TV should evaluate the portions of the smooth structures of the stripe-free image. In addition, an effective alternating minimization methodology is proposed to solve the picture decomposition model.

This work presents a thorough investigation of memristor modeling through the use of Mat lab simulations. For the purpose of anticipating the behavior of the memristor device, we consider three different modeling strategies. In addition to the solid-state thin film memristor device, a spintronic memristor device based on magnetic technology was also simulated in this study. The fact that it has nanoscale geometry means that it is susceptible to process fluctuations during the fabrication process. The electrical behavior of the memristor deviates from the desired values as a result of process changes. As a result, the yield of a memristor-based memory design is lowered as a result. Face detection and verification based on the camera have progressed to such an extent that they may be integrated into several applications. Traditional cameras are shrinking and driven, adopted by innumerable applications like from household to IOT’s in drones. Some of these applications inflicted by some limitations like form factor, weight and cost. But they require lens. Flat cams have no lens and these can be fabricated like microchips and thinner than dime. However, lens less detectors cannot at yet give their optics equivalents the same spatial resolution and clarity. With almost acceptable same resolution, speed and much lesser cost these flat cams are available. These are even flexible, foldable, wearable and even disposable and can find myriad applications in security. We suggest the use of certain approaches to detect and verify the lens less cameras nowadays for resolution, noise and artifacts. The images acquired from lens less cameras, which pave the door to their integration into new applications, can be conducted with great exactitude both facial detection and verification.

In this paper, an identification of a speaker for multimedia application under non-electronically disguised voice is performed. In non-electronically disguised voice under physical variation of speech, it is a difficult task to identify the speaker in speech signal processing application area. Due to changes in the frequency spectrum of the speech signal during non- electronic disguising, some methods like Mel-frequency cepstrum coefficients (MFCC), delta Mel-frequency cepstrum coefficients (ΔMFCC) and double delta Mel-frequency cepstrum coefficients (ΔΔMFCC) are used to specify the frequencies spectral property. A new algorithm developed, based on acoustic feature extraction by MFCC technique of text-dependent speech signal of all speaker’s and changed their speech by six physical variation methods. The acoustic features which include the correlation coefficients and the mean value are extracted by the MFCC, ΔMFCC and ΔΔMFCC feature extraction method. Thereafter, different classifiers based on feature extraction are used to classify the non-electronically disguised voice and normal voice.

Peptic ulcer, it is the most common type of stomach disease, according to the American Gastroenterology Association. “We know that ulcers occur because there has been a disruption in the balance of factors that injure the digestive tract and those factors that protect it from injury,” The present investigation deal with the formulation, optimization and evaluation of sodium alginate based in situ gel of ranitidine hydrochloride (R-HCl) in ulcer treatment. The in-situ formulation are homogenous liquid when administration orally and become gel at the contact site. The evaluation of the formulation is dependent upon accurate results obtained by analytical method used during the study. Accurate results require the use of standard and a calibration procedure. Hence, standard plots of Ranitidine hydrochloride were prepared in (0.1N HCL, pH 1.2) solutions. Two, sodium alginate and calcium carbonate used as a polymer and cross-linking agent respectively in the formulation of in-situ gel. From the IR studies it may be concluded that the drug and carriers used undergo physical interaction there is no chemical change, and thus the gelling agent, cross-linking agent and other excipient is suitable for formulation of in-situ gel of ranitidine hydrochloride. Indicate that the formulation, DKF9 which was prepared by the Sodium alginate (2 gm) with Ranitidine Hydrochloride showed minimum drug release (sustained drug release) after 8 hrs. It can be concluded that the In-situ gel was beneficial for delivering the drug which needs sustained release to achieve the slow action. In this paper proposed a method for deriving an algorithm for extracted the efficiency of disguised voice from its normal voice. By using practical approaches for disguising the voice by a different semitone. Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCC), delta Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (ΔMFCC), double delta Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (ΔΔMFCC) based feature extraction techniques compute the acoustic feature and its statistical moments mean and correlation coefficient. Acoustic feature and its statistical moments passed through the different types of the algorithm-based classifier. By using different classifier find the efficiency of disguised voice.

The fascinating structural chemistry of zinc(II) with 1,1-dicyanoethylene- 2,2-dithiolate [i-MNT2- = {S2C:C(CN)2}2-] ligand is presented. To elaborate, the reactivity of zinc(II) salt towards potassium salt of 1,1-dicyanoethylene-2,2-dithiolate (K2i-MNT) and 1,3-diaminopropane (dap) was studied in the presence of two distinct N-donor ligands, α-picoline (2-Methylpyridine) and γ-picoline (4-Methylpyridine), respectively. As a result, two different Zn(II) coordination complexes of formule [Zn2(dap)2(i-MNT)2] (1) and {[Zn(dap)(i-MNT)(4-MePy)]·2H2O}n (2) were obtained. They were isolated as stable crystalline solids and fully characterized, including by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is a discrete 0D dimer, whereas 2 is a 1D coordination polymer. Although α-picoline was used during the synthesis of 1, it is not involved in the metal coordination. Aiming at rationalizing the influence of the different noncovalent interactions, such as H-bonding, unconventional N H···π and anion–π, on the crystal packing of 1 and 2, DFT calculations (M06-2X/def2-TZVP) were performed. Moreover, luminescence property of the complex 2 was investigated. Finally, in vitro antifungal activity of complex 2 was also screened against five fungi viz. Synchitrium endobioticum, Pyricularia oryzae, Helminthosporium oryzae, Candida albicans (ATCC10231) and Trichophyton mentagrophytes by the disc diffusion method and found to be effective when compared to K2i-MNT.H2O.

A new polymeric complex of Cd(II) with 1,1-dicyanoethylene- 2,2-dithiolate [ i-MNT2− = {S2C:C(CN)2}2− ] as a bridging ligand has been synthesized and characterized on the basis of spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the Cadmium (II) complex is six coordinated 1D polymeric in nature. Biological screening effects in vitro of the synthesized polymeric complex has been tested against five fungi Synchitrium endobioticum, Pyricularia oryzae, Helminthosporium oryzae, Candida albicans(ATCC10231), Trichophyton mentagrophytes by the disc diffusion method. In vitro antifungal screening indicates that the complex exhibits fungistatic and fungicidal antifungal activity whereas K2i-MNT.H2O became silent on Synchitrium endobioticum, Pyricularia oryzae, Helminthosporium oryzae, Candida albicans (ATCC10231), Trichophyton mentagrophytes.
