This work solves the problem of identification of the machine code architecture in cyberphysical devices. A basic systematization of the Executable and Linkable Format and Portable Executable formats of programs, as well as the analysis mechanisms used and the goals achieved, is made. An ontological model of the subject area is constructed, introducing the basic concepts and their relationships. The specificity of the machine code is analyzed, and an analytical record of the process of identifying the architecture of the machine code (MC) processor is obtained. A method for identifying the MC architecture has been synthesized, which includes three successive phases: unpacking the OS image (for a set of identified architectures); building signatures of architectures (their "digital portraits" from the position of MC instructions); identification of the MC architecture for the program under test (using the collected architecture signatures), implemented using four operating modes. A software tool for identifying the MC architecture has been developed in the form of a separate utility that implements the algorithms of the method. The principle of operation of the utility is presented in the form of functional and informational diagrams. Basic testing of the identification utility has been conducted. Abstract

Malware presents a formidable threat to computer security, with some antivirus companies reporting over five million malware samples per day. Due to the sheer volume of malware, security teams cannot feasibly address each instance individually, necessitating the use of malware classification schemes. The size, type, and complexity of malware continue to grow, as hackers and attackers often create systems that can automatically transfer and encrypt code to evade detection. Classic machine learning techniques that rely on handmade feature vectors are not effective for classifying malware families. In contrast, deep convolutional neural networks have demonstrated efficiency in detecting and classifying malware. This article proposes a new system for classifying malware into families by transforming malware binaries into grayscale images and applying convolutional neural networks. Our approach provides a new method for multi-class classification challenges in the field of cybersecurity, and it outperforms traditional machine learning techniques. By utilizing deep learning models to classify malware, we can enhance our ability to detect and mitigate threats in real-time. Abstract

The design of the light-weight infill structure is a hot research topic in additive manufacturing. In recent years, various infill structures have been proposed to reduce the amount of printing material. However, 3D models filled with them may have very different structural performances under different loading conditions. In addition, most of them are not self-supporting. To mitigate these issues, a novel light-weight infill structure based on the layer construction is proposed in this article. The layers of the proposed infill structure continuously and periodically transform between triangles and hexagons. The geometries of two adjacent layers are controlled to be self-supporting for different 3D printing technologies. The machine code (Gcode) of the filled 3D model is generated in the construction of the infill structure for 3D printers. That means 3D models filled with the proposed infill structure do not need an extra slicing process before printing, which is time consuming in some cases. Structural simulations and physical experiments demonstrate that our infill structure has comparable structural performance under different loading conditions. Furthermore, the relationship between the structural stiffness and the parameters of the infill structure is investigated, which will be helpful for non-professional users. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

While tremendous growing mobile apps offer users rich services and functionalities, they also bring significant performance and energy issues. Code sharing is promising to address these issues, but existing application-level code sharing is rather restrictive. This paper develops the a transparent machine code sharing for mobile devices, and presents its design, implementation, and deployment. SnapCode enables machine code sharing across a wide variety of commercial off-the-shelf Android devices. By sharing and running machine code, SnapCode can offer significant speed-ups: an average speed-up of 9.9X for one-time trial apps, and up to 120X in apps, regular uses. In addition, it can save more than 80% energy consumption.

Abstract

The development and application of mobile portable video capture and image processing systems, as well as the development and improvement of computer multimedia courseware technology have made image processing technology widely used in football project scientific research services. This research mainly discusses the value of video image multiprocessing based on vision sensors in the field of football scientific research. The development and conduct of this research work require the application of sports video image processing technology software to conduct scientific experimental research and analysis on the athletes’ technical and tactical level, evaluate the athletes’ technical and tactical performance through qualitative and quantitative tests, and give different sports items at the same time. Humans can exchange information with the outside world through vision, hearing, and language and can express the same meaning in different ways. However, current intelligent machines or computers require programs to be written in strict accordance with various machine languages. Only in this way can the machine run. In order to enable more people to use complex machines, it is necessary to change the past situation where people adapt to machines. Instead, let the machine adapt to people’s habits and requirements and exchange information with people in the way people are used to, that is, let the machine have the ability to see, hear, and speak. At this time, the machine must have the ability of logical reasoning and decision-making. Use sports video image processing technology and use examples to study and explore practical methods and means that are most in line with the scientific work of the project, and build the most scientific and useful sports video image processing system.. The CCD visual image sensor is used for signal acquisition and image processing when the motion video image processing system is established. Through logical analysis and induction, discuss and prove the intuitiveness, practicability, efficiency, and scientificity of the application of video image processing technology in the field of football scientific research. Finally, in the mathematical statistics method, the statistical software Excel 2003 in the office system is used to perform statistical analysis on all data results and analyze and compare the key kinematic parameters of some sports events. Analyzing the video images of the 2016 European Cup, the average possession rate of the Welsh team is 48%, and the average pass success rate per game is 82.7%. Abstract

This paper concerns the scalability challenges of symbolic abstraction: given a formula ϕ in a logic L and an abstract domain A , find a most precise element in the abstract domain that over-approximates the meaning of ϕ. Symbolic abstraction is an important point in the space of abstract interpretation, as it allows for automatically synthesizing the best abstract transformers. However, current techniques for symbolic abstraction can have difficulty delivering on its practical strengths, due to performance issues. In this work, we introduce two algorithms for the symbolic abstraction of quantifier-free bit-vector formulas, which apply to the bit-vector interval domain and a certain kind of polyhedral domain, respectively. We implement and evaluate the proposed techniques on two machine code analysis clients, namely static memory corruption analysis and constrained random fuzzing. Using a suite of 57,933 queries from the clients, we compare our approach against a diverse group of state-of-the-art algorithms. The experiments show that our algorithms achieve a substantial speedup over existing techniques and illustrate significant precision advantages for the clients. Our work presents strong evidence that symbolic abstraction of numeric domains can be efficient and practical for large and realistic programs.
