National Space Development Agency of Japan 28 Feb. 1997 Sydney Australia, 自動着陸技術は日本製スペースシャトル「HOPE」に必要な基盤技術の一つである。自動着陸実験機(ALFLEX)は無人型で、HOPEの37%模型であり、完全自動着陸の基礎を確立するために使われている。ALFLEXの構造はHOPEのベースラインを動力学的に模擬しており、その飛行プロフィールは着陸段階だけを仮定している。通常のアルミ合金が機体の主構造を形成しており、二重湾曲のスキンパネルには繊維強化プラスチックも用いた。機体は完全に独立した自動着陸用の電気系統を装備しており、地上の安全性のために緊急システムも備えている。製作に要する時間と費用を節約するために、既製のデバイス類を用いた。実験の結果、自動着陸技術を無人機へ使用することは適していることを確認した。このサブスケール模型を使用して、低速空力特性を含む重要な飛行データを得た。, An automatic landing technology is one of the key technologies necessary for the Japanese Space Shuttle 'HOPE' (H-2 Orbiting Plane). The ALFLEX (Automatic Landing Flight Experiment) vehicle is an unmanned, 37 percent scaled model of HOPE (H-2 Orbiting Plane), which is used to establish the fundamentals for fully automatic landing. The configuration of ALFLEX is simulating dynamically a HOPE baseline and its flight profile assumes only the landing phase. Conventional aluminum alloy forms the main structures of the vehicle with some FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) for the skin panels with double curvature. The vehicle is equipped with a completely independent electric system for the automatic landing and it has also an emergency system for ground safety. Ready made devices have been used to reduce the cost and the time needed for manufacture. The results of experiments confirmed that the automatic landing technology was suitable for use in the unmanned vehicle. 遷音速域を運用範囲にもつ超高速輸送機においては、設計の初期段階から構造の強度設計だけでなく空力弾性設計も同時に行う必要がある。この空力弾性設計に必要な遷音速域での空力弾性現象、特にフラッタ速度推算用解析ツールは現在検証段階にある。2003年度のJADC-FHI-JAXAの共同研究「超高速輸送機のフラッタ特性に関する研究」においては、遷音速領域におけるフラッタ特性推算手法の確立のために、超音速機の弾性模型によるフラッタ風洞試験をJAXAの0.6m×0.6m遷音速フラッタ風洞設備にて行い、解析ツール検証に必要なデータを取得した。今回フラッタ風洞試験に用いた弾性模型は、旧航空宇宙技術研究所で計画され基本設計を行った小型超音速ジェット実験機(1次形状)の遷音速フラッタ特性取得のために製作した11％スケール弾性模型を改修したものである。フラッタ発生時に模型損傷回避策が有効に働いたので、同一のフラッタ模型にて短期間に6つのフラッタポイントを取得することができた。, 資料番号: AA0048140001, レポート番号: JAXA-SP-04-011

Poly(γ-benzyl-L-glutamate)(PBLG) reacts with a silane coupling agent on a silicon crystal surface to form a molecular oriented film; the reaction yield was determined to be 77% by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and the orientation of PBLG molecules attached to the substrate was interpreted based on the attenuated total reflection spectrum.

超音速機のフラッタ特性は，特に遷音速域において非常に重要である．本研究では，JAXAで進められた超音速ジェット実験機形態の弾性模型(1次形状モデル，2.5次形状モデル)を用いてJAXA遷音速フラッタ風洞においてフラッタ風洞試験を実施した．1次形状モデルを用いた風洞試験では，翼端に錘を用いる模型損傷回避策により，模型を損傷することなく発散的なフラッタポイントを7点得ることができ，また，発散的なフラッタバウンダリより低い動圧において，マッハ数に依存してリミットサイクル振動が発生する領域を確認した．2.5次形状モデルを用いた風洞試験では，迎角およびエンジンナセルフロースルーの流量がリミットサイクル振動発生領域に与える影響について調べ，エンジンナセルインテーク部まわりの流れ場により，リミットサイクル振動が発生する領域が変化することを確認した．本風洞試験により得られたフラッタ特性は，開発が進められている非線形空力弾性解析ツールの検証データとしても用いられる．, Transonic flutter wind tunnel tests with a fleible scaled model of the Jet-powered Supersonic Experimental Airplane were conducted at Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA). Typical dip shape boundary of transonic flutter was obtained and limit cycle oscillation was also revealed below the flutter boundary. Also, the effects of the angle of attacks and the intake flow on the limit cycle osciilation behavior were investigated. The test results would be used for estabilishing and verifying analysis tools to evaluate transonic aeroelasticity. 小型超音速実験機（ロケット実験機）飛行実験データ解析完了報告会(平成20年7月10日. 東京大学山上会館), One of the goals of the flight test with the Supersonic Experimental Airplane (NEXST-1) is to substantiate supersonic drag reduction technology with a CFD-based optimum aerodynamic design procedure. Another goal is to establish experimental flight test technology with unmanned airplane. The second flight testing of the NEXST-1 has been successfully conducted on 10 October, 2005 at Woomera Test Range, Woomera Prohibited Area, South Australia. 宇宙航空研究開発機構・航空プログラムグループが研究を進めている超音速機技術の飛行実証として、2005年10月に南オーストラリア州ウーメラ実験場において小型超音速実験機(NEXST-1: National EXperimental Supersonic Transport-1)の第2回飛行実験を実施した。小型超音速実験機プロジェクトの主要な目的は、次世代SST(SuperSonic Transport)開発を睨んだ最適空力設計技術の開発とその飛行実験による実証である。2002年7月に実施した第1回飛行実験の失敗を受け、改修設計・製造および各種地上試験を行った上、第2回飛行実験に臨んだ。本報告書では、第1回飛行実験以降の小型超音速実験機システムの改修設計・開発および改修設計の妥当性検証内容を概説すると共に、第2回飛行実験の結果について飛行実証項目を中心に報告する。, The flight trial of the unmanned experimental airplane was conducted by Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) in order to substantiate supersonic drag reduction technology with a CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics)-based optimum aerodynamic design procedure and to establish the experimental system with the non-powered and unmanned supersonic experimental airplane (NEXST-1: National EXperimental Supersonic Transport-1). The airplane configuration was designed using the inverse method giving the preferable pressure distribution to minimize the aerodynamic drag force at Mach Number two. On October 10, 2005, the second trial of the NEXST-1 was conducted in Woomera test range of South Australia. Every system had accomplished each work successfully and the NEXST-1 including a data recorder was recovered safely. 宇宙航空研究開発機構(JAXA)は航空宇宙技術研究所(NAL)の時代から次世代超音速機技術研究開発プロジェクトを開始し、ロケットにより打ち上げる無人の小型超音速実験機(NEXST-1;以下ロケット実験機)の開発と飛行実験を行った。実験機の空力形状はJAXAが開発したCFDコードにより設計されており、飛行実験の目的はその実証にある。基本設計は1997年度から開始し詳細設計、維持設計を経て2001年度に実験機システムが完成した。2002年7月にオーストラリアのウーメラ実験場で第1回飛行実験を実施したが、打上ロケットのオートパイロットの不具合により実験は失敗に終わった。その後、信頼性向上ための改修を行い、2005年10月10日に第2回飛行実験を成功裏に完了した。本報告書は研究開発プロジェクトの概要と第1回飛行実験にいたる設計の結果、および地上での確認試験の結果についてまとめたものであり、補足として、第1回飛行実験の状況、その原因調査、および対策検討の結果にも触れた。改修設計の結果、および第2回飛行実験のフェーズについては別途報告書がまとめられる予定である。, The research projects for the essential technologies such as aerodynamics, materials and structures, propulsion systems, etc. for the next-generation supersonic transport and development program of unmanned experimental airplane have been conducted at JAXA (Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, previously NAL; National Aerospace Laboratory) since 1997.
