In the paper, a theorem on approximation of a wide class of analytic functions by generalized shifts ζuT (s + iφ(τ )) of an absolutely convergent Dirichlet series ζuT (s) which in the mean is close to the Riemann zeta function is obtained. Here φ(τ ) is a monotonically increasing differentiable function having a monotonic continuous derivative such that φ(2τ ) max τ⩽t⩽2τ 1/φ′(t) ≪ τ as τ → ∞, and uT → ∞ and uT ≪ T2 as T → ∞.

Nuo šių faktorių tiesiogiai priklauso ir mokymosi rezultatai. Vertinant studentų pasiekimus, būtina nustatyti veiksnius, nuo kurių priklauso įgytos žinios ir gebėjimai. The level of knowledge, practical skills, motivation and expectations of students of Information technology study program is different. The study results depend on these factors. While assessing the students‘ achievements it‘s necessary to estimate the factors which influence their knowledge and ability. The problem of qualitative teaching is actual. It is characterised by the factors: what kind of a specialist does the labour market need, what knowledge do the graduates of secondary schools own, how to improve study programs constantly, how to assess students with different aptitude etc. The actuality of the problem stimulated to perform some preliminary analyses, which could help to traverse students‘ basic knowledge, ability, the motives of chosing a scholastic institution. These factors influence the process of pursuing results and the quality of assessment. The goal of the report: analysing the basic knowledge of IT of the first year students, the influence of external and internal factors to the formation of new results, to chose the optimal means for the qualitative study results.

Siekiant išanalizuoti pedagogus rengiančių dėstytojų požiūrį į universitetinių studijų kaitą, buvo atlikta anketinė apklausa, kurioje dalyvavo 98 ŠU Edukologijos fakulteto dėstytojai. Atliekant tyrimą siekta aptarti šiandieninių pedagoginių studijų modeliavimo ypatumus ir ištirti dėstytojų požiūrį į asmenines savybes, kompetencijas, būtinas siekiant kokybiškai ir veiksmingai organizuoti studijas. Nustatyta, kad universitetinių studijų, kuriose rengiami pedagogai, organizavimo ir mokymo(-si) reikšmingumo kaitą, respondentų požiūriu, lemia metodinė kompetencija, pedagoginė kompetencija ir dalykinė kompetencija. Dėstytojų veiklai studijų procese reikšmingų kompetencijų raiškos skalėje svarbiausios buvo šios: bendradarbiavimas, tarpasmeninis supratimas ir savęs pažinimas. Dėstytojų sampratos apie jų veiklos ypatumus tyrimas parodė, kad praktinis (realus) dėstytojo veiklos studijų procese modelis savo raiška sutampa su pavyzdiniu dėstytojo veiklos studijose modeliu, nors pirmenybė teikiama aukštesnio lygio mąstymo tyrimo veikloje modeliui. Universitetinių studijų procese studentas turėtų įgyti šių, dėstytojų nuomone, svarbiausių gebėjimų: nuolat tobulinti žinojimą, išmanyti dėstomo dalyko pagrindus ir interpretuoti bei vertinti tyrimų rezultatus. Studijuodamas universitete, studentas, dėstytojų nuomone, įgyja šiuos svarbiausius gebėjimus: spręsti iškilusias problemas, dirbti veiksmingai, mąstyti, klausinėti ir kelti iššūkius. In order to make an analysis of the attitude of the teachers who prepare pedagogues towards the change of university studies, a survey was made. 98 teachers of the Faculty of Education of Šiauliai University were participating in it. During the research it was aimed to discuss the peculiarities of the modelling of nowadays pedagogical studies and explore the teachers' attitude towards personal features and competences necessary for a qualitative and effective organisation of studies. It was determined that, according to respondents, the change of the importance of organisation and teaching/learning of the university studies at which pedagogues are prepared is influenced by a methodical, pedagogical and subject competences. The following competences were the most important for the activity of teachers: cooperation, interpersonal understanding and self-knowledge. An analysis of the teachers' understanding about the features of their activity revealed that a practical (real) model of the teacher activity in the process of studies in its activity coincide with a standard model of teacher activity in the process of studies, although the preference is given to a higher level thinking model in the analysed activity. According to the teachers, during the process of university studies a student should acquire the following most important skills: continuous improvement of knowledge, base of the taught subject, and interpretation and evaluation of research results. Straipsnyje analizuojama akademinio jaunimo psichosocialinė situacija aukštojoje mokykloje, savijauta, problemos. Tyrime dalyvavo Šiaulių universiteto studentai, kurie turėjo galimybę išsakyti, su kokiais sunkumais susiduria studijų metu. Paaiškėjo, kad beveik visi respondentai (521 iš 527) turi problemų, susijusių su individualiais ypatumais (depresinės nuotaikos, drovumas, nevykėlio jausmas), ar sunkumų, susijusių su tarpasmeniniais santykiais (dėstytojų autoritarizmas, susvetimėjimas su bendraamžiais ir tėvais). Šios problemos stipriai koreliuoja su sunkumais, kylančiais akademiniame procese, bei su baime dėl profesijos perspektyvų. The article analyses the psychological situation, condition and problems of the academic youth in the higher education institution. Šiauliai University students were asked to express their opinion about the difficulties they encounter during the studies. It has been found out that almost all the respondents (521 of 527) have some individual difficulties (depression, shyness, sense of failure) or communication problems (thinking of tutors being authoritarian, estrangement with contemporaries and parents). These problems are firmly interrelated with the difficulties arising in the process of studies and apprehension of career prospects.

Straipsnyje pristatoma dalis profesinių vertybių tyrimo, atlikto 2002 metais Šiaulių universiteto Edukologijos fakultete, rezultatų. Jie atskleidžia būsimųjų ikimokyklinio ugdymo įstaigų pedagogų, pradinių klasių bei pagrindinės mokyklos mokytojų profesinių vertybių pasiskirstymą pagal reikšmingumą, jų hierarchiją, tarpusavio ryšius. Straipsnyje pateikiamos tyrimo rezultatų pagrindu išryškėjusios tendencijos, kurios yra aktualios turint galvoje būsimųjų pedagogų profesinį kryptingumą, karjeros galimybes, pasirengimą realizuoti ugdymo procese visuomenės keliamus reikalavimus. The system of values, formed in the process of socialization, is influenced by a number of factors. Changes in the field of professional activity and professional values are currently going on. Research has shown that the following values are chosen most often by the future teachers: taking risk, being creative and ambitious, striving for professional development and results, learning something new, stable job and career possibilities. Would-be teachers in their professional activity tend to most of all value the possibilities to be creative, stable job, professional development possibilities, work in a group, intellectual status, they want to be liked and enjoy a moral satisfaction. The research established the hierarchy of the factors.

Moksleivio amžiaus, interesų, patirties ypatumų siejimas su mokomųjų dalykų turiniu yra viena iš vis dažniau iškylančių problemų. Tai ypač aktualu, mokant konkrečiųjų dalykų. Straipsnyje aptariamas 5 – 7 klasės mokinių požiūris į matematikos uždavinio tematiką. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, jog mokiniai noriau spręstų tuos uždavinius, kurie turi aiškų praktinį pritaikymą realiame gyvenime. Taip pat labai aiškiai išryškėja uždavinių pobūdžio pasirinkimą lemiantys ne vien amžiaus ar lyties, bet ir mokymosi lygio, požiūrio į dalyko reikalingumą ateityje veiksniai ir daugybė kitų asmeninių-socialinių aspektų. Autorės iškelia tyrimo problemą konkretizuojančias hipotezes, jog mokiniai nenoriai mokosi matematikos, nes tradiciniai uždaviniai neatspindi šio dalyko reikalingumo; artimos ugdytinio aplinkai uždavinių temos skatina domėjimąsi matematikos mokslu; uždavinių tematikos pasirinkimas grindžiamas asmenine-socialine patirtimi; egzistuoja specifiniai užduočių pasirinkimą lemiantys mediatoriai. Tyrimas atliktas teorinės didaktinės medžiagos analizės, anketinės apklausos, statistiniais duomenų apdorojimo metodais. Rezultatai rodo, jog domėjimąsi matematika skatina jos pritaikomumo ateityje galimybė, temos, artimos mokinių aplinkai. Pvz. mieste gyvenantys vaikai mieliau renkasi urbanistines temas, o kaime gyvenantys – temas, susijusias su jų socialine aplinka. Be to, visiems šio amžiaus mokiniams itin svarbūs klausimai, susiję su jų fiziologija. Aktualu įsitvirtinti tarp bendraamžių (tapti lyderiu ar bent jau turėti lyderio stereotipui suteiktas savybes) bei užsitikrinti sėkmingą įsiliejimą į visuomenės gyvenimą. The curriculum of Lithuanian secondary school contains the basis goals of mathematics. The main objectives are the following: • To analyse the ideas of mathematics; • To analyse the methods and their importance in forming the system of knowledge in mathematics, skills which are necessary in daily life and other activities. Nowadays more attention is paid to primary goals and less to secondary ones. Very often a problem emerges in school: schoolchildren are unwilling to learn mathematics, their knowledge is superficial and they cannot apply the knowledge in practice. The aim of the research is to analyse the most popular topics among the objectives of mathematics among students of 5th-7th grades. The survey was conducted with the aim to find out the most urgent and interesting topics for the students. The goal was to determine the most interesting spheres and concrete things/details, which are directly connected with their life. Some 185 subjects were selected from both city and rural schools. The results showed that students would like to solve and make decisions, which are useful in their practical real life. Traditional objectives do not reflect the necessity of the subject. Selection of popular topics raised students’ interest in mathematics. Although the age, gender, level of knowledge and opinion about the necessity of the subject in the future had an effect on the choice of the topics, it is clear that many important personal and social aspects have to be taken into consideration.

Darbe nagrinėjamas paprastųjų Dirichlė eilučių, turinčių polinominę Oilerio sandaugą, analizinį pratęsimą, Rymano tipo funkcinę lygtį bei tenkinančių Ramanudžano hipotezę, klasės funkcijų reikšmių pasiskirstymas. Įrodyta ribinė teorema silpnojo tikimybinių matų konvergavimo prasme šios klasės funkcijoms, meromorfinių funkcijų erdvėje pateiktas išreikštinis ribinio mato pavidalas. The paper examines ordinary Dirichlet series with Euler product of a polynomial, analytical continuation, the Riemann-type functional equation and satisfying Ramanudžano hypothesis class distribution function values​​. Been shown to limit theorem of the weak convergence of probability measures in terms of the class functions meromorfinių functions in the explicit marginal visible form.

Disertaciją sudaro darbai, autoriaus atlikti 2006-2013 metais. Šiuos darbus jungianti tema yra algebrinių kreivių, apibrėžtų virš racionaliųjų skaičių, šeimos, einančios per taškus, kurių koordinatės priklauso duotam skaičių kūnui ar jo sveikųjų skaičių žiedui. Pirmoje disertacijos dalyje yra gaunama vidutinio mažo aukščio racionaliųjų taškų kiekio ant fiksuoto žanro hiperelipsinių kreivių asimptotika. Antroje dalyje šis rezultatas išplečiamas, apibūdinant vidutinį homogeninių daugianarių reikšmių taškuose, kurių koordinatės yra mažo aukščio tarpusavyje pirminiai skaičiai, sutampančių su duoto vieno kintamojo daugianario reikšmėmis sveikuosiuose taškuose, skaičių. Trečioje dalyje sukonstruojamos nedidelės kreivių, apibrėžtų virš racionaliųjų skaičių ir išvengiančių taškų, kurių koordinatės priklauso duotam skaičių kūnui, šeimos. Ketvirtoje dalyje nagrinėjamos kongruenčių skaičių kreivės. Įrodoma, kad bent pusė pirminių skaičių p, kurie lieka inertiški cikliniame skaičių kūne K, atitinka kreives 16p^2 = x^4 - y^2, neturinčias netrivialių taškų su koordinatėmis to kūno sveikųjų skaičių žiede. The main objects studied in this thesis are linear recurrence sequences of composite numbers. We have studied the second order (binary) linear recurrence, tribonacci – like and higher order sequences. Many examples have been given. Disertacijoje nagrinėjamos tiesinės rekurenčiosios sekos. Ieškoma tokių pradinių narių, kurie generuotų rekurenčiąsias sekas sudarytas iš sudėtinių skaičių. Pilnai išnagrinėtos antros eilės tiesinės rekurenčiosos ir tribonačio tipo sekos, patiekiami pavyzdžiai. Gauti rezultatai ir k-bonačio tipo sekoms.
